The staff are friendly shout out staff whe. I checked it on Sunday afternoon 5/10 I think Ram. The amenities are good they provided dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I love it! The fridge works well to cool my drinks. Thank you for great service, clean room and great amenities. Btw, this place is so close to great restaurants with great choices just across the street. 2-3 mins walk.

This is our second stay here in the last month and decided we won’t be back to this location. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Pancake machine gone. Bacon hard as a rock, biscuits burnt, gravy cold, cheese omelets cold. Tv in room didn’t work. Front desk attendant not very helpful. Over all disappointing stay for almost $200 a night.

We were told by other staff that cleaning is everyday. We stayed for 3 nights, no one clean our room. Our toilet is broken, we told one of the staff, he said he’s going to ask somebody to fix it in the morning, but no one fix it. So we have to fix it ourselves.

Breakfast was disappointing. We usually book here bc it’s decent. The milk was spoiled, the pancake machine worked but they wouldn’t fill with batter. Biscuits and eggs all burnt. Hard boiled eggs were all opened and in a bowl. Usually packaged. Their new coffee machines are amazing but these ones offered extremely watered down coffee and the creamers were all crusty and just unclean coffee bar area. The same mess on the counter from check in to check out.

MY STAY WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STAY I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE! SO I STARTED MY TRIP OFF GOING THRU A 3RD PARTY RESERVATION THRU HOTELS.COM & IT WAS SO HORRIBLE I I will never in my life go through them again. I don't really know who's worth hotels.com or Holiday Inn express... Correction I don't think that Holiday Inn Express is really bad it's theGENERAL MANAGER WHO MADE MY STAY WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY UNBEARABLE.. SHE LITERALLY PLAYED SOME WEIRD SCRIPT WITH ME AS IF SHE KNEW ME & I HAVE NEVER SEEN HER A DAY IN MY LIFE. I was just looking for a Peaceful quiet place 4 me to recover be able to rest & recover and get better & what she had planned for me was the TOTAL OPPOSITE OF JUST THAT.. SO I ORIGINALLY HAD MY RESERVATION FROM. THE 18TH OF APRIL TO THE 21ST OF APRIL. SO I ENDED UP HAVING TO GO TO THE E.R ON THE 18TH & THEY KEPT ME IN THE HOSPITAL UNTIL THE 20TH WHERE I THEN WENT TO MY RESERVATION. KEEP IN MIND , When I found out they were keeping me on the 18th The 20th hotel.com

Had everything we needed. Basic and simple.

Room was good and clean. Stomach hurt right after eating breakfast. Couldn't sleep all night due to all the random noises in the room, from the bathroom pipes to the fridge. The bed is also on the firm side, not quite comfortable for me. Wouldn't stay here again for those reasons, unfortunately. The other hotels I stayed at this same weekend were better.

Breakfast was served but not all that great. We have stayed and had breakfast at many different places, and everything pretty much is the same but the egg puff omelet was not good. The cinammon rolls were pretty good. The potatoes were very good. i wish they would get rid of the paper thin pancakes and bring back the waffle maker. Oj tastes weird at every hotel and this was no different. Apple and cranberry juices are good. There was plenty of different choices for breakfast: muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, and yogurt and pb&j and creamcheese. And they start serving it EARLY!!! 6 AM which was wonderful! ice machines on all floors but didnt see a vending machine. Nice staff. would definitely stay here again, as this was one of our favorites of the many many hotels we stay at in the area (usually once or twice a month).

Eggs every day (mini cheese omelet or scrambled), choices of bacon, turkey bacon or sausage, I think. Different types of bread or bagels to toast. Variety of juices. Hot and cold cereals with fruits and walnuts to add. Milk in refrigerator. Good coffee. Nice teas. Cinnamon rolls. Nutella, cream cheese, peanut butter, honey (I think?). Nice to have mini fridge and microwave in room, too. Overall, very pleasant stay. I was there almost a week.

Reservation customer service zero of 10 they make a mistake instead of make a reservation for Saturday they make it for Sunday never cancel it the first one so when I went there, they have four reservation for me take maybe 20 minutes to solve the problem

I was in room 333 and I could hear very loud sounds coming from room 332 and 334 and it sound like a heavy duty fan in one room and like an air conditioning unit and the other room was very loud and then there were Crack sounds and popping sounds during the evening. It’s like every time I fell asleep. It would wake me up again, clearly not the rest I was looking for extremely disappointed in that room.. I stayed there before a year earlier and I was on the second floor and it was a good experience, but this time awful, and I would not go back

We requested NO maid service for our entire 3-night stay, but the maid entered on Friday and on Saturday. The man at the desk stated he could not control the maid service in all those many rooms!!! really? But all worked out well, except that I lost a crystal necklace that I have worned for 49 years. It could have been lost in the hotel between 6:30am and 7:15 am Sunday Oct. 5th. Thanks for looking, if you will.

I vacationed for a 49er game with my family the hotel was much more than I expected very clean nice and the breakfast was very good. The attendant Diana was very nice and helpful always asking if we needed anything and making sure food was there.

Stayed here one night. Parking is $10 but there is limited parking nearby on the streets. The room was in great condition, but none of the charging ports worked. Breakfast was great, cheese omelettes, pancakes, and other items. Check in and out was smooth. Would stay here again

On the positive side, the room itself was fairly clean, which I appreciated. However, given the noise level, dated feel, and subpar breakfast, I don’t think I would choose this location again.

I really liked the size of the room, the walk-in shower, and the bed. Bed was very comfortable and room was nice. The shower lacked appropriate water pressure and the AC seemed to "go to sleep" when we did. We like sleeping in a cool room and the AC seemed to have a mind of its own. Breakfast was good with the sumptuous cinnamon rolls! The staff was more than accommodating.

We spent one night as we had been at a wedding in the area. The check-in and parking was easy. The room was clean and a good size with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very tasty, offering a variety of food, the service was excellent they could not do enough for you. I would definitely stay there again.

The Expedia website listed the costs shown, as being complete. When i checked in I was hit with the hidden fee of 10.00 for parking. Thank God there was no resort fee. This is unacceptable and should be eliminated. Also,the hotel provided no water in the room for the guests. There was a 2.50 per bottle charge for a 16 oz. bottle. Ridiculous.

Not quite the Holiday Inn Express level you normally expect. Little things like ridiculously loud bathroom fan, broken toilet lever, and tasteless breakfast.

Booked a room for a single night. Upon checking in, added an additional night to our stay. Front desk told me that was fine and that I didn’t even have to change rooms. Next day, different story. No rooms that would accommodate my son and I. I stay at this hotel at least 3 times a year and this will be my last. My money spends elsewhere.

During our three day stay, no one came to clean the room. We did NOT place the “do not disturb” sign on the door. At night, when we came back to the hotel, we had to go to the receptionist to ask for clean towels and bathroom tissue.

Stains everywhere - on the tattered blinds, carpets and walls beside the toilet. Clearly they don't clean. Floors are uneven, towels have stains. I checked out a day early and went to another hotel.

I would like to give a shout out to Kaylee who did a great job and was very helpful during our stay. We were forced out of our house due to water flooding and the cleanliness and the service we experienced at this location was fantastic!

The hotel is nice. One suggestion I would make is to have slightly better towels. The towels were fine and even good, but slightly better towels would make a difference.

The rejectionist at the front desk profiled my wife and I due to a hat I was wearing. Treated us with a rude, snarky completely unprofessional attitude. Tried to overcharge us for the incidental hold on our card. This was proven when she spoke to the next couple in Spanish thing ink we would t understand. Then confirmed when I ask the front desk how much the hold should be. All because a disabled veteran wore a hat with the US flag on it.

Cannot sign in to our own TV options like Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. Probably why I won’t come back. Couch very uncomfortable in suite room and refrigerator holds very little. I bring my own bottles of water for 7days. Large bottles (1.5 liter)don’t fit. It is all i drink. Your staff is excellent!

This was convenient to the airport and Stanford. The only issue was a loud beeping for at least 10 minutes that must have been a truck backing up early Saturday (before 7am)morning that woke me up.

We were in line to check in and a few customers in front of us was complaining to the staff members about their stay and that should of been a red flag and it got us concerned but we still continued to give it a try. Checked into our Suite”Top Floor” additional Bathroom and upon walking in, the smell was horrendous and not pictured like in the website, there was no additional bathroom that we paid extra for…Went to front desk and asked if we got the wrong room and they said no it’s the correct room and we asked about the additional bathroom and they said they don’t have rooms with 2 bathrooms. We said Okay our mistake, Went to our room & spoke with the housekeeper and asked her and she said 2 of the suites have two bathrooms so front desk lied to us and made us look like we were crazy. We tried asking for management a few times and he was never there and never returned our phone call. The living area wasn’t like the picture on the website..We realized it was a false advertisement and front desk didn’t seem to care. Our room 833 is disgusting and runned down. Carpet was tore up, the couch had stains, we had to ask for bed sheets to cover it up because it was nasty to sit on, the leg on the coffee table was slanted and broken, the bathroom was dirty, the shower didn’t drain well, It smelled like cigarettes. We stayed 4 nights and they don’t offer housekeeping. Horrible Management!

the girl at check-in was slightly beligerent. At first we could not get anyone to come to the front desk. Another group was also waiting to check in. Finally, after more than 5 minutes, this girl appeared, saying she was in the bathroom. She acted like she was unwilling to do her job. This is the only thing that was weird about this hotel. All else was fantastic. Maybe the management should do some hospitality training. We have never had a bad check -in experience at this property, stayed twice before here. Don't know what happened. She seemed like a reluctant employee.

I wish I had found this hotel years ago! Very nice accommodations, very affordable. The staff went above and beyond, from Jenny who took my first call , and noted my every need. Then Catherine who checked me in, and helped with my bags. Even Haley who checked me out, and made sure that everything was as it should be! I will definitely be back!
