The stuff is always so friendly and nice. There are plenty of amenities. The rooms are some of the cleanest I've stayed.

The reservation oi tire shows 2 double beds but it’s actually 1 Queen and a sofa bed so we had to pay more for the 2 double. This hotel is actually a low income housing place and would not be a good hotel to stay at.

Hello, everyone! I’d like to start with the issue of hygiene. The room was dirty; the housekeeper was constantly busy with something else and never found the time to clean it. The sink wouldn't drain. But the worst part was this: I was feeling very unwell—I had taken some medicine and had just barely managed to fall asleep—when suddenly, hotel staff started banging on the door. They claimed they needed to check the internet connection. I asked them to come back later, explaining that I was sick and needed to sleep. However, they insisted that I open the door. The hotel manager even showed up, claiming the matter was extremely urgent. As a result, I had to get up and let them in. They simply don't treat their guests like human beings. And for a hotel like this, I paid $105 a night. That is far too expensive for such a dump. For $105, you can find a decent hotel. However, I only found that out later. Good luck to everyone in your hotel search! 🏨

Very run down property; seems like most of the people there are long-term tenants, and the place is pretty beat up -both in the common areas, as well as in my room. My toilet wasn't working - I had to fix it! I skipped the breakfast - it was just some cold to go items, nothing warm or anything where you could actually sit down and have a meal. I definitely will never be going back to this hotel again.

Cons - we had to have our key cards fixed 4 times over 5 days (the first time was right after we checked in) because they just stopped working. You could hear people walking in the room above us as well as their toilet flushing and the water going through the pipe. Sheets and blankets were probably the thinnest I’ve ever encountered. Same goes for the pillows. Breakfast was coffee in the lobby and a basket of granola bars/muffins (appreciated the coffee). No coffee pot, glasses, plates in the room (had a kitchen unless you asked for them (we didn’t need it). Inside of the fridge was nice and clean but the outside looked bad. This place really needs an update.

Price, location, staff was very helpful especially Loren at the desk who checked me in both times. This was the most affordable hotel in the area. Older building, outdated, elevator was slow, my room had a smoke smell even though it was non-smoking, bedding was ultra thin.

Horrible horrible staff ( except for the wonderful cleaning lady). Do not stay here. If I was here with my family and experienced what I did with the front desk staff, Tim, I would’ve left. The guy gives me bad card keys and I let him know and then he starts to demean me and mock me in front of other customers. I’m no Patsy, so I let him have it right back. Do not stay here if you have children, elderly, or disabled. I cannot imagine the abuse they would receive. While waiting over 2 1/2 hours from my room, I saw how he treated other guests when they came. Completely terrible. I’ve already reached out to corporate. I was supposed to stay here for five nights, I’m out of here first thing in the morning.

Everything was fine, but the room smelled smoky
- 1/5
The carpet stinks as does the entire hotel. It needs major cleaning or replacement. Smoking in the hallways and at the entrance. Alerted front desk, but they said that as long as the alarm doesn’t go off, no action is necessary
- 1/5
Bedbugs - wouldn’t allow for a room change since other guests overheard it being told to front desk.

Room was ok. Stains on walls on kitchen. Microwave stunk. Great that there was a kitchen but no plates, cups, silverware or cookware. Over all experience was meh.

The property is so outdated. The room stinks and is dirty. Everything is so old. They did not even have the shampoo, only two small packages of soap- what kind of service is that? It is an extended stay hotel, but the "kitchen" did not have even a single plate. We had to go to the reception to check out plates, forks, and cups - this is a joke. The property states that it has breakfast. It does not...It has coffee and muffins with the restriction of one muffin per customer. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I definitely will not go back, even for free.

We only needed a one night stay while helping a friend pack and move. The property was a good price, but there seemed to be many questionable characters simply loitering near the entrance and just inside the building.
- 1/5
Pictures on site didn't reflect the actual room whwn walking in. The staff seemed fairly nice, but the property itself needs some work.

It was just a one night stay for me and my wife celebrating my birthday. Went to Cheesecake Factory which was just 5 minutes up the road. Woodman's market was right next door for easy shopping convenience which was great. The customer service was also great at the location. The only issues me and my wife had were in regards to cleanliness. Walking into the room initially, there was a very funky mildew-like smell. I'm not sensitive to stuff like that so it was very strong for me to notice or feel uncomfortable with. Then when looking for an outlet to plug in my phone I noticed someone else prior to us had pushed the bed at least 4 feet to the riggt of the headboard (possibly trying to reach an outlet behind the bed?). That's when I noticed a used travel toothpaste tube under the bed along with a used toothbrush and an empty family size Orange Juice container (Simply Brand). Me and my wife looked at each other shocked. We tossed out the juice container and didn't touch the toothpaste or toothbrush. Then proceeded to just enjoy our stay. We are really simple an easy to please. We are not complainers so we left it as is and didn't ask for another room or a refund. But we felt it was important to detail the issues for other potential patrons. The rest of the room was clean. Clean sheets, clean bathroom, clean kitchen sink and fridge.
- 1/5
Travelled 1100 miles from Florida to watch my son graduate boot camp. The hotel was horrible! Kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom and beds were disgusting. The toilet only worked when you removed the top and messed with the plunger. Told the front desk guy about it and he just apologized with no resolution.
- 5/5
Everyone kept to themselves and was pretty calm overall good stay
- 3/5
I like the kitchen space. I like the colors in the room. The furniture looks nice. When I checked in I felt uncomfortable with how the receptionist was talking to me. He was raising his voice a little bit and when he was trying to explain what I needed to enter in the screen, he didn't explain very clearly, and when I said can you repeat that, he raised his voice again. Otherwise after that initial interaction, the interaction was more pleasant. He didn't explain right away where breakfast was going to be, and when I asked he said "right there, right there." I have never experienced breakfast on a table in the hallway so I was confused. He could have said in detail "on the table" just to be clear. I just expect thorough and clear communication from a hotel receptionist, and some of that communication was missing when checking in.

Got a room with a sofa bed for my daughter front staff argued with me on why i needed bedding for it. Eventually got sheets but wasnt going to argue with him again to get a blanket so we picked one up at walmart so my daughter wouldnt freeze

They need to upgrade the property. AC doesn't work. Carpets are source of many diseases. And the noise especially at night is irritating. It used to be a good place to chill but now it smells like skunk

Decent place for the price.

The staff is very friendly, very clean rooms. Very nice hospitality
- 4/5
Room 141 Bathroom mirror upper R hand corner frame was broken. Bed was great. Easy to adjust the heat/ac. I would suggest that the parking lot gets salted, there was a lot of ice - fall hazard. Over all could use some updating. Best part was the great water pressure in the shower.

I have been here three times already and haven't been disappointed. I arrive to check in and get greeted by a gentleman at the front desk who is personable, professional and efficient. Upon arrival, the room is clean, cozy and everything that is needed for a quiet stay away from home.

Prefer this location than Schaumburg, it is clean and not as busy. Both locations have wonderful staff so I wanted to make that clear, the guy at the front desk is personable and helpful.

- 4/5
A quiet and nice hotel for the price, the breakfast is just coffe and oameal to go. Not really a breakfast as it said. Everything else ok
- 5/5
Great location to where I was working, lots of food and eating options nearby, close to major highways as well. Huge grocery store right behind the building too.
- 5/5
I want you to know this is one of the best hotels my husband and i ever stayed at. The entire staff is awsome!! Just pleasant to talk too. Any problems or situations that occurr during the stay the staff will help you in anyway possible to make your stay as comfortable as they can .They will get back too you in a timely manner. I also like to Thank Sidney the property manager who went over and beyond to make sure the 2 months that we stayed we had everything that we need to accommodate our stay. Their wasn't a time that the housekeeper wouldn't check to see if she could clean our room although i cleaned it myself on my request. The staff always made sure we got our.mail and packages if we had them. Everyone is on the same page which makes life more better to managed .Thanks Extended Stay of Buffalo Grove! You guys were the best! During my husband and I difficult times. Appreciate! Everything!!

Front Desk Staff's behavior was Rude & insulting - more specifically for some reason the staff did not like our group. Manager's intervention definitely helped - he seemed to be a good manager.
- 2/5
The only issue was having to reset my key every time I left. But staff were great about it!
- 1/5
staff was not nice hotel rooms lobby everything was smells very bad even not cooperate just ask for 1 pillow they not give us and gave hardtime for whatever we ask they just denied
- 4/5
There is nothing to see here really, but it was an okay place to spend the evening. It was nice it had a little kitchenette with a regular size refrigerator and all my needs were provided for it. The beds were okay nothing Superior but nothing bad; it was clean; in terms of quiet it was okay overnight in the morning the children were playing outside under my window so I woke up a little earlier than I had planned but that was okay I got a lot done. I wish that hotels would put in taller toilets- the ones that are so short are getting harder and harder for those of us in our '70s. The best thing about the room probably was that it had a recliner and sufficient low lighting for reading. The room layout was good.
- 5/5
It was a good place to stay for the price. Clean and froendly
- 5/5
Really loved our stay here. Helping staff and clean property with a kitchen .
- 3/5
I didn’t like the fact that there were no microwave ovens and no ice machine. Never had an experience at a hotel where we didn’t have these amenities.

Stinky
- 1/5
Room had a horrible smell. Booking through Expedia is not prioritized.
- 3/5
It was ok - clean & appropriate for our trip. There were people in the hallway chatting it up - presume they lived there. So made our trip a little less exciting. But no real issues.

Nice place. Large kitchen. Enough space for parking.

Good for the price.

Very supportive and friendly staff. Had a great memorable stay here.
- 2/5
The property is outdated & I found to be nice but not professional in any way. One man had duck tape over his name badge with his name written on it with a black sharpie...The keys had to be reprogramed 3 times...once it was the wrong room. I had a reservation from Expedia & then was told there was no a room available & I needed to go to another location 10 minutes away...Once i declined....there was a room. I was confused. Overall...it just was not a pleasant stay & I am happy it was only for one night. I gave it a shot & for the experience it was not worth the price for admission. I'm sorry for the poor review but it is honest.
- 5/5
good stay
- 5/5
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I were only staying one night due to a family funeral service. We have two golden retrievers and this was one of the few options that allowed pets and did not charge an arm & a leg to have them with us. It was a cheap price for the room but overall worked good for us and both our pups!

The front desk person was not accommodating. No ice vending machine available 😞. Breakfast is at very minimum.

All was good
- 3/5
Staff very nice. Bed was hard as a rock. Otherwise facility was ok.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable. What more could a person hope for?
- 5/5
last minute booking; very affordable rate, clean, safe, great parking. the room was very big- the bathroom was very tight. Door just about reaches the toilet- cannot get around the room if the door is open (into the bathroom). For such a larger guest room, kitchenette the bathroom was uncomfortably small.
- 1/5
The property was absolutely disgusting poor amenities it looked as if it had not been cleaned in ages. The front desk man was an uppity old man who could not comprehend two numbers in rapid secession so going through saying my phone number and email address for checking took unbearably long. The older man was easily scared over any small question but when he saw my friend in the lobby he accosted her, asking "what are you doing here?". It truly doesn't take much to be a proper Bell hop these days and Tim fails to do even the bare minimum. From the time it took for him to actually answer the bell ring at the front desk to the flat out being rude to the guests it's clear to see this man should find a different profession.
- 4/5
This location is right next to a 24 hour supermarket. It is so convenient for when you are hungry or run out of Toiletries. I will definitely stay there again
- 3/5
The free breakfast was not what i consider free breakfast. The iron board was dented and the smell of the facility did feel inviting.
- 3/5
Good location for my work meetings. felt somewhat like an upscale homeless shelter, but only had to avoid one guy that was sitting outside yelling at himself. Overall, it was fine and EV charging was nearby.
- 2/5
Bed , tiny , not for 2 people . And charges unaccounted for. Very Sad experience.
- 2/5
Outdated rooms, bathroom offers one shampoo, that’s it! Two small, harsh soaps w/o any lather, the worst! Sheets were not the typical plush hotel brand sheets, no bottled water in room…disappointing!!
