No refrigerator in the room!!! I had leftovers from supper that I had to toss.
- 5/5
Awesome property. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
- 5/5
Sweet staff and clean and cute place to stay! Will definitely come back again!
- 4/5
They do serve hot breakfast, but my complaint is that the potatoes weren’t done well and sometimes a coffee machine doesn’t make it correctly. Keep throwing an error.
- 5/5
This was absolutely the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, card-less entry, amazing breakfast, and more! The staff were also very welcoming. We will be back!

check in clerk was nice, friendly, helpful and efficient. Plus I had forgotten my toothbrush and at around 10 PM she was quick to help me. I asked to buy a toothbrush and she gave me both a toothbrush and toothpaste. Great service

quiet, clean, good breakfast, tiny but efficient workout space.

Great place to stay and friendly front desk fella. Location was a little obscure and parking lot was not well lit.

Bathroom is well stuffed with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Spotless clean. This hotel is on the new electronic fashion, check in by web, digital locks at the door, code is sent by text message. Coffee machine is priceless. Good room price.

Staff were great! Everyone one I came to interact with were super nice and very attentive. Common area was well cared for. Ample room in the lobby area to work and/or relax in. Check in and check out was super easy over the phone. Breakfast quality and variety could be a little better and maybe keep it warmer. Coffee was in abundant but tea selection need to be more for non coffee drinkers! Very minor items and would not deter me from coming back again.

I was in a room with connecting doors to next room and a lot of noise came from the next room late at night.

Nice room, helpful staff, good breakfast. I was in a room with connecting doors to next room and a lot of noise came from the next room late at night.

The manager and front desk staff are wonderful.
- 4/5
Lots of parking available even if you have a trailer.
- 3.5/5
The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was okay as far as we were concerned, however we choose to eat out when we travel. We did partake in the coffee and rolls though. Others at the motel seem to really like it. We had stayed at The Block previously when it was the Micro Tel and it was basically the same if I can remember. Our only complaint would be the that whenever the room next to ours flushed the toilet it was as if the toilet was flushed in our room. They also flushed it 5 times during the night and it woke us up. We had a room on the third floor, and it was small, came without a fridge or microwave and if there was an ice machine on the floor we didn't see it. There is one on the main floor however we used.

The staff was so kind. The breakfast was great. Standard hotel breakfast. Great options. Place felt safe and close to everywhere we needed to be.

The AC didn't work properly, dangerous and valuable (saws) equipment was left unlocked and open in the stairwell, there were no USB ports, no phone to the reception, the breakfast has no yoghurt for my toddler and the fan in the bathroom did work. My dog went #2 in the stairwell. I cleaned it up as best I could, using some basic cleaning supplies given to me by the Marshallese reception worker. The next morning, the entire stairwell was still not cleaned by 10am
- 1/5
NO WORKING TOILET - NO Maintenance staff on hand to fix it and no help or offer to move us to a different room, This place looks nice but was literally horrible

Clean, new construction. Close to Crystal Bridges. Not good sound proofing. Could hear people in other rooms.

The hotel is advertised as a boutique hotel in downtown Bentonville, both of which are a stretch. The hotel was 2 miles from downtown Bentonville, and located behind a Starbucks on a section of road that’s filled with strip malls. The “boutique” hotel looked like an updated Travelodge at best and the furniture in our room was beat up. Kudos to the friendly and helpful staff, they were a highlight.
- 2/5
Location The room was not painted well. It looks like it was in the process of getting fixed. It looks cheap in the bathroom was not clean.
- 4/5
Room clean, breakfast was slow in replenishing
- 5/5
Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Staff was helpful and sweet.
- 5/5
It was good for my over night stay. Standard breakfast but good
- 5/5
Coffee machine in breakfast area was very nice, lots of options. Community coffee k-cups in the room, very nice. Great hair dryer in the room!
- 5/5
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me! They were incredibly helpful and I loved my stay! I will definitely stay here again!
- 2/5
This is an old hotel that has updated its lobby only. I would not recommend it.
- 5/5
General Manager was very hands on, personable and ran a tight ship!
- 4/5
The staff at check in and checkout were very warm and friendly. The breakfast was decent. The beds were comfy and the room and bathroom was very clean. It was a good deal for the price we paid. We were only there for 1 night so we don’t take advantage of any of the additional amenities. But I’d definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Clean room and very welcoming entrance.
- 5/5
Cleans room, friendly staff, very welcoming and plenty of food, coffee and other drinks near by.
- 3/5
There was a kid party going on when I checked in and they were screaming. It was awful. The hotel was fine.
- 5/5
Everything was immaculate I would stay here every time I came to Bentonville.
- 4/5
We also really liked how modern and convenient everything felt. The check-in and check-out process is very technology-based and completely contactless. We didn’t even need a physical key card—each room has its own key code, and when it’s time to check out, you simply send a text. It made everything quick and easy. That said, the main downside was that parts of the hotel are still under renovation even the rooms being half painted. Some areas felt unfinished, and a few rooms seem like they’re only partially updated. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, we think this hotel has a lot of potential, and once renovations are fully complete, it will likely be a fantastic place to stay.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Clean room and common areas coffee and breakfast were good.
- 1/5
The room was terrible, the beds were very uncomfortable with a metal frame. They refused to give our money back!
- 4/5
A real nice area. Quiet and big green space for fur baby. Room was a bit small, but cozy bed and clean! I like that they text you a code for door so won’t lose key cards! Very nice hotel. Unfortunately the guest above me on 3rd floor was noisy!
- 5/5
Staff was so welcoming and fun! And the room were great. No fridge but that’s ok. Loved the coded entry into doors eliminating having to use a key. The lobby was icing on the cake with a low light, mellow vibe. No loud news playing in the morning but nice music for the free breakfast hours, which I found to be wonderful! . Loved this place!!
- 4/5
Very clean and updated.
- 5/5
Great independent hotel, staff was super friendly. Very updated, kind of like an airbnb but hotel version.
- 5/5
Will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Great place for a quick stop during a Rt 66 road trip to AZ.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay. The front desked help to make sure our stay was pleasant. They even made sure we had Ice for our room when the Ice Machine stopped working.
- 5/5
Stayed in the queen standard room. It was cozy and had everything i needed. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast and coffee station were out of this world.
- 5/5
I love this hotel it was so nice and cleaned. The staff was so nice and friendly.
- 4/5
Everyone was super friendly, and the hotel will look really nice once all of the rooms are finished being updated.
- 5/5
Good breakfast, great coffee station.
- 5/5
Oh my goodness.Everythi g is up to par. I loved it.
- 3/5
Courteous staff. A bit run down but clean and reasonable rates.
- 5/5
Every was perfect here.
- 4/5
Comfortable, quiet, the lobby was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Very simple check and out via smart phones.
- 2/5
Poor room! No USB plugs for charging! Nice front desk.
- 4/5
Room was clean, bed comfortable, nice water pressure in shower, and hotel was in a quiet location. No fridge or microwave, but not needed for just 1 night. The breakfast options were good.
- 5/5
Very clean room. Parking great for cars, not as good for trucks pulling a trailer.
- 4/5
It is a nice motel for the price. Good location, great breakfast, good WIFI, free parking and good beds. Would recommend to anyone.
- 5/5
Excellent staff, clean rooms, comfy beds and nice linens.
- 5/5
I enjoy staying in thus hotel
- 5/5
Excellent overall peaceful with a big smile!!!
- 5/5
Room was a little small, however the stay was great. Room was clean, bed was made nicely and clean, and plenty of options for breakfast. The staff was super friendly, and they even had board games you could play in the lobby or take back to the room with you!
- 3/5
The fridge was rusted and gross, the shower head was not secured properly, the breakfast was meh
- 3/5
Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Issue was no hot water for a day.
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was very nice.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay staff is amazing. Housekeeping is perfect.
- 5/5
clean room, staff was very friendly!! We will be back
- 5/5
Breakfast was good and room was clean.
- 5/5
Whitney at check-in was wonderful, professional and polite. Room was clean, comfortable and at a great price.
- 5/5
Room wear spotless, the lady checking me in with super helpful. I would highly recommend this place.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and safe and staff was very friendly and accommodating. In fact, I would stay again because of the staff. About four miles from downtown so a quick drive to mountain biking and downtown activities. Plenty of restaurants in the area, close enough to walk as well.
- 5/5
What a great staff! Great breakfast. Clean room,
- 5/5
This is an incredible hidden gem. Tiny (but everything you need), beautiful, and clean rooms. Better breakfast and coffee than hotels that are double the rate. Love the botique hotel style. Definitely will be staying again.
- 4/5
Everything was pretty good, it wasn’t like crazy great. Just a good experience. No wow factor. But we enjoyed the stay.
- 4/5
Clean, staff very nice and helpful. Room was quiet, but traffic outside was not. Advise earplugs or sound machine.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel. Walls a bit thin though.
- 5/5
Attention to details: makeup washcloth, earplugs (didn't need 'em). Breakfast bar had NO STYROFOAM! (fancy that!) - sturdy paper plates, cups. Unique details: waffle station included real butter, bowls of unsweetened coconut flakes, dried cranberries...in addition to the usual syrup and powdered sugar. and a real bathtub (not just a shower). Secure access was keyless (passcode). Staff was courteous and swift to respond.
- 5/5
The vibe and cleanliness was great! The lobby and coffee bar are great. I’ll be back for another stay.
- 5/5
Check in was easy, no staff interaction ( they were available) Nicely appointed room.
- 5/5
Lovely! Looks new in Remodeling. Great location, amazing staff and service!
- 4/5
Solid stay!
- 5/5
The Block is a wonderful Hotel! Great for families! The breakfast has a great variety with waffles, sausages, scrambled eggs , and omelets with potatoes. Great options for tea, coffee and other beverages. They also have excellent healthy options. Yogurt with fresh fruit...The room is perfect! Very clean! It has a wonderful modern feel. The staff is so welcoming! We will be planning more trips to Bentonville in the future and will choose this lovely hotel.
- 3/5
The rooms were a bit outdated. Seems like they are renovating from the bottom floor up
- 5/5
There were no issues
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
It was a good visit. All the employees i talk to was awesome
- 5/5
We booked this place after a bad experience with our original accommodations. The self checking feature was amazing. We really appreciated being able to get into our quickly. The room was clean as was the entire hotel. The only downside was the roof condition which looks like it is getting ready to be repaired.
- 3/5
Everything was clean and fine but no furniture to speak of so lived out of luggage and two bath towels. 4 would be nice. Otherwise it was good.
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Shower had hot water
- 3/5
There was no pool. The staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
What upset me was a “pre-approval” tentative on my credit card, very early on the day of arrival, even if I had selected “pay at property”. It flagged a fraud alert and my CC was blocked! I had to use my personal card on a business trip and now need to process a cumbersome refund.
- 5/5
Great Price. Large Rooms. Good Breakfast. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great as expected for this price. Clean and convenient.
- 3/5
The suite we booked smelled strong of cigarette smoke
- 2/5
This is the smallest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. Just enough room for the bed and dresser. Like a dorm room but with a tiny bathroom attached. The ceilings are low as well as small hallways. Could actually hear people walking on upstairs hallway (never hear that in normal hotels). We could hear people talking in adjacent rooms. We checked out after our first night and they charged us for the second night anyway. Don’t be fooled by the pictures online of the rooms.
- 5/5
Very cute property. Room was clean and I really liked the mattress on bed. Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again
- 3/5
The room was okay. It smelled musty initially and seemed to taper off. The toilet was plugged up and we were never able to flush it without it almost overflowing.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, it was easy to find, and close to the Wal Mart Amphitheater bc I came for a concert.
- 5/5
Adorable, clean, swanky hotel! Has a very new and fun vibe. The staff was friendly and accessible. I loved the room--everything felt new and well-kept. Room was on the smaller side but I appreciated that so as to not waste space. Nice exercise room with a few cardio machines and some weights. Good breakfast options (including coffee). Great location--tucked away from the road but near a lot of food and experiences. The walls are thinner so know that you shouldn't be too loud, but I didn't have any trouble with the noise, even on the football game weekend! I will definitely be visiting again, thank you.
- 5/5
This is a minimalistic hotel so don’t expect extras and even has some standards removed. There is a desk area and chair. No other chairs. The window has a nice large shelf which can hold your luggage. There is no closet but they have a rack in the room with hangars. No iron and ironing board. They do have basic toiletries and a hair dryer. My wife and I found the bed comfortable and nice to have a king size. The staff was friendly and attentive. Really nice check-in and additional help. Only two things that were a little off… 1 - The room window had a blackout curtain but it did not fully cover the window so light would come around the edges. My wife is a light sleeper so this was a challenge. 2 - The towels had a strong bleach smell but at least that means you know they are really washing them. We travel to the region several times per year and are always looking for a better place to stay. The Block is high on our list — with the only real concern being the light around the window. As a bonus, at least for us, is the Starbucks right in front of the Block so I could walk over for coffee.
- 5/5
Perfect location, cute lobby! Great staff
- 2/5
I hate to give this place a bad review, but it was grimy. The lobby is so nice, and I was really excited about our stay until we got upstairs to our room. Carpet was gross, walls were missing paint and water spots had been obviously painted over. It smelled musty and stale. The towels were soft, but everything else in the bathroom was old and outdated. I won’t be staying here again.
- 5/5
Very nice all around!!!! We loved this place.
- 5/5
Great. Will stay again
- 4/5
Property sits behind Starbucks off the main road. Spacious property for dog walking if you have one and relatively quiet. Super nice staff and breakfast was decent!
- 5/5
spacious, well-furnished and quiet room, tidy little fitness center, excellent breakfast, wonderful staff.
- 3/5
Room carpets are dirty and felt moldy.
- 2/5
Looking at the pictures online, i was excited to stay there, rather disappointed at the room. The lady that checked me in was super nice , the lady working day shift was not very pleasant at all.
- 5/5
Cute, quiet and affordable. Will definitely be back.
- 5/5
Great hotel to stay the night. I definitely recommend and will be back here again.
- 5/5
I got in kind of late and I received a text message with my door code and the room number. That was very convenient. The front desk was very helpful as well. Even with the text message I went ahead and checked it since it was my first time staying. All the staff were super friendly and sincere about my stay and satisfaction. The room was sparkling clean with the whitest whites you've ever seen . I wish I knew their secret to keeping towels and sheets so white. Anyways I loved the Block, and if there was one piece of constructive criticism it would be better signage out front , however the GPS took us to the front door. Thanks to Block for outdoing themselves. I will be back
- 5/5
The staff were pretty awesome, very chill but when I needed anything they were more than happy and fast to help me. My stay was for 5 days and I will return I am sure of that.
- 5/5
Everything was great except it took almost 5 minutes for the water to get hot twice.
- 5/5
It was affordable Clean And very well decorated The breakfast in the morning was very good. And the staff was very friendly. This will be my go-to hotels for when we come to town for shows!
- 4/5
Breakfast was great and they had a late night commissary for snacks.
- 5/5
Was update motel. I loved the very relaxing and comfortable environment. Very user friendly regarding WiFi, common area, and centrally located.
- 2/5
Tiny room. Number pad for door is low on the door and hard to see without stooping.
- 5/5
The interior decorations are super cute and look so good. The room was decorated the same and looked good the beds were soft and clean the only thing was the hotel is thin so you can hear the room next to you and out the door
- 5/5
The Block was really great! Quiet with a comfortable lobby to sit it and enjoy coffee.
- 4/5
Clean hotel. Walls and doors a little thin so noise level was a little higher
- 3/5
The person in the room next to me was up all night, until 4am in the morning, watching tv, sounded like vacuuming was going on, and packing then unpacking their suitcase. I'm wiped today
- 3/5
The rooms we stayed in looked NOTHING like the pictures in the website. Very old, dates not great condition.
- 5/5
Loved it there❤️
- 2/5
Room was dated, not very clean or comfortable. The bed sheets did not fit the bed properly. AC did not work very well. Breakfast was ok and then only perk. However they could do better with the eggs. It was stocked nicely every morning before you came down stairs.
- 5/5
Liked the door lock that didn’t require us to keep up with keys
- 5/5
Very modern & clean
- 3/5
For example, the curtains were a little too short for comfort and was not really black out curtains. The toilet kept running throughout the night so I had to keep the door closed so the noise wasn’t as loud. I could hear all the movement from the hallway on the first floor and with the outside door being right next to my room, I kept thinking someone was coming in my room. However, the interior door lock in my room was very secure so use it in case you were worried based on the noise. The shower pressure could be better. However, these tiny things does not fully deter me from this hotel, but this is not my first choice in this area.
- 4/5
Good hotel. Noisy at one point, but not the hotels fault.
- 5/5
The unit was under renovation. Our first room was ‘renovated’ but the tile transition strip at the bathroom was not installed properly and was dangerous. The mgr or asst mgr moved us to a room that had not been renovated yet. No issues in that room.
- 5/5
The room was a bit small.
- 5/5
Although they were doing renovations you did not know it. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Love the pin # for your rooms. Modern and minimalist decor in room was great. The bed was excellent. Will definitely stay again
- 3/5
Not enough towels and no shelf in bathroom
- 5/5
Check in was fast and friendly. The room was very clean. No issues at all!
- 2/5
Staff was amazing the room smelled of smoke and my room was damp feeling Needs better insulation because sitting in bed watching tv I could literally hear my neighbors talking
- 5/5
It is a great place to stay friendly staff clean rooms
- 5/5
Great location. Very clean. Accommodating staff who were very helpful. Had a small dog with & room was in excellent spot to take pet out. Great grassy areas close. Located in very nice area. Area is beautiful.
- 5/5
checked in what did you like section
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
The hotel and staff were great. Note that this is on a highway and you cannot walk anywhere except chain restaurants.
- 5/5
Very nice room & hotel experience Comfortable bed, very clean, Great shower— there was no place to put your soap or shampoo except on bathtub rim. Breakfast had a good variety- cereal fresh fruity yogurt Even had omelettes. Coffee maker was terrific- so many choices- coffee/mocha/latte/cappuccino.
- 4/5
It was very clean and updated with comfortable beds. My only complaint was noise...I had a neighbor who watched TV til 2AM; plus, you really had to slam the exterior doors hard to shut them. That meant that everytime someone shut their door you heard it. They provided earplugs in a bag, so I am guessing this is a common complaint-maybe the walls are thin.
- 5/5
Absolutely loved it it was right next to starbucks but they have their own coffee bar open all day and night they have games and breakfast and the rooma were cozy and comfortable cant wait to stay again
- 5/5
A HOTEL FOR GROWN UPS. But that. Is not a bad thing 24-7 gourmet coffee, 24-7 via text w front desk, codes to enter room instead of keys, no pool, no hot tub but a nice clean place
- 4/5
Great place to stay- 10 minutes from downtown. Only complaint was they had no iron or ironing boards.
- 4/5
MT biking trip to Bentonville. We were disappointed in the breakfast lacking yogurt and fruit … kind of a staple at all other hotels .
- 5/5
Super cute boutique hotel!
- 5/5
Excellent place. Have stayed for work and pleasure trips. Staff is always friendly and price is good.
- 5/5
Wonderful venue!! Exception genuinely nice staff. Definitely thought through details in service, accommodations, and visionary hospitality was on point!
- 5/5
Easy, fast check-in via text. Helpful, and friendly staff at desk. The lobby was very well decorated with a very cool vibe. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Area was safe and close to numerous restaurants and our venue. Great value for the money. Would stay again if ever in the area!
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and updated. The lobby had a wonderful breakfast selection and snack layout. Will stay here again if I ever travel to this area again!
- 5/5
Great independently owned hotel!
- 5/5
The staff at The Block were super accommodating to my needs during my six night stay. I had to switch rooms one night and they totally wanted to please me to assure I get a good night's sleep, esp Chelly. The breakfast in the morning was quite adequate, enough variety. Would have liked fresh half and half for tea, but no big deal. The only suggestion is to have a choice of less puffy pillows. I had to use my down jacket in a pillow case for a pillow. For hotel living, that is somewhat communal, it was a good choice of accommodations for my extended stay. Close to where my mom is in assisted living so convenient for walking to her. The room was clean. As far as the touchy keypad, use your finger lightly, not your thumb. Worked without a problem.
- 5/5
Incredible staff!!!
- 5/5
room was clean, property smelled nice, bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Was really clean and the people were nice
- 5/5
We absolutely loved the atmosphere here. The remodel is fantastic. The only complaint that I have is that the sidewalks and parking lot was covered in snow and ice.
- 5/5
Nice, comfortable stay. We would stay at the Block again.
- 5/5
Beds were comfy.
- 4/5
It was a long time ago when I stayed there i don't remember the place that much
- 5/5
Great simple hotel. Lovely staff.
- 3/5
The room was good. Thursday night the fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night. First alarm required me to leave my room and evacuate outside. It was very cold. It was a false alarm and all was cleared. Then at 4:30 am and 7:45 am the alarm went off again for less than a minute. None the less enough to wake me up. Crappy night.
- 2/5
The stay was ok, place is clean and breakfast is served. Unfortunately our night was interrupted by a faulty carbon monoxide alarm, first at 12 am, second at 2 am and again at 7 am. The night was restless, not ideal after 12 hours of driving, and we were poorly informed of the actual situation. Concerned of mine and my SO’s safety at this location was questioned.
- 5/5
We had a really nice comfortable stay at the Block hotel. Independently owned cute decor to hang out in the foyer and the rooms very comfortable and clean. Breakfast bar included with all you need and tea/coffee as you desire. Staff were friendly helpful and I wld absolutely recommend this over the other "chains" if you need a good base in Bentonville to explore downtown and all the other museums galleries etc!
- 5/5
It’s a work in progress. But, they’re doing it all right
- 4/5
Nice hotel, good staff, will stay here again
- 5/5
Upgraded to a new renovated room, thanks!
