    Under the circumstances that the hotel was being renovated, the staff management and all the people were very helpful and very considerate of my needs, as a person staying there who was just having surgery just down the road. I had made some suggestions to management about How things could’ve been done different. They responded immediately and were so helpful and so kind that I would definitely stay here again and having the good fortune of meeting so many wonderful staff at the Hilton.

    I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and definitely felt more at home here than at any other location I've visited. Special shout out to Trish, the front desk manager, and Cheri, one of the reception desk staff. Very happy that I chose this hotel for my nearly 7 week stay.

    Was in a pet room and there was a dog smell and there appeared to be water damage on the kitchen floor around the edges-musky smell in room on top of dog smell. This was not a selection/choice for me when making reservation.

    When we entered the room, everything looked very worn out and outdated. The fans and ceilings were covered in dust, showing a clear lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. To make matters worse, I was charged twice. I have been trying for a week to get a refund and still haven’t received any resolution or effective response, which is completely unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Poor cleanliness, bad conditions, and even worse customer service.

    No laundry bags, staff at the front was not helpful. Asked for more towels, left it on the floor outside where people walk. Shower pipe didn’t work properly so half of the water was just being wasted. Poor exhaust circulation in the washroom making it smell. Would not stay here again!!

    Our bathroom shower and sink weren’t great. The shower handle was off so we had to put it as far as it would go to get hot water. Pressure could have been better. Sink didn’t drain well but it was fine. Beds and pillows were comfortable. A/C was good. We loved having the extra space.

    The only issue we had was that the second lock was too low that my 3 year old was able to open it and run out into the hall. It should have been up higher in my opinion. But everyone was really nice

    The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in particular Matthew My earrings got stolen, just really annoyed. There are no cameras on the floors, now I have to deal with this from out of town. They're looking into it. they were very helpful in changing my rooms, the highway traffic is extremely noisy and the air conditioning units in the two bedrooms are so loud we could not sleep so they moved us to the sixth floor so it was a little better. The carpeting was stained, the mattresses are really broken in the other issue is you could smell pot all over the hotel, which is gross and it's not OK because it says it's a non-smoking facility, but they obviously are not enforcing us

    The room was nice enough but the curtains needed some laundry TLC, and various spots of the carpet. A little dated and walls need cleaning. The HIGHLIGHT: the food was good nice variety, the staff was awesome, the room layout was perfect, full kitchen as soon as you enter. Would definitely stay here again!

    The room was satisfactory with cleanliness - just very dated. Sofa in living room was worn on a the arms. Staff very hospitable and friendly. Biggest problem was the TV. No TV channel guide and only had channels 2-40 and half of them weren’t available. This totally ruined our stay.

    There is mold on the air vent and dust on the return vent in the room, 120. At night the maintenance people played loud music as they walked down the hallway. It usually stopped around 10pm. Not once while I was eating breakfast did anyone from the staff say good morning or offer to help. I didn't need help but that would have been good hospitality. They seemed to busy talking amongst themselves about going out to eat and other stuff I didn't need to hear. Matthew was nice but likes his phone. Same with most all other staff. I stayed at the Embassy Suites a few weeks prior and had an excellent stay. Wish I have planned better so I could have stayed there again.

    I can not get over how comfortable the beds and pillows were!!! The room was very big and cozy, we had all we needed. They had a wide variety of did for breakfast such as cereal, while fruit, cut mixed fresh fruit, boiled eggs, muffins, pastries, yogurt, bread, eggs, sausage, tacos, oatmeal and so much more. Everything was great honestly!!

    Stay was nice and quiet room.was very clean with a kitchenette i did not use was suprised there was no room.safe for valubles,tv had more sports channels that i didn't care for no program guide or premium channels that could see since i scrolled the channels a bunch ,the continental breakfast was lacking no fresh fruit that i seen and no pankakes or waffles even if it were the kind that go in a toster for the nightly rates and an honors member i was.a little disappointed

    I didn’t have a horrible stay but I’d very likely not stay here again. The property is in need of an upgrade. The rooms are really outdated. One elevator was down and it literally took you 10-15 minutes for one to come and that was an issue because everyone was experiencing the same thing so the one that came might already be full. Also, they have breakfast but at 8a when I came to get it most items were gone and the person who set the food up said no we’re all out of that so I didn’t bother to eat there the next day. The experience could be a good one if immediate changes are made at that location. It’s in a very convenient location at least it was for me.

    The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. It was fast, clean, delicious, and one of the most pleasant staff. (Breakfast and front desk)... checking in and checking out. Also, brought my large dog (a big baby: non-aggressive). We were placed in a corner suite. It was perfect for us. Thank you. We will continue to look for Homewood Suites as we travel.

    The room was excellent and breakfast was good The fire alarm went off during my stay twice. On the first time, I panicked and squeeze my ring finger on the latch, tearing my skin and causing major bleeding, bruising and swelling. The front desk did not have a first aid kit, so I saw some band aids in the store and got those.

    check in took a little longer than expected, but once it was my turn, he was super quick to get me check in. The bed was a little small for it being a king, looked more like a queen. I was looking forward to a hot hot shower but ended up only getting a warmish one. The toilet flushed once and then stopped working completely. Had to take off the back and mess with it for a bit for it to kick back on. Overall, location was nice, room was nice for the most part.

    Tamia was super in getting my room for me she was sincerely caring about finding out about the affiliation with Norman Parathyroid clinic. I had to have surgery in the morning and Dr Patrick said these hotels are affiliated with the hospital. I guess it’s just the Homewood Suites on Webb Road in Tampa. I thought I would get a reduced rate and Tamia took the time to look into it for me. Which was very nice and even asked how I was doing the next day. She is a wonderful person and an asset to your hotel.

    The checking person was very nice with a pleasant greeting but was place on a upper floor which made it difficult for my handicap issue which is knees and back pro because of distance walking to room request for second floor but got placed on six floor room was okay a little dusty which effect my allergies cough all night so room wasn’t as nice as expected for price and been a Hilton hotel

    Overall I was dissapointed with this hotel. The room in the corners were dusty and a lot of wear on the carpet and walls. The curtains looked very dated and windows cloudy. The sink was clogged and my daughter pulled out the stopper and pulled out nearly a foot of hair. We almost threw up. The breakfast was good with a lot of options but I was disappointed that even before it was closed most of the options were gone and they didn’t replenish (15 min before close).     Facility is ok but not sure why breakfast is 6-9am on the weekend?!? Also coffee was just adequate. Fitness room super small but room was spacious and bed comfortable.

    front desk was really nice people ,Mrs C and Mr E were the star of our stay and were easy with directions to food and recommendations. room was.clean and quiet great set up.with.fridge and cooking stove and awesome bath . breakfast was great and security on the parking lot , recommend and stop.by.and say hyyy to mrs Cara for us .

    Our hotel room was great, spacious and comfortable, the staff on the front desk was very nice and helpful, the lady serving the breakfast on sunday morning wasn't too friendly, breakfast was ok.

    The room had standing water in the tub and it was never fixed after notifying the front desk. We were not able to shower. The room was barely clean and stains the looked like blood on the curtains. And don’t get me started about the pool, it was dirty inside and out. Would not book there or any home wood suites again.

    This was my first time at. Homewood. I was not impressed. First of all the tub faucet would not close and was pouring water all day and night. I let them know of the incident the first night and they send they would send maintenance. No one ever came. The breakfast was just ok. Lastly the reception was just one night during the week instead of 3 as advertised.

    I arrived late when I checked in from traveling for my 2 night stay. Around 2 am the air conditioner in my room began to make a huge loud rattling noise that woke me up and would not allow me to get back to sleep. I recorded the noise and went down to the front desk and played the recoding to the front desk person and he told me there was nothing he could do. There was no maintenance personnel on duty and no manager. I asked to be given a different room and was denied the option. I was told to come down in the morning to discuss it with the manager. I went back to my room very dissatisfied. I went to the front desk at 7:30 am and spoke with the manager. She told me they could have maintenance check the problem. I asked her to help compensate me for my issue and she told me all that all she could do was give me done points on my Hilton honors rewards. The maintenance person was supposed to come up to my room at 8 am. I waited until 8:45 and they had not arrived. I had to leave for my conference. When I returned late in the evening the air conditioner was again making the same noise. I called the front desk was told that they saw a note about the issue and that maintenance was requested but no further notes about any repairs being done were added. I told them I could not have another night of no sleep. I was moved to a different room at 11:00 pm to then experience a toilet that works not stop running when flushed. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this hotel!

    Check in was quick and friendly. Family suite was nice. The mattress on the pullout couch was awful as you could feel the springs throughout the entire thing. The water pressure was pretty bad. But otherwise was a nice stay. Breakfast was good.

    Reservation was lost and I am asking for one free night on Saturday night my keys were lost I went to the front desk and they could not find my name in the system. This took about one hour to fix. Unacceptable I would like one free night for the future to make up this trouble
