It was pretty perfect, especially considering it was the price of staying at a two star motel in Boulder.

Great weekend, staffing great.

This hotel was good. The staff was the best part. They overbooked a suite and then gave us the biggest hotel in the building. The patio door was rough to open. The blinds in the master room had some stains on them. And the AC struggles during the day. I would stay here again however because of the amenities.

The property was beautiful - wish we could’ve taken advantage of all of it. Spa closed on Monday and Tuesday also quite inconvenient.

This is a really nive hotel, but the room wasn't clean daily even though we asked for it. Also the hot tub broke for at least 2 days out of the 4 nights we stayed and that was something that we were counting to enjoy after the long hikes. The rooms were really good with very comfortable pillows.

Haven’t stay at this property for a few years and great to see the recent renovations. The rooms were nicely updated and the property always looks good. We did not get to use amenities as we were only there for a short stay, but pool area is great too.

I had a great stay at Omni Interlocken when I attended for a conference. Rooms were nicely updated and the proximity to an excellent running trail was a big plus.

Very nice hotel… not like other Omni hotels I’ve been too. It’s a bit dated and the restaurant and bar could use better food and bartenders. Staff very kind and helpful.

My husband and son stayed for the weekend while in town for soccer. My husband thought that the hotel was huge, but really nice. They enjoyed two dinners at the restaurant bar. He said that the food was good and had a wide variety. They also played some darts and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They would stay again.

The internet was not working both Friday and Saturday. I had to go to a local coffee shop to work. They also added an extra property charge that was not in the original price paid on Expedia.

They renovated the hotel recently. It looks great. The outdoor pool area is great. The pool is heated year round. It was around 45 degrees outside when we stayed, and we still had fun in the pool and hottub. Shep, the restaurant, has great staff and drinks. We did not eat dinner there, but had some small appetizers and they were good. This is a great spot for a staycation, or to stay if you need to get to Denver. The FF1 bus is a 10 minute walk from the Omni an goes to and from Union Station every 15 minutes for $2.75.

Only purchased coffee and hot chocolate. Coffee was sooo good. Loved the pools. Fabulous.

We really enjoyed our multiple day stay at the Omni Interlaken. Its location is convenient to Boulder & Denver. High marks for the friendly, professional staff and beautiful seating areas inside and out. On site dining options were a plus. We won’t hesitate to book here on a future trip!

It was overall a very nice hotel compared to all the others we have tried around Boulder and Broomfield. Staff was so wonderful. Room was clean, in good repair, nice amenities. The gym was big enough. The pool area well maintained and nice. Loved the sundry shop in lobby. And the spa! Happy hour offerings were so nice too. Great distance to campus to visit our daughter. By far the best we have stayed at yet! We will be back. $7 for a cup of coffee in the morning is a little steep. But not having to go in my car or perc crappy coffee in the room made it worth it to me. And it was open at 6!

Liked the lobby, pool , restaurant. Should offer complimentary coffee for the price of a room. Other hotels offer, complimentary breakfast & coffee for fraction of the cost. Expect a bit more from the Omni for the price of the stay.

Hunter was really fantastic at check in, and Abigail quickly sent up a crib when it was missed for reservation details. Sarah in the restaurant was super attentive and the food was incredible! the grounds here are beautiful. my only complaint is the bed wasn't as comfortable as i'd hope, nor was the bathroom as impressive, for such a high nightly rate.

My first time going to any Omni resort and it was definitely and amazing experience, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, cleanliness was on point, the overall vibe of the hotel and services were top notch. Definitely worth the stay

Room had missing knob to hang clothes and toilet was slow functioning for flush. Bed comfortable and room was clean and quiet. Spa we had great massages but unable to use the amenities due to a staff meeting and them having to lock up at 2 pm. Hot tub outside was filthy with dirt and dead flies in it and jets at very low pressure. UGH! Shep’s food was decent yet lacking in attentive service. We waited to get a glass of water and weren’t checked on regularly and it wasn’t very busy. Overall, we were very disappointed and won’t stay here again.

The hotel was amazing but the staff, especially Mary at the front, are absolutely the best part! We had a one night staycation and I inadvertently booked our stay a little far outside of our intended destination. So I called ahead to inquire about a few details since we were unfamiliar with the area and I'm so glad I did! Not only did Mary help relieve all of my concerns, made sure our room was beyond what was booked, helped ensure we had all we needed before arrival, and even went as far as putting together an extremely thoughtful welcome kit, with chocolate covered strawberries, champagne and glasses, plus a blanket & s'mores kit to take out by the fire. Her in site restaurant recommendations were exactly what we needed for a quiet romantic night, and enjoyed our breakfast in suite, all amazing and perfectly cooked. We are so pleased with our stay and thankful for Mary and the rest of the staff that make this location an absolute gem. Without a doubt, we will be returning!

Room was great. Bathroom had a nice deep tub, which she loved. Both restaurants have good food. Beautiful atmosphere. However when you check in they charge your card an astronomical amount in addition to what you already paid for “incidentals”. And at check out you’re charged another $28 for “destination fee”. I will never stay here again because of that. Never.

The hotel is very clean and a relaxing place to stay. There are many walking paths around the hotel to allow for some great outdoor enjoyment.

Perfect location as a visiting team for a football weekend. Great vibe, supportive staff, clean room and on-site dining options. Dog-friendly was a plus!

Excellent stay. Very quiet, beautiful room and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The parking is easy and free. It’s only about a 10 minute ride from CU campus. Would definitely recommend.

Spa is $185 to use sauna after paying $50 a day resort fee. They didn't have my reservation. Hot tub didn't work. Restuarant we understaffed. I will try somewhere else next time.

Wonderful stay for parents weekend. Check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean.

First time staying in that area. Hotel was large, offering many services including coffee shop, restaurants, large sitting areas, etc. Front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. My husband mentioned to the manager that we were celebrating my birthday...the manager had a complimentary small bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries sent to the room. Servers at bar in Clem's were also outstanding...Jacque and Angelo were the best! On multiple nights, they went out of their way to offer friendly and welcoming service, made us feel right at home. Rooms were clean, quiet, and housekeeping services were thorough. Would definitely return to the Omni Interlocken!

This place was great!

Perfect for our parents' weekend visit to Boulder. Easy 20 min drive and it was a lovely place to come back to. Campers is super cute and great for breakfast. The sundries store was really convenient with DELISH baked goods and healthier granola items. Then we really enjoyed an evening glass of wine at the main restaurant (also - their patty melt! So good!). Also spent a bit of time just relaxing and catching up on work by the fire. Plenty of room to roam and loved the chalet theme. The only thing that could use a little bit of an update is the pool area. But we really didn't have time for that anyway.

Overall, we had a fantastic time at this resort. We sadly had some bad luck when it came to room service, as the times they would come to the room was quite sporadic. That being said, the room itself was great, the restaurants inside the resort are stellar, and my wife absolutely loved the spa.

Excellent food and wait staff. The golf course was exceptional. Laid back staff, no rush while playing. Played 27 holes. The greens were in great shape, along with the rest of the course. Worth the price for sure!

Stayed 4 nights and our experience was AMAZING! Upon check in we inquired about transportation to the Red Rocks and Audrey working the desk gave us the name of a 3rd party service…our driver was wonderful! We mentioned it was our daughter’s birthday and Audrey had sent up a birthday card and dessert for her. Shep’s restaurant was delicious! My husband espcially enjoyed the bison chili. The drinks were great also. There are games (billiards, shuffleboard, ping pong and darts in the restaurant, we enjoyed those. The fire pits out back were so nice and relaxing to sit by. The pools and hot tub also very clean and comfortable. We had services in the spa and had a great experience. We picked the Omni Interlocken because it was pretty center to all the things we wanted to do. Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and RMNP all within 1-1.5hr drive to the hotel. Best trip ever! All the staff we encountered so friendly. Highly recommend!

The staff was wonderful and very attentive! We really enjoyed the firepits outside since the nights were cooler. Restuarant staff served us outside too, which was really nice.

this was our third time staying at this hotel and we like it very much. The staff is very friendly and available. We also really like the bar and restaurant. This year we did not have a balcony, but I do have very nice rooms overlooking the golf course with a balcony. It’s free, easy parking and convenient to get to Boulder.

All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We were in town for the Georgia Tech football game and extended our stay. We utilized all the facilities, pool, gym and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Would have liked a few more outlets in the room.

Staff were excellent. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Inside decor and furniture was lovely. Our refrigerator in our room never got cold so everything stayed warm. :/ When walking around the out side of the property you could tell it needs some TLC. But overall was a great experience.

Arrived late and checked out early to get to RMNP but the staff were friendly and the room was spotless. Recommended.

Upon check in, we were told there was a smoker friendly event happening. It was loud, took up most of the outdoor space and services, and people were having drunken fights in the hall at1am. Was just trying to do a little staycation with my kids before school starts, but not the greatest experience.

One of the main reasons we'd booked the hotel was because I'd wanted a spa day, so it was really disapointing to learn that the spa was closed on exactly the days when I'd booked - the spa is apparently only open Wednesday-Sunday. I also had an interaction I did not appreciate with a spa member - having arrived on Sunday afternoon and learning about the spa schedule from reception, the front desk employee told me the spa was still open on that day and they still had enough open spots for massage so I could at least try for that evening. However, when I got to the spa, an employee rudely responded that they were closing in 20 minutes and that front desk was misinformed and then dismissed me and walked away without saying too much extra. This really set the tone for me for the rest of the stay to be honest. Had it only been the disapointment of the spa schedule, would have been one thing, but this was not pleasant, especially after having previously stayed (and briefly even worked), in Omni properties and I know this is not the expected standard of behavior and service. And just to conclude, it is very weird that a hotel that is marketed as high end would not have a spa that is open daily. All in all not a good value for money, as they also did not have a sauna.

We will be staying here again in the future. Very nice staff clean rooms and centrally located to the different areas we wanted to visit.

Absolutely terrible experience with housekeeping department. Would never recommend this property to anyone. Room not cleaned, and incompetent housekeeping staff who carelessly discarded several of my wife’s items (including expensive shoes and personal items from our daughter’s wedding the night before) into their trash. It took them all day to recover them.

Poolside our order got skipped and then my son got food poisoning so that was less than ideal..outside of that. Truly, everything was fabulous.

We love every Omni hotel we have stayed at! The pool side service, food, and drinks were great. The hot tub being open until 11 was a huge plus for us. Pool area was always clean, the room was cute and clean. We utilized room service a couple times and the food and service was great as well. Only negatives were the bed could've been a little bit more comfortable, and the barging in from employees bringing towels with barely knocking or giving any warning they were entering instead of just leaving them by the door or just inside the door.

great hotel. very clean. room was really nice only lacked a little bit more lighting. Hotel provides water and snack bars throughout day which is very appreciated and they have cookies and juice during the daytime for a certain amount of time, The main downfall was that one of the juices they had there smelled of pure marijuana and my elderly mother almost drank it. There was no warning of thc or anything there which wouldve been appreciated to avoid it. This is unsafe for children. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful, pools nice and clean, lobby and gym very nice.

Beautiful location, loved the pool & decor. The room itself was not cleaned very well - it looked like someone had not vacuumed, food all over floor of room (including a sticky spot).

We continue to return to this Omni property because of the excellent pools and staff. Especially appreciate pool mgr Brian who went above and beyond to assist me when family members came to visit who have some challenges. Also pool bar server Sean was always attentive and professional. We appreciate them both!!

After looking for hotels in the Boulder area we decided to stay in this hotel and we are so glad we did, The hotel is beautiful inside and the surrounding area, very clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful with some questions we had about things to do in the area, we had the chance to have breakfast in one of the restaurants onsite an it was super delicious and not too expensive, they also have a nice little coffee shop in the lobby that was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, Boulder is withing 15 mins drive and a lot of nice restaurants withing a close driving distance, we really loved it.

I’ve never stayed at an OMNI resort and was so surprised at the level of concern for my comfort. My stay was wonderful. The staff was so attentive to my needs and seemed to do so out of pleasure and not as a task. I came in from a run and one of your staff quickly offered me a bottle of water. Completely unexpected. I loved being able to play golf at the links. Great course.

This was our very first Omni stay, and we were so impressed! We are definitely going to be Omni customers now, for all future vacations. We hope they are all as good as Interlocken!

very nice first stay with Omni. Very clean, amazing staff, excellent food.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Our room and the pool area was clean. Overall a very nice stay but the elevators and the common areas of our floor were not clean. The elevator floors have not been mopped in some time, the doors, hand rails and buttons were not clean. I put my hand on something sticky in the elevator and they smell like urine. Food trash left in the common areas stayed on the floor for days.

Staff was very helpful and the facility is beautiful and peaceful.

The not so good… we’d reserved a king room but were given one with two queens at check-in. Whatever. Arriving late our first of four nights, we went straight to bed. In the morning, we discovered our toilet wouldn’t flush. Again, whatever. We had to go to the lobby for coffee anyway. But then we tried to shower. It took everything that poor shower had just to spit a meager stream of water 8 inches from the wall. So, we bathed alla puttanesca and reported our issues to the front desk. They assured us that maintenance would fix the toilet but that the feeble water pressure was just due to everyone taking a shower at the same time. Sure. When we came back that night, the toilet worked (tho it hadn’t been cleaned) but the sink would now burp up a little drain water every time you’d flush. Unfortunately, the shower still dispensed water like a spray bottle. The next morning, we went down to the front desk and again complained. This time we given a new room and everything was fine. At check-out, I asked about a reduction of the $454 (plus all the taxes) CU graduation rate we paid for each of the first two nights, given that we had a room with such janky plumbing. “Sure, I can take off the $25 destination charge.” That’s it? “I will talk to my manager and see what we can do.” Evidently, t

Really nice hotel with great facilities

Got there was greeted by front desk very kind gentleman. Hotel was very clean breakfast was amazing the pools were great we loved everything! Only thing i could say service for dinner could improve a little but everything else was amazing.

Restaurant was very slow. The breakfast.

Their was no rubber mat to avoid slip and fall in the shower .
