Breakfast was disappointing. The only protein option was hard-boiled eggs, which were cold and unappealing. Everything else was high in sugar (cereal, flavored oatmeal, pastries, yogurt.) Nothing was served warm. But toasters were available if you wanted warm bagels, and hot water was available for the oatmeal. Overall, it was a great stay. I only gave 4 stars because of the breakfast. Otherwise, 5 stars for friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room.

They have bagels and multiple options to build your bagel. I also love the fresh water with the taste of lemon which is available all day.

Layout was not conducive to sleep. The air conditioning was none off, on and off and it was cool or hot. Staff was nice and breakfast was adequate. Glad I only stayed one night.

The hotel is designed to be minimalistic, the room floor had plastic wrappers and plastic ties still on the floor. We had to go to the front desk to check out an ice bucket. I seriously doubt we would ever choose to stay at this facility again.

The hotel was very clean. The lobby was freshly mopped and our room was perfect. Clean bathroom and a very comfortable king-size bed with double pillows for both of us. The room had a large TV and a large shower. The hotel had an ice machine and a free Continental breakfast included. There is coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby for all guests. The staff, especially Alex, was so friendly and nice. We felt welcomed by her. The cleaning crew did a great job.

We had an issue with a VRBO and ended up staying here. Super clean property with good prices. We were trying to stay close to downtown which didn't work out. Sparks was only 2.5 miles from downtown so very workable. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The curtains were great, I ended up sleeping later than normal. Staff was very friendly as well.

There was one nice lady who worked the desk during the day and was a big help. As far as the rest of the memebers, they were rude and disrespectful. Our rooms were only cleaned 1 our 4 days, the ice machine didn't work, and only apples for fruit. Over all, the room worked. But, for the price, I wouldn't do it again.

Location was great for our stay. Easy to see from road way and easy to navigate into and out of the parking lot. Noone reached out to me and the family after the power went out in the area. My payment was definitely taken! The motel has made zero effort to contact me and (weather i accept or not) made any refund or next stay comps. The power failure may not have been the motels doing, but atleast touch base with guests and at least speak to them.

Staff was very courteous and pleasant. Our room was great. Very clean, quiet, seemed newly renovated with up to date amenities like wireless phone chargers. Hotel also has water bottle filling stations and a morning buffet with several simple breakfast options.

Over a week before our stay I tried to contact the location I was staying at by phone and email multiple times but never got a response. I needed to know if I could move our reservation one day forward or not. When we got there it was on the 2nd day of our reservation but that had been automatically canceled since we didn't show up for the first day. As a result we had to re book 2 days at a much higher rate on top of being charged for the night b4 and double charged for the first night of stay. We were told by the manager in the morning she worked take care of it and get a hold of us to let us know. On top of not taking care of it we never were contacted back at all. And when I emailed the address on the business card once again no response.

Room was clean but i dont know what this very loud noise was. It literally kept waking me out my sleep. For a moment i thought someone was breaking in the room or coming through the wall. It was very loud. I couldn't make it out what it was.

An older property that has been exceptionally renovated. It looks and smells brand new! It was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast is continental, but the best of its kind. I really enjoyed it! The price was amazing for such a nice property. I liked everything about it.

Don’t let the low price scare you away. I had some concerns that the budget rate might mean the hotel would be run down, but the photos looked promising, so I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Breakfast wasn’t my favorite part of the stay, but for the price point, it is hard to fault. Overall, this hotel offers great value. I would confidently recommend Spark and will absolutely look for other Spark locations in the future.

Location was great. We were greeted by very friendly staff. Good value for the room. Everything was great except we could not get through to them. Their phone line would ring once and then drop the call. Very frustrating because we had changes that we wanted to make, but had to wait until we got there to do so. Bed was very uncomfortable.

This hotel is like brand new. Clean, very nice carpet, fresh paint, etc. It truly was like walking into a brand new place for the grand opening. Even though it was a continental breakfast, it was excellent. You gotta get the yogurt and all the fixings. We talked to the assistant manager Alex and she gave us the story on how Spark by Hilton came to life. We will definitely be looking for future Spark by Hilton Hotels.

Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar was nice. The room had convenient spaces to hang jackets, etc. Staff was nice. It was safe and clean.

Bathroom area was a bit cramped and you have to step into shower to turn it on - might not be a problem if someone had not left shower on massage setting and the shower head positioned so that it sprayed me directly in the face when I tried to turn it on to warm up…Breakfast is simple, continental. Cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, toast, muffins, juice, coffee, tea and various condiments (peanut butter, Nutella, cream cheese, honey, etc) I do like how they have “recipe” ideas hanging on the wall - you can mix the different options to get different breakfasts -streamlined and economical.

Toilets need to be updated to the 16 inch high models.

Only losing a star because we paid $272 per night for a two double bed room which is pretty outrageous. Not sure if this is common in the area but this was not a $272/night quality hotel.

The staff was so nice. The room was clean. Great shower. Nice continental breakfast But had the shortest toilet i ever sat on. So low i thought i was falling when i sat down.

We had driven in for a concert at the Walmart amp amphitheater. The hotel is small and the room was small but we didn’t need much as we were staying a very short period of time. My husband, myself and 2 girls 10 and 13. I feel like I paid for exactly what we needed.

We stayed at Spark before flying home from a family wedding. Check in was efficient. Room was clean and well furnished. The shower was amazing. Nice charging stations for phones.

This was a clean no-frills hotel. Good name for hotel, it kinda says it all. Clean, sufficient, had all necessities. This is for those who are not looking for luxury but for basics at reasonable price. Low end furniture, but bed was comfortable. Good Stay..Good Staff.

All of the negative comments stem from the hotel knowingly letting a homeless woman (they claim is a resident) squat behind a bush right next to the entrance we are using. We mentioned it to 3 different staff members and they all claimed that she was a resident. Resident or not, her presence is both strange and creepy. The smell of whatever she was smoking fill the surrounding area next to the entrance. If you removed her being there and staff not addressing it properly, the rating would have been very good.

My only real disappointment was finding out there wasn't a workout room. My daughter needed to keep her XC workouts going while we were away. Staff was great. Especially a man named Jonathan. Always welcoming and smiling and ready to help qith everything we needed.

The place was great for a price! There was a slight musty smell but nothing febreeze couldn’t help!

Personnel were very welcoming and agreeable.

The room was clean, however it was extremely damp. The air conditioning was extremely loud as well. The room has a wet smell and the hallway leading to the room smelled damp as well. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful, however one of the cleaning staff seemed irritated that because she had to move over to allow my husband and I to pass in the hallway. No cleaning staff came to tidy the room, or empty the trash while we were there.

Never been to the area so it was nice to be in the middle of everything. The hotel is quiet and very comfortable. Staff was so friendly. There are a lot of options very close for food and shopping - it is a little difficult to get into the parking lot during heavy traffic times but that isn't a hotel issue!

Rooms are small and very tight space, no microwave in the room, very tiny fridge. Bed were not comfortable at all

Nice to have a pool and guest washer and dryer. Continental breakfast was basic, although the fresh yogurt was yummy.

The staff and the rooms were perfect for what I needed. Everyone is super friendly and easy to deal with. I did not eat breakfast there as I brought my own knowing I wanted more than just the basics but coffee and water were offered all the time which was really nice. I felt very safe as a solo traveler, and it really felt my needs as it was close to all of the Bentonville amenities

The rooms and beds were smaller than the pictures made them look. The queen bed seems like an oversized twin bed, not even a full size.

Clean hotel, very new. Unfortunatley, we had no tv the first night, and after we informed them the tv was not working, we only had a limited number of channels for the second night of our stay. None of the important channels... espn, news channels, etc. They also did not have decaf coffee for some reason. Nice hotel, just need to resolve a few problems.

Comfy beds will always bring me back and this is a fairly new property. Last minute decision to go to Rogers to see lifelong friends and we have a go to place, but since this was new, we decided to try it. Good stay. There are things to eat for breakfast. You won't go hungry and if you factor that in, makes for a good stay.

This place was perfect for our needs. It was well mantined and very clean. Bright, clean, and modern. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Their "grab and go breakfast" was well stocked with muffins, bagels, juice, yogurt, cereal, fruit, and oatmeal. The location was perfectly located near downtown Bentonville, the airport, and restaurants. We had a problem with the door shower not sealing, and the staff was quick to respond. We were not in town long enough to try the pool, but it looked very nice and good size.

Very small rooms and while it has been renovated, it is predominantly with new paint. The air unit was dirty and very old, the elevator was clearly old and it still has the smell of an older hotel.
