Locate the and the staff. The room was nice lots of towel to use. Parking was in front of the room so it was super convenient. Air-conditioning was super nice. Super huge TV for the room. Overall great stay. Could have a microwave because sometime doordash take for ever to bring food. The fridge is not cold l. Glass door could use one way tint for privacy. The blind for the door should be side slide instead of rolling up & down for easy access.

The hotel is wonderful, very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The view from the hotel is amazing, and it’s the ideal place to fully enjoy the beach.

Great view and access to the beach. Hard to back out of parking spaces. Small pool. Staff was adequate.

The only issue we had was there was a $50 fee for early check-in. we arrived at 12:30 but could not check-in until 4:00

My feedback is regarding the fine details, which were lacking. We were issued USED fabric wristbands, which act as door keys. Please don’t give me a dirty wristband that a prior guest used and has visual dirt and wear marks. That was the first impression — and it was not good. If you want to reuse a door key, that’s fine — but I don’t want to wear (or be issued) a gross wristband clearly used by a prior guest. Upon arrival, there was a visible sweat ring on the side table, not cleaned properly, along with visible wear on some of the toiletry labels (change them out when they get worn looking), the back deck wasn’t swept and the lounger cushions had sand on them. The lack of attention to detail makes a mediocre experience. Oh and the folks in the unit above us sounded like a full on stampede because there’s no sound barrier between the floor and ceilings. We could hear every footstep and it wasn’t light gentle footsteps. Full on pacing and walking in the morning and at night. This place is a 3 star hotel charging a premium for the view. That’s the disconnect for me. I’ll pay a premium but the experience and details have to match. There are many hotels that charge a similar price but they have a higher standard of cleanliness and detail.

This property is a hidden gem! The staff is incredible, the location right on the beach. It doesn't get better than this!

One of the best inn/resorts we’ve stayed at so far! The beach view from the room is incredible, and it’s very convenient to access the beach. It’s also a perfect spot for watching the sunset. We will definitely come back!

The staff was so kind! Clean and comfy beds! Slept the best ever. Great views of the sunset. Umbrellas and. Lounge chairs available and we just open doors to face the ocean. Loved it!

I loved this place—the spot is amazing. I would only recommend adding a microwave and a full-length mirror. Other than that, everything was super clean and impeccable ✨

Our room had an excellent and unobstructed view of the sunset. The sliding glass doors opened right onto the beach where we had our own lounges, umbrella and table.

The room and the view was gorgeous! The staff were extremely personable and friendly and go above and beyond for their guests! To be able to walk right out of my room and onto the beach was dream, and the view was breathtaking. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean. The view amazing!!!! The sand on the beach was like walking in flour/powdered sugar. We found many sand dollars and a few sharks teeth (among the many other shells). Check in was a breeze, staff so friendly!

My wife was sick that day before arriving and they couldn’t accommodate us.

Small inn with 5 stars, well maintained with patio and beach chairs. You cannot get any closer to the sound of the waves. Beaview of evening sunset

The worst part about this place is the parking lot- and it’s kind of common for this island it seemed but especially at this hotel. After you park, to get out, you have to back out onto a busy road without being able to see. There’s no room to back up and turn around. I do definitely recommend staying here but be aware of the parking lot.

Steps from the beach and shelling was perfect! Grounds were raked each morning with umbrellas taken down each day. Nice cushions on the lounge chairs, deck furniture and the beach towels were nice & fluffy. A great lil refrigerator, we would have liked a coffee maker, rather than a cappuccino and the coffees offered were strong. No microwave. Bathroom with a lovely rain-head was favorable. We definitely recommend and it is located in a desirable area.

The room was perfect. The location was perfect. The room opened right onto the beach, and we had a great time. The staff was very responsive as well.

This location is absolutely beautiful. The room was clean, updated, and right on the beach. The views are amazing. Staff was extremely helpful and made fantastic recommendations. Communication was unexpected, but definitely showed they cared about the guest experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Had the perfect stay with my 4 year old son. The immediate access to the beach from our room was ideal. The fridge was a great size to be able to get some groceries (I do wish there was a small microwave but we managed). I can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is wildly overpriced for how bad it actually is. The room was ugly, poorly designed, and completely tasteless, nowhere near what they advertise. The service was absolutely terrible — unprofessional, dismissive, and careless. On top of that, the hotel deliberately misleads guests about the room type. The photos show rooms with a patio and direct beach access, but once you arrive, they dump you into an upstairs room with no patio and no beach access whatsoever. A classic bait-and-switch. As if that weren’t enough, the power went out in the room, something completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel charging these prices. To make it even worse, this stay was over New Year’s, and the hotel made zero effort to acknowledge a special date — no detail, no gesture, no courtesy of any kind. Absolutely nothing. This place is a complete scam: false advertising, horrible service, and zero value for money. Avoid at all costs.

Upon arrival, I found out my room was assigned to one of the rooms upstairs. The listing is a little misleading. They don’t mention anything that your room may be assigned upstairs but they are huge. I had the opportunity to stay in both rooms because my room door was broken so it couldn’t lock. Besides being bigger upstairs, it has a walk-in closet and shower. The downstairs room is connected to the patio which leads to the beach. The room is more small, almost more than half, and the bathroom is extremely small. I guess the trade off is the patio. Staff are extremely nice and helpful.

If you’re looking for the ultimate beach experience in AMI, this place is it. The location is unbeatable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The access to the beach is phenomenal we were able to go into water multiple times throughout the day effortlessly.

The property is right next to the beach. Excellent location to just relax and enjoy waterfront views and ocean accessibility.

Right on the beach with a private front, is a vacation spot for families and friends.

We went to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel manager had called with a few questions, including asking about a special occasion They had a nice bottle of champagne with a birthday card set out for me as a free surprisw. We plan to return to this little inn--often. A new favorite destination. Go. You'll love it.

Excellent accommodations that directly open to beach, umbrellas, and sunsets. Beach towels included. As close to the beach as you can get, with parking outside your patio.

It was wonderful inspire of the weather

I think the Staff was nice and helpful. I loved how I can walk right outside to the beach and the view was beautiful. I would recommend labelling the umbrellas with a sticker or but the logo on them, because it seemed like random people would take the chairs and umbrellas that were immediately in front of our room. I would stay there again. Maybe just set my towels on the chairs we would plan to use I guess. Thanks!
