I liked the breakfast during the week. We ate a burger at the bar and it was very good. My husband and I used the gym and liked it very much. A 10 min walk from the light rail that goes into Seattle which worked well. I would have liked fresh towels daily because sometimes towels do not dry

Loved the space of the property.

Everything was meeting our expectations except the noise from the highway. The windows were not sound proof, so at some point, we thought that windows were open and the traffic noise was all inside the room.

Great staff had Danielle check us in and Vinny check us out was great service. The room was great, like the set up and was clean.

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having an equipped kitchen was essential, especially when we had to stay multiple days. Although we did not get the chance to utilize all of the amenities, I don’t think there was anything missing. We will highly likely stay here again the next time we visit Seattle area.

Breakfast was good, with a waffle station, eggs, sausage and French toast. Rooms were clean and location was close to downtown Bellevue and 405.

Cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. The bed was super comfortable, breakfast was hot and delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was big with a fully equipped kitchen, also very quiet.

It's a short drive into downtown Bellevue with tons of different food options and lots of free parking. Would come back here in a heartbeat

Ana was very helpful in booking our airport shuttle. She went out of her way to help us book the shuttle. The man who help us check in, not so much. When I asked him how to book the shuttle, he just pointed to a computer screen in the lobby.

It was close to the highway - close to downtown and the airport It was a squeeze to get into parking

I loved having the full kitchen setup. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was all very friendly and always accommodating. The only thing I didn't like was the small difficult to maneuver parking garage but I drive a full size truck and pretty much the whole city of Bellevue was like that so I wont specifically fault the hotel for this one.

Without it, the flow of the space would be better. The daily parking fee of $19 was reasonable for downtown Bellevue. We had a comfortable stay in this hotel and would return for our next visit to Seattle.

The breakfast buffet was impressive and delicious! However, the from desk service was even better!! She anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed something. She was pleasant and engaging. It has been a long time since we have had service at this level. She is very good at what she does! Thank you for making our brief stay so comfortable and enjoyable! Nice job Marriott!!

Great service easy access to everything pool was nice and had the fitness rom in the next room with windows and the breakfast was great small healthy breakfast on the weekend we stayed there and amenities and stores and shopping areas were close by on 5 min drive will come back again for another trip.

Overall, it was a very relaxing and comfortable stay. If I come back to Bellevue in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Some feedbacks to the management team: A stained bedsheet was noticed at check-in and promptly replaced. Great recovery. The breakfast program does need improvement—some items were overcooked, particularly the pancakes, which were quite dry.

House keeping could be improved. $16 parking was also strange since there is plenty of parking outside. We actually didn’t know that we had to pay for parking until we got the bill for it on checkout. Otherwise the hotel is nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn Seattle Bellevue/Downtown. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The location is super convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and an easy drive into Seattle. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Bellevue Residence Inn. My room was a beautiful, studio-style setup that honestly felt like home. I loved having a microwave, cooker, and fridge, super convenient. The breakfast was nice, and the location is very central. It took me about six minutes to get to Bellevue Downtown, and my Uber was around $10 or less. The staff were friendly, the pool area felt private with a gorgeous view, and the gym was very well equipped. The only thing I found a bit surprising is that they don’t offer house slippers for guests. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Overall, I’d give it a solid 9 out of 10.

Loved the room and very spacious. The entire property felt clean although the breakfast was lack luster. The property was renovated earlier in the year and it was done nicely. Some areas, like the pool felt older but having a one bedroom suite with a kitchen was very desirable. Would absolutely book again!

Front desk attendant was super friendly and courteous as she efficiently checked me in. Room was clean, halls and the whole facility was well kept. Included breakfast was above average with good choices and tastes. The only thing that was new to me is the charges for incidentals and parking. I was so tired and the the fact I had prepaid at a discount already that I just let the $40 be part of the stay taking the price still lower than the regular rate. Would stay here again.

The heat didn’t work. BR flush did not work. Pretty poor. I stayed out of the room as much as possible.

The room was very spacious, plenty of closet space, nice vanity area with full body mirrors, TV was easy to use and log into to streaming services, desk was spacious, plenty of plugs with different tips like usb & usb-c, absolutely will stay again.

Breakfast was good. The area was unsafe so park in the garage close to a camera. Fronr desk staff was friendly. My ADA room was dirty with an unfinshed kitchen but the bed was comfortable.

When we checked in, we were hit with a $150 pet fee which was totally unexpected. We are used to paying pet fees of up to $50 but this was exorbitant. It had nothing to do with the type of dog we had as this is their standard fee. They rationalized it by saying the room would require an extra cleaning. No idea whether that is correct but there is no extra cleaning that costs that much. In any event, our pet did nothing in the room that would have required any extra cleaning. The fee was more expensive than the room itself. We feel like we were gouged under circumstances where we had no choice.

We were just in for a quick weekend, but traveled far. So the fully loaded kitchen was perfect for road food we had along with us. Made it feel like home.

The hotel itself is adequate, unfortunately the room we booked didn’t have a king bed as promised and the heating wasn’t working properly. It was either too hot or the air conditioning would turn on so ended up having to heat then turn off completely and repeat this process the whole stay. Not ideal to have a comfortable room temperature

The only thing I could see that was not perfect was there was a small chunk of soap on the soap holder from a previous guest… not even a big deal to me. Will totally stay here again if we are in the area’

This was a two night stay as we moved to a nearby high rise apartment. While it was convenient in terms of location, its price belied the value that wasn’t there. There were elevator issues which caused guests to use the stairs. The free breakfast was pedestrian and the stale odor permeated the main floor. And charging for parking was an insult given the price of the room.

Room was nice, clean, spacious for the 3 of us. The breakfast had a good variety of options, probably the best variety of my entire 8 day trip. Everyone was nice and polite, would definitely stay here again, especially if you're wanting somewhere close to Seattle but not in the city. Only about 20-30 mins away!

Super clean and convenient location!

They were not able to honor their booking because they were sold out. They sent us an email on the day, luckily we called them before arriving as we’d have been very disappointed. When we called them they told us we had been transferred to a nearby Hilton and they would cover the first night. This was appreciated. However they told us they’d make bookings for both nights and the second night rate would be similar to our original rate at the Residence Inn. Both these turned out to not be true… ie they hadn’t made the second night booking and the daily rate was $80 higher. When we complained at the front desk, we were told to follow up with Expedia and / or the floor and office manager and we’re unclear about how the refund process worked. We needed to follow up directly with Expedia and also escalate to the GM of the property. While the refund did ultimately get processed, we didn’t even get an apology and were flatly told they wouldn’t address the rate differential. Overall it wasn’t a good experience as our Hilton stay turned out to not be good and we needed to spend a lot of time following up instead of enjoying our vacation. This service level was uncharacteristically poor.

Another great inconvenience was that there is not nearly enough parking. We were fortunate but many guests were disrupted by this, but this pevented us from leaving with our car. And guests caused a verbally aggressive scene in the lobby over this matter. Needless to say, we will never be staying here again. The night manager however, was very pleasant.

Have stayed here a few times and love it. Convent, really clean, spacious rooms with mini kitchens, beds are great, breakfast is busy but good. Restaurant/bar on site which is so continent do not have to travel to eat. Highly recommend.

Very good price for a very nice room

From the moment we check-in to the moment we checked out, we had an amazing stay. We were able to check-in over 3 hours early with no hassle or additional charges. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was fantast! It was clean, comfortable, and even had the AC already turned on. We unfortunately were not able to take advantage of the breakfast which would be our only complaint. We have stayed a multiple hotels in the Seattle area and this location was the first that the breakfast ended before 10am on a weekend, Sunday specifically. The only problem we had with the room was that our deadbolt lock would stick in the out position when the door was opened. When leaving the room it made it difficult to shut the door. When we checked out i reported it to the front desk and was told it would be addressed right away.

Hotel was great, though one of the elevators frequently had issues during our entire stay. Most of the time, when getting into the car, upon reaching our floor it would get stuck for about a minute

Great location, but paying for parking? It’s not even downtown. Indoor pool was super cold. That’s not front desk fault but I don’t recall indoor pool being that cold at all. I lived 45 mins away and the point was staying out of town and planned to have my kids swim there but they couldn’t as it was so cold

The hotel was far enough from the city but a short 10 min drive into downtown Bellevue. Room was beautiful, spacious. It was nice having a little kitchen in the room. Breakfast was good.

Is a ok hotel if you need for a emergency, breakfast is garbage all carbs and sweets nothing else no Diabetic friendly, needs to improve that, with more healthy opinions.

Very nice stay. The room was clean and quiet. At check in we had to wait for the system to update… but the nice lady gave me free parking for waiting patiently.

A couple of things that could be improved... It would be very nice to have a night light in the bathroom. There were a lot of problems with the card keys. They didn't work when I first arrived at my room, and, already exhausted, I had to call and wait for new cards. Then the cards worked for the room, but not for the garage, and I got stuck at the gate. Then they didn't work for the downstairs garage entry into the hotel and I was locked out. I really hate these keys.

The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and was hot. Those are the things that are important to us when we stay somewhere.

I like it had a pool and I used It Like they they had hot breakfast and I was a lot I like that the room had a sofa, full size frig, dishwasher and kitchen supplies, stove, coffee maker and plates and silver wear. I like how the tv could swivel I didn’t like no sauna I hated that if you want you really I’m clean you have to tell the desk each day I like and didn’t like the free coffee but it stop at 8pm( I don’t anted some decaf and there was no place for a night cap, if you didn’t bring food you went hungry. They had vending machine snacks Btw they been und r construction for months there was no information posted on the finish product and you didn’t know about the construction until you bought and pay for your stay

Anna at the Front Desk is great! Extremely professional and exceptionally helpful. Property undergoing renovation so noise was a factor but did not detract from our stay. Free breakfast was a wonderful inclusion. Would recommend to those looking for a stay in Bellevue!

I was not informed that the property is undergoing massive renovation which meant abbreviated breakfast service and no bar. I think guests should be told that ahead of time! It is still a nice place to stay.
