Upon my arrival the desk clerk had stepped out but returned quickly. At first he couldnt find my reservation but after I provided the confirmation number he was able to find it. Checking in my room was easy I found it with no problem and the room was clean. I only stayed one night so things were good up about 1220p the next day. The housekeeper knocked on the door and asked about checkout o provided the information about my checkout was not until 1p. She quickly responded no no checkout at 1 we have no 1pncheckout time it's 11, 1130, 12, 1230 no 1p checkout. She was very rude and disrespectful as I again explained that I was given a 1p checkout. At this point I was aggravated and said ok no problem let me get my stuff and I will leave. She asked how long I said give me 10mins to get my stuff and get out, at this point I'm thinking maybe I read the checkout time wrong. The housekeeper says something that I couldn't understand except police and I looked at her and said excuse me did you say police she said si police and she then starts calling someone and walks away with her cart still in front of the door. I gathered all my belongs or at least I thought I did and left. A little bit later I found my request for the 1p checkout and was like I knew it was for 1p and that housekeeper was very wrong in her actions. I also discovered that Ieft my phone cord and charger in the room but I was so upset that I didn't return to retrieve them. The staff should be better trained and they need to UNDERSTAND what people are saying to them, this was definitely not my best stay there. ^^^^° read above

The clerk was not friendly. The first room had a haïr on the bath room faucet. It also smelled funnny. I went back to the clerk and she was not friendly. She gave me the key to another room and she said that was the last room she had. The room had bedside lamps that did not work. I called and told her about the lamps but I told her we would stay in the room and her attitude was a little better. I paid $115 for this room . Too much money. No iron in the room.

The room was extremely dirty and got sick on the first night. Booked for 2 night, i left after 1 night with irritated skin.

Blood all over one mattress under the covers/sheets. Cockroach carcasses under both beds. Smelled like cockroaches if you ever had a place that had cockroaches. Everything looked gross, pictures don't represent room. Staff was nice, and honestly I noticed the reviews on here already and considering I didn't see any live cockroaches until the last night I didn't ask for another room cause according to other tenants it's all that way. There was a broken down car with a shirtless dude and woman living in it outside by an abandoned what looked to be a grey dumpster and or trailer. There's plenty of hotels on that street, pick another one. Would not do the days inn in front either because buildings are connected somewhat. Didn't bother trying the free breakfast, didn't trust it. Only used the place to sleep and shower in between the vans Warped tour festival. Kept all my belongings in my car while I was there so I didn't bring bugs home. But... For the purpose of it being cheap and in a pinch it was a place to sleep.

Never stayed because they denied me a room for no reason and I’m trying to get my refund but they said the manager isn’t there and would have to go thru hotels.com to get my money back!!!

The mini fridge froze everything and there was no dial to turn it down. Somehow our room card deactivated. And honestly, the breakfast options were pathetic, packaged small danish, or muffin with coffee, tea or juice.

Convenient place for my driver to stay the night while out on the road. Clean and quiet

It was an older place. There were cigarette holes in the covers, no batteries in the remote control or light bulbs in the one lamp, a clump of hair in the bathroom floor and the bathroom door was flimsy and had a hole in it.

This hotel is HORRIBLE! Roaches crawling around everywhere, people smoking weed st the door, horrible breakfast, dirty rooms.I tried to cancel this IMMEDIATELY but couldn’t. I would never EVER stay or recommend this place!!

I booked non-smoking room. I received room #270 with horrendous scent of smoke. Blankets had multiple burnt holes in them. Went back to check-in office to request different room. Clerk told me that all rooms are booked. I requested refund; clerk told me that only manager can initiate refunds but manager wasn’t there that evening. He also guaranteed me that room #270 was non-smoking. The next morning went to breakfast that was included with the stay. Breakfast was in Days Inn across the parking lot. All they had was muffins, warm (not hot) coffee, sugar and orange juice. Avoid this place if you can.

The service was low-quality and the employees have a hard time communicating with customers because they don’t understand the language and have difficulty understanding the language as a result missing information. Sometimes it good experiences but could be better with better communication skills.

Horrible..had to keep calling and banging on the front window for about 15 minutes to get checked in. Room was freezing and rhe heat did not work at all. Will not be back

The windows were open/clear and passerby could see everything from outside. Won’t recommend for a vacation or a long stay.

Bathroom door had holes in there, the ceiling was pilling. The heat didn’t work couldn’t have visitors and it only be two people in the room apparently

There missing smoke detector, hair dryer, iron, and outlets had no cover, mold on the ceiling. Holes in the wall, breakfast was a nut muffin. Allergic to nuts and how do you call this breakfast? How can you charge so much for such a hotel as this?

My stay was the absolute worst. The service was horrible. The condition of the room was absolutely awful. There were so many roaches crawling on the counter, tub and walls. It was purely disgusting. There was also mold in the bathroom. The room was hazardous as well with an entire outlet completely hanging out of the wall while there was still something plugged into it. My fiancé was awoken to a roach falling on him while we were asleep. I was very disturbed and would honestly like a full refund.

Comfortable bed, didn’t have a hair dryer in case that’s any help but that’s not a deal breaker!

Checked in around 12 in the night with 2 kids. smoking smell was all over the room. when i complained , they said i am mistaken as it is a non-smoking room. could give me another room as apparently all are booked. Fused out electrical sockets thus unsafe, holes in blanket, sheet, matteress protector, bathroom curtain. AC was very bery producing 63 dB sound at night. No breakfast available as mentioned in booking.

Good place for stay

If you’re on a budget, this cheap motel is perfect for one maybe two nights. The room wasn’t that clean at all. All towels are in horrible condition. The sofa is just disgusting and needs complete cleaning. The cockroaches are everywhere in room 116, looks like they never did sanitation properly. There’s no hairdryer and iron. ☹️

It smelled like cigarettes all the time and the included breakfast had nothing to eat.

We checked in and went into our room to be immediately faced by 4 cockroaches and stained blankets and walls. We returned to the front desk staff and were stared at blankly when we shared our findings. We were moved to a different, which was in even worse condition. Upon finding this we returned to the front and checked out after only being there 30 minutes, if that.

We were there for one night while we were in town for a Nationals game. The guests around us were loud---screaming at 630am. There were bugs in our room (not bed bugs) and there was black mold in the shower on the ceiling. The bathroom door handle was broken. The bed was fine. Not worth the $93 I paid for the night.

Roaches are heavy in some rooms. My room my last visit was over run with roaches big and small

No Lghts Expecting a Full Refund

There was hair in the bed under the pillow and a emoty water bottle in the bathroom. If you need some shelter and it's last minute this place is...a last resort.

I wanted a quiet clean place for sleeping between conferences. It worked out very well.

The place looks dirty and unsafe. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude from the start. There were other poeple arguing We had to leave without staying.

ROACH INFESTED!!! Staff are very rude. Facility is old and ran down. Floor boards peeling up. Obvious lack of cleaning. Save yourself time and just book elsewhere. I checked and checked back out in less than 30 minutes.

No breakfast, went to check in at 3pm and was told check in at 4pm. Room was kinda clean, something smeared on the wall next to the bed it looked like fecal matter. Everytime you sit on the bed it sounds like you rang a large drum.

I didn't like the fact the it waa roaches in the unit and the heat did not work. I also didn't like the bathroom fan it was ao noise and loud.

There was one very unique thing about this property and it was that the rooms were infested with roaches they were everywhere coming out of the sink out of the vent and even out from behind the picture frames on the wall. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all do not waste your money on this place we left immediately and they still had the audacity to charge us for 1 night even though we left as fast as we entered the room

Worst experience ever. It was late we were tired. Found hotel in app paid for it went to front desk waited like 10 minutes for guy to show up. Gave us room on first floor. Finally get to room key doesn’t work. Go back to office wait again because clerk wasn’t there. Gives me new key to different room second floor. We get to that room,, put our stuff down. I Goto plug phone charger in wall by night stand. I pull blanket from bed to gain access to plug since there was nothing to pile into on top. I find three or four baby roaches running on bed frame. I grabbed my stuff and left told clerk we weren’t staying and we would like a refund. Told me to call you guys for refund

This hotel is HORRIBLE!!!! Upon arrival, I instantly asked for my money back. Hotel is filled with roaches. The pictures do NOT reflect what the rooms actually look like. Roaches were in the beds the shower the furniture. When I informed front desk he gave me another room and it too was filled roaches.

Dirty rooms rooms for roaches in the bathroom tubs look like they haven't been cleaned in days and they don't say they were clean.

The first room they put us in had roaches on the bed and walls the second room also had roaches up all night killing roaches the staff gave us a can of roach spray to help it did not help

Even a non smoking room was smelly. Comforter had a mark of cigarette. Unsafe for family with kids. I didn’t stayed as I found many surprise when checking the room.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. There were roaches and garbage in the dresser draws. No facial tissue. 1 hanger. holes in the blankets and curtins. Plaster and damage on walls. bed was noisy on a old metal platform. Super breakfast were old wrapped muffins and coffee. Gym closed. Air conditioner noisy and moldy. Outside of hotel had garbage everywhere. Guy at front desk was not helpful. Will never stay at a Super 8 again, Night stand had no bottom to the draw

This place looked good upon arrival but up on arrival it was very disappointing mold in bathroom and roaches table between beds was broke

I ended up canceling with the front desk clerk and going to another hotel in the city. I am requesting a refund. The room that was given to me was supposed to be non smoking and it reeked of smoke. The second room given to me had roaches all over the place. I can provide pictures of the beds that were in terrible shape. I would like for someone from Expedia to refund me my money since I ended up staying somewhere else. Please contact me so that I can file a formal request for refund. I also can gie you the receipts from my going to the Fairfeld Hotel in Washington DC and spending $200 because fo the very bad condition at the Wyndam. I've stayed at Wyndam hotels before and I will never ever go to any Wyndam again after that. Please have someone contact me. my number is 202 360 3685 so I can request my refund.

OMG the entire hotel is infected with cockroaches. You see they walking everywhere on the room. On top of the bed. OMG is very nasty. I couldn't sleep. The blankets and pillows are so nasty 😩. Really bad experiences. For 20 dollars more you sleep in a better place

Multiple issues. Fridge hot, no microwave, multiple like an infestation of roaches. No way anybody should be staying here. Needs a deep, deep clean on literally everything. Holes in the wall. Everything was just gross.

They advertised "breakfast included". I searched and chose this property by this filter. I feel they owe me four breakfast because they failed produce as advertised. They should not be allowed to deceive.

The young lady was kind,all night until 4am fighting, yelling, slamming doors,air conditioner broke, cockroaches in refrigerator,in tub,on counter where you brush teeth, on ceiling,walls.I left at 4:15pm on5/7/23 I was supposed to leave on 5/8/23 the guy at the desk would not give me a partial refund STAY AWAY!! Why do you Expedia have them on your page they are terrible I thought you cared about your customers.

Remember it will checkin time as 3 PM while booking, when you enter into the hotel you will get a surprise with 4PM checkin time. Room type shows as non smoking, but it will smell like anything. Breakfast shows as complementary and the morning when you go there they will surprise you again saying today no breakfast due to some delivery issues. Worst part is the reception team response which is also horrible. They simply said like they informed Wyndham about it. Remember this hotel also comes under DaysIn.

Super 8 room has roaches and staffs are not kind.

The front desk receptionists were horrible to speak to during the check-in process. I had booked a king non-smoking but they argued aggressively that their system shows king smoking. Never even in my history of Expedia bookings, have I ever reserved a smoking room as we are non-smokers. After much argument, they give me a non-smoking double room, which was inconvenient as we are a family of three with a toddler. At the time of check-in, the receptionist told that she has put a note to transfer us to a king non-smoking the next day but that never happened either. The toilet did not flush and we had to use gas station toilets early in the morning. The sheets were super dirty with cigarette burns. Overall, a horrendous experience, and I am not going to book any Super 8's in future.

I did not intend to kill bugs all night. The noise from the rm besides us was noisy and someone kept hitting our door.

I killed 3 roaches in my room and saw at least 2 more crawling on the walls. My refrigerator was broken and my tv had no remote.

The Rm was dirty and roaches was everywhere. I had to get a can of spray to control the roaches. Asked for another rm and they said they were sold out. Just waste of money and time. They really need better staffing to clean the rms.

Stayed here on sept. 14 to sept 15. I got sick from the cigarettes scent. Blankets are burnt, sheets reek of cigarettes. My sinus hurts and my throat hurts now.Would not recommend.they have bedbugs. Cheap stay but youll get sick.

Absolutely nothing. I guess you pay for what you get. The room was still dirty and it smelled. You pay that amount of money to get jacked up rm...The refrigerator had two bananas that was left in there for a long time and the freezer hasnt been clean at all. The cover had ashes on it like staff just changed the bed sheets and left the top sheet on. Just horrible

The non smoking room requested felt like a smoking room. The receptionist helped in changing to another room but that was equally bad. It was late in the night I accepted it.

Where should I start off at, I paid $374.60 for 4 nights and this is the WORST hotel to stay in. My room was on the 2nd floor in the back and I was so excited and once I got in the room smelled like 🚬 which was ridiculous walking into the room I saw a roaches on the wall now I was mad at this point (not to mention I’m allergic to roaches) I killed about 9 roaches with the 4 days that I was there, the walls was nasty like they didn’t repaint it, there was holes on the walls the couch was dirty and nasty. The sheets were nasty like they didn’t change them. I wouldn’t recommend you not to go here, and they should seriously be ashamed of their self, they should have a policy if you don’t like your room and don’t want to stay they should refund you cause nobody needs to spend their weekend in a hotel like this when your paying for a clean nice and comfortable room. The mirror was dirty I couldn’t even take nice pictures. So I wouldn’t be staying at this hotel no more and they seriously need to get that whole hotel redone over and make it better and needs to be supplied with more bed sheets a new couch and get those roaches out of there.

The property was horrible. I did not stay. The check in time that was listed on my itinerary was incorrect. It stated 3pm instead of 4pm and I had no where to wait for an hour so I cancelled my reservation. I will never stay or make a reservation at that Super 8 again.

Its my only bank and if my boyfriend hadn't been there I would have had to walk in the rain to find an atm and I had no vehicle at 130am in the morning. Pros: Bed was comfortable Spacious and quiet Convenient location to a shopping area. Cons outweighed the pros however!! The room offered very few amenities. Not even a coffee machine or microwave in the room. The room we stayed in had a cockroach we found morning of checkout; and housekeeping does not clean walls or bathroom floor I think. There were a pile of cigarette ashes and dust in the corner. Our AC was also not working properly. Very low setting even on high. Disappointed in the experience overall. However, keep in mind you get what you pay for. The price was very good for the nights I booked and if you want something cheap I'd say book it, but it is unlikely I will stay in this location again due to service, cleanliness and lack thereof.

Came in town from TX a day early and couldn't check-in my hotel bc they didn't have anything available. The place wasn't cleaned well and ppl were fighting in the middle of the night. The guy at the front desk was nasty and refused to give me a room on the ground level so I can see my car bc my work stuff was in the car...he told me to take it inside which was way too much to bring in. I had to buy 2 comforters to put on the beds so we didn't sleep in their bed bc it didnt look clean...had stains and cigarette burns. Anyway, I was very dissatisfied and if I didn't drive from TX I would have never stayed.

Super 8 in Suitland Maryland service was horrible and the room was stinking with a swarm of roaches coming from everywhere and then they wouldn’t give me my money back even when they didn’t have no more rooms to switch me.

I have used many times hotels like this one. This is the best I know.
