Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests appreciating the cleanliness and convenience of the location, but expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of breakfast and the lack of staff presence. Some guests also reported issues with noise and unprofessional behavior from staff.

The room was okay for the most part, but the bed was super uncomfortable. The mattress should have been replaced a long time ago and the pillows were flat as pancakes. Also, the bathroom ceiling needed some repair. The most irritating part about this "pet-friendly" hotel is their lack of any real outdoor place for dogs to do their business. I hate when hotels tote being pet friendly and then completely flake on having an outdoor area for pets. On the upside, the front desk girl was really helpful about the best way to travel back and forth to and from Seattle, they have self-service laundry, and clean kitchenette supplies. It's also located close to everything in Bellevue.

Free breakfast poor choices

The service is always amazing. I always get those one get any always provides amazing service always friendly happy just top-tier service and I’m always happy to go there. The room is clean and close by to everything which I love.

- 4/5
Four stars overall because shower curtain smelled sour once wet and faucet barely reached into bathroom sink (little room for hands underneath and water splashed onto counter). Convenient location so a bit of traffic noise. Would have been nice to have one place setting (glass, plate, mug, flatware) in room (though all that plus pots & pans and more available on request).

Could have better breakfast

The hotel is very safe and quiet.

Cost effective, comfortable room Breakfast offering was poor. Coffee quality was poor. No fruit available.
- 0.5/5
after hours phone rep guy was so horrible rude about the problems we were experiencing. he hated his job and we , because of the inadequacies and defective things in room was just an inconvenience to him saying what do you want me to do about it
- 0.5/5
Nothing at all. All bad, maybe the staff will save it, but I can't say anything nice about this horrible place. Worst stay ever Breakfast is a joke, they will keep a copy of our IDs, no bottles of water available. It is the first time I visit a hotel where you don't get shampoo or conditioner. We had to ask for soap. Absolutely horrible.

Good location, free parking, decent WiFi Room could have been a little more cleaner. The floor under the chairs were dirty , bugs (ants) were in bed. "Breakfast" did not have any fruits

Clean and convenient with a full kitchen. The staff is helpful and friendly

I know it’s out of the hotels control but it made it very unpleasant. Outside of that it’s a good spot and close to lots of shopping, food, and things to do
- 3.5/5
Had a weird smell all throughout the lobby and hallways the whole two days we stayed. Reminiscent of electrical burning.

Ive stayed at several ESA's and this was by far the worst.

I have stayed here a few times before this stay . Everytime before the room was clean nothing to complain about therefore we kept coming back . But this time the bed sheets had blood stains on them not just on one sheet but both sheets and the mattress. Didn’t even notice this big issue till I woke up in the morning. The bathroom had what looked like mold in the shower. Because of this I might have to book somewhere. Very disappointed because I really liked staying here because it’s close to shopping centers.also not sure why they haven’t took off the “free breakfast “ the breakfast is to go items like small muffins , granola bars and coffee.
- 2/5
The receptionist was nice. Parking was easy. Room was fairly clean. There was no coffee machine in the room and you had to request dishes etc. This makes no sense in a room with a kitchenette. We arrived late and this was not at all convenient. The window was also open and could not be closed .so it felt unsecure and we could hear traffic all night. Breakfast was grab and go but all they had out at 6:15 were granola bars and prepacked little debbie type muffins. No fruit or yogurt. There was oatmeal but no hot water to make it.

All was good to go!
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was amazing.
- 2/5
Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. The room city view was not very good. The room was so close to the highway I could not sleep it was so noisy. The walls are so paper thin I could hear every time the guest showered. I did not receive turn down service. I returned to an unclean room. The hotel is walking distance to the train station.
- 5/5
Dedicated parking lot. Close proximity to Bellevue proper.
- 5/5
Staff was awesome, manager Katie was very nice, and night shift woman was great!
- 4/5
Clean, staff was great. Kitchen.
- 2/5
POOR RATING... NO YT SYSTERM .........
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable rooms and convenient location
- 5/5
Great experience!
- 4/5
The only shortcoming was the bed being too firm for my back.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, great location, great price. Pretty bare bones hotel in terms of amenities.
- 3/5
Room was decent. A few things I noticed could have been cleaned better (like the floors). There were sugar ants crawling on the kitchenette and sink. There was no hand soap either and you only get shampoo and a body bar for toiletries.
- 1/5
My Kids and I had the WORST experience here. For starters there is mold on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom, rooms are dirty, they left a used bar soap in the shower along with hairs. The floor was sticky at the entrance next to the fridge and our window was broken from the outside. The racism and humiliation I experienced from the manager I do not wish upon even an enemy. I was yelled at and belittled in front of my 5yr old child. All because she threw up on the bed sheets that I offered to pay for if necessary. After paying an insane amount for the dirty linen I was told I had to leave and they’d no longer be doing business with me. As I walked away the manager said “it’s always people like them!” and continued to yell racist and disgusting things no human should ever have to hear. I gladly left this place and am yet to receive a refund for the remainder of my nights paid for.
- 5/5
Great parking easy check in.
- 5/5
Room was great. Bed was exceptional and staff could not have been better!!
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful and the staff were very accommodating.
- 5/5
The check in was quick, staff was very friendly, complete blackout blinds to help sleep during daylight, very clean property inside and out, quite so I could sleep good.
- 5/5
All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Welcoming and safe hotel.
- 5/5
I always get amazing service when they come over here. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I enjoy staying here when it comes.
- 3/5
Air freshener was not working in hallway. There is smell of food abit unpleasing. People openly fight at 5 am and just very loud which I understand hotel can not do anything but maybe educate upon
- 2/5
We requested a room with two beds and day off they called and said they only had one queen bed room available. Receptionist was very rude upon arrival. Did not get what we requested
- 1/5
This hotel was terrible to people with disabilities-they kicked out myself and the woman next door with no reason given. I had 32 min to vacate - I will be filing an ada complaint.
- 2/5
staff walked into our room 3 times on the morning we were supposed to leave. one time at 7 am then 2 times between 9:30 and 10. never again.
- 1/5
Would not recommend to anyone.
- 1/5
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My tub was not draining, I was told no maintenance was on site which I then requested a room change but was told no other rooms were available even though rooms were still available online. The front desk person was too busy talking on her cellphone and eating to properly help me. I was told to wait until the morning to talk to the manager. I called the manager this morning, she was rude and told me there was nothing she could do. She told me I was offered a refund which I was NOT!!!! I would have gladly taken the refund and gone somewhere else. She then hung up the phone on me. I contacted extended stay guest relations and they were no help either. I was told that the manager at the Bellevue location put me on a list stating that I couldn’t stay at any extended stays anymore. ALL BECAUSE I WAS ASKING FOR A ROOM CHANGE??? THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED!!!! Supposedly the district manager is supposed to call me but I doubt it will happen!
- 4/5
Room was clean and tidy. There was a very strong "cleaner" oder which lingered. But, I requested and was confirmed a change of booking from a Single queen to 2 Doubles and sadly front desk had no record of that change
- 5/5
room was clean and updated. Very pleasant stay
- 5/5
Easy check in and spacious rooms.
- 5/5
always stay here— for three times the price you can do much worse.
- 4/5
Affordable, good location, free parking, comfortable bed
- 4/5
Check in-out was great! Bathroom was very suspect, with hair on counters, bathtub, and ceiling!
- 4/5
It was nice. A little dated but it was clean. So hair on the towels. The beds were not that comfortable or the pillows, but I did like the room set up.
- 4/5
Things I liked: - Location - Free parking - Friendly staff - Clean rooms Things I didn’t like: - The hallways had a pungent, unbearable smell - The breakfast menu was limited, offering only coffee, instant oatmeal, and a few snack items like granola bars. Additionally, the coffee ran out quickly if you weren't there early enough to grab it in the lobby.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. The morning staff really takes care of me.
- 5/5
Clean room, very quiet and friendly staff
- 5/5
The staff are very friendly. I love coming here because it’s like having an studio apartment because they come with a kitchen that has a stove and everything that you need you controlled the thermometer in your room and it’s very super close by to everything. I will continue to stay here.
- 5/5
Nice clean room and friendly, helpful staff

The staff that night, she was nice. The room was clean. Just needed an additional light in the parking lot for safety.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious room with great amenities. Also very low cost, with quick access to Seattle. The staff was warm and courteous. Recommended.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 2/5
Breakfast consists of a yogurt cup, granola bar or muffin.
- 4/5
But no complementary coffee/coffee maker are in the room. You can get coffee in the morning at lobby area along with snack bar . There are no dish, pan/pot in the room. You need to rent them at the front desk. I could borrow dish/cup/utensil set, but pan/pot are out of stock. Little disappointing, because to be able to prepare your food is always plus.
- 1/5
Very disappointed in this place, kitchenette was pointless as there were no dishes, pans, anything available to use. No information given about WiFi, no roll away beds; staff was cold and very unhelpful and don’t offer late checkout. Will never stay here again.
- 3/5
Hotel room okay, 2 networks wouldn’t work on TV (ABC, CBS) so couldn’t watch Seahawk game. Front desk said there’s absolutely nothing we can do, there’s no maintenance or management available during weekend. Rather odd since they have customers on weekends. Pretty much unexccepticle for a holler.
- 3/5
So much noise coming out of the fridge. And also we thought the breakfast was continental but it wasn't....bagged muffins, snack bars, coffee, tea, yogurt and oatmeal.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 4/5
Clean and walkable to downtown. Basic amenities.
- 4/5
Parking was so k. Breakfast was well below par.
- 3/5
Rooms lack a lot. No fan in the bathroom. Dirty pillow cases. No coffee maker
- 1/5
Staff at checkout was very rude. Very noisy rooms. Hair in bathroom but apparently a cleaning inspection is done. Overall not a good stay. Will not be back nor recommend to travel nurses.
- 5/5
Parking was great - we parked right by the door. Didn’t try the breakfast because of a limited menu. The room was neat and welcoming.
- 1/5
I made the reservation on Expedia that night as we were flying through Chicago. I tried to call to let the hotel know we would be late but no one answered so I sent a message through Expedia. When we arrived at 1:45 am the desk clerk said she couldn’t check us in because her computer system was backing up and it would take about 1/2 hour. She had not gotten my message. So we waited in the lobby and when it was done she checked us in. When we got to the room at about 2:30 it had not been cleaned. The bedding was stripped and laying on the table, garbage cans in the middle of the floor—like someone started cleaning and didn’t finish. I went back down and the clerk was nowhere to be found. I called and called (heard the phone in the back room but no answer). Frustrated and grossed out by the room, we left and went to another hotel. I called the next morning and explained what happened. A different lady answered and I told her why we didn’t stay there and asked for a refund. She said that yes the room had t been cleaned and they would refund us. No explanation why and no apology. That would have gone a long way to easing my frustration but instead she wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible and I was not yelling or being rude—only explained the situation.

So good
- 4/5
Place is in good location. need more restaurants in surrounding area.
- 5/5
clean room
- 5/5
Great staff, love the location to downtown Bellevue!
- 4/5
Friendly staff and clean rooms
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Dirty floor, hair everywhere. Smelly towels.
- 5/5
Very efficient check in. Helpful staff. Room is nicely renovated and spacious. Bed is comfortable. Only negative is that the room has an odd moldy smell.
- 4/5
Friendly staff but the room was not cleaned appropriately. Appliances were somewhat problematic.
- 4/5
Safe location
- 3/5
Excellent value for the money. Would’ve liked coffee maker in room along with utensils, plates, etc.
- 3/5
I didn’t see any pets, shops wer too fat
- 2/5
The room was average for the price. But regardless of the price should come more attention to detail as they state on their sticker of cleaniness. Room was a bit dusty as I found a large spider. There is no room service than came to my room to clean. Better breakfast as others provide little more breakfast. Here is only snacks. My main thing was room service , I never seen anyone cleaning any room.
- 2/5
The room itself was not sufficient. I noticed several things that indicated the room had not been thoroughly or properly cleaned. There was hair on the towels and the floor in the bathroom. The face towels also had small red stains which kind of resembled blood. There were dried spots of liquid on the floor near the bed, plus the top cover of the bed had old stains. You could already tell the hotel is a little dated, but the uncleanliness made it worse. For this to be an establishment in the highly reserved area of Bellevue, it did not meet my expectations. Checkout was pleasant and professional.
- 1/5
bathroom sink water wouldnt drain due to the sink being dirty, shower curtain was dirty, sheets had makeup and hair. It was disgusting.
- 5/5
Rooms and safety excellent!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Parking was ample, convenient, and free of charge. Great location.
- 2/5
There were no coffee makers, utensils or plates in the kitchen. There was no caffeine-free options at breakfast. When I asked about that the manager said "I don't do decaf." Because we were only staying 5 days, there was no maid service. When we asked about towels, we were told we had to bring the dirty towels to the office to exchange. We also had to empty our own trash. The "breakfast to go" was mediocre. There was nothing with protein. We won't be staying at an "Extended Stay America" again.
- 4/5
Staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodations were adequate. The free breakfast was not so great though. Mostly processed junk like pre-packaged muffins and granola bars. There was also instant oatmeal, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. There were however alot of great restaurants and shopping in the surrounding area. Overall a good stay.
- 5/5
We had a great stay
- 5/5
we needed a room that night. they were busy, but remained very helpful and friendly, and patient!
- 5/5
Just a very nice place
- 4/5
Good location
- 2/5
Staff is very nice and friendly , city centre just about 25 minutes away by foot but this hotel is beside a busy highway it is very...... noisy at night .
- 3/5
Our room was very nice and clean but there was construction going on by the hotel ALL NIGHT so it kept us awake. We were very disappointed with the "included breakfast" too which consisted of coffee, packaged muffins, and instant oatmeal. 😒
- 3/5
Feels like a motel but in a 5 story building. Not terrible but didn’t feel like an average hotel experience
- 5/5
Central location was perfect
- 5/5
Very clean, modern, safe & secure inside & out.
- 5/5
Everything is okay except the noise from the highway.
- 5/5
I originally went to a different hotel on the same side of the street. Closer to Chick-fil-A and I do not recommend the walls. Looks like they were separating. So when I found this hotel, I was excited but let me tell you this customer service was outstanding and although the breakfast is basic, I would still say choose this hotel over any of the other ones on the same street. Nashia was so kind and so nice and made the experience really good because she cared. I would definitely book here again.

Good place to stay
- 4/5
Room very clean
- 4/5
Convenient and affordable.
- 5/5
Friendly check in, clean room, all good…
- 5/5
Each time I had asked cups of hot water, the staff had been so kind and patient to me. I’m very appreciated for that.
- 3/5
Breakfast (Grap and Go) is supposed to be served between 6.30-9.30. However, there was nothing left when i got there at 9.10. When asked the front desk and was told it's closed.
- 5/5
It was a great place to stay while in town to catch a football game!
- 4/5
Very clean, great staff, everything you need for a basic room etc. The fridge was very loud which made it difficult to sleep at times but mostly great, especially for the price. Much better than some other comparably priced hotels in the area. A great affordable option outside the city
- 1/5
The receptionist was the rudest lady I’ve ever met. I ended up walking out. She was trying to tell me my credit card isn’t a credit card and they can’t check me in. Then just started ignoring me. I literally was at the extended stay in Kent last night and had NO problem checking in. That lady needs to be fired. I’ve informed my company and we will no longer be doing business with your company.
- 2/5
The shower and sink in the room did not have any running hot water. When I said something to front desk they filled in a form for maintenance but were u helpful in finding a way for me to have a hot shower.
- 4/5
Everything was great but drawers in room were not cleaned out.
- 3/5
Road work right outside the hotel continued throughout the night. Crazy noise from side cutter through metal and concrete
- 5/5
Very, very simple snack for "blackfast". No bath towels,no conditioner, one lady staff showing long face when being asked for more hot water and coffee.
- 4/5
We stayed in Bellevue which was less expensive and yet still close to Seattle for our conference.
- 5/5
Quick and easy check in. Bed was comfortable. Room was large. Love the fridge and Freezer. Room felt clean.
- 4/5
It was overall good and convenient. We did find stains on sheet but had brought our own so wasn’t that bad. Overall I would book again.
- 3/5
There is no ice machine.
- 3/5
Clean decent rooms. Minimal amenities (1 body soap, 1 hand soap, 1 small shampoo tube). There is a kitchenette, but you have to request what you need. Coffee maker and cups are basic amenities that should be in rooms. Rooms on the highway side are not quiet.
- 3/5
Friendly staff and convenient location, but very barebones amenities.
- 4/5
Friendly and helpful front desk staff. They only clean the rooms once a week, however, you can turn the towels daily to receive new ones.
- 2/5
Ceiling in the bathroom had water damage- almost looked like mold spots. The floors were so dirty after we showered floors were went I used the bathroom mat to clean up and the floor mat was black after that's how bad the floors were.
- 3/5
In the room on the counter, it states on the card that the cupboards are stocked with supplies, cups/plates. but my room had nothing but a garbage can. The shelf’s around including the window were dusty as well.. the wall was written on by one of the beds, the bathtub had markings as well.it was fine to sleep for the evening but for just under 300$ was not worth the price I paid.
- 1/5
Room was not how the right one
- 4/5
Breakfast is nit satisfied
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
Clean
- 2/5
Hotel was ok but staff was unprofessional.
- 3/5
Great location but lacking kitchen utensils and some grumpy staff. Also they decided to switch out mattresses and tv during peak sold out timeframe.
- 5/5
Very helpful with late check in
- 5/5
Good location, clean property, friendly staff.
- 3/5
It's ok for the price. "Meh" overall. The room was a mix of remodel and old, i.e., the kitchenette and tub enclosure should be replaced. The floor was new, the bed was comfy. The bathroom faucet had no cold water, no coffee in room, the "breakfast" was prepackaged muffins, oatmeal, and yogurt. The coffee dispenser was empty and the front desk person had stepped away. I'll probably look elsewhere next time.
- 5/5
All was as expected. Nice large tv to watch the hockey. Nice staff.
- 5/5
I’ve stayed at several of these and the rates are always great, However the quality of rooms vary, ALOT from area to area, but this one was very nice. Our room was very clean, the staff was friendly and made check in/out a breeze.
- 5/5
They are very accommodating and flexible. Great stay. Good food close by.
- 4/5
Not like- utensils not in room and need to be requested. Places extra burden on guest when need is acute and thus non useful. Coffee options or bedside water which I would think are minimums. I may be wrong if these issues go against the underlying business model of the business.
- 4/5
This is a decent place to stay. They have laundry for patrons. They were very accommodating as well.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Centrally located to old Bellevue
- 5/5
Good and nice
- 3/5
This is a cheap hotel in Bellevue so not expecting it to be top notch. We were just there to sleep and shower so no need to stay in a 5 star. Need was a bit uncomfortable but shower was good and close to the stuff we were doing.
- 5/5
Good price and location. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Check in the afternoon was amazing the lady was friendly happy and delightful she was amesome check out not great guy was rude you could tell he doesn't like his job
- 2/5
Not a place i would stay again
- 2/5
Overall may not be that bad, but main disappointment is that the description is somewhat misleading. Basically you will see the ad with "kitchen and kitchenware". But when you come you will be informed that it only for guests that stay for more than a week. And you have nothing, not even simple paper cup to heat a water in microwave and cheapest plastic utensils. Simply nothing. Nothing from what you'd get even in cheapest motel which does advertise itself like one that have a kitchen. So, if you'd be not that smart to buy food first and and expect that you can cook it, you probably will feel scammed... On other hand hotels.com support apologized and even made some compensation. But as for the hotel, be aware of it, and if you expect to have kitchen, lower your expectation.
- 1/5
Had to wait 2 1/2 hrs to check in
- 4/5
Great location
- 4/5
Older property, so just things that come with that. Like smells, old caulking around the shower.
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
I book this room with the other one, 0 star review due to the reason I already posted on the last one
- 1/5
Why is your staff doing this? This is completely unacceptable. My checkout time was at 11 AM, and I was planning to sleep until around 10:30. Instead, I was woken up and disturbed way earlier than necessary. I’m very disappointed with this level of service. Guests deserve privacy and peace until checkout time. Would not recommend.
- 3/5
The room supposed to be available since on friday at 3pm, but we get there Saturday arround 2 am and we were told to wait about 15 to 45 minutes to get in the room. Unbelievable
- 5/5
Absolutely perfect location
- 1/5
Amenities- only ONE tiny shampoo/rinse for 3 people, which is unbelievable. Even though it is supposed to be a "suite" type of hotel, there's no utensils, plates, cups, cookware at all in the room. The bocher is saying "if you need them, we will deliver to your room." But they never deliver them to you. We had to go downstairs and get them by ourselves. Also, the cups they provided for us were disposable plastic cups, not the descent cups you would normally use for drinking. Hotel stuff were extremely unfriendly except for the front desk lady. Stuff never even said "good morning" to the guests in the hallway nor in the elevator, which I think is pretty unprofessional. This is not a "premier suite." It's just a motel. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 5/5
Clean room, good location
- 5/5
Super service !!
- 3/5
Very clean but listed as full kitchen. There was not a spoon, glass, plate or anything else. Not even a coffee pot. We called for a dish package and they said it would be 24hrs at best. There is no ice in the facility and no decaf at the breakfast offering. Microwave and refrigerator in room is more accurate than full kitchen. Take everything you need.
- 5/5
good bed, hot shower, one night stay
- 5/5
great staff very helpful and accommodating
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Good overall -- decent price, warm, clean, studio apartment style was good. However, the fridge was SO LOUD and kept waking us up each night, and we werent allowed to unplug it. Ok if youre in a pinch but youre kind of getting what you pay for
- 4/5
Was my fault but extended stay hotels are for centered on travelers who want somewhere cheap where they are also willing to bring kitchen and dining implements with them. Nice clean fridge, microwave and cooking hob would be great for extended stays. Room cleaning is a nominal extra but having free parking makes it at most of these hotels that offer it - unlike in Seattle where everything comes with an outrageous cost in parking or taxes. Bellevue is a lot friendlier to tourists overall and likes them. The breakfast options were poor at the hotel.

It was extremely cold, and was fully under renovation

Nice place to stay. Room was large enough for us and our stuff without feeling like things were in the way. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. The only downside was limited shelf space in the shower. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Counter space for the kitchenette was lacking but the sink was nice and large.

Not very good. Bad breakfast, noisy fridge, they don’t clean the rooms and no room service

You will need: coffee maker, coffee mugs, cups, or even more like cookware and dinning stuff. When I asked for plate and cutlery at front desk, I was told they are available ONLY for guests who stay over 7 days. I should have trust the others review about this, but I thought it was caused by some special reasons, now my one night stay prove that it is true. The room is clean though.

I then asked the General Manager Renee refused to help me or allow her staff to assist me with loading my transport chair into my vehicle.

The staff was horrible. The manager was incredibly rude and made sure to let me kniw she was the manager in our 30 second meeting. The women after was equally as rude and refused to allow me there ee i did not ha e a "credit card ". Funny because i went to teo other extended stays same city and they said nothing

Staff was extremely rude. We had planned to book an extra night, but were told the place had just filled to capacity for that night. Have no problem with that; it was on us to have booked earlier. Initially, they were very nice and said to take an extra hour checking out. That was much appreciated because we needed to rush over to the doctor for daily, life-saving medical treatment. But 15 minutes later they gave us 5 minutes to pack up and leave because the new guests wanted to check-in early ....3 hours early!!! So they gleefully strong armed a senior citizen and an ill young woman out the door. Oh yeah and she missed her appt and is now eve more ill.

Property was run down, lobby had cardboard boxes and missing ceiling tiles with wires hanging down. Depressing vibe. Unhappy with Expedia not refunding my second day when I had to check out earlier than expected. Seems just greedy as that room could have been given to someone else.
