    I didn’t like that there were families with lots of kids living there. They were very loud and running and jumping around. I also got several crank calls on the hotel phone during the night disrupting my sleep. I was extremely disappointed!

    Absolutely perfect spot for an overnight. The staff was super helpful when we needed info about the Metro, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delish. The shuttle to the metro station was so helpful as was the staff member that checked us in. 10/10 recommend. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

    Price and clean Air conditioning was noiser than the engines on the 787 that I flew in from the uk on. It was not an acceptable level of noise. If I turned it off the temperature was very uncomfortable.

    There was a shuttle service to and from the metro station. Hot breakfast was served in the morning.But If you travel by car the hotel is not close to the highway. That was the only part we thought was little hard as we had to go back and forth to D.C.

    The parking was great. The hotel was quiet. The outside was well maintained. I did not try tye breakfast but I did have coffee and that was good. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The front desk was helpful and allowed us to sit in the lounge after we checked out for a while. We were waiting to go to the airport so it was helpful. The young man that checked us in was helpful and gave us a room on the 1st floor for medical reasons that we needed. We were in room 121 and it was clean. The only negative for me, was the bed was not that comfortable. The window was actually unlocked and open. The person before us probably opened it and never bothered to shut it. Overall the stay was great and the price was too! I would stay there again.

    It had one of the best full breakfast we have ever had the pleasure to experience! On different days they had omelets, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes ect... It was only about a 7-10 minute drive to JBA, MD. It was clean, smelled good and the their crew was super friendly and helpful !!

    absolutely rude and unwelcoming manager, I checkin pretty late, there was no parking at night, it was raining, the bellhop was broken, room floor was sticky, the staff was not accomodating, the request for 1 hour late checkout was promptly denied by kalpesh, extremely rude manager, will never recommend or visit this place again. the water bottles were not complimentary and charged 2 dollars per bottle, the breakfast has fruit flies and was very limited and not much options, absolutely not recommend.

    I did not use the shuttle, but I thought it was just for the metro station, not the airport. I would have used it if it could have dropped me off before 7am. Also fees I was actually charged were higher than what I signed off on, and was told was the total with fees/taxes. Nice facility otherwise, great location close to Metro.

    The hotel was ok. Unfortunately, there was a constant HUMMING NOISE which woke us up several times during the night. The a/c totally STOPPED working and the room was hot and uncomfortable. There is a resort fee, but NO resort amenities. Restaurants were ok. Food is pricey. Breakfast buffet isn't really worth the money. Bed is comfortable and location was great.

    The room's temperature was difficult to regulate. It appeared that even though the heat was on, the unit was blowing cold air. Guests during the stay were very loud without any consequences. During the last night of our stay, someone set the fire alarm off around 4am. The shuttle remained parked at the entrance during the entire partially blocking the main method to get to the parking lot. The food options were limited but that may have been due to the weekend.

    HORRIBLE!! Checked in- 11pm. Awaken by fire alarm-3:30am. A guest asked the woman behind the desk if we were okay. She rudely replied "you don't hear an alarm go off and you didn't hear me say evacuate, so you're okay". I said "excuse me, but is everything okay because we all certainly heard the alarm, which is why we're all out here at this hour in pajamas?". She rudely replied "everything is fine". 4:30am- we were awakened by her and a male loudly cursing and arguing with one another; the man called her several b****** and had his hand on what seemed to be something in his pocket. There was a young woman in the lobby with nightclothes on videotaping. The pleasant woman who checked us in was standing near the kitchen. She asked me to go back to my room while she tried to deescalate the situation. I informed her that this wasn't appropriate, we need to leave, and this woman was very rude an hour ago. I went back in my room. They argued for an hour. 6am- the rude woman knocked on my door and explained that she was arguing with the security guy because he got upset when she called for assistance with a man who was asleep on the stairs with matches; and there was a fight. She said he had his hand on his gun. I told her she was rude and the entire situation was scary and unacceptable and I was waiting for sunlight to leave. She was very apologetic. I would never stay again. It was terrifying!

    The Yogurt and the boiled eggs was wonderful for my Gluten Free diet. My only issue was the mattresses were not comfortable and really need replaced. The Square Medium Sofa Pillows really were not comfortable for sleeping. The bed linens were itchy and felt like very cheap feeling and not what I have ever had in the many years O hotel stays. Very poor quality.

    My bathroom was dirty. I called the front desk and first they told me, everyone was gone for the day. Then they send a lady up to clean the bathroom. I showed her the dirt all on the top of the toilet and around the side of the toilet. Also the tub was dirty. She cleaned and left. When I went in the bathroom the toilet was still dirty. I had to clean it myself. I was told that a manager would be in at 7am the next morning. I spoke to someone the next morning and they said, the manager wouldn't be in until Monday. No one ever called me back.

    The room was comfortable. The area was very quiet. There was enough parking, even for a sold out hotel, only 3 levels though. The free breakfast was simple but good enough. The only thing I didn't like was the toilet wasn't cleaned properly, under the seat, so it gave me doubt about the cleanliness of the room. I carry my own stuff so I cleaned it. Also the beds in my room seemed more double sized than queen size, which I paid extra for. A highlight for me was when I told the manager the bathtub was clogged and he sent maintenance up right away. He was almost done by the time we finished breakfast.

    reputable hotel. The elevator is slow and very noisy. The parking lot has litters everywhere. The bed itches and they should be checked for bed bugs and fleas. The price per day does not reflect the service rendered to the customer and there is a need to improve the quality of service. The front desk clerk during my morning check out does not deserve to be in the hotel. He was mad because I used a third party to get hotel.

    Our room was pretty clean, except the carpet had wet spots all over. I am pretty sure they spot cleaned it before we went in, it wasn’t just a little wet though, it was like stepping in a puddle every time. The beds are really hard and squeak with every little move. But the worse part is the wall are paper thin, you can hear everything and everyone. You can hear the bed squeak when the person in the next room rolls over, you can hear every time someone close to you goes to the bathroom, all night you can hear everything!!

    The hotel staf are ao friendly and welcoming the room on the other had was something else. When you walk in it smells old and musty the cleaning was terrible the chair in my room had so many stains on it I don't know why its still in there. And the stains on the toilet sent me through the roof.

    My stay was good. It would have been more comfortable had the carpet not appeared stained or unclean. An upgrade to a different flooring would be more sanitary and easier to maintain. The front of the sink cabinet also appeared unclean. It would be helpful to have a soap dispenser at the sink and a towel bar(s). One hook would not be suitable for more than 1 person. By the way, a bedside clock is still my preference, as opposed to my cell phone.

    We have stayed at other country inn & suites. Overall, we like this chain of hotel stays. There is a certain home-like feel and you hotel neighbors are usually great people to run into. Many of country inn & suites usually serve a delicious hot breakfast as well with a lot of breakfast combinations to choose from. The staff are very personable and helpful in making your hotel stay feel a little bit like home.     Cleaning crew should pay attention to the walls, especially in the bathroom, elevator makes loud noise at the third floor, toilet was running water at night. I left my jacket and pants in the closet, called the hotel at 3 pm same day we checked out but the person who picked up the phone told me that cleaning crew didn’t find anything.

    There was a hotel van parked long term at the check in entrance in the space where guests should normally park when checking in. This caused me to park behind it and not be able to shelter from the rain like guests should be able to do. After check in when time to bring my baggage in, no place to get the baggage cart off the sidewalk again causing me to walk out to my car and back to the cart making several trips in the rain. Once checked in and asleep I was awakened by the strong smell of marijuana. Strong enough that it woke me up. Called the front desk to make sure this was a non smoking hotel. Staff assured me it was confirmed that it was. When I told them about the smell they said they would see what they could do. Smell was there for hours and I couldn’t sleep well because of it.
