Reviews
The hotel has spacious rooms, which is a common positive across all reviews. However, the staff's attitude and service were frequently criticized, with guests feeling mistreated or ignored. The hotel's cleanliness and maintenance were also inconsistent, with some guests praising the cleanliness while others found issues with the rooms and facilities.
- Spacious rooms
- Convenient location
- Poor staff attitude and service
- Inconsistent cleanliness and maintenance
- 5/5
Great hotel..room and bath room was big and clean
- 3/5
The only thing I was looking for to use is there hot tubs that they’re going through a full renovation
- 5/5
Wonderful property with great amenities. The room was spacious. The restaurant was wonderful. The only recommendation I would make is ask for a room not facing the freeway if you are sensitive to noise.
- 4/5
It’s well priced for the area. Besides that just average. I was surprised they charged for parking.
- 4/5
Good location, next to train line.
- 5/5
Nice bar inside, friendly staff
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Staff was great. They are going through some maintenance on two of the four elevators. But other than that, no complaints! Perfect weekend
- 5/5
Service and hotel were perfect not to far away from settle and had a lot of good restaurants in the area
- 3/5
Hotel is dated and while some renovations were being done to the facade, it has a long way to go to be of "Hilton-Standard". Price was good, but not the "deal" I thought it was given how dated it was.
- 5/5
Spacious, clean, convenient, great location next to the train station, nice breakfast
- 4/5
The room is clean and good , but need make microwave in the room
- 5/5
Hotel is great and staff very nice
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Our stay was quick and the Hilton was nice. The staff was great. The hot tub wasn’t working and it cost 💲 28 to park my car, but otherwise, it was a good stay.
- 5/5
Only thing they can’t find my glasses
- 3/5
2/4 elevators out of order. Wait for the elevators was really long. Staff overall seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. Sadly overall disappointing.
- 5/5
Clean Room. Great size and staff were super friendly and helpful. Amazing will come back here next time i come to Seattle
- 5/5
Super nice hotel. Would recommend for sure.
- 5/5
overall it was good
- 5/5
Already did
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff, delicious breakfast.
- 5/5
Great staff and service! Especially Jay Jay helping with my reservation. Room service and request for extra towels and pillows brought right away. Good bargain because of price & nicer hotel. The rooms were larger than most. Good from room service was very good and appropriate pricing m. Would stay again and will recommend
- 3/5
Nice staff here, and I liked the pool and the breakfast buffet looked nice, but I was a little taken aback at the property. It was quite dated: thickly popcorned ceilings and the front had a part boarded up for repair. The elevators were being upgraded and there was a long wait to catch one: I expected a nicer facility with the Hilton brand I guess.
- 4/5
Rooms were okay, staff was helpful, we had a laundry machine issues, after second request they changed the machine, engineers were helpful and kind.
- 3/5
Toilet would not flush. Shower water would not drain.
- 5/5
Clean and bigger room.
- 1/5
My partner had some bad food for dinner and woke up vomiting. I repeatedly asked the staff for some some clean bedding so I could swap it out and they repeatedly told me they would send some but never did. Eventually we slept on the couch.
- 5/5
It was a nice stay for a weekend staycation.
- 4/5
Breakfast was not included otherwise everything was fine.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Safe. Clean. Friendly staff. Good food. Comfortable beds and quiet.
- 5/5
loved the room and how it said my name on the screen. I really enjoyed the lobby and the elevators overseeing the entire lobby floor. highly enjoyed the 2 window screens to block out noise and light, incredible!
- 5/5
I've stayed along with my parents and the facilities provided in the hotel are very hood
- 4/5
It was average. Nothing particularly stood out about this stay.
- 5/5
這家酒店雖然是三星但是酒店看上去像四星級的規模,服務也很好。
- 5/5
Spacious, nice facility, handy location to Bellevue Square and Dr. appts. Walking distance to fun restaurants n Main St.
- 5/5
Good!
- 4/5
The hotel is decent, it is quite old and definitely needs some things upgraded in the bathrooms but it was fine for a night.
- 4/5
The housekeeping team was very responsive. The breakfast was good and fresh.
- 5/5
Great room, very clean
- 4/5
Staff was super friendly and helpful. There were pretty extensive renovations going on which limited the use of elevators, we took the stairs which was fine but not ideal when on higher floors. Beds were comfortable, black out shades were great and the room was quiet and comfortable.
- 1/5
Room was dirty, dust all over the coffee maker like the oil hadn’t been occupied for a long time. Air conditioner was broken and had to have it fixed which left ceiling tile dust everywhere. Phone in the room and by the elevator didn’t work. Entire hotel was EXTREMELY run down.
- 3/5
Overall decent stay as I was there for a Doctor’s appointment in Mercer Island. The first room we stayed in did not have any hot water in the shower and literally had to convince the facilities staff person that lukewarm water is not acceptable in a shower and we ultimately asked to be moved to another room. Additionally, there was an event that weekend involving children and they were playing and riding the elevators with little to no supervision. The saving grace of our stay was the restaurant staff at the Solarium really nice and attentive staff.
- 4/5
Was good experience but needs to updated and remodeled.
- 2/5
We booked it for the hot tub but when we got there they told us it’s out of service.
- 3/5
My room had a mattress that felt as if it were sinking . The jacuzzi I was looking forward to as I had a basketball tournament and it was dirty and then empty. So in all reality it was not worth it
- 3/5
I have stayed here about 4 times. Shower doesn’t get “hot” barely warm. I was freezing and had goosebumps while showering
- 5/5
Friendly staff !
- 5/5
Great staff clean room !
- 4/5
Parking was expensive given location. I'm not a breakfast person so it was fine to me and enjoyed by my colleagues. Bed was very comfortable in a large room.
- 4/5
Clean room.
- 5/5
Good location, large rooms!
- 4/5
Breakfast was great, the room was good, the hotel overall was really good.
- 5/5
Beautiful
- 5/5
Breakfast should be included for the price
- 3/5
Fridge wasn't working. Only microwave available was on the 9th floor. Sound proof not so good, heard people running around above us and doors slamming late in the evening (weekday stay). Not worth $300 an evening
- 4/5
Close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff at check in.
- 4/5
It's just ok. Staff friendly.
- 3.5/5
It's a pretty tired property. Need a renovation. It's ok but below expectations for a Hilton TBH.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Amazing as always, breakfast was great
- 5/5
The food was good, room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
- 3.5/5
Bathroom closer was not able to get into had to go upstairs down stairs
- 5/5
Nice rooms
- 4/5
Clean and friendly.
- 3/5
The room keeper all the time rush us to check out, even I have already informed front desk, and when the first time came, I have already told her time, and later she just keeping stand in front of the door and rush us
- 5/5
Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive.
- 4.5/5
The feeling of quiet, comfort, and attention to detail Not having a bathroom convient in the lobby. Having to take an elevator to a lower floor seemed like there was a better way to solve that need.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Everything was good, clean spacious room, comfy bed, courteous staff. Restaurant was good. Only minor complaint was longish waits for elevators.
- 2/5
only one elevator in operation during a large show made getting around very difficult
- 4/5
Except Elevator facility everything else good
- 3/5
Low water pressure, never made the room, multiple elevator were out of service
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel was nice, great front desk service. Elevators were under repair but it wasn't a big deal. Soon the rail line to Seattle will be running which is right across the street, so a good location too.
- 2.5/5
The staff is nice Did Bethany hot water in my room and wanted to use amenities but they were under construction
- 5/5
The staff. They make me feel welcomed and at home. Their restaurant is really good they have the best breakfast buffet.
- 5/5
Very convenient place close to my workplace in Bellevue. Very friendly staff, great and prompt service. They allow Doordash to drop off food at the room door and also have great in room dining options. Very clean property. Loved the rooms and my stay. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Close by shopping.
- 4/5
Room was tidy and the bed comfortable. However, at times the elevator wait was super long. It appeared some of the carriages weren't working. And when it opened on our floor, there was a 6" height difference between the 2 floors.
- 2/5
The lady at the front desk.... I could not get warm enough water to shower.! hot bath or shower is always what I look forward to. I tried upon arriving again in the middle of night and morning and couldn't even get warm water let alone hot in the shower. We were there for a work party and the other employees who stayed all said they had the same issue.
- 4/5
The rooms are a little Kold
- 4/5
Clean, nice rooms. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Clean room, salad in restaurant was ok (not great), beautiful hotel.
- 2/5
I’m not sure Cleaning was horrible room smell like smoke room carpet was wet and we didn’t know how or why
- 5/5
Good quiet stay!
- 5/5
As always staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient. Room was excellent as always.
- 5/5
Helpful staff and clean spacious rooms.
- 2.5/5
The room was way too hot, and took forever to turn down, the system is just a joke. The couch was so uncomfortable, and your already paying for the room and only here do you have to pay for vehicle to stay there to, was told you needed a deposit for 50 and if our vehicle was staying they would pull it out of the deposit and yet you took 80 out, that's not okay and I probably wont ever stay there again
- 4.5/5
No
- 5/5
Staff was kind and helpful.
- 1/5
Breakfast not
- 4.5/5
The price was right for that class of hotel Location
- 4/5
On the website breakfast is included but we woke up and when for breakfast they said is $25 per person
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Room was great and staff was very helpful
- 4/5
Clean room & good foood
- 5/5
Breakfast was was great I had the buffet
- 5/5
Great location, convenient, the parking gets filled up even tho it’s huge! The pull out sofa is only suitable for little kids (mine are 7-9 girls) because the mattress pad is super thin, adult would not be comfortable on it.
- 1/5
For over $200 in this economy I should not have to pay an additional charge for breakfast
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and clean. There is and outdoor pool but it would make sense to me to have an indoor pool in Seattle being that its cool and rainy (A LOT). Breakfast wasn't free and with amount of money the room the room cost breakfast should be FREE!
- 3/5
The room was smelly and the conditions were not really great for the area and for the price.
- 4/5
Wrong hotel...dissapointed
- 5/5
You advertise a free shuttle is available and that you have to download the app provided but fail to tell customer that if you have an out of state phone number that you cannot use it. This service was not promoted or supported by your staff and we were told to take an uber at our own expense.
- 3/5
Location. Size of the room Amenities are aged Water is not warm Had plumbing issue
- 3/5
Old hotel, needs upgrades. At check in, they told as we were walking away that there is a $28/night parking charge when they clearly have ample parking. I later looked and this tidbit of info was very buried in the details. Will not stay here again.
- 5/5
I will stay again.
- 4/5
No complaints. Good service clean room and easy check in and check out.
- 5/5
Great service and wonderful room
- 4/5
The room was just fine thank you
- 5/5
Really clean. Fast check in.
- 5/5
Great Hotel
- 5/5
It was just great.
- 5/5
It was just great.
- 5/5
Did not have breakfast, i will recommend this place!
- 3/5
The water in the shower was lukewarm it wouldn’t get any hotter. The front desk was in the third floor it would be nice to know before you wonder the first floor for a long time.
- 3/5
good
- 4/5
great stay
- 5/5
Beautiful place
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Great stay and amazing staff kudos to Sara and Kim great help
- 3/5
Fine hotel, pretty standard. Surprised there was no breakfast included. I guess I didn’t look carefully when booking but I sort of expect all Hilton’s to have breakfast downstairs. Cool elevators kept the kids entertained.
- 5/5
Kim at the front desk was so kind and welcoming, i have stayed here many times butbshe went out of her way to make my kids smile
- 4/5
Beautiful elevators
- 5/5
Great place to house extra guest when visiting me
- 3/5
Hard bed, couldn’t turn the temp down passed 68 for a comfortable sleep. Couldn’t turn off the unit so just the cold from the outside to cool the room. Terrible sleep
- 5/5
Very enjoyable stay. Staff had great customer service. We would definitely book a stay here at this location again. Thank you
- 4/5
Nice place, very spacious but the bed sheet has some stains. We asked them to change it.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service!
- 4/5
The hotel was exactly as expected. Clean, with all usual amenities. The meal I ate in the restaurant was also good.
- 4/5
Never had breakfast
- 4/5
I ordered eggs off the menu and they gave me gross packaged buffet eggs.
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous and efficient. Room was excellent.
- 5/5
N/A
- 3/5
Overpriced for dated hotel.
- 3/5
It was fine minimal I wouldn’t stay there again
- 5/5
Great staff and excellent location for travelers.
- 5/5
Best hotel ever!
- 5/5
Was a nice friendly stay. You need to let the guest know they are being charged $30 for parking. The Expedia sore said the total for everything was $180 and after I checked in I was told of the additional charge.
- 5/5
It was a quick get away to enjoy Bellevue’s food and breweries. Hotel room was huge and location worked with all our plans.
- 5/5
Room ready and clean. hotel was quiet.
- 5/5
The drinks at the bar were a little pricey but the staff were amazing.
- 1/5
When I booked the hotel on this app it said the total was $182 and I was actually charged $257 at the hotel.
- 4/5
Cold shower in the morning and blanket was too thin for the season, had to turn up the heat more than I would have liked. Otherwise very good
- 3/5
Was surprised by the added parking fee after I had already pre-payed everything else through Expedia.
- 4/5
Beautiful lobby enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean rooms
- 5/5
There was one bar and restaurant. We had great clamchowder one night.
- 4/5
All good.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Ok
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
The staff were very helpful and kind every time. The rooms were kept up with and clean. And the area the hotel was in was very clean, calm, quiet, and nice.
- 5/5
Only downside are the parking fees
- 5/5
Room was very nice & spacious
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
Clean, quiet hotel.
- 2/5
Staff was nice. Room was really gross and felt so run down and desperately in need of a deep clean. Carpets were dirty. Fitness center was tiny for such a large hotel
- 5/5
We stay here often. Always a good experience.
- 3/5
Hotel was okay, little bit dated. Room was also okay but had an odd smell. Fairly clean room but shower had lukewarm water at best, very dissapointing. Shower head settings did not function. Parking was terrible. It was very limited due to a rental car location on site and a car dealers inventory. Many parking spaces very small. Decent, but likely would not choose this hotel again.
- 5/5
Clean room, clean facilities, freindly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Nice hotel and staff
- 5/5
The balcony was nice and the room was spacious. I didn’t like the charge for the water bottles.
- 3/5
Sofa bed is terrible! I know they aren’t the best but this was was bad…. Housekeeper had a mental breakdown when we were there and started yelling in the hallway like he was possessed. Told him thank you and I appreciate him brining us extra blankets and he yelled DONT TELL ME THOSE WORDS! Then proceeded to yell off the top of his lungs when going down the stairwell.
- 5/5
We love this Hilton, it is SO comfortable and the staff SO friendly!
- 5/5
Balcony, Gym and massage chair
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay! Stay was super helpful.
- 5/5
In town for a Seahawk game. Great location for getting in and back on I 90. A Very clean room and an awesome buffet for breakfast! Will definitely stay here again for location and shopping and the ease of getting back to the east side of the state.
- 4/5
It was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were kind and competent.
- 2/5
Hotel and rooms needs refresh. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Nice and clean hotel. 15 mins from downtown Seattle without the high prices.
- 5/5
Huge room
- 5/5
Amazing hotel & staff! We waited quite a bit for our room to be ready despite arriving right at check in time & they gave us free breakfast because they kept us waiting with kids! Very clean hotel & amazing breakfast buffet
- 4/5
It's convenient to have the car rental at the hotel with ample parking available.
- 5/5
We some issues with the AC. And it took a few days to get fixed. Other than that, a really great stay here!
- 4/5
Heated swimming pool was definitely a plus
- 4/5
Reception staffs were amazing.
- 5/5
We had 2 dogs and the property had ample walking spaces as well as easily walkable surroundings to restaurants, etc. The front desk staff was welcoming and genial throughout our stay. Rooms were good size and well appointed.
- 2/5
Bad customer service
- 5/5
Easy check-in. Nice size rooms. Clean room. The TV had a HDMI cable extension for easy connection to electronic devices.
- 1/5
Tv didn't work needs to be renovated and charged a 30 dollar unknown fee.
- 1/5
Yuriy Akopyan
- 5/5
Can’t wait to return!
- 5/5
It’s an old building but well maintained. The wait staff in the restaurant were great.
- 5/5
What I did not like is paying extra for parking uncovered.
- 3/5
Inconvenient entry to room due to wedding that was in the entrance area
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay!!
- 5/5
This was our second time at this hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. Good location. The pool is amazing. Staff is kind and very helpful.
- 5/5
Check in was quick and easy. Hotel is clean. Hydro massage was cool! Beds were clean and comfortable. Parking costs $25 and was hard to understand where to actually park since there is a car rental place there as well.
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
We ask for a higher floor room, they say no upper floors room available
- 3/5
The lobby was hard to find with the split levels and limited signage outside, and once inside there was nothing besides a map with a not largely visible labeled area for the front desk to be able to find your way. Also no signs to help direct you to the hotel elevators. Luckily there was staff setting up for an even to direct us. Also parking is odd and a bit confusing with the rental car companies also sharing the same space. We could hear everything from the hallway and the shared walls, and the mother scolding running children on the floor above us. At one point I had to open the door and ask the people socializing at 5am in the hallway to quiet down a bit. Great location to downtown Bellevue and a quick 20min drive to downtown Seattle and the Arenas. In our second time arriving to the hotel there was a large smeared pile of animal feces, in front of the elevators and additional parts randomly around the floor. Staff was aware as they placed caution wet floor signs, but there was no one around and no one had cleaned up the larger parts either. It was an okay stay we weren’t in the hotel for a total of more than 10 hours across two days.
- 5/5
Hotel room was large. Service was very friendly. The pool area was great. Would skip the hotel breakfast, very mediocre but still great service.
- 5/5
We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise it was good
- 5/5
Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Had everything that was needed. Great location, can get to freeways and all parts of Bellevue very easily, yet off the main roads. No problem getting a parking space. Would definitely stay there again.
- 3/5
The bed sheets smell as if someone sweaty had laid on them. Distinctly not fresh. Musty human odor. We called for new sheets the showed up the next morning
- 5/5
Always a great place to stay when I am in town. Thanks for such wonderful hospitality!
- 5/5
It was a great experience
- 2/5
This place needs upgrades big time
- 3/5
Cons: The person who checked us in was low-key rude. You have to pay for parking. Not all of the outlets work in the room. No free breakfast. Wasnt a bad stay but not worth the price.
- 5/5
Great Hotel and staff!
- 5/5
We were very satisfied with the accommedation and service.
- 3/5
It’s okay
- 5/5
Though the hotel is old, it has all the amenities that are well-maintained in vintage ways. We enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Great people that work there food was awesome as nice to have hotel with food and room service
- 5/5
This property was nice and convenient for our family to stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was some construction going on during our stay but you could tell that they put up protection boards around pool area to keep it safe. Breakfast in the morning was a little confusing because I felt there were a lot of people for the servers to handle. They needed more staff during breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Convenient and safe,good service
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Lobby was very nice and different amenities available.
- 5/5
This place is so sweet, if you’re comfortable w a small 25min drive especially if you have littles it’s perfect for a family vacation to seattle . It’s kinda bummer to tip in the morning but the staff is so sweet and kind it’s worth it Hilton should be responsible for paying these wonderful employees more they deserve it i wish i had more to tip . The extra charge for parking is a rip off too considering they share a huge lot for rental cars and there is so much extra room to spare but again Hilton makes more than enough in revenue to cover the parking its ridiculous extra charge but other than that 5 stars all around . it’s a safe quiet area and safe to walk with littles to exhibits near by there is also a tram within walking distance . rooms we clean breakfast was great even for the picky ones . The cleaning, Dinning and Front desk staff were kind considerate and professional . We will absolutely be staying again .
- 5/5
Great stay! No issues. Spacious rooms and loved the restaurant inside the hotel. Good location!
- 5/5
Little dated but all around excellent.
- 5/5
This hotel is special to us because of the memorable church conference we attended once from the Finding. Feels luxurious and fun with kids! Comfy big bed and fun elevators to watch! Great location. We wished we didn’t switch rooms tho, initially the view was better up top but no tub… The tub ended up being small. I would still come back, not a deal breaker. The hot tub is amazing! Thank you!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. Loved the pool area
- 5/5
The rooms were large and had a fold out couch for those traveling with families. The beds were comfortable. We paid for breakfast through our Expedia reservation and it was a very good deal (compared with paying for breakfast on site). The breakfast was excellent and had so many choices. The check in and restaurant staff were excellent. The Bellevue Botanical Gardens are just 1 mile away and are a nice (and free!) respite from the city. The pool/spa looked very nice, but we didn't have time to use it.
- 2/5
I honestly don’t know where to start. When thinking of a Hilton Hotel you think 5 Star amazing amenities, great food, everything luxurious. This hotel was the exact opposite. The room the bathroom door knob wasn’t working and our son got locked inside for 20 min. Their was balled up hair on the bathroom floor a bug similar to a cockroach crawling out from underneath the bathroom vanity
- 5/5
The elevators are out of this world.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice. Room was clean but smelled like propane when walking in on day 2. Would have been nice to have a gift shop also. Especially not being walking distance for necessities.
- 5/5
Very Clean and excellent staff!
- 3/5
O
- 2/5
I thought the hotel was very nice and put together inside however the outside view wasn’t what they made it out to be as well as the front desk not refunding me a 100 dollar fee they said would be returned at the end of our stay waste of money not only do they make me do that unnecessary. hold but parking as well took another 80 dollars from me i will not be returning here.
- 5/5
Nice and cleanI loved 100%
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
The restaurant downstairs is really nice and made dining convenient while we were there.
- 5/5
Elevators
- 5/5
Excellent hotel with everything that we need to make our stay a pleasure
- 4/5
The dryers weren’t working
- 4/5
Front desk staff was the only issue
- 3/5
When I think of Bellevue I think upscale classy, and updated. The lobby was very cute and I liked the elevators. But when I got to the room I was disappointed to see that many of the drawers and carpets had some wear and tear and it looked like it was patched up. But for me to spend $291 for one night, I expected a better room. I could just be so used to Hyatt and their nice rooms. Don’t think I will stay here again.
- 3/5
Itchy beddings
- 3/5
We reserved an upper room and they put us on the 1st floor. The pull out bed is horrible, sleeping straight on springs no cushion in the mattress at all.
- 3/5
Our stay was good. We really enjoyed the pool, but the jacuzzi was very dirty. It had debris in it and it was obviously not safe looking. I told the front desk about it. We went the next day but it was the same dirty water.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and kind . The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back .
- 3/5
Property was ok. Needs upgrade
- 1/5
We were ‘walked’ by Residence Inn to the Hilton, because they were sold out. The price was too high ( $380 all in per night ), the room was smelly and the shower drain was clogged. The hotel staff were good and replaced the shower curtain which was the source of the smell and repaired the drain but we had to tolerate it for 1 of our 2 days.
- 5/5
Everything is great, cleanliness, friendly environment and most of all great customer service.
- 1/5
Had a dirty room
- 5/5
The initial room was not great and staff was not helpful until a manager got involved.
- 4/5
The room was a bit of a disappointment. When I made the reservation, I specifically paid extra to book a room on a higher floor. However, the room I was given was filled with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I requested a room change, and while I was given a different room, it was on a much lower floor—just the 2nd floor, where people in the parking lot could easily see inside. There was no mention of any refund or adjustment for the price difference, and although it wasn't a large amount, I would have appreciated some acknowledgement or gesture. The way the situation was handled felt a bit disappointing.
- 3/5
I liked all the staff, very nice people. The bathtub had hair in it and wouldn't drain, but the rest of the room was clean and nice.

First and foremost, the parking area is really big. Plenty of parking especially if youre driving a bigger vehicle. Secondly, there was a restaurant and bar in the hotel. Super convenient when traveling 3 hours to seattle with kids and my elderly grandma. We were tired and didn't want to go anywhere else. The food was good and the drinks at the bar were too. The rooms were large and the beds were conformable.

They charged $30.86 for parking, even if you were staying in the hotel. Also, they charge for a water bottle in the room, and the elevator takes a long time to work. This Hotel and the staff are awful

Nice place to stay at a decent price.

For the cost, the rooms had an odd smell, there was a wet spot in the middle of our room and the elevators took forever!
