The pool was dirty and there was a party with people drinking alcohol and smoking pot. The kids were swimming in pjs, no clean towels

Clean and nice workers There was pot / Weed party going on by the Pool, a Lot of pot/weed. And at the front door of the hotel, one night could hardly breathe it was so Bad, Hugh cloud of Pot/weed smoke. Have never seen anything like it Before!! When we 1st started walking to to front entrance to go in, we almost thought it was a fire, But we could Smell it, a HUGH CLOUD OF POT/WEED SMOKE!!

The location of the property was nice and was located right next to restaurants! It was clean! The other families staying at the hotel were not quiet. We had stomping upstairs and doors slamming next door. Wish it would have been quieter.

Upon arriving, the check-in set the tone for the whole stay. The front desk employees were beyond friendly and nice. Helped with everything and even made suggestions about the area. Pool closing at 10. Should be a 9pm-11pm no unsupervised kids in my opinion.

The sales and meeting area manager was very rude and snuddy. He was so unprofessional and made me feel real uncomfortable when he approached me.

Everything was wonderful BUT my key card to the room didn’t work after midnight for some reason. The last in the front desk had to get the master key card.

The room was immaculate. I think my favorite part was the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept on! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great night's stay!

Location Gave us the wrong room accommodations and had family sleeping on a fold out bed that was wore slap out…

The staff were grear during my 4 night stay. The room across from me hosted some seriously smelly partying from the moment they checked in until they left the next day. The hallway reeked of a variety of odors. When I returned to my room mid afternoon, the smell was reducing and they were running an air cleaner. By evening, the smell was conpletely gone. The breakfast team kept the vuffet area very clean. The check in process was a little slow and it seems the staff member was newer. I neber saw more than one person at the front desk, which seemed strange for thi 6 story hotel. The man managing the pool was friendly and conscientious. My swim schedule and his work schedule seemed to align. The pool area was very large, with the pool itself larger than a typical hotel indoor pool, but not full size either. There were nice lounge and upright chairs and a tiled floor through the poil complex. The hot tub was my only area for some complaint. The jets were at the base of the bench seats so they blasted the tush, not the lower back. There was also only one working jet for the lower legs/calf. Poor design-not necessarily the hotel's fault and nothing they can easily correct. While the pool was never used much from what I could tell, the floors could have used better cleaning as there were smaller bits of garbage, hair, and dirt not being cleaned and when the tile is light colored and someone is swimming or using the hot tub, their eyes are ar ground level and everything is visible.

TV was on the wrong input and the remote was worn out and took forever to find the input button. Then the TV kept turning off and on because the cord into the TV was loose. My key card would not open the door to the back patio so i could get back into the hotel after stepping outside. Had to bang on the door to get someones attention. One of my coworkers who couldn't get there until after 10:30 had his room canceled and given away as well. Luckily we had the extra queen bed so he had a place to sleep. He had the room booked for 2 weeks also. Staff was good. Bartender was great as well.

That I had a place to stay with my family bc it seemed like all the hotels were sold out. My experience at this property was disappointing from the beginning. I booked two rooms; the first charge processed, but the second was declined. When I called to resolve it, I was told the second room had been canceled. Only after insisting was the room “suddenly” available again. Upon arrival, my family was placed in two rooms that were not near each other. When I asked about alternatives, I was told nothing was available—even though the room my husband and I were assigned had an adjoining door. Staff stated that the adjoining room was occupied long‑term and could not be moved, but we later learned it was being used by members of a traveling baseball team. This raised concerns about honesty and transparency. The next morning, the breakfast in the restaurant/bar area was extremely poor quality. The food was hard, appeared to have been sitting out for an extended period, and the buffet was not maintained. Because of this, we had to take our children elsewhere for breakfast. Later, I discovered that the air conditioning in my children’s room was not functioning. I notified the front desk around 11 a.m. and was told there were possibly two rooms available, and that they would work on securing one while we were gone for my son’s soccer game. When we returned that evening, nothing had been done. The staff member on duty was unaware of the issue, appeared overwhelmed, and was dismissive toward multiple guests. Maintenance was eventually called and confirmed the air conditioner was indeed broken. We did not receive a new room until nearly 9 p.m.—almost ten hours after reporting the issue. Additionally, the pool was out of service during our stay, which was another disappointment given the cost of the rooms. Overall, the lack of communication, inconsistent information, poor service, and unresolved maintenance issues made this stay unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not return to this property.

Location worked well for us. The condition of the parking lot was dangerously unsafe. Not one attempt was made in 4 days to clears any snow or ice. I won’t be back. I do not recommend this hotel.

We made our reservations in advance and when we got there, they mistakenly check somebody else in under my name into my room. Ended up, putting us in another room that I had to pay extra for andA plug outlet was hanging out of the wall and shocked my 5 year old ,

I really enjoyed this Hotel, it was very clean with a friendly staff. It is close to the Mall, Walmart and lots of restaurants. The kids enjoyed the pool and I loved the Sauna Spa.

The breakfast was good only issue we had was the coffee ran out and wasn't refilled with an hour left in the breakfast window

everyone at the facility was so very nice even down to helping us properly store our breastmilk for our daughter. We really enjoyed our stay and being back home in Memphis with our family. We definitely will book again.

My stay was comfortable and I love the location. It was close and in walking distance to great restaurants and near the expressway. I didn't get up to eat breakfast so I can't give details on that but I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Great customer service!!

Breakfast had a lot of food found in the south such as high fat content which I am not fond of but nice alternatives available were yogurt boiled eggs and oatmeal.

Clean room, beds are soft and comfortable, pillows are comfortable with both a softer one and a more firm one, plenty of parking, close to restaurants and shopping, easy on and off the interstate. Would recommend and stay again. This was my second time staying.

The room rates were changed repeatedly. After standing my ground and for all we had been through, the person at the front desk, Melissa took half off our original price. I was pleased with that.

Orbitz was the terrible problem. the hotel was overbooked and we were given another hotel to go to. That hotel had 28 referrals and there weren't 28 rooms. We were just lucky we got there early enough to secure a room. I will never use orbitz again.

Room was clean but the TV did not work. Several requests were made for someone to check it. No one ever echecked it. The manager was never available.

I did ask for a close room because I am traveling with my 80 yr old Mother but was given room 321 which was nearly the end of the hall. We managed and with it only being one night I did not ask for another room.

They required $6.00 for self, uncovered, unsecured parking , and $12 for simple continental breakfast per one.

No security to monitor parking lot and protect vehicles at night. Had to pay $4 for parking as a separate charge over and above the charge for the room. First time in many many stays at prominent hotels that I’ve ever been charged like that for parking, especially in a non-secured lot. Really bush. Breakfast was also a separate charge of $12. Competition includes breakfast including othe Holiday Inns.

Easy to get to and was within a short walking distance to restaurants.

Coffee was fresh and hot! Rooms were very clean. The entire hotel smelled fresh and was very clean. The entire hotel staff did an amazing job.

There were roaches in my room I found three of them near the refrigerator, which is completely unacceptable especially sanitary purposes. I contacted the front desk. She was there by herself and stated she could not leave nor does she have a emergency phone number to a manager to try to switch the room we had been in this room most of our stay and didn’t see the roaches until today when I pulled the refrigerator out after seeing the first roach, there were two more which I tried to kill by spraying something on them from Victoria’s Secret. I didn’t have anything else. They didn’t even provide me with a bug killer or anything. This young lady was totally useless to me. She put me on the floor with a whole bunch of kids were making noise two in the morning the whole point of extending my stay after I had already pay almost $400 to stay here well so that I can get some sleep. I have a 10 Hour Dr. ahead of Me And I pay out of pocket to have an additional day so now that’s a total of $500 to stay in a roach invested room I am highly upset and I need the corporate information immediately. In addition to the poor conditions, my husband has epilepsy and when he is fatigued due to a lack of sleep, he has seizures. We experience 2seizures during our stay. In addition to the 2nd room that she tried to relocate us to being musty smelling, and the children down the hall were so loud that we could not get any sleep so we just went back down to the roach infested room so that we can sleep

I enjoyed my stay during the week, but the weekend was loud. They seem to have hotel parties with kids on the weekends, there was alot of yelling and door slamming on the weekend nights. There was only one elevator working for 6 out of my 7 night stay. My room had a strange smell to it when you walked in, I feel the cleaning staff could do a better job cleaning, there was hair in the room. I had to do my own cleaning, I assume they just spot clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of food options around, and they are close to the interstate.

Upon arrival, we were made to wait over an hour just to check in, mind you our check in time was at 3:00 pm, but made it around 5:30 pm. Your staff gave us inconsistent and confusing explanations throughout the process. First, my partner was told he couldn’t check in without a confirmation number — which he promptly provided. Then we were told the key card machine was down. Moments later, another staff member claimed the room wasn’t ready. Which was it? The disorganization and lack of communication were completely unprofessional and frustrating. To make matters worse, although check-out was clearly stated as 11:00 a.m., we were repeatedly disturbed by room service knocking at 8:00 a.m. and again at 9:00 a.m., despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being visibly posted on our door. This disregard for guest privacy and rest is unacceptable. What made the situation even more disappointing was the sense that we were being treated differently because of our age. I am a younger adult, and at times during the interaction, it felt as though we weren’t being taken seriously as if our concerns didn’t matter or we weren’t considered “real” guests. That is not only unprofessional, but discriminatory and unacceptable. We chose your hotel expecting a level of professionalism and hospitality.

This property is so out dated. The rooms aren't the best. I will never stay there again. Even the luggage racks are broke. Don't waste your money

I wish they had provided a free breakfast instead of charging for a full breakfast. But I would stay again regardless of there being no breakfast. It was a wonderful hotel in a very good part of town with restaurants and stores nearby!!!

The room was spacious but the pillows were too soft, we were given one big towel we were two guests. Shower door was hard to open and close. Air conditioner was set at one set temperature. When we got there I was told my deposit was 55.00 because Hotels.com didn’t collect 5.00 of my room total which I found very odd. Also I stayed at the Holiday Inn lady week in Madison and only had to give a 20.00 deposit. It was one night only to shower and sleep.dont think I will stay here again

This stay was nice but paying extra for the meal that you basically can get at any other hotel for free wasn’t worth it. However, the dinner at the bar area they were really good worth the money big portions nice day all in all.

In the morning, we woke up to the strong smell marijuana in the hallway. We were on the 5th floor.

The pool was supposed to only be open until 9, but when we went to the car to get something we forgot, we saw 4 individuals still occupying the pool around 10 PM. We would have loved to swim if we knew the pool closing time was negotiable.

One of the highlights for me was the bar, great atmosphere and a nice place to unwind in the evening. I also enjoyed the pool; it was spacious, clean, and not overly crowded. Overall, the hotel was quiet, welcoming, and conveniently located. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting the Memphis area and would absolutely stay again!

The hotel was average. The halls and room had a musky smell (not a clean smell), the bathroom vent had not been cleaned in a while, and the shower floor was outdated and had glue/caulk all over the tiles by the drain. We had a room by the elevator so we got to hear every person who got off the elevator speaking loudly and kids running to their rooms. The weather was terrible the entire time so there was no swimming allowed in the indoor pool. The front desk staff were pleasant and gave a discount for the inoperable pool when I asked, but they were not going to offer it unless I insisted considering the pool/hot tub was the only reason we had booked this hotel over others. I’d rate this hotel as average, I’ve seen a lot better and a lot worse. I wouldn’t book twice.

To many people in pool staff very friendly

The hotel was nice overall. We got vouchers for a free breakfast and the pool was nice. Our blinds in the room would not close all the way, so it was very bright every morning. Black out curtains or curtains that could close all the way would be nice. Only one elevator in the hotel worked the whole time we were there & the shower curtain did not cover the whole bathtub during a shower. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay.

We found a hole in the tub caulking and out from that saw multiple roaches in the bathroom—one huge palmetto bug but also the small ones😭. I would not stay here again

Out stay here was great per usual. The only place we stay when we visit the city.

The check in was GREAT but the stay & check out was horrible. We had to get new room cause one bed had a huge hole in it that I had to help my business partner out of, we got moved left for business all day got back showered & laid down I woke up to a roach on me I almost had a panic attack, I went to restroom only to find more roaches everywhere and I had to go. The front desk said I had to go right then in order to get a refund leaving us to having to sit in cold car at 12 almost 1 am looking for hotel we had to spend $230 for a few hour stay cause of this issue, we get downstairs we got no apology no empathy or concern’s she didn’t even look up at us horrible myself my business partner and all my bloggers felt I should of gotten a full refund. I want EVER stay here again when I come into town.
