Fabulous location! Walking to the Mill District, coffee shops & great restaurants made for a truly enjoyable weekend. The staff was friendly, helpful & professional. Loved watching the soccer match & basketball game with other guests.

Great mattress and a wonderful breakfast

Everything about this hotel is really good. The walkable area has many food optionns and takes you right into fun and lively old town Bend with shops and restaurants. In the room, the set up with the sitting area with pull out bed and the desk and bathroom is spacious and convenient and clean. The hot tub and pool are great. The breakfast is good and the option for a night cap is nice. I have stayed at this property before with a comfortable bed and pillows but unfortunately this time our bed and pillows were not so comfy.

I asked for any room avail sooner as we were exhausted, and after 15 minutes she found a smaller room which had been cleaned for us. The room had been cleaned but not well, smelled horrible, of spray trying to cover up other odors. There was a bar but no service. No room service. Understaffed?

I booked and paid for a king suite. They said Expedia oversold the king rooms and there were not any available. So they gave us a queen room. We were very unhappy about this

Everything was very clean. There is breakfast every morning and they have coffee available in the lobby all day. Everyone was very helpful. Location is great! We will definitely be staying here again (although, I am not a fan of the paid parking).
- 4/5
The room was excellent. The coffee could use a stronger coffee to compliment the stay .
- 4/5
Location was great clean room, nice staff great breakfast I did not like the fact that I had to pay and extra $20 to park there, ( I did not see that in the hotel listing on line) The hotel said they were pet friendly, and nowhere did I see the cost of $75 pet cleaning fee plus $20 pet charge, so the room I bookes for $163 was turned into about $300.!!!! I would have stayed somewhere else IF i knew the dog was going to cost me as much as a person! Probably will not stay there again when traveling with a pet

Fine place to stay. The pull out couch was uncomfortable for our son (he dealt with it and it's fine) and we had to ask for a new mattress pad for the couch bed. But the room was clean otherwise and the room was quiet.
- 5/5
Be aware that to park in their lot you have to pay $20 a night and must have a valid tag during daytime too or will get a ticket from the city parking enforcement $50. Free street parking is available but if you are in the lot just for a few hours during daytime you will likely get a ticket. Hotel staff does their best to help with parking tickets but the whole thing with free parking not be included with the stay is annoying.

The hotel was pet friendly, but I wasn't aware that there is a $75 cleaning fee regardless of any "issues" AND a $20 per day fee and the taxes that go along with both of those. We arrived fairly late. Our room heat was set to 72 degrees which is totally fine, but warmer than we prefer while trying to sleep. The air conditioner was efficient but loud and was so close to the bed that it blew the cold air directly at the person on the left side of the bed (in this case, me!) the first night was a little miserable. We were also more than surprised that they charge a $20 per night (plus tax) fee to park your car. We have stayed in Bend many times and we have never heard of such a thing. The hotel itself was fine but we probably won't stay there again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was fantastic.
- 5/5
View of the Mill district stacks, especially at night ♥️
- 3/5
This is the first time, in 25+ years of travel and hotel stays, that I have had to pay for parking. I will not return.
- 4/5
All good, the fresh air vent is louder than normal though which can be annoying until you get used to it
- 5/5
Very clean great service and location.
- 5/5
All was great
- 5/5
Great location to everything!
- 5/5
Love visiting this hotel. Clean, nice sized rooms, with all the extras you need. Staff are always friendly and on top of any request you might have. Breakfast is included and very nice. In years prior there was bacon or a potato dish. The only knock I have is-double egg entrees? Otherwise, this hotel is in a great location. You walk to shops and food within minutes. There is a fee for parking. The lounge is really nice and makes for a great family experience.
- 5/5
We had no complaints
- 5/5
The front desk was very welcoming. The hotel was clean which makes a huge difference! They had options of flavors to put in coffee, available all day/night and water tanks were filled all day for a refreshing drink thru the day! Breakfast was fresh too! We will stay there again.

- 5/5
We weren’t able to join the Internet but we didn’t ask for help and don’t know if there was a problem.
- 5/5
Very courteous and helpful
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent. Paying $20 per day to park was not something I've ever had to do when staying at a hotel of this size/quality. Was a bit surprised with that. Other than that you run a great facility. MU
- 4/5
Clean room, great location
- 4/5
I already left the front desk know, there is a terrible noise from the fresh air supply to the room. The room doesnt have an opperable window, so, the builder decide to run a central fresh air supply. The opening for that is way too small and make a terrible air flow noise 24/7. I m very sensible for noise during night, so I tried to close this opening with a T shirt, partly helped. Other than this, the Hotel is a nice place, with a central location. I might have to go to a different place next time.
- 5/5
Very comfortable and even though our room was right next to the front desk and entrance, we didn’t hear any noise at night waking us up. The breakfast was delicious and the area around the hotel was beautiful and amazing food trucks
- 5/5
Spotless room. Nice and quiet.

Great location and nice, clean hotel. Staff was awesome!
- 2/5
Had to revisit the front desk 3 times on check into get a key card that worked, very irritating. Nice clean room but the bed was so hard and lumpy I ended up sleeping on the couch. The top cover was too small for the bed so if you sleep with someone else you end up playing tug of war over the covers all night. Another reason the couch became a better option. Overall not happy and will not be returning.
- 5/5
Great amenities, perfect location to downtown and clean rooms
- 5/5
It is probably the best overall location for Bend
- 5/5
Great location. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Nice room.
- 4/5
Clean rooms. Close to downtown and across from some wineries and bars.
- 4/5
We did not expect the $20 per night parking fee.
- 2/5
We were encouraged to visit the bar at check-in but when we went there, the bar tender was nowhere in sight. After about 15 minutes, we went to the front desk to inquire and were told he would go find the bar tender. She came out after about 5 more minutes. Disappointing.
- 5/5
Great location, Could walk to many restaurants and stores.
- 5/5
We stayed with our kids and it was our best hotel experience yet!
- 5/5

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Would def stay at this hotel again. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Large variety of food options offer at breakfast as well.
- 5/5
Helpful, understanding staff! Clean rooms in an excellent location!
- 4/5
The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the Dechutes River and the Old Mill District. The place was very clean and the breakfast was a nice addition. The only complaint we had was the fact that they were very strict with their cancellation. We had an unforeseen event we needed to leave for and our room rate was not able to be refunded
- 5/5
I loved the comfort of the bed. I haven't slept so well in years! It was very close to our entertainment venue. It was very clean, comfortable and we felt completely safe.
- 5/5
Convenience
- 5/5
Spacious rooms, convenient location
- 5/5
Great hotel, great location!
- 5/5
Elevator was broken.
- 4/5
I joined the Marriott rewards when I checked in and staff said they would waive the parking fee, but then I was charged for it. It's not a big deal at only $20, but it is just annoying.
- 5/5
Grrat location,
- 5/5
Close to Hayden home amphitheater
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly.
- 1/5
I stayed for work and was surprised when i saw charges on my credit card that i wasnt expecting. I was charged for beer that i never ordered or received and $20/day for parking. There was no mention of the parking fees on my itinerary or when i checked in. I wouldnt have parked in the parking lot if they told me about this charge. Also, they knew how long i was staying so why wasnt that charged upfront? Instead they slid it on the bill after i left. Would not recommend this place or stay here again because of these surprise and unexpected fees.
- 5/5
Dark wood decor was very pretty, Nice bar and patio with fire pit. Enjoyed the walk in closet and spacious bathroom. Great stay before a wedding.
- 5/5
The property was very pretty with the dark wood decor. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. Loved the walk in closet and spacious bathroom. Great Stay. Thank you!
- 5/5
We didn’t see housekeepers once
- 5/5
Fantastic new hotel right in the mill district with lots of food and drink options within a very close walk. River is also close for a lovely walk.
- 5/5
Clean, modern, good value
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay at the SpringHill suites by Marriott Bend.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed this hotel. Everything was clean and the service was excellent. I did stop by breakfast a couple of times, and everything was good. The one down fall there was was the wifi. Apparently if you stay on an upper floor the wifi does not work that well. I was on floor three. If you need to get work done while there I would suggest getting a lower floor.
- 4/5
I was told I had to pay 20.00 to park in the parking lot. I didn't mind paying the 20.00 but now I am being charged an additional 20.00. 40.00 for parking is unreal
- 5/5
Great location and very clean! Perfect for our family of 5
- 4/5
Way overpriced!!! Disappointing to have to pay 20 bucks to park in their huge parking lot! Plenty of nice places to stay around the Old Mill for 100 bucks a night less so keep on looking!
- 5/5
Springhill Suites is conveniently located near the concert venue, only a 10-15 minute walk. Staff were extraordinarily polite and helpful.
- 5/5
I have been to this hotel 4 times in less than 1 year. Nice staff. Clean room. Close to everything. Live vibe. Love the vibe. I cant ask for more. Of course, i will be back to stay soon.
- 5/5
We will definitely stay again
- 5/5
Great location. My room was huge and clean and new! Really enjoyed my stay. Walking distance to shops and many restaurants. Close to the river as well!
- 5/5
Great location to see a show at the amphitheater across the river
- 5/5
The room was very clean and amenities great. Beds were very very comfortable. Black out curtains helped alot. Our room was very spacious. All staff were so friendly and welcoming Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed happy hour and the out door sitting area. Alot of food options near by or easily walkable. Exceptional hotel and would not even consider looking for another if we return to Bend. A+
- 5/5
I love SpringHill Suites. The rooms and properties have never failed me. The SS was conveniently located and walkable to various shopping and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. The shower was huge. The bed was comfortable. If it is an option, I will always choose SS. It’s a very good value. Oh! The complimentary breakfast was not bad, either.
- 5/5
Great rooms, free breakfast, excellent service, walkable to many places to eat. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Everything was great. Very quiet, nice, clean room.
- 5/5
Great location. Helpful staff. Nice pool and gym Large room. Very clean.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
Super convenient location. We walked to our concert at Hayden Homes in about 15 minutes. Restaurants and bars are close as well. If you wanted to kayak or raft, the inlet is very close.
- 5/5
The only problem was the questionably functioning elevator
- 5/5
We stay here a few times a year, we are always happy with everything. Great choice!!
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Great location for event at Hayden homes outdoor arena
- 5/5
Loved the comfort of the room and the river walk after a long drive. We enjoyed a Great one night stay on our way home.
- 5/5
Needed a place to stay for our drive home. Lovely clean room, quiet , nice bar and breakfast area. We didn’t stay long enough to use pool, gym, etc. but it looked nice.
- 5/5
Great staff. Super clean place and close to everything! Have fun.
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
Satisfied return customer. Great spot a little off the beaten path.
- 5/5
Clean, close to OSU and food!
- 4/5
The hotel is very nice. Unfortunately it looks like I was charged twice for parking.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Bed and pillows were good the gym was good too. The only thing negative but I get it is the 20 dollars a night parking.
- 3/5
Overall we liked the hotel, but I booked because I wanted a pool and that was closed for most of our stay. The hotel explained there was an accident and pool had to be cleaned. I was surprised that there was a charge of $20 a day for parking. I've stayed in Bend numerous times over last thirty years and never paid for parking. We were pleased though that they took parking off the bill.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Our room was Spring fresh. Very very clean. Plenty of towels and warm blankets. The free breakfast was very tasty and plenty of everything.
- 5/5
The property was very nice, and very conveniently located. I did not like that I had to pay $20 extra, to park on the hotel property.
- 5/5
The property was clean, comfortable, and easy to get around from. The staff were all incredibly friendly as well. I'd gladly stay again
- 5/5
I love staying here when I visit family. Best location and hotel in the area.
- 5/5
Very modern and the staff kind and amazing when it comes to kids. I highly recommend this hotel
- 5/5
This place was amazing. Easily walkable to all shopping, food and any other adventures one would want. Mutiple options for every type of person to enjoy their stay. I will definitely be staying here again.
- 5/5
Beautiful town and very nice hotel.
- 5/5
Great property very comfortable and lovely
- 5/5
A great place to stay.
- 5/5
The front lady was very rude.
- 5/5
Walls are a bit thin so hallway noise is a little loud but white noise app on my phone was enough to drown it out Would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Nice and clean. The rooms have a nice design/aesthetic. It's just a short walk to the Old Mill area or to the restaurants and bars directly across the street at the old Box Factory. My only recommendation would be to have more than one coat hook in the room (especially in Bend, OR).
- 4/5
The lighting was very poor in our room.
- 5/5
Overall good experience. Breakfast could have been better with more choices.
- 5/5
All in all I highly recommend this hotel and will be back.
- 5/5
The staff was so helpful and friendly!
- 2/5
Our room 209 reaked of mold, the bathroom wall was peeling. Our tv would not work properly, reached out to staff, they didnt want to move us. the tv was hit and miss. (We have kids)
- 5/5
Close to the Old Mill shipping district and to downtown Bend. Love the location!
- 5/5
We were greeted by name by the most lovely woman. She was so warm and kind to my kids, even giving them little goodies before we went to our room. The hotel was beautiful and clean and smelled so nice.
- 3/5
Some great things - location, newish, good rate (off-season). However, there are also some things that will keep me from going back. Advertised as a "suite" our room was clearly just a hotel room. Loud barn door on the bathroom and a very loud HVAC running all night. Also charged me $20 to park which would be fine except that it was pretty sneaky the way they did it. The bar is very pedestrian with uncomfortable cheap steel chairs/barstools and a "cafeteria" feel. So overall, it's a dressed up Motel 6 in a great location.
- 5/5
Great location, helpful staff, large room with good lay-out
- 5/5
Love the room
- 5/5
Didn’t like that we had to pay extra to park at the hotel but other than that it was perfect
- 5/5
Great service and very nice rooms.
- 5/5
The only issue is the parking fee. They have so much parking available, it seems unnecessary.
- 5/5
Great customer service, beautiful, clean & quiet room and great breakfast. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Nice stay. Bog room. Helpful staff.
- 5/5
We loved our stay. Beautiful property.

It was a very nice hotel and is conveniently around many venue's.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Nice property in Old Mill District, we would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
People will ask why I perfe Hilton, why not 5 stars.i have to be honest Hilton is not on the stratosphere of the Marriott. Microwave fridge The staff is great The breakfast changes the biscuits and gravy should not have been free. I enjoyed it. The restaurant I take that back the bar. They do not have a restaurant okay, I'm getting to the reason if I do not put up with this with the 8th largest city in the US I'm definitely not going to do it in a small town they charge for parking
- 5/5
Nice hotel
