The staff was very helpful!

We checked into our room to find the previous guests food, key cards, trash on the floor, and hair still on the bed. We immediately went to the front desk who said it would be take care of. House keeping arrived within minutes, we put all of our bags in a corner of the room and left to go to our ball game, expecting to come back to a freshly cleaned room. This was not the case. We got back around 10 pm to find the only thing house keeping had done was changed the bed. The previous guests food, and trash were still all on our room. Things had not even been wiped down. I even specifically told housekeeping “ nothing in this room belongs to use EXCEPT the bags in this corner”. It was gross, I was super unhappy especially with all the traveling I had done and what I had paid for the room. The fact that I entered it not once, but twice to still be dirty was completely unacceptable. The guy at the front desk told me my money couldn’t be refunded because I booked through a third party .. that’s not true. So 10/10 don’t recommend.

When I got to the room there was a white dental floor in the corner which was not mind so that let me know the room was not vacuum well. The second day the beds were made but no vacuuming then the toilet was stopped up the 2nd day which there was a sign at the front desk something was going on with the maintenance. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice, with great customer service skills and the restaurant was good very nice people.

Great location. Nice clean room; ours had a small kitchen, fully furnished. It was quiet at night. It was a little chilly to get in the pool, however I think it may been heated. A couple of kids were swimming. I'd stay again! The family next door, drying their shoes in a dryer at 4:30am! That's the only thing that noise could have been, over and over! It was alot! Never got back to sleep

We were there for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. The location was perfect for the after graduation festivities we planned.

Breakfast was wonderful everyday, they changed it up a little each day! Nothing could have been better staff were great too!

door lock didn’t work had to get new keys 3 times and finally they gave us another room but the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had scheduled 2 rooms and in the other room the sink wouldn’t drain. Breakfast staff were very cordial and friendly. They were also very attentive. There’s and indoor pool but no jacuzzi.

The room was OK unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work. It was very hot in the room. The staff seemed to be friendly and accommodating Pool is small parents left children unsupervised why they sat the patio Otherwise the pool was clean; the area around. It was clean didn’t have breakfast or food in the hotel so cannot comment on that. The elevators really didn’t give you enough time to get on and off of them before the doors closed, but there is a warning alarm that the doors are closing, but with luggage or large groups of people it was a fight to get on the elevator before the door is closed. I would probably stay at the hotel again if I could not find another one in the area.

I was given a handicap room and I’m 6’3. I’m very unsatisfied with this location. They did nothing during or after I mentioned this issue to rectify the situation.

The bathroom had mould all around the edges which I complained about afdter I checked in. They did come and wipe it off but there was still spots that were visible and it is clearly a constant challenge given that there is NO ventilation in the bathroom and the wall paper on the walls almost guarantees black mould issues

This establishment maintains exceptionally high standards of cleanliness. During our two-night stay, our room was cleaned and beds made the following day, exceeding our expectations for such service.

My mom set up this room for my friends and I. We were going to a concert. Because we are young, 20 and 21, many hotels dont like accomodating us because they think, well that we are young and irresponsible. We were treated kindly and with respect. Thank you.

I Stayed 5 days and 4 nights and Even Though After Several Attempts to Talk with Management the Air Conditioning in My Room Did Not Work the Whole Time i Was There Except for the Very Last Night . Every Time I Went to the Desk to Request it Be Fixed i Was Merely Told We Are Trying to Get it Fixed . It Was Near 80 degrees in My Room my Entire Stay . It Was Cooler in the Hall Way Than it was in My Room , Its Ridiculous to Pay this kind of Money to Stay in a Supposedly Decent Place and then You Can't Even get Decent Service to Fix Any Issues You May Have . But They Didn't Have Any Trouble Taking My Money. But They Definitely Wont Get Any More of it i Can Promise That ... I Am Highly Disappointed in My Choice to Stay at The Double Tree in Bentonville Arkansas . . .

The Hotel is located in a fantastic area for easy access to the State Highway and Major City streets to get you anywhere quickly.The Hotel Staff were very helpful and took care of any need we had.The Hotel was super clean starting from the parking lot and extended into the Hotel lobby and Hallways and Elevators and our room.This is in my top 5 of best Hotel experience I have had in my 56 years of life and Highly recommend the Hotel.

Suite was very musty, no it what we want to smell all night at a 4 star property. Bathroom shower vent was rusty and shower head escutcheon had fallen off pipe. Everything else was AOK.

Service was excellent. Loved the mattress and pillows.

Hotel has lost its luster. Feels more like a B or C rated hotel not a Hilton affiliated hotel. The rooms need updated desperately. Our shower head was the cheapest plastic you could buy and was leaking to the point it was spraying the ceiling. There are no more perks, such as the executive lounge, drink vouchers. We tried to get a shuttle to a local restaurant but the front desk said they had no driver on a Saturday night. Overall just a mediocre stay at what should have been a little better. I give it a 5 out of 10.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We did experience a few maintenance issues, and in hindsight, we should have requested a room change but chose not to. Overall, the property was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful except for one interaction that was less than positive. The only real inconvenience was leaving the hotel to the left, as traffic in that direction was often heavy.

Should have seen not getting a free cookie as a red flag!! Booked this hotel due to the high reviews and a couple of needed amenities. Booked a two bed queen suite. Upon checking in we were immediately told that one of the biggest reasons we booked - a free airport shuttle and a free community shuttle - wasn’t being offered because they didn’t have a driver staffed (not the BS “first come first serve” I was texted by a staffer - the van stayed in the same spot for most of our stay) This was unacceptable as it was a major reason we booked here - this was for groomsmen in a wedding who all had different flights as well as local errands to run where the community shuttle would have been great. Instead we ran up an Uber tab. Also, upon checkin the refrigerator didn’t work. Fortunately maintenance came and addressed it but we needed to use a bunch of towels to sop up the mess and the room had a low-level bad odor for our entire stay. Was also not pleased with staffer Evan for trying to blame Expedia for the shuttle issue - it’s not on them, it was on you. Will not stay here ever again. Also, the price for the breakfast is ridiculous. Walk across the street to First Watch for a much better value!

We enjoyed our room and the pool was very nice to relax woth the family.

We got in at almost midnight, it was very convenient to be able to check-in and get a digital room key through their app while my husband was driving, bed could have been a little softer and the pillowsbless firm but overall nice

Nice hotel. Very friendly. Used the shuttle service to go to and from Crystal Bridges and they couldn’t have been nicer.

Well-kept property with quiet, comfortable, and extremely clean rooms, nice staff, and easy parking. Dinner in the bar was good too.

Upon check-in, you are greeted and treated with constant warmth - and provided a cookie and water. Very glad they offered a gluten-free option. I would very much like to stay here again.

This was not about double tree.This is about you expedia .... you promised us two double beds. When we got there, they did not have two double beds.They only had a king. They were then just going to give us a rollaway bed. I am not gonna pay those kind of prices. When you expedia, you promised us to double beds. Doubletree canceled our reservations, and we booked at springdale where we did receive two double beds.

I was very pleased with the hotel. My room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great — many options and fresh. And of course, the Doubletree cookies were delicious.

Overol a good experience!

I ordered a handicap accessible room. Hilton seems to think that means simply installing one inaccessible grab barinthe bathtub. My companion was unable to shower because it was too dangerous to get out of the tub. The room was freezing. While the outside temps were in the 60’s, the hotel had the AC on throughout and it was impossible to turn it off. We wore sweaters and sat under the covers. The beds and breakfast were very nice and the staff at registry and in dining room were lovely. The hotel is on a busy thoroughfare, no walking possible, but it was an easy drive into town and to a great near-by Mexican restaurant.

Hotel was close to restaurants right in Walton blvd.

Easy check in and room service till 10 pm. The chicken noodle soup was really good and home made.

I feel like most hotel amenities are the same these days but what stood out to me about this hotel was the staff. Both the front desk staff and dining staff were so unbelievably kind and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The breakfast was better than I was expecting as well! I would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Overall, a great stay, close to attractions, Crystal Bridges is definitely worth a a visit. Restaurant was good but a bit overpriced, many less expensive options in the area.

Only stayed overnight due to the snow storm. The hotel was clean, warm and dry. The staff was friendly and helpful with finding places to eat while most of the town was closed.

Absolutely loved staying here. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Im pretty sure I stayed during their off season, but nonetheless, it was great. They gave complementary water and cookies. The gym was separated into like 3 different areas.. the pool was amazing and the room was super nice. I ended up getting an upgrade and the executive suite's bed was the softest yet firmest bed Ive felt in a while. Highly recommended and impressed!

Each time I visit Bentonville I stay at The Doubletree Hotel. The rooms are spacious, the food is great and staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great room layout, beautiful hotel, but our room’s artwork was all peeling (plastic coating on frames peeling off), artwork over bed was uneven - had fallen and been replaced??? and bumped the wall from sitting, moving on the bed. The same peeking in the bathroom, and the tile grout in the bathtub & tile needs to be professionally cleaned to remove mold. On the whole, the room is great, but attention to these details would make it an excellent stay. We booked a nicer hotel for the experience, but felt we had been given an unloved suite.

Stay was related to business conference in town. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and well appointed. Location was convenient and easily accessible.

The staff was extremely accommodating. When I came in, there was some confusion about my access to an accessible room because I had made my reservation on Expedia. It took them a while to figure out how to change the reservation, but they did it! My room seemed a bit cold, so one of the maintenance crew adjusted the upper temperature range in my room by going to some master setting for the heating system. Room service was unbelievably fast, and the food was good. The wait staff in the café was also very attentive. Setting up the shuttle worked very well. It was just a top-notch experience.

Also only found out we weren’t eligible for complimentary breakfast at check-in, despite our booking saying we were. Otherwise the hotel was as expected, clean and comfy.

You just can't go wrong with Doubletree, ever, anywhere.

The only thing that was odd to me because I’ve stayed at different hotels around the area is being charged for your breakfast other places give you the same food and it’s you’re not charged so.

Room was 65 degrees when we walked in. We had to open window to let it get to 72 degrees. Waste of power.

The hotel was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was uniquely designed with two entry ways to the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.
