Reviews
The hotel is highly praised for its staff, location, and on-site pub. The rooms are generally described as clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, some guests have noted issues with the Wi-Fi, breakfast options, and noise from the HVAC system.

Quiet, clean, great location (close to many hiking trails), fabulous staff, and had a wonderful pub - food was great. The listing here on Booking.com said breakfast was included - but they did not actually have any breakfast. The pub is not even open at that time to buy breakfast (though, there is a Starbucks only a few minutes away - among other breakfast establishments). So, the posting needs to be updated. One of the staff told me they stopped serving breakfast during Covid. I went and bought some fruit & yogurt to have for breakfast & kept it in the refrigerator in the room - so, I was fine.

Locally owned. No billionaire’s. Absolutely nothing.

The Burns Pub is quite impressive. Food was okay, but it was extremely busy so maybe the kitchen was a bit overwhelmed. The service was fantastic The room needed to be better vacuumed. The bedding wasn't warm enough

This is my favorite place to stay in Colorado! Excellent restaurant, large rooms, fireplaces, quiet, clean, comfortable. Staff is wonderful!

Everything is so great that I extended my stay.

The property is immaculate. The meals are based upon an English style, but the staff was happy to provide us with a vegetarian breakfast. The business is family operated and they really take pride in both their facility and their service. My wife and I were very impressed.

I liked the concept of a quaint Inn, but I was disappointed. It was older than I like, very outdated 70s-80s vibe. Both beds were squeaky and uncomfortable, the bathroom was small. The fireplace didn’t work.

Location, ambience, felt like I was in the English countryside. Great amenities, cute attached pub. Made a reservation for another stay next year.

Unique, sweet setting in the middle of the suburbs. Felt like stepping into a European retreat. Lovely courtyard and huge room. Wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely would return.

Staff were terrific and helpful, room was clean and roomy and everything worked well. Location is also very quiet with several restaurants nearby.

Clean, comfortable room and outdoor patio; friendly staff; authentic English pub w/ top scotch selection; excellent restaurants a short drive, including vegan; close to metro airport, great parks, highway to Boulder-Denver-mountains. N/A

The room was very nice, it was a good size, had a mini kitchen (sink, mini Fridge, microwave, coffee pot, a few dishes), fireplace, and a small desk. The restaurant is pretty good. We stayed for four nights and our room was never visited by a housekeeper. I had to go down to the front office every time I needed fresh towels. The office would be empty and I would have to try to find somebody to go get the office person. I don’t mind making my bed and straightening up, but I do like clean towels.

Liked the atmosphere and location. Shower was very slippery and no mat for traction.

The pub food was excellent!! And the bunnies hanging around the property are the cutest!

Shower curtain needed a good bleaching. Ice bucket hadn’t been cleaned out. Noticed additional vacuuming needed. A new mattress is needed.
