Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Boulder Broomfield/Interlocken

Loved being at this hotel with the beautiful outdoor space! Pool, outdoor fire pit, lots of seating outside. The staff was polite and helpful and the property was clean.

Great people, lots to do

Continental breakfast was great with variety and different choices day to day. Plenty of room to sit both inside and outside. Pool and pool deck were great, pool was heated and there was always pool towels. Hotel had a bar, Steven was a great bar tender and made a mean tequila sunrise! Plenty of parking and some good food choices near by. Great family environment. Golf course really close as well. Quiet area near Denver easy freeway access. Loved this hotel and will absolutely stay again.

The hotel, staff, and breakfast were excellent. The only two disappointments were no freezer in the fridge and no lotion in the bathroom. We needed to freeze the ice blocks for our cooler and with the dry Colorado air, we needed lotion. Otherwise, a great stay!

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. Honestly, they were some of the best hotel staff I’ve encountered, and I travel quite a bit. Everyone made me and my service dog feel genuinely welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much to the entire staff at Fairfield Inn for such a wonderful experience.

Clean and bright. Good location. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was above average for a free breakfast. Though we didn’t use the tv and wasn’t going to, the tv was freshly installed and still has all the packing stickers on it.

The hotel was clean but the room air conditioner had a very loud humming noise and did not cool well. The room was very warm.

I left at 6am. breakfast not till 630am

Bed was terrible with sags in the middle.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. When I got in the shower and was soaking wet I discovered there was no shampoo or shower gel in either dispenser. That was very frustrating. Everything else about our stay was fine.

Nice and open spaces. Nice having a small bar in the hotel. Bed and pillows were comfy. Only complaint is it’s overpriced in my opinion.

This is a great hotel, feels very new and the breakfast was very nice for this type of hotel.

This is a relatively new hotel and everything was great, except one of our mattresses was very lumpy with dips. The staff resolved our issue quickly by offering several options and also let us check out an hour late so our kids could swim before our flight.

It's was the perfect stay. Extremely quiet, clean, friendly and professional staff and the breakfast was the best continental breakfast yet. Favorite stay.

I had asked for a walk in shower or step in shower and they were clueless. It took them hours to get their act together on this. Other members of the family had difficulty also checking in. You breakfast is marginal at best. The worst thing they did was taking me to the Park and Ride to get the bus to the airport and she took me to the wrong side so I almost missed the bus and my flight. That happened to my brother also. If you want good reviews than you need to work on changing these things.

My review of the Best Western Louisville was written in error. That review was intended to be be for this stay at the fairfield Inn. My trailer tire blew during my stay at this Fairfield inn. I could not pull my trailer back to the Fairfield for my final reserved night and as a result wound up staying at the best western inn. Close to 48 hours after I departed the Fairfield Inn. I received a call from the manager of the hotel informing me He had charged my card $750.00 for a TV he reports as being "Burned". I did not turn on the either of the 2 televisions in the room I had reserved when I was there. I do not smoke and am a mail with short hair. I had no clue what he was talking about. I received no photo evidence and was treated like a complete low life. This person could not consider the possibility of this Television being damaged before or after my time in the room and I never received an invoice for the damage or was given the opportunity to present him with documentation that was not on his property when the alleged damage occurred.

Great stay! The property is modern and clean. The staff is very friendly! Kayla at the bar was the best and we had a great time during our stay.

Clean and welcoming. Love the bar and the breakfast was definitely better than most free breakfasts in other hotels. The always matters to me and I will say the comfort of the bed was worth the stay. Towels were soft and large. Employees very kind and helpful. Will be staying again the next time we are in town. The only thing I didn’t like was the choice of the soap and shampoo. Sorry but they really sunk to me. Normally I bring my own but I forgot to grab my body soap.

Just a one night stay after a party. We didn’t want to drive the 50 miles home that night. It was great!

Very quiet and comfortable. We usually get a king suite which has an extra area with couch, desk and chair. Lots of drawers to unpack into. Excellent choice!

The beds were uncomfortable and we expected daily room service. We finally asked for room service,towels,trash emptied,etc. we were there for a early thanksgiving with my nephews. There were damaged lights on the bed. Really dangerous if an elderly person tripped. You could really get hurt.

My check in person took several minutes to get to me after noticing I was there. His shirt was out and didn't bother to tuck his shirt in. Appeared I was bothering him.

Excellent breakfast, quiet, shower pressures was ok but not fantastic (I get the water savings thing), new hotel linked with the Marriott residence Inn. Easy parking. Recommend not facing front area but it was still relatively quiet. Rarely heard anyone else in the building. Staff very nice. I don't use it but the gym looked great and nice lobby sitting area.

Breakfast was included and the suite was pretty big for the price we paid. Also them being dog friendly was a plus.

This location is undergoing repairs/ upgrades. After arriving, I was informed that they were still repairing waterlines, which should have been completed. We were unable to take a shower that night. At 1:04 am, the fire alarm went off. After getting to the ground level, we were informed it was a false alarm. That is why I give my stay a poor rating. Give them a few months, and they might be fine.

Modern property with clean rooms and friendly staff!

The bathroom was gross, the beds were uncomfortable, rooms were cold even with heater running, space was very limited, breakfast wasnt very good.

The hotel common areas and the room itself were clean and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. However, we did not receive maid service once during our week-long stay. We did put out a do not disturb sign, though, about half the days but not the others. At the same time, we did not really want cleaning staff in the room regularly because it was extremely small for the four people the hotel says it can accommodate. There was an extreme lack of storage space for everything we had to bring for a week-long Colorado trip with expected snow. So our stuff was kind of everywhere. There were two medium sized drawers, a small closet with some hangers, and a small drawer in the nightstand. There was a large desk at the front of the room with a tiny drawer that would be more useful with drawers. About halfway through the trip, we sent our two teens and their stuff to sleep at our relatives house because the room was just too small.

Every staff was both friendly and helpful. Very clean. Many tasty choices at the morning buffet. Excellent stay and will be back again. JD

First time staying at a Marriott hotel. Worst experience I have ever had. I was not told upon check in that my room would not be cleaned daily. I had a broken bed in my room the first night and had the worst sleep ever. I had to ask for a new room the second night because the manager never got back to me via email/text/call. The first night of my stay, around 4am my cousin‘s daughter had an accident on the bed and we were in need of new towels/sheets/toilet paper. She called the front desk several times and no answer. So she had to walk downstairs to the lobby(that isn’t close to are room at all) with her sick baby in her arms.  My cousin arrived to a VACANT LOBBY. She took a video of the empty lobby and then called manager Aubryn around 4:40ish. She waited around and No one came around to offer her  assistance. We were without sheets blankets and towels until I had to go down to request them. I will never stay at a Marriott hotel again. You can count on that. Keep your money. I don’t need it.

Impressive lobby, pool set up and bar. Excellent free hotel breakfast. This hotel felt brand new and seemed very well built because we didn’t hear any interior or exterior noise. It’s quiet outside and close by an Walmart (but a nice one, not a sketchy one). Easy freeway access. All the digital keys worked, bedding and pillows and mattresses were very nice. No weird antiseptic smell like some hotels. The front desk gentleman granted me a special request out of kindness that was much appreciated. Lovely quiet area in a nice part of a Denver suburb. I felt perfectly safe walking our two doodle dogs that travel with us. I would definitely stay here each time we are traveling through the Denver area. I do wish there were a mirror in the main room as well as the bathroom to make getting ready easier.

3 day visit to Boulder area for hiking and microbrews. Hotel was clean, friendly and quiet. Wonderful breakfast offered. Only negative was room as bed not the most comfortable and room temperature not consistent. However, would stay there again if back in area.

Staff was so friendly and kind. The dinning area was immaculate . Over all it was a wonderful place to stay.

Check in was so quick. Gals working front desk were so pleasant. Lobby is beautiful. Rooms are simple but are absolutely fine/clean/suitable. Shower was nice with large Shampoo/conditioner/body washed bottles attached to the wall for your convenience and good water pressure. View is great. Walmart within walking distance for things you may need/have forgotten. Comfiest bed I have laid in in a while. 10/10 recommend especially for the price you pay! We would stay again.

Stay was ok. Main commons area is really nice but rooms aren’t as good. Beds are absolutely terrible. Broken, with yellowing pillow cases. Bed had deep dints in them as if someone slept in the same spot for ages. Floor was dirty, plain clothes maintenance person came to shampoo the floor while we were in the room. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and pleasant. We noticed the carpet in the room was dirty and sticky. I shared this information with front desk, they told us they will take care of it which they did not. when we travel we normally stay at on the Marriott hotels but the service and cleanliness of our room was disappointing. No follow up from front desk to see if we were happy with our request.

This hotel is like brand new. Everything is clean and shining. The breakfast room is spacious with luxury lamps. The hot breakfast is various. I love this hotel. It's much better than I expect and I think it's the best hotel I ever lived.

They had bikes we could use for free , and we used them to take a nice bike ride around a reservoir

We reserved two rooms at the same time, rooms were 2 floors apart and staff said it was under two separate reservations. My bed had a huge like dent in the mattress, was like sleeping in a bowl. However, the pool was great, and the free breakfast was decent. Staff that checked us in was incompetent but everyone after that we dealt with was friendly and helpful.

The first set of rooms keys we were given did not work. We went back to reception for a second set of keys. These did not work. Went back to reception. Battery for electronic key needed replacement. Took time to open door and then time to replace battery. This took 20 to 30 minutes. Would have been faster to give us a different room. The shower head in the room did not function properly - we were unable to get a downward flow of water and in order to shower we had to stand at the other side of the shower staff approximatley 3 to 4 feet away. Showtime did not work in our room. The pool was not open during our stay - we learned of this by walking to the pool area.

Nice hotel. Spacious room and bath. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. Only negative was we were on the 1st floor and the view was the front entrance so we saw cars, people and lights the whole time. Yes we shut the blind but then it was super dark in the room, would have preferred to be able to enjoy looking out at the other scenic views of the mountains, etc. Did have a cute little welcome station set up for dogs.

I was in a handicap accessible room, and the shower curtain was about a foot off the floor. The whole area outside the shower was soaked even with the bath mat down. I feel like it would not be safe for someone who is less sure footed or even too slippery for a wheelchair.
