Would stay here again and recommend.

The property is clean, staff is available and helpful, breakfast is decent, location is very convenient, and plenty of parking. Couple of things that should be improved are water pressure in the bathroom sink faucet and to clean the showerhead.

Would stay here again as the staff was marvelous , room was spotlessly clean and the ftre breakfast had plenty of variety to please anyone. Best hotel we have ever stayed in.

I loved everything

Room 325 I got put in that room. The AC did not work. They moved me to 329. The AC worked when I get into the room after I take a shower and went to bed. The AC shut off woke up three times sweating I don’t know what’s going on with the air conditioners in this place but at night they seem to all shut down. It never happened before I stay here a lot not happy.

The air conditioning is not the best, felt rather warm at night and couldn't adjust the settings. Also the bath tub looked rough. Staff was helpful and the property was clean.

When I made the reservation, you informed me that the cost was...$135.48 I asked, and they told me they would charge me 44.60 for a late checkout. However, they charged $229.81 to my credit card and refused to give me a receipt, saying that you would send it to me.

Hotel looks new and appears to be well kept. Common areas were clean. Pool was cloudy but we used in early evening so it may have been dirty from day's use. Our room appeared clean, but was infested with ants/roaches. I killed two large ants in the evening and woke up to a roach on my headboard and ants all over the desk. Was so disgusted, family refused to eat breakfast at hotel. I am a fan of this brand, but I will not stay here again.

Room was clean and staff were very helpful. Did not use the gym or laundry but it was good to know you have laundry facilities.

The first room I was given had an overpowering smell of urine the moment you walked in, so I walked back out. 2nd room was fine. Overall the hotel is a bit dated and run down.

This was my second time here and completely different experience than the first. Areiving at nearly midnight after a 12 hour flight a miserable sick with a cold receptionist moaning about that she had nonidea about rooms as she had just started. Room was horrible next to lift and laundry room noise every morning at 5.30-am. changed rooms after 3 days but still it ruined the whole time. Will not return, hotel trianon Bay five minutes across the road similar price and much more pleasant team.

The room was immaculate and spacious. There is a mini fridge, coffee setup, microwave, and a nice TV. There was an issue with billing after I checked out. When I called in about the issue, Eddie was so kind and quick to make everything right. I highly recommend this property for your stay, both for the amazing staff and the great rooms.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and fresh. Pillows were not that firm but thats just my preference. Nice relaxing view of the pond on back of the property. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here on business trips and would stay again.

The breakfast was fine.My room was FILTHY. Not enough room below to write the problems. The bathroom water deliver was very slow, sink &shower.took 40 minutes to take a 5 minute shower. Water dribbled out! Plus the shower head was broken and had to stand 3” from the wall to rinse my hair. Maid was fine, she cleaned well but had nothing to work with. I am specifically speak about my room. Room 211 at the Bonita Springs, Florida Hampton inn. The 1st thing was the carpeting was DISGUSTING, Separating And DIRTY (photo below) Unfortunate that the lighting didn’t allow you to see all the dirt. I had to keep my socks on at all times & they were black in minutes. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns. This one was a disgrace in terms of the room. HILTON SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE THEIR NAME ASSOCIATED WITH IT! I never wanted my money back from a stay but this would be the exception. Would love a call from HILTON!

The carpet on the floor was dirty and worn out like a $6.00 hotel room. The breakfast was only ok. Eggs were dry and room temperature, potatoes the same. I would not consider this hotel again in the future

The parking was good, the check-in process was great, the woman was very polite. The room....the bathtub had what looked like sand in it, someone else's hair and someone's old candy wrapper sitting on the tub. Clearly it had not been cleaned so the cutely folded face cloth wasn't so cute. Finally laid down after watching my father dying all day and a screaming fight broke out in the 1st first hallway right near my room and close to main office so everyone with working ears heard it. Can't put this on the staff however did not hear anyone come to address it or call the police, maybe this is rare but I will not be staying there again.

Stayed here for a week . Great beds , decent bathrooms , nice staff, excellent cleaning staff. . Overall excellent value for money for a great location. The bedroom floors need updating as a bit old and grubby and quieter AC but for the money great value.

Great location for our stay. New years Eve we had reservations for The Stage Restaurant. Directly across the street. So convenient to everything. Convenience stores, shopping and restaurants less than a mile away.

Only stayed one night to pick up family at the airport, so I didn't have time to lounge by the pool, or sit and have a drink while overlooking the lake, but that would have been perfect. People at the front desk were very friendly and easy to talk with. I would definitely stay here again.

The clerk at check in was great. He gave us ideas where to go to eat and have fun. The only reason I gave a 4 star is my room was not cleaned the next day of my stay. The housekeeper didn’t even offer clean towels however, when I went to the front desk to inquire why my room was not cleaned. the lady at the desk told me they only clean rooms every other day. Which was odd because everywhere else I stayed offered daily room service. I did not like the fact that I had to ask for fresh towels. They have the towels at the front desk so I was able to get clean ones. I am not concerned about the cleaning of the room. I made my own bed but, fresh towels would have been great for the guests.

I had a great stay. Staff were kind, professional, and accommodating. I love the breakfast they have in the am esp the coffee bar. The only thing I would say maybe update the carpet, couches, and chairs. Also, have the windows cleaned more often. Other than that this place was nice. I like the updated bathroom. My room was nice and the tv worked! It had everything I needed for my stay.

The property is well kept, centrally located, near a lot of restaurants and the beach. Clean bedrooms and bathroom. Pet friendly was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Loved the place they even had free buffet breakfast for free. I was not expecting how nice my stsy was.

Found 2 small roaches in my room, Romm 234, the worst part about my stay between Friday 8.15 thru Sunday 8.17 was the breakfast lady, your breakfast lady must be removed from providing the breakfast amenities to your guest, she has a very poor and lazy attitude towards all guests, I arrived at 9:00am on the dot and all breakfast items were empty, no scrambled eggs, no potatoes with gravy, no sausages, the juice machine needed refilling of the syrup, coffee bins were short on coffee and cold, I mean this was horrible and your hotel states breakfast until 10:00am, when asked if she was bringin out more breaheast items she rolled her eyes and stated we are running low on food, its not my fault its the hotels fault, not with this lady, the Spanish lady in the mornings for breakfast shall be placed elsewhere such as cleaning rooms and not interacting with your guest, poor attitude and does not want to work to refill breakfast item trays, I will not be staying at your hotel anymore until this is corrected. Thank You.

Property was nice and worth the price paid. Our only complaints would be flavorless chicken sausage instead of pork for breakfast and the grill out by the pool was filthy inside.

Eddy and Jemin, front desk attendants, were super helpful, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and very friendly. They made our stay fantastic.

The breakfast was horrible

We waited over 2 and half hours before our room was ready after the 3 pm check in time. We were told many times during our long wait that it would only be a few more minutes but it took hours. The room was nice and clean however, the ac needed to be on 68 to cool the room.

The only problem I saw was the carpeting in our room, it looked very worn and not clean. We did enjoy the pool and loved that you can use their poolside barbecue to cook. If the carpeting in the rooms are upgraded, I would definitely stay here again.

Hairs In bathroom. General condition is run down. Carpet tiles in hallway have edges that are lifting up. Staff took little pride in cleaning up the breakfast bar area as guests utilized it. Would not recommend especially for a Hampton Inn!

The hotel was in a good area, close to stores and main intersections. It had a nice lake with table near that you can sit and relax outside. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and the staff taking care of the breakfast always had everything filled back up.
