Breakfasts included at this hotel was better than any other I’ve stayed at. They cook omelettes anyway you want. All rooms are divided between living and sleeping with a tv in each. Staff were very cordial and helpful. Price was about the same as others in the area.

This place has the worst customer service. I was charged $300 for a smoking "remediation" fee because of some bad sensor reading. I don't smoke or vape. When I tried talking to the management, they didn't care. Avoid this place. Stay somewhere with good customer service.

The property was really nice but what made our stay great was the staff. Mason our waiter and Mike the omelette chef were awesome. Those are the names we remember but the head chef and the rest of the staff were amazing also. Thank you guys.

Overall it was a great stay. The A/C could have been a bit cooler but the bed was the most comfortable I could remember sleeping in years. I couldn’t even get up to try breakfast. The complimentary drinks were also a plus.

Our key card didn't work and we went to service desk twice for a new key. They finally sent someone and found out the battery in the door needed to be changed. It was unfortunate for me as I recently broke my femur and couldn't stand or walk very far without a lot of discomfort. But other than that it was a great stay as always

The check in process was smooth. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We went to the restaurant on site for dinner which was very convenient and staff was friendly. The breakfast was good as well. We would stay again.

At checking the staff person was very unfriendly, it seems like he was doing us favor at check in. He was very cold towards my wife and me. We have come many times to this hotel and was never treated or felt unwelcome.

Although it was only for one night, this was the best hotel experience we have had in quite a while. The staff excelled at the little things to make us feel welcome and valued. Starting with the guy who checked us in who took the I time to have a short conversation with me and go out of his way to leave the desk and show me where the elevators were. Could I have flying them on my own? Yes, but it was a nice touch. Next, the hotel has a evening reception and guests get 2 complimentary drinks. Nice! As we were leaving to go out to our event several staff members complimented us on our outfits. The breakfast was yummy and includes an omelette station which is my favorite. I will definitely put Embassy Suites as on of my preferred hotels when given a choice.

Mason, Cedric and the lady at the bar were our nightly bartenders. They poured good drinks, told us stories and even shared pictures with us. We stay at this property about 2 times per year when we come to visit our mom in the close assisted living facility and will be back in December. Thank you!

The staff at this hotel is super friendly! Frank, at the front desk, was particularly helpful with our check in. The breakfast offerings were wonderful and the daily social hour was a nice touch. On the whole, the hotel appears clean and well maintained, but the the furniture in our living room area was severely worn and needs replacement. The hotel was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider this hotel again.

Matthew and Arthur at the front desk were exceptional. Mason, the bartender was out of this world. Carmen and the others at breakfast made the meal enjoyable. The omelets were outstanding. For over $400 for one night I expected better. Nacho chips, salsa and fruit all they offer at reception time? So old, worn down terribly. I’ve never stayed in an Embassy suites that was so disappointing for the price point. Will have to leave review on Trip Advisor, etc for others

front desk allowed use of email to get boarding passes printed at front desk. No office computer or printer on site for guests. We had booked two rooms and both of the pull out couch beds for our third person in each room were in need of the mattresses to be replaced. flat and very uncomfortable. the king mattresses were also somewhat lumpy. Otherwise wonderful location near I 75 exit with lots of restaurants and mall nearby

He also sent a text later asking me how things were going and if I was enjoying my stay. That's top tier customer service in my book. The breakfast was amazing! There was one person at the omelet station on Saturday morning and if that were me, I would have been truly overwhelmed. He had the patience of a saint and made everyone's eggs and omelets to perfection. Kudos to him as well. I can't recall his name at this time but he did an outstanding job!! I truly enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites and when I return to the Tampa area, I will stay here again and recommend this location to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend stay at the Embassy Suites. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The whole facility is clean and the breakfast was delicious, fresh and offered a wonderful spread and choices.

Great customer service at breakfast by every employee. Hot water in the room was a hit and miss. One room was very warm and unable to cool, so we had to switch. Front desk employees were accommodating . Rooms were dated. Overall, customer service was great.

Room door would no close unless I picked up on the door and the door was unlock and opened when I first entered my room.

I was given 10,000 points at checkout but, what do they do for me and the huge inconvenience and disappointment at the start of my vacation? Not one thing. I decided to  stay with Marriott for the remainder of my trip.  In the past, Embassy has always been my preferred hotel. I’ve stayed with this brand in many states in the US. Embassy Brandon Tampa location has left a sour taste and I will not stay, nor will I ever recommend.

The top floor was muggy, and the room had some musty smell to it. Had not been this way in the past but was on floor 2 the first time.

The hotel was very nice and very convenient. The only issue I had was even with the setting real low on the AC. I ended up having to sleep with the covers off to me. It did not get cold at all. I’ve stayed at hotels that are normally about 80 bucks And froze my ass off.

The room had a bad odor going in, the trash had mold, the bathroom had mold, the bed frame had stains. I contacted the staff sent them pictures and nothing was done.

First I will say the staff was amazing. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast and cocktail hour at night was a nice little bonus. Unfortunately the rooms were dirty and outdated. We had to switch rooms because of how dirty the first one was and the new room wasn't much better. We stayed at a beautiful resort in Orlando and were very disappointed when we got here.

I reserved a suite with 2 beds. Morning of arrival they called and said they had no suite available with 2 beds. Was forced to rent an additional suite at a discounted price. The AC system stopped working during the night and the common area was also very warm due to suspected AC failure.

Quiet clean and fun

The rooms were huge. The bedroom in the king suite was very nice. They gave me a half hour late checkout. The staff was very courteous and professional. It was very clean in the bathroom and around the sink/coffee area. Everybody was having fun at the pool. The only thing I would change is the carpeting in the hallways outside the rooms (common walking area) needs to be changed. Other than that nothing else. Thanks!

Nextdoor hotel EV chargers did not work and support limited. 3. No building solar panels and backup batteries. 4. No ?? generator for hurricanes. End ::

The front desk staff was great. The breakfast was great. The sink in bathroom was not so great especially if you wanted to wash your face with hot water. It took all night to drain and the drain was full of mildew. And going tonthe bathroom the back of the door looked like a dog chewed it up and/ or was trying to get out not very pleasant.

The property needed deodorizing.

Building and carpets are getting old with the typical sub-tropical Tampa / FL weather. Needs 2 to 4 Electric Vehicle Fast Chargers as the ones in the neighboring hotel did not work and this hotel had none. Liked the outdoor swimming pool and cook-prepared breakfast. Loved the separate living room from bathroom and bedroom. End ::

I was a little disappointed that there wasnt a wasnt a water bottle dispenser to ontain water in the fitness room and I did find a fre hairs in the tub when first checked in. The staff was bery pleasant and helpful and the breakfast buffet was amazing.Overall I had a great experience.

One of the best days I’ve ever had Shawna Kaila and Matthew make sure they went above and beyond for everything. No one could’ve asked for more absolutely amazing. I would recommend 1 million times over.

All in all an adequate hotel for a brief visit to Tampa.

There's ample parking and the staff were great. My only complaint is that room 382 smells old, musty and moldy which made for an uncomfortable stay because then I was worried about the cleanliness. I didn't complain to staff about this though bc we asked for a different room once we got to the room and was told the hotel was sold out. As a travel agent I'm always paying up to how clean the rooms are and with how they may handle customer service issues.

Then they shut it done at 11. Hotel was sold out and the bar was packed but they shut it off at 11 Bartender on Saturday night 3/22 had a Very poor attitude. Pool closes at dark. You can’t even go out there just to hang out. Breakfast staff was awesome. From desk was friendly too.
