The staff was great from the front desk to the housekeeping, very friendly and easy to reach. If I had an issue it was taken care of very quickly. compared to the manyhotels that I’ve stayed at , [my boyfriend delivers RVs, pop-up trailers and other outdoor camping motor vehicles as a career] this one is probably my favorite and the one that I would recommend highly to everyone.

We loved our stay and plan on coming back. Pool was fun and fantastic. The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The building and room was nice and when it is finished will be awesome. When I wasn't interested in buying a bottle of water the front desk did give me a free bottle. The coffee was not good at all. There was a lack of free water and coffee outside breskfast hours. Usually at other hotels there is tea and other simple free ammenities for guests to enjoy. We needed access to the metra to go into the city and it was an expensive Uber. I vould have stayed closer to the train, but really wanted to stay at this hotel.

The property was very clean and safe. There is a nice pond behind the property where we saw some herons and other water fowel which was a nice piece of nature in the city. Though it's close to the highway it was decently quite. The room was wonderful with a little balcony that we enjoyed for morning coffee. Bed was comfortable and got an amazing night sleep here. Only draw backs our party experienced was the pool had a white film on it so we did not use it and the breakfast was fairly sparse. There was however an Ihop only 4 min away. Otherwise staff was friendly and helpful and the property was safe, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

The handle on the bathroom door was faulty. I thought i was stuck there. The ice vending machine did not work. their was no dustbin whatsoever in the room. No microwave either so had to get my food heated all the way near reception. Pool had murky water, definitely not well maintained.. i planned to swim but decided not to after seeing the pool :/

Hello, everyone! My daughter and I travel quite often, and this time we decided to stay at this particular hotel. However, our stay here turned out to be a truly terrible experience for me—or, to be more precise, the young man at the front desk who checked us in behaved in an absolutely outrageous manner. His name is Zaak. To begin with, he asked in a snide tone whether I *actually* had a reservation. Then he asked how I was doing. I gave a brief reply: "Everything is great!" Out of politeness, I asked how *he* was doing. He replied that he was feeling very tired, but that upon seeing me, he immediately felt much better! He asked where I lived and how old I was—even though all of this information was clearly stated in my identification documents. Next, he inquired who would be staying at the hotel with me. I replied that it would be just my daughter and me. The conversation then shifted to the subject of my husband. I said that I was married—even though, in reality, I am not. I said this simply to establish and protect my personal boundaries. However, upon learning that I supposedly had a spouse, Zaak began to behave aggressively. A smirk appeared on his face, and he declared that he was going to call my husband. That threat chilled me to the bone. I realized that I could not risk my child's safety; the most terrifying thoughts raced through my mind—specifically, the fear that he might come up to our room. It seemed like there were a lot of families staying there from another country. I am not talking about a room or two. I am talking about several rooms. Just a weird vibe. Aside from that the hotel was fine. They put out the exact same thing for breakfast too... every day... same thing.

Only other thing is the $100 deposit is still not refunded to me and i wasnt aware of the deposit until we checked in. They asked me to pay cash or if i wanted it on my card. I opted to put it on my card so they can credit it back but again i havent seen a credit

The room was dirty. Hair in the sink , bath tub, and bathroom floor. Toilet seat was not properly mounted and moved all over the place. Items were not replenished at breakfast and the tables were a mess.

The hotel was pretty good, well maintained. The service was decent, and the room was clean with no unpleasant smells. A solid, no-surprises stay.

Everything was ok at minimum. Just not what I’m used to with a comfort suites. This was a converted hotel. Meaning it used to be something else. It really didn’t seem like a comfort suites.

Desk staff Zak was friendly and well informed. The cleaning crew met our needs quickly and always greeted us as we walked around the hotel. Antonio was very welcoming and kept the breakfast area well supplied and cleaned. Parking was easy and convenient. Our room was clean and well supplied for our stay.

Good that it’s pet friendly. Staff was pleasant. Lobby looks nice. Snack and drink choices are horrendous though. Only sugary and carb filled options. No Coke Zero, and no low sugar Gatorade. No snacks with protein or healthier ingredients, or fruit. It’s like they bought the cheapest stuff and marked it up the highest possible prices. Best advice to this property is to significantly improve snack choices, and adjust down prices on that. Also they had a tree down blocking a non-essential sidewalk, but it was noticeable walking a pet.

Hotel was conveniently located for my visit. Room was very clean and had plenty of space. All hotels could benefit from more hooks in bathroom and as you come in the room to hang stuff. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff are amazing! Made me feel so welcome! Even when my flight got delayed they changed my reservation quickly without needing to change rooms. Room is great! I can cast my apps on the tv and catch up on my favorite shows from my phone. Great location and close to tons of restaurants and 10 minutes from my office. I will definitely stay here again!

Decently clean and affordable. The only issue I had was the bed sheets didn’t seem to fit well and came off the corners more than once each night despite me pulling them tight and tucking the corners under the mattress.

We had a fire alarm go off in our room at 5:30 am. It turned out to be a false alarm. Very upsetting.

At 3:00 till 3;30 am there was terrible loud noise come no from another room on our room on 3rd floor- sounded like a bunch of drunk women & loud music- very disturbing!!!!

Stayed for one night only. Stay was ok except the room was not as clean as advertised. The bathtub had hair in it, the floor had hair and even the towels looked a bit dirty. The heat in the room also was not working I had to sleep with my jacket on.

We checked in late at night, I had called earlier in the day to let them know and had no issues. The staff was always friendly and very nice. It was very easy to find parking and to get around the hotel. The best part, the pool was actually warm!

The breakfast was a disappointment. There were little to no healthy options, the coffee machine at the breakfast was pretty bad, and the breads/bagels were worse than what you get on an airplane (cheap, hard, and tasteless.)

Stayed here for Lollapalooza, the hotel was quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was pretty dirty but there seemed to be a lot of kids. Overall it was great. I didn’t see a lot of housekeeping though.

However for the price and staffing I did like the stay, but I wish the charge came back.

Overall the property was in good condition. The common areas were clean, bright, and pleasant. Lots of parking. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was low in the shower.

stay was good. a few spots in room where extra cleaning could of been done. found old blood stains on our comforter, house keeping came and gave us a new one. thermostat locks at 72° and gets very warm at night. we accidentally forgot our roku there so gave them a call. one guy said he would mail it out for us. it’s been 3 weeks and we still haven’t received it and everytime we call we get told they haven’t had time.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Modern newer decor. Only thing is we were not given the room we requested or they advertised. The room did not have a microwave as advertised. We had to use communal one in the lobby. Was told the microwaves had not been installed yet. We asked for an accesible room and were given a room with no grab bars and a tub, totally not accessible. Was told it was for hearing impaired and that's why it's accessible. They offered to make it right, but it required us to change rooms and we declined as it was too much trouble.

Pretty good overall. They alllw dogs, whuch is ok but they need a desginated area for dogs. Certain toom for dogs only and absolutely no dogs in the eating breakfast area.

The front desk person was so helpful and pleasant. He even came to our room to check the air conditioning when we had a question with it.

Was there 3 days, my room wasn't cleaned once, ran out of towels everyday and had to go to front desk to get more. Room keys deactivated everyday, so had to go to front desk again and get them redone. Other than that, stay was ok.

They assigned a room that was already occupied. But quickly remedied. The landscaping could use some help A lot of weeds outside the bldg and in the courtyard. The staff was friendly.

It was decent experience nothing extra ordinary. Asked reception to make up the room for first day before leaving around noon, got told that housekeeping staff is about to leave so could not get it done but will try. In night, came back, the room was untouched just as we left it. Little disappointment. But overall nice stay.

The staff was all very friendly , with that said our room had a few issues , I booked a king bed and was given a queen. Other things you could tell holes in the walls were covered with random outlet covers , our screen door was broken , and there was dust on the vent in the bathroom . I feel this property was maybe in a turnover in management or something was just off when we stayed , and that could be some of it . I also felt like they might have had some problems with other guests because a few times when we left there was always someone complaining or being upset in the lobby .

It was passable for an evening. The property is very dated, but you could see that there was an attempt at cleanliness. There was a lot of noise from other rooms late into the night, and the staff did not seem to know how to handle that well. I was coming up with a plan B, but finally got to sleep. Next time will pay $50 more for a nicer stay.

Standard for the price you are paying, the staff is friendly but you can tell they have to say hi to you every time you walk by, gets a little excessive when you make several trips to the car. My room was on the first floor, near and exit. I’m not sure if it was from outside or from the internal exit, but the overwhelming smell of cigarettes was present periodically. Fairly clean, but quickly updated. Many details were missed

Extremely dirty and dusty walls , broken shower head dripping water the entire stay . Had to keep asking for towels so we would not slip and fall . No security lock on the main door , the patio door handle was broken off also no security bar in the patio door we were on the first floor so did not feel safe . Do not recommend to stay here

I stay there for 11 days. They didn’t clean my room until I check out. My wife got sick, and even they didn’t come to change the bath towel. I called lobby many times and they said well send someone, but nobody came. So I think its a bad choice.

Accessible King suite is not as pictured and there were NO allowances or options provided to rectify the issue. Very bad customer service at the hotel. The hotel said Expedia was to blame. Expedia tried to resolve the issue with the hotel and requested refund of one nights stay. But it never happened.

The man at the front desk that checked us in and was also there when we checked out was exceptional! I should have got his name. He’s very friendly and compassionated when it comes to kids. He understood how important it was to us that my 20 month old granddaughter got her beauty sleep. The property was clean and in good condition! Beds were comfy, breakfast was good, pool was warm.
