Decent property, good location (for my purposes) but the property is at the beginning stages of being thread worn. Once gain, nothing wrong but it doesn't show like a newer property. I'd return on another visit.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Adding the on-line breakfast option was well worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Me and my spouse book this room because we are excited for a kid's free trip to Chicago. Upon checking in the room, they told us it was a good spot for romantic couples. When we pulled in, we thought it was a rundown motel, they have no amenities as a spa, like they say, we had to argue with the lady at the front desk, two different ladies to get our breakfast. That was included with it. And then they charge just extra on top at check. In and didn't even tell us why. So we had to go back to the front desk and ask, this is a two story hotel, and the pitchers look nothing like it was. This is not a resort scene at all.My courtyard was booked on the room and I paid extra to have a courtyard room which I was staring at the back of a restaurant and a freeway. The whole time it was a great vacation.Otherwise, but the room was super disappointing
- 1.5/5
Room was decent for price. Domestic violence dispute in neighboring room. According to police officers this is a very common issue for the facility. Might be in the best interest to raise rates of rooms so this doesn't continue to occur.

Everything was super clean, smelled good, great location for where I needed to be. Will stay again in the future!

Towels are thin and old. Did not use the shampoo and conditioner and soap in shower. I wasn’t sure ihow long it has been settling there. Stayed there bcoz it was convenient to my aunts nursing home.
- 2/5
Room was clean, but there was food left in fridge. Couldn’t get much water to come from shower head. No fan in bathroom causes room to be extremely hot with fogged mirror. No good lighting by mirror in room to put on make-up when husband was taking shower.
- 5/5
Great location with plenty of food options nearby or within driving distance. The front desk was super helpful and friendly, would for sure stay again

Exceptional check in. Well lit and safe parking lot. Clean indoor pool area. Spatious and very clean room and bathroom. Quiet.

NOTHING DISGUSTING. This was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After checking in and entering our assigned room, another guest was already staying there — a half-naked older man was inside the room and told us to get out. We had to go back downstairs and get reassigned to another room immediately. In the second room, I ordered pizza and beer, only to discover the room was infested with ants crawling all over the table and food area. My pizza became covered in ants and had to be thrown away completely. I then tried to shower, just to find out the bathtub shower was out of order, forcing us to move rooms AGAIN in the middle of the night. As compensation, the hotel promised us a late checkout until 1 PM the next day. Unfortunately, the nightmare continued the following morning. At 8 AM, while we were asleep, housekeeping opened the door and walked directly into our room without permission. We told them we did not need housekeeping since we were only staying ONE NIGHT. Then at 10 AM, another housekeeper attempted to enter again. At 11 AM, a male housekeeper knocked on the door once more — even though normal checkout time was 12 PM and we had already been promised late checkout until 1 PM. When we said we still did not need housekeeping, HE ASKED WHAT TIME AM I BE LEAVING?? I have never stayed at a hotel where housekeeping starts disturbing guests from 8 AM for a one-night stay. Because of the constant interruptions, we were unable to sleep properly at all. When we explained everything to the front desk and asked if we could extend checkout slightly because of all the issues, the staff responded rudely with: “You already seem dissatisfied with our hotel, so I don’t think you’d want to stay any longer anyway.” That level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable. We also submitted a refund request through Booking.com, but it has now been over a month with absolutely no response from either the hotel or the platform.

Room had a bad odor of burnt plastic. Building in poor repair. Beds comfortable. Bathroom extremely small.

Convenient location. I wish I had time to use the pool. It looked great! And the front desk staff very helpful and friendly. I happen to be there during tornado watch and it was nice to feel safe in the sturdy building with friendly people.

The staff was very nice. The general condition of the property screams of poor maintenance. Torn curtains patched with duct tape, worn carpet and nonfunctional equipment. Even the exterior has rotted out boards. Crazy disappointment for a MARRIOTT property. Don’t pay your good money on this property.
- 4.5/5
The breakfast buffet was a nice setup. The room was nice and clean and the pool was deep enough to enjoy. The toilet being in the middle of the bathroom in front of the door was just off.

Check in was nice. Place offers a very nice entrance and clean look. Pool is very cold to use, Cleaning personal knocked at door for room make up at 9:20am where check-out is 11am, There are no bathroom vents to reduce shower fog.

Staff friendly and helpful! Def will stay again if ever in the area!
- 2/5
First off when you call to confirm things about your stay, they don’t answer. I called 8 times. Marriott-Bonvoy called and they still didn’t answer. Keys kept not working. The side entrance doors are not securely locked. The gut that works there in the morning is very rude! There was a fire alarm there my final day. Only reason I found was cause I was talking to a fire fighter and he said half the fire alarms in the building don’t work.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean
- 4/5
The TV and fridge didn't work but they came and fixed it. Room was clean and quiet
- 4/5
Place was clean quiet and reasonable price. Staff was friendly and did everything right.
- 3/5
The property listed a restaurant and bar on the property (the reason I booked after a long day of driving and work) and was so disappointed that neither had been operating for a "long time" the staff reported. Front desk staff were friendly and the place was clean and safe.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Was a nice place to stay while on business
- 3/5
I had booked a handicapped accessible room. The general area in the room was accessible. The bathroom was a completely different story. I couldn’t even get my walker in the bathroom without having to angle it. The shower/tub setup was not handicapped accessible at all. The only way to turn on bathroom light is to close the door completely. The switch is on the backside next to the door jam.
- 4/5
The staff was very courteous. Overall cleanliness was good, but they were hairs in my bathtub. The only disappointing thing was that they said there was a restaurant. The website said certain hours, but the only thing they had was breakfast.
- 5/5
Great customer service. Mrs. Rose, the woman at the front desk was amazing to work with.
- 5/5
Fantastic value for money and great staff

I have stayed at this location twice in the past 30 days. Both times they have overcharged me, even though I pre paid for one room. While the service was good, I would not stay here again, due to their accounting and billing system. I would not recommend staying here because of the poor billing system.

this is the second time in 30 days I have stayed here and twice I have been overcharged and cannot get any answers from the front desk.

The woman at the front desk was very accommodating and kind, the room was very clean and nice. Loved the tall ceilings in our room! Also the area itself was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Dirty sheets, ants infestation in beds, dressers, floor. When I woke up at 3 AM ants were crawling all over me and my kids mind you I was leaving at 5AM. The lady at the front desk says well why didn’t you get another room I said I didn’t realize it would be an ant infestation when I went to sleep. Contacted management no answer, sent two emails, they said nothing about my refund but they said oh I’ll tell housekeeping about this. Housekeeping can’t fix a construction problem ants are getting in due to insulation issues in the wall and windows. DO NOTTTTTTTT BOOK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The pictures are lies. It’s dreary and dingy. I will be contacting the BBB and submitting photos and videos! I will be awaiting my refund!

Stay here 4 nights housekeeping never came not once . Travel with 3 kids and the KIDS found a dirty condom on the floor . Manger offered points .
- 5/5
Clean rooms, attractive lobby, food was good.
- 4/5
Overnight at fair price per night. The breakfast was expensive however and okay.
- 5/5
Good hotel!
- 5/5
Clean, pleasant and quiet!
- 3/5
The hotel claims to have a bar and restaurant, which is why I selected this location. However the there is neither, it appears they used to have a bar, and the only food is breakfast that is not included, no dinner options. Perhaps update the amenities listed on the profile to remove these.
- 3/5
My daughter and I stayed here in a first floor room when we were in town for a few days visiting family. The first thing we noticed was how damp the room was; even the towels in the bathroom were damp so we had to continually run the AC. In addition, the room was not stocked with sufficient towels/washcloths when we arrived. Nevertheless, it was basically clean. I needed to talk with the front desk on two occasions and both times the person there was on her personal cell phone talking with someone while I was trying to talk with her. My daughter used the gym and she said that was fine. Overall, the location and price were good but I’m not certain I would stay there again. It didn’t seem up to standards that I would expect from Sheraton/Marriott.
- 5/5
Good hotel at reasonable price
- 3/5
The room was fine, but they charged 50$ for early check in, no free breakfast, and there was a sign outside that your car could be at risk for damage. It didn’t seem safe outside and my car ended up being keyed and scuffed.
- 4/5
Good mid-range hotel room. It was quieter than I expected, which I particularly appreciate in a hotel stay.
- 5/5
Clean quiet location great staff, very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Check in was terrible. Employee was rude and seemed like we were a bother. Then the keys didn’t work and had to go all the way back to get new ones.
- 4/5
No
- 3/5
When we arrived the employee Rose gave great service. Unfortunately it stopped there. The first room I was assigned had a pile of dirty towels on the floor. The second room had long brown hair all over the bathroom. After the 15hr drive we just took tissue and got it all up. Then on our second night they thought we had checked out so we couldn’t get into the room. Not a big deal just an inconvenience.

- 2/5
Was clean and staff was helpful and pleasant. The grounds are in terrible shape with weeds everywhere and an old tennis court that is overgrown and belongs in a ghetto. The hallways smell like marijuana so much so that i almost left. Please put alarms in rooms that detect marijuana use, it’s terrible. Fine those that use it and kick them out. Nonsmoking means nothing when there’s pot.
- 3/5
Property condition outside was surprisingly poorly maintained. Knee high weeds all around and peeling paint. The hotel location was good and the room itself was comfortable and clean although noisy from hallway and parking lot.
- 4/5
The room was comfortable and clean. The property is conveniently located near our family.
- 4/5
An upgrade to the previous Wyndham Garden Inn that this place was a few years ago. Clean linens, generally comfortable room. Appreciate the free breakfast. Only it's just a little pricy for a mid-range hotel. However, I'll happily stay here again.
- 4/5
The pool was too cold for me and my boyfriend's liking but otherwise the place was nice.
- 4/5
Hotel was accessible and near the event we were going to. Wish it would have had breakfast or snack options
- 4/5
we have stayed here several times and the bar has yet to be open. Staff and service are great.
- 2/5
Propery also seems a bit run down. Room is nice and clean.
- 1/5
They charged me an extra $50. I also requested early entry and they didn't let me in. Afterwards, I returned at 3 pm and they didn't want to give me access, arguing that they were full, among other things. Terrible service.
- 5/5
The room was spacious! I was on the 2nd floor and didn’t expect the room to have a cathedral ceiling. I had a nice view of the courtyard. The bed was comfortable. The only problem that I incurred encountered was not being able to turn the TV off. The TV was very slow to turn on so maybe the remote needed new batteries. I’d definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
This hotel was nice and clean. We had a great stay!
- 5/5
Just one of those perfect experiences. Definitely will come back.

A one night stay just to visit friends. overall satisfied with the accommodations for the price.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient, very friendly staff
- 2/5
Only one keyed remote entrance door worked on our side of building. That one stopped working during snowfall...had to run around to front to get in. Scrambled eggs on breakfast "buffet" were dried out to the point of being stuck on bottom of warming bowl. Appreciated the option to have a freshly made omelet though. Staff was nice and friendly though. The missus attempted to call the GM but was only able to leave voice messages....never got a call back from him. For a Bonvoy property I was pretty disappointed.
- 5/5
Great hotel to stay at. Staff is always available and always willing to help. Clean and comfortable rooms.
- 5/5
The lady Rose is very nice and professional at the desk. The cleaner left a fresh bottle of water each day I stayed there. All of the gym machines work.
- 4/5
Great spot
- 2/5
For us was important it is close to our friends for whom we were in this town
- 2/5
The bathroom fixtures were very low, I mean they were built for short people! The vanity was barely above my knees. The toilet was very low and the shower was a very thin, weak spray. This location just does not measure up to the typical standards of a Marriott.
- 5/5
I stay in this hotel very often.
- 5/5
None
- 3/5
Near shopping centers and restaurants. We were assigned to a room in the first floor and it looked like someone had not stayed there for a long time. Room was dusty and the microwave was kind of broken. The shower had broken mounted shampoo dispensers. Very noisy in the mornings, we could hear when housekeepers arrived to their shifts.
- 4/5
Stay was good. It’s a nice hotel with a great bed and quiet halls.
- 5/5
Clean, nice and convenient
- 4/5
Fine suburban hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our TV didn't work perfectly and mattresses could probably be replaced soon.
- 3/5
WiFi very limited signal, couldn’t really use it. Room Doors are the noisiest of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in, they slam shut. Front desk didn’t know room locations so told me wrong door to enter and told door dash driver wrong wing for room delivery. Cleaning person friendly and efficient.
- 5/5
Limited restaurant options
- 5/5
Great everything was clean
- 5/5
The staff was very accommodating and impersonal
- 3/5
the best one of them is the one does the cooking at the restaurant .
- 1/5
I had to chang rooms because there were bugs in the first room. The second room had a broken toilet
- 5/5
Have stayed several times. easy check in, very nice breakfast, spacious room and quiet. Well located for my needs,
- 3/5
Water pressure was horrible. Only one hidden run down elevator? I thought it was a cargo elevator or staff elevator. Otherwise it was pretty good. Possibly the biggest downside to the hotel is the location. Btw, since when does the hotel not let you check in an hour early? Most I’ve stayed at do let me.
- 5/5
It was clean and safe but would have liked a restaurant for lunch and dinner.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Enjoyable stay with a high-ceiling room. Would love to return, and highly recommended.
- 3/5
Excellent area quiet hardly any traffic.
- 3/5
It was pretty good the fire alarm went off at about 12am and we had to wait till almost 2 am to get told we can go back inside by not by staff but by another person staying at hotel
- 4/5
The breakfast service is wonderful and housekeeping is great but they are under new management and trying to make it better. I am just thankful we have not come across any bugs they definitely keep it very clean. The only thing I would say is that there were two incidents that we were forced to leave our room in the middle off the night because of someone vaping but that wasn’t the Hotel’s fault. Love how most of the front desk clerks are so friendly and professional. Thank you Rose & Dune🙏
- 5/5
I have stayed here 3 times now. The hotel is clean, though this trip their elevator was broken. Breakfast is not free, which means you can actually get omelets and better quality food. As for the room, my only issue is lighting isn't the best, but the bed was comfortable with plenty of outlets. There is easy access to an arterial road with shopping nearby. Lastly, there is a great trail that you walk, bike or run on steps from the hotel. overall, I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very nice convenient hotel. Close to wedding venue. Only thing I would recommend is make sure CC equipment works. My CC was declined and nothing was wrong with it.
- 5/5
Comfortable beds and pillows.
- 2/5
Night shift stuff is very unprofessional & poorly trained
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Great place.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, had a workout room and conveniently located.
- 4/5
Stayed here for 3 nights, staff was great. Breakfast was buffet style and had enough options, nothing to write home about. Rooms were big and clean and parking was ample. Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Morning fair alarm twice a week, something wrong with…😁
- 4/5
Beds were very comfortable and it is in a central area with easy access. Hot water only dribbled out in the bath tub. Area has definitely lost a lot of businesses since the last time we stayed.
- 4/5
Otherwise would stay again. Another hotel that now charges extra for breakfast 😔
- 4/5
Simple accommodations.
- 5/5
Good for families.
- 5/5
We stayed here for a wedding. It was chosen for location..the check in process was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
But beyond that, i was less than impressed. The building looks rundown from the outside. Weeds everywhere, old windows, and old doors. The pool area was nice and warm but the pool was very very cold. I purposely booked this hotel becauee the description said 2 queen beds. They were only doubles. A room for four people only had three bath towels. The AC unit was very very loud, like the fan may sieze up soon. I wont be booking here again.
- 2/5
Duble charged for a security deposit, have to call my bank to resolve it, they said 50 dollars security deposit will be reimburst at the check out and this is not true it takes up to 5 B days and most likely they will not do it so you will have to call them probably a few times to get it back....
- 3/5
Room had a bad smell. Drapes won't cover opening. Noise from Lake Cook Road too loud. Good location close to many places.
- 5/5
Very quite
- 1/5
No Internet the TV had no guide on it. You had to keep scrolling every channel through all the commercials and everything to find a channel. There was noise booming up until one in the morning in the apartment above me. There were no electrical outlets to plug in my phone only one that I could find on the dresser counter nothing by the bed. The directions to get to this place were terrible. It took me a half hour of going in circles to find it. I paid much less to stay at the comfort inn and get much more comfort
- 5/5
Hoping the bar will be opened soon!
- 3/5
Property is tired. Wood rot on front of building.
- 2/5
The staff was nice. Bar was closed even though it was advertised to have one. Pool was freezing. Business center was one computer that was not working. All the hallways smelled like pot. Won’t stay here again.
- 3/5
Check in was easy and fast. Once we arrived in our room we were tired and sleepy and did not notice the infestation of ants until next day. Front office was notified and I requested a new room. I knew room was ready because I contacted them to ask. New room was assigned and all we heard that night and the next two nights were screams, people slamming doors, and adults running the halls.
