The room was spacious and clean, it was a good location, but the star of the property is the staff! Everyone was wonderful. We had just come from the JW Marriott Naples on business , and the friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail that we had at the Marriott, we found at this La Quinta. A special shout out to Amber, who checked us in. The woman who ran the breakfast was also exemplary. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name.

Stayed overnight for a business trip. We chose the hotel for location and price, and it was a good value compared to other hotels in the area. Check in was smooth and there was a decent breakfast offered in the lobby.

I would like to commend Amber who works the 3-11 shift at front desk. We checked in fine but the first night we went to our room, we encountered fleas in the room. The next day, we reported it to Amber and she immediately did all she could to resolve the situation. The hotel was booked but she eventually got us moved and into a better room. Kudos to Amber!

I stayed for 3 nights. I was shocked at how disgusting my room was. The microwave was filthy, bugs flying around the room, bugs in my bed. I forgot toothpaste and went down to get a complimentary toothpaste and no one was in the lobby. Waited for over 10 minutes and a guy finally came out of RR in lobby. He couldn't find any. Asked a lady that finally came in and said they've been on back order for 2 months.

Inquired about early check-in, was told it would be a $40 charge. Opted to wait. We were given a handicap room, not requested. The room had water stains in the ceiling. The shower was for handicap people, shower head attatched to a adjustable pole, but did not aim downward. Without a towel by the shower floor bathroom got wet needing clean up. Hotel houses local construction crew. If you want breakfast go after 8 when they have all gone to work. Overall for the price room was okay, many shops nearby.

The hallways, stairwells, and bedrooms are spotless. The breakfast has most of what you need. It’s located on a beautiful property, close to everything, with a pool and a walking path. Plenty of parking. I would stay here again in a minute!

My room was clean, the common areas were clean and smell fresh, staff was welcoming and happy to answer all my questions. Breakfast was good love the waffles. Parking was perfect with shade thanks to the trees around the hotel. The view was amazing looking to the lake. We will be coming back.

The staff were great. The pool was good. A few more umbrellas for shade is needed in the area. The patio furniture was also pretty worn. There was water damage in multiple rooms to the pint of if my family requesting another when the first (on the 2nd FL)had a sour smell that could not be gotten used to. The staff was lovely and moved us. The second room (on the 1st)had similar water damage, but the smell was acceptable. The breakfast was very good. Overall, a good stay, but I will not be back because I would be worried to get another sour room.

Upon notifying the front desk, they were very nice and advised that they would have house keeping do a deep cleaning while we were aware during the day time. Upon return, the room did smell more clean; however, by nightfall the odor returned. My daughters and I stayed for ONE night, because it was late. We checked out the next day. The hotel REFUSED to refund any of our unused nights - again, we stayed for only one night of the three we paid for. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast eggs were gross, sausage no good/cold. Furniture looked cheap and beat up in the room (edges were scraped). No way to block out the light in the bedroom, it only had sheers in the bedroom. The bathroom looked dingy and old.

The parking is so convenient, the Breakfast so good, the room was very clean and we loved the Pool! They offer towels and the temperature of the water is perfect! I Highly recommend this Hotel, we definitely will be back soon!

The property was convenient to Bonita Springs and North Naples, was clean, beds were comfortable, and staff were attentive. Breakfast was the typical free morning fare, lots of carbs, eggs and bacon. No fruit.

I think that Amber at check in forgot that she was in the customer service industry. She made a rude comment that surprised both my husband and I. On the other hand the woman at the front desk the next morning was friendly and lovely. Hotel was clean and basic.

Nice hotel and staff. Pool looked inviting but it was too cold when we were there. Room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. A/C and heat controls were quirky. Buffet breakfast would have benefited from some hard boiled eggs as alternatives to the egg dish offered. Hot oatmeal would have been welcome as well. But it was nice not to have to leave the building. There is a diner across the driveway that is convenient for meals. On site parking was also free and available. Hotel is approximately 30 minutes from RSW.

Carpets needed cleaning. They overused cleaning chemicals to cover up mold and mildew in our room. There was visible mildew on the curtains. The room was always damp even with the A/C set at 72.

Sorry to say but the hotel is very dated and needs a renovation. Everything was worn, the room had a damp smell and the breakfast offering was the worst I have ever had and had to stand as there wasnt enough seats - it can only cater for around 30 people sitting

Nice hotel with a very convenient 50’s era Restaurant called Mel’s Diner located across from the hotels parking lot. It was busy the evening we dine but the 10 minute wait was worth it. Breakfast had make your own waffles as well as cereal, eggs, sausage, muffins, beagles and yogurt, along with juice and coffee.

Breakfast was good with a nice variety of food. The pool was very nice. The room was stuffy - the air was not circulating. Mentioned it to the front desk and it was not addressed. The wifi was also inconsistent and poor, which was extremely frustrating. When this was brought up to the staff, they stated they were aware of this problem and in fact this problem has been happening for awhile. Not having wifi was a big problem. We found out after the trip that the guest wifi was not passcode protected, which also was not great.

Was told there was no toilet paper to be had. Bathroom not cleaned well. When I told the manager about the toilet paper issue the only compensation was two bottles of water. Not very happy with the experience.

I enjoyed the cleanliness and the location of the hotel. The included breakfast was a motivating factor stay here. My only complaint is that my remote control was low on battery. When I called the front desk, they told me to come down and pick up new batteries. Then, I was questioned as to how I knew the batteries were low. Never stayed at a hotel or had to do my own maintenance. That little touch was tasteless. Other hotels send someone from the staff to make sure the problem is resolved. This is at least my third time staying here. Not sure if I'll come back.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and once again everything was excellent. Clean, quiet, spacious room, comfortable bed, good complimentary breakfast in the morning. Check-in was quick and easy.

I loved everything about this stay. From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the breakfast as well as the location. I only stayed one night, but they were exceptional and helped me with anything I needed. Like I forgot my toothbrush and they helped me out, I asked for a little later check out and they made it work. I needed to quiet place to do a zoom with my team and they opened up the conference room for me to use really quick so I didn't have to do it from my car in the cold as it was cold that day. The breakfast was so good, I only ate the eggs but they were great. I highly recommend this place. The room was cozy and quiet as well. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one. I truly appreciate everyone who I met that worked there. The amazing lady from Jamaica I don't remember her name, but such a sweetheart, and then the Lady with blonde hair at the des the next morning also an absolute doll. Even the housekeeper and the lady working in the kitchen. Literally smiles and service was there commitment. Nothing really, like I said I only stayed one night but could have stayed longer if I had a longer need. Next time I am in the area I will probably book with them.

The best La Quinta we have ever stayed at! The room was big and very clean. Overlooking the river and pool which made for a great view! The hallways were spotless and had no smells. The lobby was clean and had a good breakfast with eggs, oranges, cereals, yogurts and the most popular waffles. Would stay here again for sure!

It was good, but they serve the same thing everyday. We were there for 7 nights. and had the same breakfast everyday. The hotel is a little older but very clean. We had a great stay.

Prison toilet paper in the rooms, thin styrofoam plate at breakfast that literally melted when I put the toasted English muffin on it. Then at 8 am when I picked up the phone I got a text from the hotel asking when we would be leaving. Southern hospitality??

Luckily the staff held the breakfast so we could eat 900 am breakfast cut off is pretty early especially if you get the chance to sleep in. I would have expected at least 930 cut off. The room was big and clean! The bed was comfortable and the biggest thing for me was there were no extra charges to stay. Only bad thing was the breakfast was small and not that great. Everything else was fantastic. My wife and i will definitely stay here again.

Good location, close to great restaurants at short drive and really close to Bonita Beach. Even thought the room size and the lake view were good, at lot of dust in the curtains (I took a picture from the window of the sunset amazing from the 4Th floor and when I walked away I had white dust all around my arms and hair). For a single night and price is ok.

Worst hotel experience ever! I had a reservation and when I arrived, there were no rooms available. The customer service at the hotel was horrible. The person at the front desk did not speak English. I had to call and book another hotel on my own at the last minute. Stay away from this place.

We had a good stay. We were in town for a football tournament. Easy to get to, a lot of known restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Advertised as family friendly and cribs available. All a scam, no crib offered at all. Given a queen size bed when booked a king and was told it’s because we didn’t book the bigger room. Staff was rude. Avoid this place at all cost!

There was a youth soccer tournament in the area. Some of tge teams stayed at the hotel. I Spent 2 days having teenagers running up and down the halls at all hours and knocking on doors and running away , tried to get management to do something and all the desk clerk would say is that quiet time is at 10:00. The same thing went on after 10:00

We were asked if we wanted a King room instead of a Queen room at no extra charge. We said sure. When we got to the room, we noticed it had kind of a weird smell, almost like a burning smell, and was also a Double Queen room - No big deal, it's what we booked so I wasn't going to complain. We did have a slight issue with the room so we went down and asked if we could change rooms. I asked if we could get the King instead of Queens, and were told they didn't have any available. The room switch was handled quickly, we got our new room which had the same smell, I think may have been the AC, but it went away quickly so I don't think it was an urgent issue. All in all, hotel was nice - clean, very quiet, and the staff was friendly.

Overall wasn’t bad. The hotel rating said 3 stars and that didn’t live out to the 2.5 stars of other hotels I have stayed at in the past. Over all, not bad other than our bathrooms toilet wasn’t flushing. They were helpful to solve the problem but unfortunately it wasn’t fixed properly during my stay.

Was awesome! Staff was so friendly and accommodating...I was traveling with a baby. They had a pack n play up on request. Facilities were clean and smelled good! Breakfast was yummy with lots of options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Accommodations were good great price. Staff was extremely nice manager on duty seemed like 24 hours. Shower could’ve been a little cleaner but other than that very nice.

I’ve been to that property quite a few times and it’s always been good. Good a clerk was very, very helpful and pleasant. He was very willing to help out with everything. I can’t say anything negative the breakfast was good. Everyone that worked there was pleasant and I would gladly recommend it to anyone

I wanted to change my room from a suite. No joy. The option was not available, I was told, because I’d booked through a third party. The front desk clerk seemed confused, and I was too tired to haggle.

I rate thus hotel at 10 for the staff the cleanliness of the property the breakfast that they have there is amazing. The people that come clean your rooms change your sheets make the beds clean up bring more towels. This is a first rate hotel and every time we stay there, they always exceeded our expectations. Every year we make plans always to stay at this hotel hotel because we just enjoyed so much.

Warm, welcoming, clean and good French Roast Coffee

First encounter when checking in was throwing red flags. We were given our room on the 4th floor to find the room was never cleaned! Ut oh! They gave us another room and this room smelled like wet dogs lived in it for weeks! Gross. They decided to bring us to several rooms before checking, first floor with little yapper dogs (pass) next was second floor that we settled on. Room was in fair condition but enough to make us not want to stay. Outside our window was the pool with some guys blasting their huge speaker lol. Just overall not a great experience with our first La Quinta stay on our honeymoon.

This was a great place to stay for a quick family getaway.

Our stay was amazing, we drove from Port Saint Lucie and met with family coming from Puerto Rico for a kids baseball tournament. It was so much fun watching the kids play and reuniting with the family and friends.

This hotel is very good, the service is excellent.

This visit to Bonita Springs was the second time we stayed ay LaQuinta. The staff is pleasant and the place is clean.

Staff was so friendly. An older facility that had been kept in great shape and kept up well.

Very dirty sheets and room. Was told I was going to be comped with points and never was. Very disappointing. Not sure where all these reviews came from.

Smaller hotel and not kept as updated. Close to the falls but very small rooms with one elevator that would take forever to reach each floor- we mostly used the stairs.

The help there is wonderful. Heather at the front desk is always pleasant and efficient with taking care of anything that comes up along with local tips. Maria, who handles the breakfasts, is a delight. Always happy, helpful and cheerful with all the guests. She is someone who brightens your morning and hustles to make sure everything is running smoothly and kept full. Rooms are nice and clean.

No towels left on day two. Coffee maker not working day three. Coffee out at the breakfast offering. When asked for refill. We were told that she was to busy. What a sad way to conduct business. We paid good money for a functioning room and its amenities. In return we had to go to public restroom and a coffee shop to have a coffee. The worst service in 40 years of travels.

Friendly and great service from everyone. But want to Austin a special shout out. He made our weekend! Somewhere between Fort Myers and Naples. Close to shops, restaurants and beaches.

I liked the room, was cleaned and the breakfast was good. But we has a bad experience in the elevator, some dog did poop there. We cannot use the elevator for many minutes. So disgusted.

Our stay was lovely! The front desk man was very kind and even upgraded our room. The room was big, beautiful and comfortable. My only complaint is they could use more eco friendly products for serving the morning breakfast.
