Nice hotel; loved how modern it was. Great ambience in the lobby area. Staff was extremely helpful and engaging, especially Sofi at front desk. We ate at the onsite restaurant and our food was just okay, nothing to really write home about. Only issue we had was with the bathroom in the room. We had an accessible room and it was good sized. The issue was that there were used washcloths tucked into the safety bar handle. Otherwise was a good stay.

The lobby and room was nice and clean , but the air system only controlled in one space the main area. So at night it was freezing in the second bed area and hot in the king suite even with both doors open. Also the pool was cold and cloudy, most likely from a large dose of chlorine. Plus they charged for parking, so it was okay for my family of 4, but we’ll stay elsewhere next time we’re in the area.

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the adjustable desk thing they had in there. The hotel is across the street from a Wal-Mart so that was handy. The location is further from Boulder than I expected because I didn't really research it, and had searched Expedia for Boulder hotels. We had a car do it didn't matter too much but just be aware of that.

The hotel was nice. The rooms were great. I had a good night sleep on the bed and I really enjoyed the breakfast.

Only one elevator was functioning. And their breakfast buffet was plain and food wasn’t hot. Warm but not hot.

Adam at the front desk was the BEST and gave us the best view in the hotel for our stay. We were so thankful! We will highly recommend this hotel to all of our friends visiting the Denver area! Great location and great hospitality!

The staff was polite and attentive, and everything else was among the best in the area.

I understand that things happen, but only one elevator being operational for CU Graduation was an epic failure. The day of graduation, being on the 6th floor, I had to pass on multiple packed elevators and waited over a half an hour. The direction to the stairs was non existent and made me think about what if there was a fire? I did hear the following day from some guests in the lobby that they were allowing us to take the freight elevator. That would have been helpful to know.

Great place to stay

We are local and go somewhere every year for a business retreat. We stayed at this hotel last year and decided to stay again this year. I was surprised when I arrived that there is a $10/day/car parking charge, which was not disclosed in the booking per Colorado’s House Bill 25-1090 to prohibit Junk Fees. I pushed back and Hotels.com stated that they did disclose it - by making the user click twice to get to the tiny verbiage that said there may be additional fees. I have screen shots, I have comparable screen shots for how it should look and how their other bookings look, and nothing. So, beware there is a useless $10 charge for parking in not-busy-at-all Broomfield Colorado and Hotels.com will not help with the issue at all. The hotel was of no help either, which soured our experience. I really liked this place last year but we will not be staying again.

I prepaid for the room on hotels.com. Then I had to pay for parking when I got there. Then they had a pending charge on my card for almost $400. Not a great experience. Room was small for the price I paid.

I never understand why Mariotts think that having an ice machine on every other floor is ok for the people on the floor with no ice machine. Having to get in an elevator to get ice is inconvenient . I had to go to three floors to find one that was actually functioning. also no hairdryer in the room as expected and that made me late for a meeting when it took 30 minutes for someone to bring one.

This is a really nice hotel and I had a very spacious modern room. The hotel is in a convenient location to the surrounding area of shopping, restaurants and the highway. My only frustration is that this hotel uses comforters on the beds and I always find them too hot as opposed to a cotton quilt. I'd prefer several layers of light blankets so I can adjust as needed.

We were excited when we booked this stay due to the promise of views of the Colorado foothills. What we got was a view of the building next door and some rooftop A/C units. That said, our room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. The property was clean and the staff friendly. We also really enjoyed Flatz, the onsite restaurant. We would definitely stay here again, maybe upgrading to a room on a higher floor.

We stay here every time we're in town. Excellent bar staff, food options, and the rooms are spacious.

I was just here recently for four days and I have to say my experience for my birthday was excellent. The staff made my whole entire trip. The receptionist that was there for the three days that I stayed was amazing. I felt so warm and welcomed staying at this hotel. It was in a great location. The hotel was very clean. I loved every aesthetic. The pool was a plus the location next to the mall was definitely a nice touch. The restaurant and bar was the highlight. My room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The downside was housekeeping. The way the clean the room was disappointing. The fix the room without arranging the beds correctly an without fixing the sofa bed. Breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Very expensive for eggs and some fruit. There was no omelette or other expected products for this kind of hotel. No way for breakfast at this hotel. Beautiful property, very clean with breathtaking views. Check-in was quick and flawless. All request were completed in minutes. Hotel is in walking distance of Walmart and small shopping center. (definitely a perk). We appreciate Adam (front desk) most of all for being so attentive during our entire five day stay. My husband and I will be returning.

A 4:00 PM check-in time while pushing a $20 "early" check in time is an egregious money grab, especially when there are fewer than 10 cars in the entire parking lot when we arrived. I will no longer book your hotels if the check in time is not until 4 pm. The lobby bar and restaurant business hours were very haphazard.

The staff was very nice. However, they were doing work on the outside of the building. Very noise and I asked if they were going to working during our stay. The reply was no, but it was a yes. we switched rooms and were next to service elevator. We checked out the next day and relocated to another hotel.

I would have given 5 stars, but the day before we checked out, housekeeping did a terrible job and that put a damper on things. Also, the robes that had been requested before our trip were not in our room. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay.

The lobby immediately caught my attention with its stunning design and welcoming atmosphere. It sets the tone for the rest of the stay, making you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The lobby also had refreshing watermelon infused water and super delicious soft & warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening-nice touch! The rooms were simply fantastic—spotlessly clean and equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor made it a truly delightful space to unwind in after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the staff. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their genuine hospitality really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. And let's not forget the views of the breathtaking snow cat mountains right outside my window! It was the perfect backdrop for my getaway, and I enjoyed every moment spent admiring it. Overall, I recommend Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel! If you're looking for a wonderful stay with fantastic amenities and amazing service, this is the place to be!

My experience was in the words of my children "like going to Disney world"! Neriah and Adam too such AMAZING care of us, they went above and beyond to make our stay just as special as the occasion that we were celebrating!! We will never forget you two and all the wonderful things you did for us!!! We felt like royalty for a weekend! Thank you , thank you, thank you!!!

Unfortunately after that things deteriorated. My wife and I went for dinner in the restaurant and the service was very disappointing. The young man that seated and served us seemed very distant and distracted and was unpleasant to deal with and very mute in conversation. Made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Upon returning to our room we had to endure a lengthy and heated argument coming from the room next to us which has left my wife very unsettled. We had to call reception twice to get assistance. Definitely not the experience we had expected from this establishment.

The only thing I didn’t like is they charge you for Wi-Fi unless you sign up for their emailing list. Wi-Fi should be free and a part of hotel fees.

Aidan was really pleasant. He actually reprinted my card key when my bridesmaid misplaced mine. It is a very comfortable room. Lovely. Wonderful sleep. Quiet, great location— only 30 minutes from airport and our house in Denver. I enjoyed the 4th floor room. Did not use wifi. The check in a tad bit unpleasant: front desk kept on making personal comments the entire time that made me uncomfortable about my stay and who was paying for the room. There was no info given on complimentary breakfast until I called and asked specifically on what looked like (no complimentary breakfast) I mentioned and wondered if they have wedding package deals; wasn’t offered an option to re-book through them to receive the wedding package deal that was in their website. I specifically chose this place because I thought they would make my stay romantic. really disappointing to say the least.

Fantastic front desk and restaurant staff. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable though would be nice to be able to turn thermostat lower than 68. Breakfast was delicious with made to order omelets and pan fried eggs as well as bacon, sausages, good assortment of fresh cut fruit, yogurt, cereal and more. We would definitely stay here again.

I reserved a room for 2 adults and 3 kids. The room I requested had 2 sofa beds plus 2 queen sized beds. We only had one sofa bed in the room which was disappointing but we made it work. There are only 4 sets of towels when the room serves 6 people. There weren’t enough for us.

Sadly this property need remodeling and better management. Dooe from AC was not closing making noice everyone it turned on and off.. dirty towel in shower from previous guests. None stopped mechanical noice from hotel equipment

Everything was great. I guess if there was one thing to improve is the water pressure. It was hard to rinse shampoo out of your hair. Otherwise, excellent facility.

We were in town for a Buffs game and to try the hot springs n Hot Sulfur Springs. We were pleased with the location and the staff. We would stay again.

The checkin process can be faster. They will tell you that check in starts at 4pm, meaning you may enter your room the earliest at 4pm.

Room had a very relaxing vibe and was super quiet and peaceful. Bathrooms could use some updating but overall very safe and very nice.

I stayed in an Executive unit this time. The location is near the elevator between to other rooms. Too noisy. Nice layout for a family with the sofa bed. The mattresses need to be replaced and also maintenance around the shower caulking was poorly done. I was hoping to get a nice break from my remodel. Not this time.

Really enjoyed our week stay here, plenty to do locally. Great location for food, entertainment, golf, etc. This hotel is a really nice place to stay.

Amazing room layout! Spacious and nicely furnished. Traveled with two toddlers who made use of the sofa bed. Looks like it’s in a growing touristy neighborhood, closer to Boulder than Denver but convenient. One hour and fifteen minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Walmart and several eateries nearby. Free parking lot and enclosed pool was fun for kids. Staff was also friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Didn't like that it was 25.00 person to eat breakfast. No free coffee or waters outside the room. Nor was there microwaves. We were there for a week. Those things are small things one likes when spending time in a hotel.

We stayed here to vist rocky mountain national park which is 1 hour and 15 minutes ti get there but wanted dining options after the park so the drive was ok with us

Very nice 1-bedroom and bar/restaurant area. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Very clean. Very few food options for family member who is gluten and nut free and vegetarian. Restaurant was not flexible in offering to make alternative food options. Pool was very cold.

It was a busy weekend with CO BUFFS playing therefore you would expect for that area of hotel to have a variety of selections. Especially with cold weather foods such as soups, noodles/ top roman, crackers due to all food in surrounding area being closed after the game
