The hotel was clean, the staff was very polite, courteous and helpful. The only thing I can see needs help is the valet service. We were in the city for a concert along with other guest who were also using the valet service and there was only one person parking and retrieving vehicles. Since there is no parking lot on the premises valet was the preferred option cost wise.

The staff was exceptional. Friendly, very helpful, caring. Most of our interaction was with the reception staff and other lobby staff ( bell hops, garage attendants). They made our stay easy. I think they have been the best I have met.

There's no parking lot or parking garage around the hotel. You either choose valet parking or park yourself at the garage with a fee one block away.

Small town folks in a big city. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable which made our adventure that much more enjoyable. From check in to check out we were greeted with smilies and a few jokes. ;)

Comfortable and quiet. Safe. However basic and outdated for price and brand. Carpet in room caused allergies to trigger for our family. The room constantly felt humid and damp with AC on. Definitely overdue for a remodel. Breakfast was just ok. Seems like the attendant would have been more prepared for guests, but ran out of coffee, ran out of hash browns, never did see any butter for breads… etc.

We only had an overnight stay, but overall we were satisfied. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The hotel was also close to the hospital, which was helpful as we were there due to a family emergency.

Shuttled us to Kleinhans for Gregory Porter’s show, and back. Randy at the front desk was coordinator of all that good treatment, but every single staff person was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was good except the breakfast. They ran out of everything. Only had potatoes in the morning. No hot food except waffles. 4 trays were Emory for quite awhile.

Best thing is the free shuttle to anywhere in the downtown and (after calling the driver) coming back. Important since no nearby city bus stops. Food & drink: free breakfast is fine, bar open at 5pm, no restaurant in hotel or nearby but several in 15 min. walking distance on Main Street (and the shuttle can take you directly to a supermarket or any downtown restaurant). Fridge in the room.

Clean, spacious and quiet room. The breakfast was good and stayed open later than advertised. Pay parking was the only downside. The garage on Ellicott St, not associated with the hotel but with the hospital was the cheapest.

Everything was clean, the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming!! The literal only thing I’d suggest is updating the TVs to smart TVs for better viewing options. There wasn’t even a movie station to watch. Other than that we loved our staycation there!!

We were there because we had an appointment with Roswell Park. The hotel is conveniently located to the hospital. We were not there to site see. The hotel was nice with a decent breakfast. The staff at this hotel was amazing and most helpful. The gentleman who checked us in was helpful and helped us with parking arrangements. The shuttle service was excellent they even drove us to a restaurant and picked us up and took us to the hospital the next day. This is the hotel to stay at if you need to go to Roswell.

The complimentary van to local downtown spots was a great bonus. The breakfast was good with many choices. I would stay here again.

We came in late in the evening and the gentleman behind the desk was kind and helpful made us feel welcomed . The breakfast as delicious and the gentleman working in the dining room was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The staff are absolutely warm and welcoming. The front desk concierge team went above and beyond to offer assistance with the complimentary computer and printing services. The shower head in room 314 was a little grungy but others wise an awesome stay.

The hotel was great, close to where we needed to be. The issue was that our credit card was charged multiple times during our stay. The front desk staff did their best to try and sort out what had happened, the rooms were prepaid and we had placed our security deposit. There should not have been any extra charges. The situation is sorted out now but it took a few days and I never heard back from hotel management. Very stressful when you are charged extra fees and provided little explanation as to what happened.

Clean room, great staff, breakfast was great but you need more than 1 toaster as there was a line for toast. The bed was comfy at first but then my back hurt half way thru the night, the beds are also too high, you can’t just sit on the bed and get in it, you have to roll onto it.

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. I can't say enough about how wonderful the front desk staff was to us and helpful they were to ensure we safely got to the Key Bank Center and back for the hockey game. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was outstanding. Would highly recommend!!!

We were in Buffalo to see the Lacrosse game at the Keybank Center. I was so relieved we could use their Shuttle service to get us within walking distance of the Arena! All the drivers were very nice. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was huge! The only reason this review isn't 5 stars were the beds were very soft. We would definitely stay here again

I booked this hotel without knowing much about it or the surrounding area, since we were simply traveling to Buffalo for a swim meet and needed something affordable near the pool. My family and I were very happy with both the location and the level of service we received from the staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and every employee we encountered was friendly and eager to help with anything we needed during our stay. Randy, who was working the night we checked in, stood out in particular, he was incredibly kind and helpful. I truly can’t say enough positive things about him. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful with our late arrival. However, the room was very disappointing. There were stains on the blankets, blue liquid dripping out of the fridge, and the window shook the whole night. There were lots of noises from the building outside of our room. We were only in the room for about 9 hours so I tried to ignore those issues. When we went to continental breakfast, I noticed there were paper plates to be used rather than real plates and utensils. The staff there was also super friendly. But the food was very disappointing. I will not be returning.

The breakfast area was clean, well organized and well stocked. Food was hot, good variety and quickly replenished. Rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. Our favorite part was definitely the staff. They were so friendly and very helpful to us. Jean the asst GM alerted us to an oil leak on our vehicle and her staff, Jason and Felix helped and assisted us while there. They were great! We didn’t catch all the names but sure did appreciate their caring and concern as we were 13hrs drive from home. They went above and beyond and we could not thank them enough. We would most definitely book this hotel again, if in Buffalo. Their kindness went a long way!

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bar was small but very nice. For sale snacks and forgot items were very good verity. Breakfast was very well stocked and looked after. Parking was the only low point with having to pay at a parking garage that was not close at all, while a parking garage across the street was Valet only.

Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were all very kind. I stayed in the whole evening to prepare for an exam, and the hotel was perfect for that: quiet, comfortable, and calm. The location is another big plus. It is close to hospitals and other essentials, and the area felt very safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and peaceful place to stay at a good price. It is especially a great option for people coming to take the bar exam in July or February, or the MPRE at Pearson VUE.

The breakfast which was included was good and includes juice, coffee, eggs (2 ways), sausage, home fried potatoes, breads and muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels, and a neat pancake making machine. It's self service but was kept fresh and hot by two wonderful staffers. Prentiss who was in charge of the breakfast our first morning there was able to think ahead of you and made you feel welcome and well cared for. He literally answered questions we had before we even had a chance to ask him about things. Honestly, he was truly a wonderful person and it was a pleasure to have him take care of us.

The parking is a couple of blocks away which isn’t great when arriving at night.

Man I was short $25 for the check in fee. It was a late night, I checked in at 12am, first of the month so auto pay started taking money. They gave me a break without letting me know! I appreciate that so much I’ll make sure to book here again just because you guys treated me so well. I really appreciate that man, see you guys next time!

Horrible parking. Waited over a half hour to get my car! The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything and everyone in the halls and the rooms next door. Would not stay again.

We’ve traveled quite a bit to various states & overseas. This has got to be the Most Expensive, LOUSIEST Hotel we’ve stayed at. We paid a premium price for one night expecting a majestic, upscale hotel. IT IS NOT !!! It’s like Quality Inn and Motel 6 (yes, I’ve stayed in those when I was much younger). * OLD furniture. I was informed they were recently upgraded, probably got them from Goodwill or a Garage Sale. * I was also informed they upgraded the TVs. Yes, Flat Screen TVs you seen in Truck Stop Motels. * No Walk-in shower, Wyndham still have old-fashioned bathtubs from the OJ Simpson’s days with the Buffalo Bills. HORRIBLE. In addition, shower curtains from the Vietnam era. * Bathroom sink/fixture older than Bob Seger’s 1960 Chevy. * Carpet looks dated. Took us a while to find USB outlets. * Outdated amenities, hotel inside & outside has no “personality,” no charm, no updated creature comforts for $ 500 a night. * On the bright side, they splurge on two (2) complimentary 8-ounce water bottles, on the house. A “decent” hotel normally have four (4) 16.9-ounce water bottles like at Curtiss Hotel (Buffalo). *** Not worth $ 500 a night, not worth $ 400, not worth $ 300… This is an $ 89 a night motel. STAY AWAY !!! Asked for a partial or full refund = NYET was the response. If u have to pay, let's say about $ 300+ a night, RUN & book to another hotel.

Clean, quiet, shuttle service was helpful to our weekend plans and the driver was kind and helpful, easy pre check in/out process streamlined arrival and departure.

Very mediocre hotel. Would be nice to have water bottles in the room every day. The breakfast was really poor. Cheap paper plates, plastic utensils and mediocre food. The only fruit available was an apple. Rooms were generally comfortable. However, I would not stay there again. For the price, there are many other better hotels.

We stayed in a 2-queen, accessible suite. We appreciated the separate tvs for living area and bedroom, the open areas in center of rooms to sllow for wheelchair positioning, the 3 separate thermostats for climate control, and the roll-in shower with bench. The sink and fridge in the kitchenette were useful, but I must point out, FYI, that the kitchenette does NOT include cutlery, soap/sponge, or a hot plate/pans. You can store and microwave leftovers, but not prepare any food fresh here

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, though clean, did show some signs of wear and tear, though not hugely obvious. Room temperature was able to be kept comfortable. Little noisy outside our room early in the morning and onward from some construction happening behind the building. Not the fault of the hotel, just a downside of the location.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff gave great food suggestions. I was specifically wanted barbecue and they gave me many wonderful suggestions. The wounds were very clean and the breakfast was good.

Our stay was wonderful and exactly what we needed and more. With appointments at Oshei and Rosewell, it was the perfect location to walk and have a central spot bewteen appointments. Only thing i would add is there were no wash cloths in the bathrooms. I could have called hospitality, but I ended up using a hand towel instead.

Well managed hotel property catering to healthcare travelers. The hotel is in the healthcare district, but close to Allentown dining. Courtesy van for the zone is a nice service.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive, possibly some of the best staff we've encounterd traveling. The room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Buffalo.

Room smelled of smoke. Breakfast is a joke. Egg pucks and cold turkey sausage. Only upside was the service. WILL NOT be back.

Saturday September 20,2025 my husbands oldest daughter passed away from a lengthy illness, at the age of 54. Sunday as we had checked out, we were waiting for valet to bring our rental car. We had our items on the caddy waiting to transport to the car. As my husband is patiently waiting, this customer in the lobby RUDELY asked my husband when he would be done with the caddy. My husband, shocked just looked at the guy who felt he was entitled to take the caddy right then …even though we were STILL waiting for the valet to bring the car. My husband looked at the guy and advised we were still waiting. The guy had the audacity to ask when the car would be brought to us. My husband then advised the guy to ask the hotel staff. The hotel staff at the front desk said NOTHING! Once our car arrived, we pushed the caddy out with our items and loaded the car. I then asked my husband if he wanted me to return the caddy. He advised that would be best because he was extremely upset over the entire weekend. So, I pushed the caddy back but left it in the outer vestibule of the hotel lobby. We definitely weren’t going to take it directly to the self entitled rude guy. Two days later I saw another charge of $11.88 against our card. I called the hotel and reached the representative Jeff. I tried to asked him about the additional charge. Over talking me he said it was the city tax. Just RUDE!

I would highly recommend this hotel, I was there for an appointment to to Roswell.It is right next to Roswell and they will shuttle you where you want to go. I definitely would stay there again.

The staff. OMG they are super attentive and helpful. Offering suggestions to ensure I had the best info on options for enjoying my stay. They offered shuttle service if I needed. I just can’t say enough about the quality staff.

The staff was amazing and very friendly! They have shuttle service and the drivers are amazing! They need to update the rooms and deep clean carpets or replace but is nice for the price.

I don't know how Americans rate this hotel, but as a Canadian I'd suggest not to book the hotels like this, first of all when I booked the room it shoes the price $193 including tax and all other fees but when I checked my credit card they charged me $266,I don't know the reason, second is a headache with parking,they don't have inside the building you need to leave them your key , the parking takes your car to the parking lot on the other side of the street and you have to wait for your key, next time you need to take something from your car you need to leave your key ,parking guy drives your car to the front of the building you take your need and he takes the car back to the parking lot , overall the staffs are very friendly and breakfast is perfect

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Buffalo General. The staff was very helpful and answered all questions we had . They took care of our car and our belongings when we had to be at the hospital so early. Would stay again

FYI: it is valet parking (I got it free because I’m a silver member on hotels.com and there isn’t a pool).

No parking on site but they had valet parking for $22/ night.

The front desk personnel were very respectful and helpful in answering my questions. The valet was excellent.

The water was too hot in the early morning. It ranged from hot to boiling and on the last day of our stay we could not shower to travel as the water was unusable. It was pretty noisy in the hallways. You could hear constant movement in the days and flushing of toilets next door. Surprisingly there were no blackout curtains and the curtains were transparent. The sun came right through the windows in the days and there were workers on the rooftops.

The hotel was nice overall but the staff was absolutely the highlight. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Thank you so much for the stay!

There were so many spiders in our suite. We both hand the creepies from it. There were 2 in the kitchen sink when we arrived. At night i found one in the bedroom. The next night there were 3 in the bedroom. It was hard to sleep.

I had a very comfortable stay here! The staff was super friendly. They helped me with a shower chair. I booked the accessible room & it actually was very accessible. Especially the bathroom. I had no problems with my wheelchair in my room.The room was very clean! I was pleasantly surprised there was no heavy air or musk like most hotels I been in. Bathroom was spotless. The room its self was very comfortable. The bed was very cozy. My only complaint is the shower head seems to be very outdated & the pressure is not the best. Otherwise I had a great stay and I would stay again next year for the expo I attended!

No dining was really available and no bar, no entertainment, and the rooms are old and smell moldy.

Not a bad place overall. Perfect if you need to stay close to the medical centers downtown. Biggest complaints I guess were my higher expectations of what seems to be a nice hotel...very small bathroom (door opens 1 inch from toilet so you have to maneuver to get in), can't sign in to streaming services (even most lower end hotels have this), not the friendliest front desk staff, parking is 2 blocks away in garage or $22 valet parking.

Very friendly staff and spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable. It was nice they offered breakfast since the restaurant was closed. The location worked well for us since we don't mind walking and it was a short drive to Niagara Falls. I would stay here again.

Kindness and customer service throughout our stay. Excellent free shuttle service (kudos to our driver - a Russian gentleman who has just recently started with Wyndham). Valet was excellent - breakfast fresh. No complaints!

The daily breakfast was pretty decent and our stay qualified for free valet service, which saved us time and was hassle-free.

The hotel had four televisions in the dining area and common areas. The televisions were set on Fox News and ESPN stations with no access to change to more moderate stations. The television provided propaganda all day and evening. I felt like the hotel was a vehicle for very conservative views and disregarded the views of other guests. A steady flow of attacking people who disagree with republican views and policies.

Rooms very small; breakfast was better than average Staff very pleasant.

Doors to my room and people around us and bathroom were out of alignment. So we had to push/slam to open or close. Very noisy, rude and troublesome. Hotel was old, in scary area and food was cheap.

Need a better way to make sure the bedsheets are clean and that they smell like it too.

I got there and immediately the woman tried to charge me for parking then lied and told me it was going to be in front of the hotel instead of across the street in the hospital parking lot which patrons do not have access of going back and forth. Then one of the valets caused damage to my passenger seat with gum stuck to the leather seat. Didn’t even alert me. To top it off she charged my card an extra $50 after I told her parking is free for me. The charges didn’t come off my credit card until a week and a half later which is unusual. Overall the one night stay was meh. I was able to get the gum out but was super annoyed. NEVER AGAIN!

The overall condition of the property was average. The rooms were clean, but you can hear other guests and staff in rooms around you. The location was not ideal for downtown with very few options for restaurants. If you are a walker, you must bring your walking shoes.

Room clean and comfortable/ staff pleasant and informative. Quite convenient to the hospital which was the intended purpose of the visit. I’ve stayed in this hotel a few years ago and the quality and convenience and consistency are a welcomed benefit in a time when and where hospitality has declined.

This property is within a medical center/hospital area. They offer valet parking. They have complimentary breakfast however the set up looks temporary as in maybe they had or will open a restaurant/cafe. It was okay for the purpose of our trip which was to visit the Niagara Falls and do some sightseeing around Buffalo for a day.
