    I which i can give this place a negative 💯. Very terrible place to go. I wonder how/why this place is still in business. It looks like if care is not taking people can be adopted in this terrible place. Please DO NOT go here no matter how cheap the price appears! It a trip. Safe yourself by adding few dollars to your money for much better place. Be warned!!!

    It was close to my event venue. I didn't like that there were roaches very visible soon after we walked in the room. The bathroom sink and toilet were clogged. We had to get a plunger and unclog them in order to use them. When I told the Conceriege, she said she would put in a work order. This is truly unacceptable. To all the Military who serve and protect our great U.S.A. , it is a disservice.

    2. Rooms are only cleaned bi-weekly. 3. Room only come with 2 bath towels if you need to change them out before you stsy endeds you either wash them your self in the their laundry room you have to pay for it or you can pay $10 to get new towels everyday day but that dont have enough towels to go around. 4. You can hear everyone and everything all hours of the day. 5. You have to deal with bath room ceilings leaking through vent from room about you. 6. Your door lock may not work properly, was in room 319 key card didnt not work on door to room but work on all other doors, management was the only one able to unlock the door us the whole 10 day stay we were there.

    everything in premises are not recommended for travelers, looks most of guests are temporary resident. Even there is no hair dryer in bathroom, so I cancel one night and moved. hotel staff are helpful to cancel, and also late chekcin in 2am in the morning.

    The fridge leaked on the first day, and because it’s tightly fitted against the wall, we had to clean it ourselves. The fridge container door was already broken when we arrived. Floors were not properly cleaned; the area under the bed still had debris that needed to be swept. We unfortunately had to use DoorDash for most meals and left 3 bags of trash (checked in the morning for room service staff, but didn’t see anyone). Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3/10—only because parking is available and there are convenience stores nearby. If you stay here, make sure to take photos, as refunds may not be given.

    The staff was nice After checking in and settling into the room I found at total of 9 dead roaches which the last one I found was when I got up to use the bathroom came back moved a pillow it was on it back already dead idk how it got there because there was nothing in the bed when I laid down.. the smoking room smelled so bad from cigarettes I had to spray it with my body spray just so I could breath later I had to keep a window open. I went to tell the front desk about the roach I found dead and the lady had the nerve to say this is why ask you to do a walk through she said even though you just found them.. yea that is crazy the blended in with the floor and they all where on their backs she brushed it off like it was normal(i thought I booked for two nights but I didn’t ) she asked if I was extending my stay which meant paying more money again and this surprise $100 deposit I fount out about when I got there I told her no and went got my stuff went to my friends room down stairs I left that night needles to say it was not a good stay!!

    We refused to stay at this location, Marijuana use everywhere even by staff while checking in, looked at the room, disgusting, broken everything, hair on the bed, blood on the floor, I walked out. This place should be condemned. You'll do yourself a favor and not advertise this in the future, poor representation of any business. Drug, crack hotel for short term low life's, disgustingly filthy.

    While I was not in there and banging so hard on the door and scare my mother because either she pays or will call the police and kick her out of the room. They never contacted my prior to that and they decided to do that on their free time when they all in there. I could of lost my mother that day because of what they did and when I spoke to Shedina about the situation, she never took any accountability or any responsibility to what her and her coworkers did!!!!!! That beside the room is so nasty roaches everywhere, the bed has a blood stain on it, and the AC cover is apart that could fall down on anyone. I emailed the general manager Shadina 3 times with my issues and pictures that proofs everything I’m saying but she never responded back to me. And also the card that I gave it to them they did 2 transactions without my consent and I found out when I was checking my bank account online. Each transaction was more than $1000 so I closed my card The entire place is not even worth anything so don't waste your time going in there👌

    People hung out all the time outside after a certain time. The trash was overflowing in the dumpsters. A lot of roaches inside and outside the room. Don't air conditioner was disgusting. The room is not a as it is pictured The pictures that you see online is from their sister location the eyes on the stove take a long time to heat up and they're so close to the wall that you can only really use one eye

    My family and I originally planned to stay at this location for a week, but we had to cut our trip short after just a few days due to unacceptable conditions. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the room was not clean. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies and clean the space myself — not something anyone expects to do after checking into a hotel. Even worse, shortly after settling in, we discovered bugs crawling around the room, especially near the air conditioning unit and kitchen area. I spent nights staying awake just to kill bugs and make sure they didn’t crawl on my wife or daughter. Needless to say, I got no rest or peace during our stay. When we decided to check out early due to these issues, we were told we would not be refunded for the remaining days. This was incredibly frustrating given the poor quality and distressing conditions we experienced. I do not recommend staying here unless cleanliness and peace of mind are not priorities for you. I hope management takes these issues seriously moving forward.

    The general manager was nice but after the property manager got fired the new girl was totally unprofessional!!! She was very disrespectful and have no respect for elders as well as didn’t honor my reservation and lied first saying it was sold out not knowing that I had already booked my room in advance. She don’t wear uniforms like the other employees and says she puts people out for no reason because she feels like it. The place was ok but have some issues but wasn’t too bad for the stay. If you stay there just be mindful.

    The hotel is extended stay so there are people who might be living there. The room is very simple but well kept. I’ve stayed maybe four times as it is convenient for work and they have decent prices. The front door staff are friendly and helpful. The number one issue is roaches. I always see a few. It really bothers me and I’m trying to find an alternative place to stay. The location is great for fast food and convenience stores.

    I checked in on Sunday 8/30 and had to abruptly check out on Thursday 10/5 due to someone in management/front desk giving my room# and keycard to my estranged husband. I was very upset, scared and felt violated. I am deciding on a civil suit at this time because my life was put in danger, I was not notified or contacted in any way. I am now in hiding again. I have not been contacted in reference to this matter, I have not received any kind of refund or compensation. If you are looking for privacy, peace and safety DO NOT STAY HERE!

    Upon arriving to my room, I could not prepare myself for the what I was about to SEE! In the history of staying in hotels I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING MORE DISTURBING! When I walked in the room there was stuff ALL OVER THE WALLS that appeared as if food/blood, & sticky liquid.the bed was detached from the head board, there was sticky stuff ALL OVER THE FLOORS, no linen. Toilet seat up upon arrival , dead roach on the bathroom floor, refrigerator SEVERELY RUSTED, hair on the bed that had absolutely no linen. If I could attach the pictures I would. Indescribable to say the least. You can tell THIS PLACE is poorly and badly managed the employees, are doing what they want to do and not to mention UNPROFESSIONAL!! Totally shocked! OF COURSE I LEFT! AWFUL

    Elevator needs updating. Walking up and downstairs to and from the 4th floor is not great. Room card scanner broken so front desk had to let you in your room if you left out for anything. Other than that it served it's purpose

    They had roaches so bad i had to tape up my box that i had there so nothing could enter, my fiancé woke up to a roach on her arm crawling, my son found roaches crawling over his bed, right above his head, the carpet smelled so urine, cheesy, smell like feet as if it was filled with a bunch of sweat & animal urine. i had to check out a day early, i couldn’t take it anymore. the rooms are NOTHING like the pictures present online.     Carpet was dirty can’t walk around with out any shoes on, the door is hard to close have to close it with full force, Too noisy, Towels and bed sheets had stains on them.     My family and I arrived and I walked in to check in while my husband, dog and 2 children remained outside. When I went to check in the clerk asked me if he could show me the room before we completed the transaction. The room hadn’t even been vacuumed. There were hair rubber bands all over the dirty floor. Beds were thrown together. The gentleman apologized and stated that he only had one housekeep. The room he wanted me in was missing pillow cases. He then showed me that room. The queen sheets and a visible dirty central yellow stain and the room was again not clean. I went out to discuss with my husband, who informed me that he had witnessed what looked to be prostitution being dropped off and going in. The hotel reeked of marijuana as well. The clerk was friendly and offered me a refund. Then stated because I had reserved it on hotels.com, I would have to go through them. Unfortunately when hotels.com reached out they were hung up on and then a formal email to the manager denied us the refund. I’m sickened by such fraud when your hotel was blatantly in the wrong.

    It was horrible… I feel bad for the people that stay there in a full time basis. No hot water, sticky carpet, sheets were not clean, the hallways and room smelled bad. Killed cockroach in the bathroom; hole in door and broken furniture.

    The staff was friendly and helpful. There are so many rooms infested with roaches. Roaches were everywhere, the walls, the table, the bathroom, the floor, etc. Checked in late, then was up all night killing roaches. So many roaches in the hotel, big roaches, small roaches and pregnant roaches.

    We were unable to check in and had to book a completely different hotel last minute in another state. I completely expect a full refund for the inconvenience of running to other hotels in the family of hotels and being told that they are over booked despite having the reservation well in advance by a couple of months. An extremely disappointing experience!

    I called to make sure that the room I wanted was available before reserving. On the day that I was supposed to check in a lady from the hotel called to tell me at the last minute that the room was not available, instead of just telling me that they gave my room away to someone else. Everytime that I ever went to this place there is always something with them.

    Went to check in and they had no clean room told me to come back next day after I already paid on Expedia for the room but they extended my stay a extra day to accommodate the problem. Wasn’t expecting a 4 star but it served its purpose. I would stay again.

    Upon arrival they didnt give us a non smoking as we reserved well in advance, so we had a smoking room that smelled very old. The wall outlets were cracked. Their was stains on the walls and ceilings. The outdated TV didnt work properly and had to ask the front desk to help turn it on for us. The security latch was broken.. Their was a sharp screw sticking out. Also their was very loud guests next door they were screaming and fighting for several nights waking us up in the middle of the night. Staff didnt seem to care to monitor anything.

    Horrible stay, I saw roaches, bathroom wasn’t clean I was afraid to take my clothes off to sleep in the bed. Staffs wasn’t professional at all. I’d never stay here again. It was almost like a priced homeless shelter with extra vacant rooms for guest.

    If you like a place with dirty floors on arrival, this place is for you. If you like a place with pot smells in hallways and stairwells, this place is for you. If you like the sound of Drag Strip Racing due to the nearby highway on ramp, this place is for you. If you like listening to your neighbor yelling between 11pm and 2am, this place is for you. We were charged an extra $10 laundry fee for bringing them our soiled sheets, that were dirty on arrival. The cooktop was so built up with burnt on food, that we needed to scrub it for an hour in order to use it. We were there for 2 full weeks before any room cleaning was done or towels changed. We will not return.

    When we got there the receptionist informed us that there were no more single-bed rooms, though it stated there was 1 more left when we booked it. However, she accommodated us by giving us a double-bed room for the same rate. Biggest issue we had was the smell of the hallways. It smelled like mildew water.

    The room I had was terrible. Everything was broken. The alarm clock, the telephone, knobs on the shower etc.. The mattresses on the beds kept sliding. Mildew smell in the entire room. I was truly disgusted. I told the front desk person to switch my room, and she apologized about the conditions of the room, and was going to switch rooms for me. But I had to leave out to make visiting hours at the hospital, my sister n law is dieing from 3 forms of cancer. So we rerurned back at 9pm, by that time i was too tired to move rooms. So i just delt with the room I was in. Everytime i come to DC, i stay at this hotel. This was the first time I've been disappointed. I will not be staying at Woodspring Suites any longer.

    The worst … 1 star hotel and that’s being generous. Check in took almost 30 mins no employee at the desk, called hotel 800 number no answer. The room was dirty looking, carpet dirty, blinds broken, dresser (didn’t use) visibly broken. Total waste of time and money they have a strict no refund policy they make u sign at check in and I see why, I left after abt an hour I will sleep in the car before I go here again

    The hotel looks great on the outside & inside community spaces. However, the room had roaches, the refrigerator did not work and the room had a musty smell. The floor were dirty with stains & the door did not fully close without a firm push. Overall, I felt safe with my short stay. Dispite not being in the best neighborhood & other hotel patrons hanging outside the back door of the hotel.
