Location to where I needed to be Breakfast was terrible, which included ants in bread area Pillow cases was not cleaned, u can smell someone else used it before:

The air conditioner was way too cold. We had to turn on the heater in May to make the room comfortable.

Everything was great for our stay. This was a last minute stay and it turned out to be pretty good. Breakfast was also decent and the kids loved it. Not bad for the price at all.

Room was spacious and clean. Full breakfast was good. Air conditioning was excellent. Maid service was excellent. little noisey on first floor, so I would ask for a upper floor room.

Room smelled disgusting. The sofa bed in the room was the most disgusting I’ve ever seen. The bathroom was not nice at all especially having the tub and walls with mold.

Breakfast well stocked super clean area and all staff were very hospitable.

Everything about this hotel was nice. However the fact that the front doors are locked during the night is insane. The hotel will not open them and you have to use side doors. Being a single woman and having to walk through a group of men drinking by the pool was not ok. Luckily the men were decent and only looked but putting anyone in that situation is not acceptable. I have stayed at 5 other hotels within a block of this one and none of them do this. This needs to be investigated.

Room was very clean and spacious and it also smelled cleaned. The bed was very comfortable. This is my 4th time staying at this hotel. That’s how comfortable I am with this hotel.

There were families next door that was loud and making noise all night until 3am in the morning. I could not wait to leave the hotel. The staff was polite.

Each time I stay there and I go to get bacon it seems that the other guests pile and take all of it as soon as it comes out and they don't leave any for anyone else. Staff should either monitor it better or make more

I was highly impressed by this Hotel. Linens were clean, room was clean. It did have a faint smell but I believe t hat was due to the carpets being shampooed. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite room number 108. The breakfast was fresh and well maintained. For the p108.

Only one elevator works out of 3 so it takes a long time to get to your room. The wall desk was falling off of the wall I had to get switched due to that and the room being hot. Hallways have a stench of marijuana as if they are smoking it in rooms.

This time we saw roaches in the bed, didn't get our deposit back and we caused no issues or damages to lose the deposit. Bad time this time.

Room was clean. Only thing was we were on 2nd floor the next morning elevator was not working. We were in a handicap room for my husband that sometimes has to use wheelchair and we had to use the stairs. Luckily he was able to walk slowly down the stairs. When i went down and asked about the elevator and told the lady working i didn't know if he could make it down she just looked at me never offered to help. He had doctor's appointment in Houston at 6:30 so waiting until later was out of question.

To have a whirlpool in our room was amazing. No one bothered us and it was quiet and comfortable

Room was dirty smelled like cat where there, animal hair everywhere, when we got to the room door was wide open notify the receptionist she checked it and when finally we settled in, I had to check out immediately due to allergy reaction since I'm allergic to cats. Management said they give me a refund since they didn't have any rooms, but here i am 6 days later and no refund.

I had a bad experience. I arrived and when I got in my room there was mold on the wall and one of the light outlets when I asked to get another room, they wanted to charge me again, since they didn't have any 2 Queen rooms they wanted to charge me for two separate rooms.

My go/to spot when I stay in Baytown. Reasonable price for a comfortable stay.

I feel the homeless people leave to much trash around the area. Get rid of the homeless and you got a good area.

First room they gave me smelled strongly of mildew so I asked for another room and the next one was okay, but not on top floor as I had wanted. They don’t do room service daily, you have to request it. Room was okay, a/c was very cold. Room was large and fairly comfortable.

Unexpected 20 dollar charge on check in. The charge was refunded on check out. The room was humid but the town had rain and a lot of humidity. The sofa felt slightly damp during the two nights we stayed. The breakfast bar was fair as expected, it was clean and the attendant was very nice. The reason I rated poorly was due to a damaged room issue. We stayed in a handicap room, my husband can only walk with bilateral arm crutches. The drain was located about one foot in front of the sink and it was broken and sunk down about 1.5 maybe 2 inches. My husband had to navigate carefully around it to keep from tripping and fat. I reported the problem at 4:05 pm to a female that was doing the check in, as well as showed her a picture. I informed her of my concern for falls, I asked for it to be covered in some way or repaired. Nothing was done. I re-reported the damage problem to a male on check out.

The jacuzzi was not clean. Filled it up and turned it on and it made the water green and brown stuff all over the sides. It was not fun. But they gave me a full refund.

I wasn't expecting this hotel to be nice, but I was expecting it to be reasonably clean and put together. It was not. Something in the toilet when we arrived. Hair on the floor. Giant gap under the room door. Busted, gross couch. Broken, wobbly TV stand. Grimy shower. Gunky floor corners. Not sure how this place has a good rating. Very dissatisfied.

The room was very dirty. Dead bugs in the fridge, dust all over the headboards, lights, blow dryer, pictures in bathroom and bathroom mirror. Smelled musty. The AC worked great though.

You’re the best

The staff is awesome and very accommodating. Room had a bit of an odd smell but was clean. Breakfast was good. Pool area has a nice set up for kids and adults. The gated area makes it feel safer with only 2 open entrances to the parking lot.

Room 112 had a noticeable foul odor, they gave me a different room

I was greeted at the desk by friendly staff. The system was running slow because there was a power outage from a storm. The desk clerk was very apologetic for it being so slow, even thiugh it wasn't her fault. Our room was clean. It was much bigger than i was expecting too. The hotel had a lot of guests, but it was quiet. Very pleasant stay for the price.

Front desk staff was very nice and very helpful. AC was a bit noisy but for one night we just dealt with it. Breakfast was the usual selection but good. I would recommend coffee being made onsite in the breakfast area, it came from a machine and was terrible. Otherwise clean and comfortable stay.

The room smelled of urine (pet friendly) so badly that we did not sleep there. The refrigerator did not cool adequately. The shower head leaked and did not produce a good stream of water.

It was once a great stay!! When I’m Baytown I always stay at Comfort Suites. I will be back again a couple of times next month.

Was great

Unruly children running around at all hours of the night. Also cigarette smoking in the room across from mine, which stunk up the whole floor and into my room. The staff didn’t seem to care. I have stayed here before and it was great. Not this time! I will be staying somewhere else next time.
