Stayed on a business trip. Clean quiet and a nice helpful staff. The breakfast could be more varied. I would definitely recommend a stay.

This is a very good property, clean, with friendly staff. This is the only one that I could reserve on a late night when my flight arrived at midnight in Chicago. The staff member was very helpful in providing late-night check-in. The room was clean, but a little bit smelly. This is the only thing which was not perfect.

The room itself was comfortable and met expectations, which was a highlight of the stay. However, a few areas left much to be desired given the price point. The breakfast offering was noticeably limited — just breads, yogurt, and waffles, with no juice or beverages available. For a hotel at this price range, a more complete breakfast spread would be expected. Additionally, the swimming pool was out of service during our stay, which was disappointing as it is one of the advertised amenities. Guests should be informed of this in advance so they can plan accordingly. Overall, the value for money didn’t quite match what was on offer. With some improvements to the dining experience and better maintenance of facilities, this could be a much stronger option.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and having an in-room refrigerator was great. However, the rooms do not have good soundproofing, resulting in even the closing of another room's door sounding like its happening inside your own room. Also, the breakfast was mediocre; there was no fruit, juice, or protein (other than "gravy" to go over biscuits) included.

Water pressure, bed, pillows. The work out area wasn’t as pictured. There was no weights as in the photo. That’s why I picked this hotel. The vents on the heating/cooling unit was very dusty.

The hotel staff is really great. They’re welcoming and helpful. The rooms are always exceptionally clean and beds are comfy.

Self-make Fresh waffles were great. Should have eggs, even if boiled. A little skimpy on toiletries.

location,cleanlness was told pool not working, no game room for the kids breakfast buffet was mediocore ( kids looked for eggs, bacon or sausage), there was no milk for them or juice)----------------------need to consider families with small children ( was there with my daughter and 4 grandchildren and had to split into 2 rooms. Disliked not having a chair or sofa to sit on, was uncomfortable sitting on bed (72 years old). Could not use the area for breakfast to play cards at the table or games we brought with to play.

The service became bad and the bed was very dirty.

Check was easy, the facility clean and nicely appointed. The facility's paint was fresh looking. Even the elevator was spotless. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable. There is a microwave and a small refrigerator. Window coverings were in excellent condition. The room had a comfortable recliner chair. The breakfast was OK but did not include eggs or juice. We stayed in December, so the pool was covered for the season.

Otherwise, a great stay at a good price.

The parking lot has very bright lights that leak into the rooms curtains when fully closed, you will have bright lights illuminating your room all evening. This prevents us from getting good sleep.

The room was very spacious and very clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, just basic choices compared to most I have stayed at buy the cost of our stay was very good value.

Clean and bedding seemed fresh/newer You no longer have orange juice. Plse have some in frig with yogurt! Also tv never has sound on one or more of major channels. Mgr said its because guests change it to another language/Spanish, so English is silent. I said the hotel should reset that for incoming guests. He did show me how to change it, which I will forget.

Bed had a dip in the middle. Did not like the bathroom set up. The shower/toilet area was very tight. No door on the area where sink is.

Literally didnt make it to the reception desk the guy starts yelling at us, WE ARE SOLD OUT!! GO GET OUT GO! I RESERVED my room the previous day and was checking in. He said they called me multiple times and they never called me, they canceled my reservation with out notifying me. The guy was rude, threatening us, and being racist for no reason.

Hotel is a little outdated. The lady at the front desk was knocking at the door by 10:58 to make sure we would check out by 11. The continental breakfast was not great. Not many options just biscuits and gravy. They had no juice only water to drink. A little disappointed.

I thought this hotel was excellent value for money. The area is very affluent and to find this good hotel for a excellent price was refreshing. It is a Days Inn, so you shouldn't expect 5 star accommodations or a fantastic breakfast, etc. But I would stay here again in a hot minute.

Everything was fine. We felt safe and it was clean. My only issue was there are no drawers and only a closet. I like to unpack and put things away so they don't wrinkle and was unable to do so.

The property and room was clean. The staff was professional. The Air conditioning worked great. The only thing I would have changed was more breakfast options, Other than that everything was good.

I only stayed at this property because there was nothing else available in the area. I paid over $300 total for a very basic room that had a noisy window AC unit that rattled all night and kept me awake. I understand supply and demand, however I feel like this price was excessive for a low budget hotel in an industrial area with no amenities.

The folks at the front desk were extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were quite clean (except for the floor which could use a mopping). It was a lovely experience.

The breakfast was very poor and very limited. The room was extremely clean but had a differ odor that I’m not used to.

It was quiet. The only thing I didn’t like was that when the room was cleaned no soap and shampoo wasn’t replaced. Also no swimming pool they do have a pool but not opened. Also no plastic bags placed I the trash cans in the rooms.

One night stay was good

It would of been excellent stay if the pool was open and uncovered. Was a bit worried about motorcycle parking until i saw how many exterior cameras they have. Plus the front desk gave me a room where it was parked basically outside my window. Great price great stay, fix the. Pool guys, its hot.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Rick at the front desk greeted us warmly and was very professional at both check in and check out. As soon as we walked in, it smelled very clean. While it is an older property, it is VERY clean. It was quiet, super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

the property appears to be well kept inside and outside; however, the room had limited heating, the shower leaked severely. The staff was quivk to address the leak problems, but heating was subpar. When I checked-in they didn't inform me about the "complimentary" breakfast.

The hotel stay was very average. It is definitely not luxurious and it gets the job done of having a place to sleep. I did have a few issues with the cleanliness of the room and hallways. When we stayed there were very stong smells of vomit in the hallway.

Husband said the breakfast was cold. For the first time ever, I did not pack my personal toiletries because there is always some in the room. This was not the case. Also, the TV was so low you could not watch it from the bed.

I was just sleeping there so it dud the job. The A/C was awesome and took my room from cool and mugy, to sry and cool. Breakfast wasok, although i went out for breakfast. Water pressure could have been better, but here again ot did the job. I usuallly bring all my pwn toiletries so no issues there. All in all good experience!

Stayed here becaude it was very close to family and we were very happy with everthing. Website said coffee and a breakfast item, but they had a decent continental style breakfast available.

We had a good experience staying in the hotel. The only bad thing was a strong smell of cleaning supplies. It smelled like lysol all over the main area/lobby and it was very very strong and not pleasant. Hopefully in the future you'll find some better and less smelling solutions.

Location is convenient, right off of highway. Hotel looked older, but rooms appear to have recently been renovated - vinyl floor, fan in bathroom, microwave and fridge still had plastic film on them. The room was clean and comfy as was the bed, but the entry door is not very soundproof. When housekeeping was vacuuming it sounded like they were in my room and I could easily hear people in the hall or other doors closing. A/C worked well and the fridge had a freezer. Overall not bad for the price especially if you’re not trying to sleep in
