Four Points by Sheraton Bentonville

So-so. Didn’t quite add up to “enjoyable”. Breakfast options changed between booking and stay. Room was poorly lit. Basically clean and safe. I won’t be back.

Great location. Large lobby with comfortable seating, library-like feel. Breakfast buffet for $15.99 included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, and cereal. Fresh coffee in lobby. Our room with 2 queen beds was spacious. Beds were plush. Bathroom was not cramped. Although we didn’t have time to use the facilities this trip, the pool and workout room looked great! Would definitely stay here again!

The check in person was very nice and very helpful. The checkout person was not so much when I asked about the automated receipt I got from FP Bentonville ROGFP showing an expense of $7.28. She didn’t know what that was for. I had prepaid everything on Expedia when I booked the room which the gal at check-in confirmed. I gave my credit card as standard procedure at check-in in case of incidentals. There were no incidentals. The check-out lady got agitated when I was concerned about the charge. Hopefully, that was a mistake, and I will not see a charge on my card. It was just very confusing as I’ve never received anything like that before.

Hotel is big, tall ceilings, room was big plenty room for my husband and I. I loved it. Bed was also comfy. Wish we stayed longer!

Before booking I called them to ask about the restaurant service and I They said they opened at 5. But when we got to order they said that there was no service really very angry and sad I was Look for staff!!!

The front desk manager was excellent. He was very accommodating and was able to give great recommendations for the area.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Sheraton's Four Points Hotel ! Very dramatic, elegant, as well as huge lobby. Very clean & convenient room. Yummy breakfast by the staff ! The hotel location was also very convenient to other restaurants , stores.

I paid for breakfast for myself and my daughter while in town for a basketball tournament. Only to find out that breakfast didn't start until 7 and it was cook to order which would have been great but only if breakfast started at 6:30 am like other hotels. We paid money and was not able to get a refund because we booked through Hotels.com. I didn't like that the hot tub was cold. Overall everything else was good.

When you make your reservation, I suggest paying the nine dollars for breakfast! It is an excellent deal!!! it is a fresh made to order breakfast, from a menu! Be sure to get the fresh fruit bowl in addition to your entrée… it was excellent and several days in a row… The only negative, was the lounge was not open for happy hour or in the evening, yet, it was stocked! Maybe it is only there for special events, I don’t know. The food in the attached Indian restaurant is excellent. I highly recommend this facility

Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bedding was soft, fluffy, and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy, which we really appreciated. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but when we did, they were friendly and helpful. The only downsides were the layout of the hotel, which felt a bit confusing, and the fact that our room didn’t have an outside view. It was also a bit of a walk to get to our room. These were minor inconveniences compared to the overall comfort and quality of our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Was a little worried outside looking in but once we walked in I was very pleased with our choice! Beautiful place, room, pool, work out room. Breakfast was confusing but I was very glad I added it into my rate- very worth it.

I didn't even sleep there but they was charging my card and take money from my credit card and when I call the customer service they're so rude and she saying even I don't sleep or staying that night they won't be returning my money back.

I misunderstood and thought that at the price I paid, breakfast would be included. It wasn't. I did not partake of their expensive fare. Elevator was filthy. I have been in many hotels with better pricing that were much nicer rooms. The room was just adequate but not what I expected.

Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We travel a lot, and those three things either make or break a hotel and this one checked each box. The staff was also friendly, the front desk person found out. It was my son‘s birthday and she gave him a birthday card and let him pick out a snack in that absolutely made his day! Sometimes something so small can mean so much to someone. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The only incident was that the hotel was overbooked, not sure who’s fault, Expedia or the hotel. There where few events in town and it was had to find available rooms. After few hours back and forth with Expedia the hotel had a cancellation and honored the room to us, otherwise I do not know. Never received a notification from Expedia about this prior to arriving to the hotel.

They overbooked the room and all hotels were sold out. Spent hours finding another hotel that ended up being over 30 minutes away. They overbooked 3 rooms at that hotel

Loved the made to order breakfast. The restaurant staff were great. The bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. We will stay here again. The burger we had the first night we got there in the hotel restaurant was not so good. But we were tired of traveling and hungry. We know better next time.

This property was not as advertised not at. We booked to Suites and were charged $100 more per room than they offer but the real problem was the pics and website for the Four Points it was not accurate at all. Service at the front seat was horrible and the rooms were gross at best. Thank god it was for just one night. I usually find booking with Hotels.com we receive better pricing compared to what is offered by the hotels themselves but not in this case but really the biggest disappointment was the hotel and the pictures advertised. There is no way we would have stayed here if we had not been prepaid through Hotels.com a third party we normally trust.

Comfortable beds and clean although the elevators are shabby. Obviously a conference hotel. Windows face the dining area instead of outside. Very limited dining no coffee in rooms.

Wasn't enough USB ports to use for our phones and my hearing aids to get charged. The manger gave us a voucher for a meal. Wasn't able to use them. My wife has food allergies. The cook said he couldn't acomadated us. Very bad experience.

Our only complaint was having to wait on someone to get back to the desk to check in and also they only had two luggage carts.

We were not told when we check in that the TV's didn't work as they just changed carriers that day and it would not activate until the following day. The heating system didn't work as it was set to heat to 77 and never got higher than 71. There was a refrigerator sitting in the middle of the room as if it was an end table. We parked in the back of the hotel, as it was close to the room and the outside was filthy with trash and paper littering the shrubbery and parking lot. The dumpster was emptied outside our room at 5:00 am. This hotel is in terrible condition and poorly managed. I really should have refused to star and requested a refund.

The lady that helped me check in was SO nice! The place was so clean, my room was nice and cleaned, it smelled really good, bed was comfortable I have no complaints! The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows on the bed, they were feathered and way too soft! The other thing I didn’t like was having a room right where people have to split to go down the hall to get to their rooms. They were just loud

It was a beautiful hotel, the room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the air/heating system sounded like a 747 landing whenever it kicked on and ran.

This is truly a hidden gem. Very open and clean and in a great location. The only negative was the iron in the hotel room had some kind of sticky red and black substance on it that RUINED my husband’s white shirt. He was ironing a shirt that he planned to wear to the wedding we were going to which was the whole point of our trip). Thankfully a Men’s Wearhouse was just down the road so he bought a new shirt ($70 later) and we made it to the wedding on time. Besides the shirt incident the hotel is great and staff was incredibly friendly. We would stay there again- just always check the iron before you use it!

It was very nice! Check-in gal was very friendly and explained everything. Room was clean and very comfortable. We went down and had a lite dinner and drinks, enjoyed our talk with Adrianna very much, was a great ending of a long day!

Lobby was stuffy & smelled faintly of Indian food from the adjacent Indian restaurant (connected to the hotel). Asked for quietest floor & were put down the hall from the fitness center in a room with 1 King bed when a room with 2 queens was reserved. The final straw was the “closet”- half of a cabinet that didn’t allow for full-length clothes to be hung. The only option offered by the hotel was a clothes rack which had to remain in the hotel’s office. Walked out after 15 min. & booked at another hotel.

Smooth check in and comfortable rooms, but the restaurant service was limited and the bar was closed. The bathroom wasn’t very clean but the rest of the room was good.

This property is old. The stay was fine but I wouldn’t stay again.

Upon check in it was like being at the DMV I would say. Like they have to be fake nice but really want to be a D$&k who puts every guest top floor as far away from the front door(only exit). It would have been nice to know it was also under construction. Would not recommend.

This was a middle of the road property. The service desk was kind, but not super helpful. The room was not clean especially the bathroom. There were also “dried blood” stains on the curtains (yes, the curtains) and the dust ruffle on the bed. It was very quiet. The indoor pool was closed and the front desk did not know why. The bar was closed and the front desk did not know why. There was not a free breakfast.

This is a very large and older hotel but they have done a great job of making the most of it. Staff were super friendly and helpful and greeted us every time we came through the lobby. The room was comfortable and bed was clean and good pillows! Great rates too

Got hit by a tornado during my stay but that wasn't the hotel's fault. That aside, bed was extremely comfortable and had the best sleep I've had in a while. Apart from the tornado in the middle of the night, of course.

This Four Points of Bentonville, AR is amazingly beautiful, inviting and very clean. The staff is friendly and work with urgency. My room was spacious and very clean, I could even walk around barefoot in my room. Will most definitely stay again when in town for work purposes.

Great place to stay!

I highly recommend staying here when in the area. The staff are top notch and very freindly. The indoor pool and hot tub is currently out of service or not in season, but when it's open it would make the stay here a 10 out of 10 for us. Kudos Four Points!

The entire hotel smelled like the Indian restaurant that was next to it. There was several hairs in the shower/tub. I had to wipe it down. However, the bed was comfortable, the linens were all clean and the AC worked well.

Horrible customer service

This hotel is weird. It has strange architecture. There are rooms that overlook the lobby where there is a bar. The lobby is huge and has places to set up a lap top and sit. The hotel was clean but a little bit run down. I appreciated that they cleaned my room on my 2 day stay and the water pressure in the shower was good and hot. The staff was friendly and helpful.

First time at Four Points in Bentonville. Located on a busy street, but had easy access to get to our destination. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I was a little surprised that they advertise a restaurant, but the only meal served is breakfast, however, that breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. I had the same meal both mornings there! I'd stay at this location again.

Very nice inside, rooms were big and clean. Bathroom was big and all the amenities were provided. It was super quiet there and it was nice for a one night stay. The breakfast was the only thing that I would give one star to. I ordered oatmeal and it was terrible. Had a terrible taste I didn’t even eat it. Pancakes were ok, bacon was good.
