The staff had o no answer and no options other than just wait until is fixed. Location was ok Don't look closely for cleanness...the sheets were clean but there was dust in the closet and cabinets. Breakfast was ok, but definitely there's room for improvement.

The breakfast and coffee was great too! The King Suite was ample space and the bed is very comfortable! The only minor issue in the bathroom getting out of the shower really needs to add a bar so you don’t slip on the floor! We also greatly appreciated the daily usage of the beach chairs and umbrellas. It was a great 7 days and we will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing mainly due to severe understaffing during breakfast service. Around 8:30 AM ,there were no plates available and guests were standing around waiting just to serve themselves. The employee working the breakfast area was doing her best, but she clearly could not keep up alone. Several food items and supplies were repeatedly empty, including eggs, bacon, bagels, fruit, regular coffee, and flavored creamers. Containers stayed empty for long periods and the breakfast area felt chaotic and unprepared for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Another major issue was that the hotel only had one elevator, and it broke during our stay. Guests on upper floors, including elderly people, were either forced to wait long periods or use the stairs. We were staying on the fourth floor and had to repeatedly use the stairs because there was simply no other elevator available. There were also guests smoking directly near the entrance seating area, making it unpleasant to walk in and out of the hotel because of the cigarette smoke. Overall, I appreciate the kindness of the employees, but I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Quiet property in Southwest Florida. If you're looking for a place to stay near Ft.Myers/Naples, Bonita Springs, check this Hilton out. Location is great, rooms and staff are clean and friendly, plus the morning breakfast offers lots of choices and is included.

Hotel suite was very good with plenty of space for clothes. The kitchen was good. If hotel add frying pan and wine opener will be plus. The hotel was on very quiet area and only 10 minutes drive to Bonita beach and 18 minutes to Vanderbilt beach.

I’m not sure I would stay here again. The pillows are atrocious! There is no water pressure in the shower and the AC sounds like a plane taking off. The pool is small but ok. You can hear people in the hall clearly. The breakfast food is cold, bland, and the same every single day. Great location though.

The staff were welcoming. The breakfast was good, with many choices. The coffee was freshly brewed. The room and the bed were comfortable. I appreciated the kitchen. Only negative was lack of dish soap for hand washing the dishes. The parking lot was a little cramped but, I always found a space. All in all, my stay worked out well.

Our room was clean and the kitchenette was enough for us to make several meals. The breakfast was amazing! The cleaning staff were friendly and our room was always cleaned with no complaints. The pool was great. A little sheltered by shade for most of the day, but ample places to lay out etc. Check in and out was quick as well. Wi-Fi worked well as I had to do some work from my room. Great stay!

The room was very clean and nice. Loved having a little kitchen with a fridge. The staff were friendly. The pool was cute and patio nice. We were there last week in January and it was chilly so no swimming, not their fault. I would stay there again.

The rooms and property were not clean. The carpet is on the edge of needing replacement as with half of the furniture. The cleaning staff were very grumpy and their carts were in great disrepair. The pool area was nice. Sadly we won’t rebook.

Check in was warm and welcoming! Breakfast was wonderful and had a really great variety. Room was perfect for us (2 people) and our small dog. Workout room clean and had basic equipment to sneak in some exercise during the holidays. In-room kitchen was a huge plus

The best part of the stay was the staff and service, they were always willing to help when needed. The breakfast both days we tried to eat at the hotel the food was cold. Eggs had a lot of water in the pan. We stayed in a one bedroom suite on the first floor. Our windows faced the pool so we could not leave our window curtains open which made our room very dark. A room on an upper floor would have been better. The room lighting was very dim, the only bright light was the one above the bathroom sink. My husband wanted to read, but the lighting was not bright. This room was good size since it was a suite, with a large sofa, kitchen, bedroom and two tvs. The kitchen had a refrigerator, microwave, a few utensils and paper towels and some kitchen counter space. I did not look in every cabinet so there could have been other utensils.The bathroom had a standard tub and shower. The room was decent but had some imperfections. Not sure how old the hotel is, but could use some updating. Overall our stay was good,

Decent clean 4 floor hotel with a nice pool and gym. Had no issues. The included breakfast was decent as well could use some more variety of choices like a waffle machine and some more fresh fruits. I feel the kitchen staff was overwhelmed sometimes by the number of guests all showing up at times at the same time. So some selections ran out.

All of the above and more. I have already sadly given my opinion. We checked out after one day. The room is un acceptable for anyone especially a handicapped person. Shame on your company for not researching this . We are not happy. And would like a full refund for the second day we did not stay and the $25 we were charged incase we stole something??? Being a third party customer we were told. And your breakfast was undesirable .

It was a good 5 day stay, my room was small for a “suite” but it was sufficient for me and 3 kids. Clean rooms. Furniture in the room could use an update. Staff seemed friendly. Kids went swimming every day, which they loved because the weather was great and since we come from the north we don’t get to go swimming in outdoor pools at Christmas time lol. I assumed the water would be a little chilly so I didn’t go in untill the last night there when the kids told me it was a heated pool. I definitely regret not going in more because the pool temp was perfect and so relaxing. Pool is only open till dusk so be mindful of that. They have a laundry room, snack shack and workout room but we didn’t utilize those. On Wednesday nights they have drinks and apps but we got there very late on Wednesday so we didn’t get to try that. It would be cool if they added another night. The breakfast set up was really nice and i definitely enjoyed it and thought it was great and pretty cool they had breakfast taco option everyday, the only thing was I think the quality of the food could of been better and definitely the temps of the food ( hot food hotter, cold food/drinks colder) but other than that it’s definitely one of the better hotel breakfast’s I’ve encountered for sure. I was excited to wake up to breakfast tacos lol…Overall this was a great stay!!

Just okay. Room service is every other day. Dunno whether because of Thanksgiving or always like that. No safe, no hair dryer, not enough towels. Receptionists were very helpful to go to laundry fold and bring some. Entrance of the facility is odd.

The room type we booked wasn’t available. The girl at the front desk (who I don’t blame at all) told us that the hotel oversells rooms and this problem happens a lot. What is the point of a reservation then? I have a large family and picked the suite room for a reason. Frustrating and disappointing.

The property is showing its age more than expected. The bathrooms were clean, but mildew could be seen in a number of places. Breakfast was okay, but just okay. The staff was helpful when needed, so that was a good thing, but overall, I think we'll look for an alternative the next trip to Bonita Springs.

The front desk staff was the worst front desk staff I have ever experienced in all of my travels. One staff member disrespected my wife and was argumentative. It is clear that this staff lacks the training I would expect from a Hilton property. I would not receommend this property.

Overall, the accommodations were fine but definite improvement is needed in three areas. The front desk staff needs to develop some professionalism…one clerk walked around with his sunglasses on his head all the time. Another couldn’t answer basic questions about the area. Secondly we were told our room would be refreshed and the bed made every other day. It only happened on the second day. On the 4th and 6th day someone from the cleaning staff knocked on the door at 6:00pm as we were showering and prepping to go out to dinner and asked if we needed anything. Third is the dishes and silverware in the kitchen. There were so few that we had to wash things by hand as we went along so we would have a dish or spoon for the next time. Overall, our stay was ok but I expected more for $200 a night.

The Manager Special on Wednesunight was the hit of the week. Included soup, wine, beer and dessert.

The property inside and out was very clean.The room was very nice with a nice kitchenette. Bathing area was again very clean.The problem I have is with housekeeping, It is only done every other day. Really! do we only bathe every other day, do we only fill trash every other day(especially in the kitchenette area) do we only sleep in the bed every other day? So why are these services only every other day?

Perfect set up!

They were very rude. The old man was racist. Rude. Was just watching what the kids would do. My grandkids were not able to do anything. He always thought that the kids there were doing things. I asked him for quarters. He told me Hayden have any. My daughter had to tell him she needs quarters and that’s when he said oh that’s being racist. He thought my daughter was having a party when she wasn’t. I will never return back there to stay the worst and horrible place to stay ever. He will walk up and down the stairs and elevators just to see what people were doing, especially as Mexicans.

Place is old out dated. Its falling a part some staff are nice most are rude. They would fight at the front counter a bunch. Pool is tiny and crowded. Theres like zero sound insulation so you can hear everyone and everything. Put to much chemicals in the water everytime we shower it would burn our eyes and half the time there would be no hot water. Our sink didnt dry. We asked mutiple times about late check out and they kept blowing us off then the day of check out they say they cant they are booked. Even though we had been asking all week. Dont waste your time or money here do yourself a favor stay at towneplace suites estero they just were remodeled last year and they do everything better!

Very reasonably priced. Front desk staff were very friendly and helped whenever needed. Rooms have had a makeover since we last stayed and were very pleasant. Housekeeping service was sporadic. Services declined when the hotel was very busy at the weekend. Breakfast was okay, not much change day to day, hot items were always lukewarm at best and no microwave. No safe in the room. Music could be heard as a low rumble from the room all night - air conditioning masked some of that but not all. Bins/recycling in corridors were super helpful. Free parking and felt safe. Don’t like the fact pets seem to be able to stay on any floor/any room, meaning those with allergies could be checking into a room where animals have stayed. Really good access on the US41, but set back far enough to avoid road noise. On balance, would stay again, but in the knowledge it is on the more budget end of Homewood Suites.

Amazing hotel. 2nd stay here in a month. Hopefully going back next month and bringing my parents.

What i was impressed is with the room i was assigned. Shampoo, body soap and dishwashing were missing and it took 2 hours for the frontdesk person to bring the dishwasher soap and shampoo pouches to my room but he was a nice person. The breakfast could be improved by giving guests hardboiled eggs in addition to scramble eggs. Breakfast potatoes were good addition on Sunday. But then again this property get 4.1 and thats fantastic in comparison with other hotels that I am staying where I am rating 3.0

I experienced a very nice stay. The staff was outstanding! The room in all amenities were very good. The only problem I experienced were people parking next to the front door and blocking the vehicle exit and entry for the handicap parking spots. This occurred absolutely every evening of my stay. People simply did not want to park in the regular parking lot. They wanted to park right next to the entry door. This should’ve been more controlled.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and centrally located and close to the beach. The staff on site was very friendly and attentive. I gave this hotel all 5 Stars and they earned it.

The only thing I would recommend is to be able to watch Netflix or other streaming apps on the TV in the room. Other than that, we would highly recommend stsying here.

The mattresses weren't comfortable. There was only one person at breakfast to serve guests over a long weekend. There were no towels at the pool for the same reason. We believe that you should have more staff to assist so many people.

This hotel is perfect for those who do not wish to eat out every day during their vacation. The suites have small but efficient kitchens. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed is also very comfortable. The breakfast is included and offers many choices. It’s an easy and short drive to the beach. It was not our first visit and it was as lovely as we remembered.

I only stayed for one night, but I liked the facilities for a longer stay possibly in the future. They had a full-size refrigerator and freezer as well as a stove and dishwasher and the utensils that would be needed to make the place very comfortable.

This hotel is exactly what we needed for a family of 5.
