- Poor maintenance and upkeep
- Lack of cleanliness

Great location and great property to stay for a weekend near Boulder.
- 4/5
I was disappointed in that your website said there would be a complimentary breakfast and evening snacks, there was neither.
- 3/5
Staff is friendly property was maintained, but our room smelled moldy, and the floor felt dirty.
- 0.5/5
Worst hotel in the area.
- 0.5/5
Worst hotel in the area. Avoid booking else you have to repent a lot Lots of bad smell and management has stopped breakfast also but booking dot com is charging you. I have to complain to my bank for lack of service. Now waiting for a refund Worst services.

This hotel is very run down. They no longer serve breakfast and haven’t for months even though it still says it on their website and the signs posted throughout the hotel. The pool is not open even though it is summer and over 90*. The garbage disposal in our room was inoperable. The furniture was very worn and routine maintenance has not been kept up (doors that won’t close, stains on walls and floors, lack of dishware, windows with cracks and lacking screens) I would not recommend this hotel.
- 3/5
The staff were very nice but this place definitely has some room for improvement. There is a pool advertised but the pool is not operating this summer due to drought which is fine but would be great if that was up to date. They have not done breakfast since December but even there room keys say “Free Breakfasr” First room we were given the AC did not work and it was a 90 degree weekend so they put us in another room that has a window unit but only a window unit so the bedrooms were very hot at night.
- 3/5
No breakfast, pool and limited parking
- 2/5
The rooms layout was fantastic and the room was spacious The advertised free breakfast doesn't exist and the maintenance was lacking. We had to have our lock fixed on the first night and there was only a single air-conditioned unit in one of the 3 rooms and it couldn't keep the room cool
- 5/5
Quite clean and location
- 5/5
The location is primo. The two bedroom suite is the perfect. The price is great and the staff are phenomenal. Only downside is that the building and suites are starting to show their age with some wear but I still choose to stay here every time I’m in Broomfield.
- 2/5
Room needed more lighting. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Suite stock of dishes, silverware, etc. was sparse. Had to go check in to get more spoons. Didn’t have any, finally found after searching a couple of plastic ones. No mirrors in room, only in bathroom which is small for a suite. Coffee in lobby was cold and not fresh. Had to take cup to room to heat up. Brought out new after I had left. WARNING: There is NO breakfast served as web sight says. Parking lot is not well maintained and skimpy. Large potholes and narrow spaces. Last night I stayed had to park in an adjacent hotel’s lot down the hill from this one. Would not recommend.
- 2/5
I had previously stayed at this property and was always happy with it. However the property has declined and is very run down. Although it was advertised, breakfast is no longer available. The in room kitchenette has one small skillet and a colander. I asked for other pans at the front desk and was told they had a cookie sheet. Of the three dryers, only one was in service.
- 1/5
The hotel staff was incomprehensible they charged me without telling me they were going to for my service dog and when asked they refused to refund me. My suitcases and other possessions were put outside and stolen when I was away from my room. I have filed multiple complaints and have filed a civil lawsuit DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!
- 2/5
There were no pots or pans to look with in the kitchenette, making it useless. Buyer beware, you'll be spending a lot of money eating out.
- 2/5
Cannot call what they serve in the morning breakfast. Can someone at least wipe off the tables?
- 4/5
Clean studio apartment style room.
- 1.5/5
There was no breakfast although it was advertised as including breakfast. The rooms were worn. No maid service. We checked in at 10 pm and the room wasn’t ready yet.
- 2/5
This is an old 20 year old hotel. That has Marriott Bonvoy name. The bed creaks, the elevator is the slowest door closing almost like its a horror movie. In the evening the halls reak of Chicken Pot Pie or something of that ilk. It permeates through the hotel, people have kitchens.
- 5/5
nothing
- 5/5
Very disappointed that breakfast service was promised but not available. Change the room keys that say hot breakfast. Overall a very nice hotel
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
Nice hallways
- 4/5
I was given a key but it wouldn’t open the door so had to go back to the main office. The staff was apologetic and the next key worked with no issues. Only stayed one night but great place.
- 3/5
Old and tired. Not much effort put into maintenance. Do not come expecting a fully equipped kitchen. I had to ask for pots and pans. I was given a small pot with no lid and a 6” frying pan. No peeler, no scissors. The only knife was a janky steak knife. Also do not expect breakfast. Although the signs are up and it’s in the listing, apparently they “don’t do that any more”
- 3/5
The room was good, staff was courteous. Breakfast was not included as advertised because "they just don't do that very often any more?????" A granola bar and coffee is not what was advertised. The hotel itself is not marked well either, and is difficult to find in the dark. There is a small Lobby sign, and no Marriott signage to try to find where to go in.
- 4/5
The location and room was great. The employees were very friendly. The only complaint we have is they advertise free breakfast and the first morning all that was available were Little Debbie muffins and Hostess cinnamon rolls. Not what we were expecting. The next two mornings there was nothing available. Rather false advertisement BUT on the good note right down the street was a fantastic breakfast place called EAT where the food and service was wonderful! We would most definitely stay here again because of cleanliness, location and price.
- 3/5
I asked front desk( was a lady 07/22/2025 from 10-11 am) for help with cleaning the carpet because I spent 4 night there and her answer was this “ you will need to come and take the vacuum, nobody is going to clean for you” and also laundry room has not enough available washer machines and dryer machines were dirty looks never cleaned.
- 3/5
There was no breakfast amenity during my last stay, which was the primary reason I chose the location.
- 2/5
Room was ok, the building was a bit dirty all around, but one of the biggest issues was the breakfast was the poorest ive ever seen. It was a few pieces of bread, a few rough bananas, and the fixings for oatmeal but no oatmeal. Was there for 3 days and "breakfast" was only open 2 days and both very sad
- 5/5
Love the two bedrooms for me and my family Nothing it was awsome

Location and bed. Two days with no breakfast. One with partial. Two nights with noisy and annoying neighbors then we were moved to another bedroom. Then new bedroom was with clogged shower drain and we had to use another bedroom bathroom.

No breakfast as advertised. The HVAC didn’t work so room was super hot and stuffy. Room was old and dirty, furniture coming apart.
- 4/5
There was no breakfast provided without any explanation even though it was advertised the inclusion of breakfast! Our friends were boasting about Drury Hotel which we could have chosen. At least the management could have said no breakfast is included bcs of the holiday season

Breakfast was minimal. no hot breakfast. The room was 49 degrees with the ac blasting when we arrived. it took about 4 hours to reach 61 degrees. The kitchen had one pot with lid....How are you supposed to cook eggs? Needed a couple of skillets. Dishes and utensils were adequate. the stove worked although it looked like it had fallen off a back of a truck. If you wanted to cook food you'd have to obtain more cookware....the room was pet friendly but the carpet was stinky. The carpet needs to be cleaned and deodorized. When I checked in the staff was sitting around the lobby and they were talking about politics - that probably should have been curtailed while a guest was checking in. It made me somewhat uncomfortable. I mentioned my concerns to the receptionist while checking out - and he just nodded his head. The room was quiet - not too many guests.

The staff were great. Room was not very clean. Had to collect bedding and make the pull out sofa bed. Booked because it included breakfast but after 2 days it was taken away. They finally brought it back after they received many complaints. We had to change rooms part way through our stay because our key card reader stopped working. New room was not super clean and it had the cold water shut off. We sort of fixed it ourselves. I would not recommend this hotel nor stay there again.
- 3/5
Hotel is old and not well maintained. Elevator groans, toilet seat was loose, many other glaring maintenance and repair issues left unchecked.
- 4/5
The staff were kind and communicated well. The rooms were clean. The property feels a little old but works well. Breakfast was not great- it was nice to have but not great. Also, We were hoping there would be hot chocolate tea for hot drinks but there was none. We don’t drink coffee and feel left out when coffee is offered and no other hot drink options.
- 2/5
upand our last day
- 1/5
The rooms stunk, we had no toilet paper, the tv in the room didn’t work. Breakfast was cold and seemed like it was a couple days old. The lady at the desk was very unfriendly. There was trash all over the hallway.
- 4/5
very helpful staff and quiet room
- 4/5
It’s just what I needed. Reasonable cost, clean, and perfect for sleeping after hanging out with friends.
- 4/5
My room was clean, the place is close to a shopping center, the staff are all friendly and helpful, I was able to cook my meals.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
The room was clean and I really liked the mini kitchen. The bathroom had rusty stains on the baseboard, which was curling away from the wall and in the toilet, which made dripping noises all the time. But I shut the door while I was sleeping and couldn’t hear it. The bed was comfy and had pillow choices. Breakfast had a lot of options and was good. There’s some good options of walkable restaurants and a Walmart next door and Safeway and King Soopers are about a mile on either direction. All staff I encountered were very nice and seemed to really like working in the hospitality. I’d stay here again.

Cleanliness issues

Laundry was awesome
- 4/5
Convenient location. Shops nearby. Quiet.
- 2/5
This is a run down property. Wouldn't stay here again. It wasn't awful, but not worth price.
- 2.5/5
Location, clean It was dated. The room looked like it had it day, lots of wear and tear. The entrance is not welcoming. Pull out safe has zero comfort.

- 1.5/5
The staff was friendly. The room smelled like a precious smoking room. It was engrained in the walls. Bed not that comfortable. Just run down and needed some and TLC.
- 2/5
Breakfast was hot and what we expected. Decent. The rooms are very dated, in need of repair and updates and smelled moldy. But....I wanted a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen and living room and not many places offer that. It was close to everything so great location.

Nice views.

Room was dirty at check in. Changed rooms but bed was still dirty (sheets were not clean) mold on the shower curtain. Asked for clean sheets and was told there was no housekeeping. Checked out early due to these issues and still have not received my refund or any communication from the hotel. Very disappointed as we booked a Marriott thinking that it would adhere to a high standard
- 5/5
The hotel needs a good maint plan lots of broken trim drawer banged up elevator that makes all sorts of weird noises but room was clean and cool
- 5/5
Had a great time.
- 3/5
There were dongs in the walks and greasy finger prints on the don’t knock it door sign.
- 5/5
They could fix there internet access. Everything else was good
- 4/5
This place is a great value. It’s nothing fancy and could use some upgrades, but it’s hard to beat for the price in that area.
- 3/5
The lady at the front desk was very nice. The property needs some updating, maybe some fresh paint and a little landscaping.
- 5/5
Nice place and nice property.. clean space and quiet. I enjoyed my stay!
- 4/5
We needed a home for five days while my husband had surgery and recovered before being allowed to travel home. We opted for the two-bedroom suite for extra space. It was a small unit, kind of "tired," but it served our needs. It was interesting that there was a cooktop stove, but no pots or pans available in the suite. Fortunately, we were able to use the microwave.
- 1/5
This place is literally falling apart! It is old and in serious need of updates. ! I'm not sure what Marriott is thinking but things need to be maintained around the property.
- 3/5
Hotel and rooms need remodel. Hotel is not ‘full service’ and pool is very small. No housekeeping for a week stay. No sheets or blankets for pull out bed. Breakfast not good and no coffee refill after they ran out. No outside space or activity. Lots of other hotels in area. Able to walk to some restaurants.
- 1/5
Fugitive arrested in our building while sleeping, no staff notification despite armed law enforcement presence. Unclean rooms.
- 1/5
To my shock, I was told that my room had been reassigned to someone else because I didn’t check in before midnight. I was charged for the first night and refunded only for the remaining two. Even though I arrived well before standard hotel checkout time (typically 11:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m.), they refused to honor my reservation. I was then offered a more expensive 2-bedroom suite for an additional $200-plus, which was something I neither booked nor could afford. With less than two hours before an important appointment, I was forced to start searching for another hotel on short notice. This situation caused unnecessary stress, disrupted my schedule, and added extra costs to my trip. I understand the need for policies, but this hotel showed no flexibility or empathy. It’s unreasonable to expect that a traveler dealing with an unexpected flight rescheduling would immediately think to contact the hotel at midnight, especially when a room was already paid for. To make matters worse, if it's hotel policy to release rooms at midnight, it’s deeply unfair and insensitive. Holding the room until standard checkout
- 4/5
The rest of the facility was very good. It is obviously an older facility but the remodel was well done.
- 2/5
Room was very run down. Light bulbs needed to be replaced. Internet wasnt very good. Has to reconnect super often even when not leaving the room. Body wash dispencer has broken off and no one reattached it. Power outlet didnt work. TV was super laggy when using remote. Only decaf coffee in room. No teas or regulsr coffee
- 4/5
Very good stay only downfall was laundry room only had 2 working washers and dryer took couple tries to fully dry clothes within the whole hotel.
- 4/5
Close to Flatirons Mall. Clean, just not kept up as well as we thought it would be. Stayed before and it was very nice- shows aging at this time.
- 5/5
No room service
- 3/5
The hotel was noisy and the room were not cleaned even after ´5’ days as they said.
- 3/5
Rough property basically an extended stay America
- 3/5
I just don’t feel safe I saw couple of people standing outside smoking when I came back to hotel rooms are clean but my room smell a little like dog peeper but I do like the location
- 4/5
it was a great price for staying 6 days. the location was fantastic and easy to navigate. the complimentary breakfast was basic but still good! the staff was very helpful and nice
- 5/5
Will 100% stay here again! Only place with reasonable prices for room option we needed! Staff friendly and all areas were clean! Kitchen offered many amenities! Beds were okay/ would recommend replacing them. I work in furniture sales so I can confidently say it could used replaced.
- 5/5
Nice home feel
- 1/5
Room had a horrible smell, didn’t have extra linen for the pullout bed, front desk clerk was on her cell phone with some guy saying he needed to get a divorce first and wouldn’t get off while checking me in.
- 2/5
Terrible.
- 4/5
The staff was great and the room had a fully equipped kitchen. It's an older building but was very clean. It was also affordably priced.
- 1/5
Our reservation was for May 17 to 18. We drove for 20 hours and was trying to check in at 4pm. We arrived at the hotel at 4pm and was told they did not have a room for us. The female staff Karina at the front desk was rude and unapologetic. She said my reservation with Hotels.com that was paid in full does not guarantee there will be a room for my guests and I. I asked what time would a room be made aand she rolled her eyes. We tried calling t
- 1/5
The hotel room was in decent condition. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Should be a 2 star. No pool, hotel staff was very rude.
- 3/5
The front desk staff were kind and engaged. The suite was clean and fully equipped with some exceptions. There was no telephone in the room. The HVAC alternated between giving desired warm air and blasts of cold air. The television could not be operated by the remote. Most of the time, the tv screen remained frozen with no channels available at all. Finally, there was no evidence of housekeeping visiting during my five-day stay.
- 5/5
Great option and will stay again!
- 2/5
There are a lot of sketchy people hanging around this place. The parking lot at night is filled with groups who obviously know each other and they are loud and boisterous. Dogs -- unattended dogs are in many rooms and they bark at every footstep or noise.
- 3/5
1) Room wasn't cleaned while I was away. 2) Bathtub was dirty and some substance was on the door and walls. 3) Not sure towels were clean, found hair in one. 4) Ran out of hot water mid shower. 5) First room's AC wouldn't shut off so I had to pack up and move rooms.
- 3/5
And not renovated for long time.
- 4/5
Had to hang them in my room to dry. That was a week ago still broken
- 5/5
This isn great hotel. If i go through denver again i will be staying here again. 10/10!!
- 2/5
I am really not a person to write reviews, but this time I found the need to do so.
- 2/5
Not the cleanest, breakfast was little to nothing.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and helpful. Rooms were very clean and welcoming.
- 1/5
The normal front desk lady was very nice and she had a great attitude. However on the last day. I was treated very poorly by a housekeeper that treated me very poorly because of an unfortunate situation from the night before. I was the victim of a domestic situation and the motel staff automatically assumed that I was the cause of that domestic situation because I am the male party. The truth of the situation was that I have been in a relationship with a woman that took advantage of me in a big way and she caused a big scene and left the premises, and stole a large amount of my personal belongings. I feel highly disrespected by the staff of the motel because they falsely assumed that I gad6abused
- 4/5
Separate buildings but plenty of parking and just a quick walk to the main bldg for breakfast. Front desk at night check-in seemed bothered to help as she was in the middle of a mobile game but otherwise the staff was very nice and accommodating even wishing our little one a happy birthday hours apart. The suite was perfect for the price. We basically needed a spot to rest in between activities, sleep, wash, and to accommodate us eating in at least 1 meal each day.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Friendly staff and clean room.
- 1/5
This property should be closed. Extremely dirty inside and out. Fire exit door didn’t work to exit the building. Smelled terrible inside the common areas and room. Trash everywhere with no housekeeping. Our family didn’t feel safe with the amount of people smoking at each exit and abandoned looking cars in the parking lot. Cardboard in one of the rooms windows. Would not stay here again if it was offered for free.
- 4/5
The staff were nice. The site has seen better day. The food was decent.
- 3/5
I've stayed at this property before and it's convenient. This time around was not so great. The breakfast was a complete let down. No creamer, oatmeal, juice machine broken and it seemed pretty empty. The hot meals seemed too repetitive. The check in was only ok. Hotel could use a thorough cleaning.
- 5/5
I stayed here during a moving transition it's very quiet place staff is super friendly it's very clean highly recommend
- 1/5
My room had a terrible smell that was pretty much present throughout the whole property. The breakfast was okay on the first day but on the second day they had very few options including no oatmeal. The internet was pretty slow particularly when trying to use Netflix on the tv. The phone in the room had no cord. The pillow was flat. The water was barely hot enough for a bath.
- 2/5
Glad to be out of there didn’t feel safe
- 4/5
Love the convenience of having Wal-Mart so close and the option of the kitchenette. I generally stay there once to twice a year.
- 3/5
It was on a very large group of people came after I’d been there for a few days and I believe they were from out of state probably here to smoke weed because if you were outside when they were there that is all you could smell they were definately close that 25 feet from door and to me that smell is disgusting and they also took over the complimentary breakfast
- 1/5
There was a man screaming since 4 in the morning. I tried to call the front desk and the phones were not working. The facilities were very damaged.
- 5/5
Front desk staff, Kelly and Manager, were very helpful in securing the best rate for my extended stay.
- 3/5
.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
We stayed for two nights for but room service was not offered. but linens were provided. Stay was comfortable. Although it's hot breakfast, there were not many options as Marriott hotels..
- 2/5
Maids tried getting me and my family kicked out because they were mad about cleaning our room and changing rooms to get a clean room. The head maid put a block on me and my family to get us kicked out because have had to clean and do her job she was hired for. We never damaged the room just used it like normal for my family of four with children.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
Close access to Boulder.
- 2/5
The property is run down and dirty. One of our pillows had a blood stain on it. Won’t be returning, for the price there are much better hotels in the area.
- 4/5
Nice safe place to stay. Some parts of the building are a little worn down (elevator). Bathroom needs to have paint cleaned up. I would stay again.
- 5/5
We had to shorten our stay due to covid illness and the manager was very understanding making our early departure less financially detrimental. We would definitely consider staying there again on our next visit to the area.
- 4/5
One night the fire alarm tripped and ruined my sleep
- 1/5
Bad hotel. Staff downgraded the room I booked without notice. Tried to get me to accept lesser accommodations for the same price. Hotel staff is not helpful. Their actions ruined the trip for my family.
- 5/5
Great staff.
- 5/5
Beautiful area
- 4/5
Hotel is in a great location. Hotel was nice and clean. Check in was smooth.
- 5/5
Excellent value
- 4/5
Nothing fancy. Serves its purpose and gave us space with individual rooms. Bathroom is shared. No central a/c, only 1 window unit in the living room space. Breakfast is simple. Great location about 30 min from Boulder and Denver.
- 4/5
The location was ideal for our trip plans to the area with friends
- 4/5
My stay was great! Quiet, accommodating, and very nice rooms. Wish they had some cookie sheets or more pans to cook with but that is easily remedied. The flatirons crossing is just across the way and there are plenty of dining options and a store very close by.
- 4/5
Terrible maid service. We were there for six days and didn’t get our room cleaned until day four after asking several times. My friends room NEVER got cleaned the entire six days. Everything else was fine
- 3/5
The stay was average. However, during our 6 night stay they did not clean our room at all or take out our garbage any of the days we were there.
- 4/5
Solid 3.5 stars
- 4/5
All good
- 5/5
Thanks
- 4/5
It's spacious for a suite
- 3/5
The hotel itself needs updating and repairs. Its run down. The staff was friendly for the most part. The Saturday AM breakfast lady was rude.
- 3/5
Nice property seems dingy and okd
- 5/5
Great Place.
- 4/5
Good location
- 1/5
The breakfast room was too small. They ran out of food one day. There were no hangers in the closet. I expect these basics to be in place. They weren't.
- 3/5
The location and general outside appearance were very good The inside looked " tired and dated".
- 4/5
Rooms were rather worn out. Definitely needing some TLC and/or remodel. Sofa bed had zero linens nor blankets. Front desk provided one flat sheet and a blanket upon request.
- 4/5
Good value.
- 3/5
It was fine for a night. But the chair had holes in it, the wall paint was peeling and dirty. But the bedding was clean and so was the bathroom.
- 5/5
Stayed in a 2 bedroom for 2 nights. The rooms are a bit older but there is a clear effort to keep them well maintained. The room had a faint smell but nothing unbearable. We did lose an item that was found and shipped back to us which we were so grateful for.
- 1/5
I don’t know how they are carrying the Marriott name. My room smelled horrible. The desk staff was grumpy and disheveled. The landscaping is dead everywhere. There was food on the walls, dirty dishes, dirty everything, and the smell, holy cow the smell. I came in late, after 11 PM. After fairly unfriendly check in, and knowing there was another disgruntled customer in the lobby, I didn’t want to go back to the front desk. I sprayed the room with perfume, and tried to sleep. I was pretty worried my dog would get fleas. He couldn’t settle down all night. I chose this hotel for the Marriott name, thinking it would save me from staying somewhere nasty. Nope
- 3/5
I really liked having a two bedroom wit a separate kitchenette and sitting area. The bathroom was pretty tiny for having two bedrooms and the seating area had a love seat and one chair. Not really sufficient for a two bedroom and the furniture was in pretty worn condition. Lots of tears and scratches in the cushions. The kitchenette was decent. The beds were comfortable and the closets were spacious. There could be more hangers though. The toilet ran all of the time and didn’t flush well sometimes. Not a good thing for a two bedroom. The front desk was told about the problem, but it was never taken care of. The front desk folks need to have some customer service. None of them were welcoming or at all friendly.
- 1/5
Rooms, hallways, and other areas needed cleaned. Hair in the shower and rusty curtain rings. The kitchen area was nice to have but needed a good cleaning. All the dishes were dirty too. The key card maker was broken and so some poor worker had to let us in multiple times and we had no key until the morning. Good location close to food and Walmart but construction was going on next door.
- 5/5
Very accommodating, good breakfast.
- 5/5
I loved this place nice & quiet, the staff was super friendly
