We enjoyed our family vacation, the name 2home definitely represents itself. We felt like home .

Clean and convenient location

Very clean, friendly and helpful.

Hotel overall was pretty maintained and clean from the outside and common areas. The room we received seemed a little janky. The bathroom sink held water and the toilet was old where build up of calcium in the toilet. The shower wasn't cleaned hair was left behind and caulking of shower and shower pan needs to be refreshed. Other than that the stay was mid level overall. Only stayed 1 night so wasn't worth a complaint to me.

From start to finish it was amazing! Patrick at the front desk was absolutely the best. I wish he was at the hotel or resort we ever stay at! He legally made it stay the best I've had in a very long time! The property was kept clean, stocked, and will maintained. The only issues we had was with the WiFi. I would highly recommend this hotel for all travelers.

As Canadians we hear so much in the news. I cannot express how incredible the hotel and community was! Even at the grocery store! People are so kind and we could not have asked for any better experience! Everyone we spoke with, even on the sidewalk, were very nice and helpful! Thank you for the stay and thank you to Brandon Florida! Already planning our next stay in Brandon!

Spacious rooms! Great breakfast buffet!

The hotel is nice, the shower dripped all weekend. They failed to take the trash when they cleaned the room. Overall ok.

We had a suite and it had a lot of room for us. It was really clean and comfortable. It is a 5 minute drive to the Tampa Sportsplex for those travelling to tournaments. Location was good for us. The only negatives were the facility is a little dated; and the free breakfast options are limited, however but compared to other places we have stayed at it does offer more in this regard. All first world problems. Overall our stay was really comfortable.

So called claim from the franchise if your are not happy than it will be on us. Stayed 10 night wit the family. After 5th day no one bothers about cleaning the room. Told 3 different person from cleaner to manager still nothing. Than I got stuck in the elevator for about 90 min with my 7year old. Very poor management. Even after that no response from anyone in the team. Just false promises of making things right. Stay away from this property.

Overall was good and conveniently located.

When we arrived we were unable to check in because the hotel had no water. Had to sit in the lobby for over 2 hours because rooms were not ready. Even after water was available it never got hot in the shower. Would probably not stay there again

Room was clean and well laid out. We were disappointed that the outside fireplace was out of order. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, even the apple juice was watered down.

I love Home2Suites and it’s usually my preferred brand from Hilton. The issue with this visit is the room. There was no toilet paper. After a 12 hour drive there was no hot water and then when I did turn off the water; the shower dripped nonstop. The staff was kind and really tried to make it right. Just sad that this was Home2Suites

a mess. our room had a foul odor when we entered(smelt like burned coffee) Shower was like warm, could not get it hot 2 of 3 ice makers did not work Breakfast was poor and chaotic Way over priced knives were so dull they were unuseable

We requested a hot plate and they brought us a disgusting hot plate covered in grime and dirt. Apparently they don’t take paying guests too seriously. Instead of offering to clean, the manager TJ said the cleaner will come talk with us. We had no time for their trouble and so we had to check out early. Definitely an inconvenience but we were able to find a clean hotel with crisp sheets and serious minded staff. We will not be booking any home2suites ever again.

The stay was a very good one all thanks to Tayvion and Valerie 😊 They went above and beyond to make our stay the best one yet! Definitely recommend this place for your next stay coming thru town.

Clean rooms ease at check in and out… The next morning we had Coffee and it was tasted and cold as if it had been sitting all night. Valerie was amazing she apologized and had the noght clerk make fresh coffee and put out fresh supplies

There is a lady at the front seat i can’t remember her name but she has checked me in twice at this location and she is a dream. She remembers that we come there to see our grandson and asked how he was doing and even likes to joke with me about taking her out on my boat. Her attitude is what keeps us coming back. All the staff are very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are always a very good size and they are clean. The carpet in the hallways of the second and third floor could use a deep cleaning or maybe even replaced.

The breakfast wasn't very good. They put out a little at a time, as if they were tearing it away from themselves. We are also disappointed with one lady at the front desk (she has long purple hair). It was impossible to get anything during her shift. We asked for a BBQ set several times, she was just too lazy to go get it and she answered that they were unavailable (someone took them to the room). It's funny, who needs a BBQ set in the room, and when another worker replaced her, he brought it right away. We also asked for dry towels in the room - she did not have access, when other workers helped with all issues. I conclude that this lady was simply serving her working hours without much desire to work.

Room was clean! But the bathroom door was broken. There was construction going on all weekend. The only ice machine that worked was on the 4th floor. Breakfast was suppose to end at 10 and they started putting the food away at 9:45

Felt really angry about this. Overall very unpleasant experience

Breakfast quality dropped from 5 stars to 1 star compared to our last visit. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place is no longer at the level it used to be.

Everyone was so nice.

The bathroom sink was clogged, and the water faucet did not work properly. When taking a shower, the temperature control did not function correctly — the water would suddenly become very hot on its own, and we had to hold the handle manually to prevent it from overheating. In reality, we only managed to enjoy one day of our stay and had to leave earlier than planned because of these issues.

Very nice staff, peaceful area, low noise. Our room was big and beds were comfy. We didn't have the free breakfast but the hot teas were nice.

The breakfast was ok the first day then it went all down hil, each day us really only waffles or breakfast sandwich. The eggs we mixed with cheese into some kind of puff and the bacon was cooked so long it just fell apart an to. They serve I'm this bakery display glass cabinet with shelves and it makes it so difficult to get the food out. I was there 7 days 6 nights and only ate breakfast there one day the rest of the days it wasn't edible, I went 1/2 mile away to MacDonalds, they have a much better breakfast sandwich. There is a Bob Evans across from MacDonalds if you want to sit down. The laundry machines we ok, there were only two one top load one front load. The front load had mold in it because they had a sign on it that said keep door closed. That's need to be thrown out and put two new top loaders. They charge by the size of the loads wash cycle. So heavy duty cycle $3. The dryer was $2.50. didn't use the pool but it looked nice. I over might be good for one day stay.

first night there was a problem with the window shade . we barely slept because the light from the car place was facing our window. it was fixed the next afternoon .

Checking in was simple and easy. Breakfast was hot and a nice selection. Coffee was good. Room was very clean and we stayed on the newly renovated floor. Great use of space and lots of storage and kitchenette. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to I-75, dining, and Bass Pro.

The desk staff were exceptional. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. Our shower would not completely turn off and it dripped throughout the nite. We reported it the next morning but wasn't told til that evening that it wouldn't be fixed til Mon. Needless to say I loss sleep with it dripping all night long two nights in a row. We put towels down in shower but it still made noise. Then on our last 2 days, the juice machine was out.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff at the hotel was very hospitable and responsive to all of our requests.

Hotel room is gross the floor smells from what the front desk says is glue from new wallpaper for their renovations. This is honestly the dirtiest hotel I’ve been to in the last 5 years. Highly disappointed for a Hilton hotel chain. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.

Never again. Wasn’t the best last time thought give it one last try, never again. Completely not worth the price! Rude, entitled staff. Shower leaked loudly the complete stay and couldn’t adjust temp either boiling hot or cold as shower valve was loose and wouldn’t stay where you put it. We asked for laundry bags were told they had none, dishwasher smelled terrible. 2 day we asked for extra pillows and we’re told only 1 left in the entire hotel. We went to go swimming in the afternoon and pool was locked. We asked why and rudely were told probably because of the weather ( was 70 ). She grabbed her keys and said I’ll go unlock it like we were bothering her. And lastly checking out sat and waited as the pair of women were in back in kitchen screwing around and talking loudly. Finnaly they came out like nothing with a hell of an entitled attitude didn’t say good morning or anything didn’t ask how the stay any issues anything. There is a few more things just lesson learned. I’ll NEVER stay at a Hilton property again.

Room better clean long hair in the bed on the sheets on the nightstand the tv in the bedroom didn’t work and since I went through a 3 party they couldn’t do anything about a discount I was tired from working at the stadium I didn’t feel like moving to another room the wash towel was dirty that why I always bring on own towels 170.00 for a dirty room

I will say the couches are terrible. It is very flat and difficult to sit in and get up. Maybe some different seating. I stayed at a Hilton in St Augustine abd it was absolutely perfect. I was hoping for the same here and i do understand location means a lot. Everyone was pleasant. Thank you

This stay was mostly fine. Nothing fantastic. But the carpets in room were worn and stained and the mattress was beyond used. We had to go buy a thick matress pad in order to sleep. We were told they were renoovating in months go come, if they actually do, it would then be a nice place to stay.

My reservation was specifically for 2 queen beds to accommodate myself, husband, and two children. At check in, the host said “I hate when they do this. We don’t have any two queens available.” When making the reservation there were options for a king and a sofa bed or for two queens. I selected two queens. Myself and son were made to sleep on the sofa bed that was very uncomfortable. In addition, I had to set the bed up with sheets, pillows, and blankets. Nothing was prepared for us.

Great place to start, staff was awesome

Attended a National Soccer Tournament. Close to Tampa Sports Complex. They allowed us to check in early as we traveled all night. Staff on check in was amazing.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nice and very clean. Everything looked well taken care of. The only issue was that housekeeping didn’t come to clean the room even though I asked. That was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a good experience and I would stay here again.

Rooms were clean and nice size for families. The breakfast is very sub par. Your hot items look like your childs play kitchen food items. Besides that they put out 5 to 6 items out then you wait....Round disc items that look like eggs and bacon/sausage that is like rubber. We arrived at 8pm and were put on the first floor. The room had a musty smell so request an upper floor in your reservation i was told. First foor is convenient but a bit noisy and near the not so hot free coffee bar. Giving it a 4 star as its location, size of room and cleanliness.

Checking in/out employee were nice & friendly but at breakfast time the Lady Marisol was very unfriendly & rude. She make was feel like we were begging for breakfast! She needs to be supervised or trained with customer service !

Great hotel but had some flaws. Metal pool lounge chairs in 96 degrees is hot to sit on! Breakfast eggs and meats could be better. Was looking for bacon or sausage each day.

Lovely hotel. Great amenities. Only two things would be better water pressure (not easy in a hotel) and we didn’t have any conditioner in shower. Had to reach for anything to complain about it was that great!

Bed linens dirty with stains and Dunn pouches in bed requested new linens

I didn’t like that the key was not working so that we could have access to go in and out our room.

We really liked the room and all of the amenities. It was very clean and they always seemed to be cleaning. The only thing that we didn't like was the bed and It is kind of a big deal when you can't sleep because the mattress is so lumpy and the pillows so hard. Our room definitely needed new bedding. The bedspread was thread-bare and it was not like the usual bedding of a Hilton. They usually have nice fluffy comforters and a mixture of pillows. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming. Always asking if we needed anything. We certainly had no complaints about the staff they went above and beyond.

Check in was easy and efficient. Hotel was very clean. It was just an overnight stay so didn't take advantage of pool or anything else. Rooms were large and quiet

My room was wonderful and had a lovely stay. I will stay here again each time I come to Tampa.

Our room was very clean. The amenities in the room were more than sufficient with the kitchenette for meals. The beds were comfortable, but pillows too soft for me What was not not sufficient was the free breakfast in that most of the food tasted like cardboard, with the exception of the waffles, and often they ran out of items on listed on the menu. I appreciated the availability of the seating area and tables and chairs for space away from the room in the lobby, as well as the front patio. The best part of our stay was the staff. They were personble, very accommodating and genuinely caring to us and other residents.

The hallway carpet needs to be replaced. Stained. Overall great hotel

The staff at check in and all our stay were friendly, helpful. Even the one working on new years eve. Alot of smiling faces The beds could have been softer and bathroom cleaned better but we fixed the cleaning issue ourselves and moved on.

Staff was super nice, breakfast delicious, loved that there was always coffee. My room looked like an apartment studio and it was perfect for me and my family. I'm definitely coming back and this time with our dog since this is also dog friendly for a flat rate, which is a great price. Thank you again and we will visit soon.

I wish the beds where a size bigger

I book wrong month during the hurricane . But it was foe Nov. I didn’t say there I needed Oct. NO electric. Went elsewhere. But you still charged me not once but twice. I don’t know how to book on line. I explain that to the lady working the counter. I ask her to please cancel the resvations. She assured me she would. We went through a earth shattering event here in Brandon fl. I will never stay with you again. It is not right.

While our toilet was not functional upon our arrival in the evening the hotel made arrangements to have it repaired the next morning when Maintenance arrived. Only concern I had was that the hotel did not appear to have an onsite maintenance person?

pool area is not very nice,and the sitting area out front and back could use some shade. It rained most evenings but staff did not wipe off outdoor chairs.

The booking was for 4 adults 2 children, the room only had two full beds, no couch bed so technically it wasn’t enough space to sleep 2 children with no couch or couch bed…
