Booked a non smoking room but it was definitely smoked in. Ash trays on both sides of the bed. Wobbly desks and chairs. Shower curtain had red marks (not sure if it was blood residue or not), it was torn in multiple places. My clothes smelt like smoke for days even though I checked out same day. Pillows were not bed pillows but looked like couch decor pillows. Im still trying to get my refund but it is a NIGHTMARE!

Yes, the National Park is close by along with spots and places where you can go to have a great time. But once I got there to check-in at Rodeway the young last had did everything and I was about to get assigned and room and I tell her it's a Gift Card but she was not hearing that and no this is not her fault it's the company's fault because in this real world we live in not everybody has a bank account and or card let alone one with a damn chip in it like only banks have those so with all that being done I was not able to check into the room like I had planned to do I had the money but you all are just against gift cards and bank cards which has chips in them, Come on though y'all let's make it make some sense please and thank you.

The breakfast was fine minutes the Waffle which is the main reason why I love going to these hotels especially da ones that offer #ContinentalBreakfast which is a major plus in my books always and forever. If its broken you all make the money buy a new one or get it replaced and let's get back to what the customers love and like that keeps us coming back. And get them heaters fixed I needed some heat one nite it was freezin in that room #122 Only reason I ain't go and complain or get my room switched was because I was already tired and just ready to lay down and rest but the heat does not work at all in that room and I ran it just to make sure and at 90 it still blew out cold air which I wasn't looking for at all. Other than those two things this will always b part of my #FaveSpots

Bed was very basic and stiff. Fan was very loud. Complimentary breakfast looked like it would make me sick so we skipped.

Constant drug use and unsafe to just take your son to a baseball game.

The sheets are dingy and filled with holes and the towels are all stained - even the new clean ones from the house keepers.

Reminds you of a hotel from a low budget 80s movie it smelled of mildew and I’m 100% sure the place had bedbugs me and my wife did not stay

Cancelled my reservation and did not give me any notice!! I was left stranded and no where to stay!

At first I was upset of wifi not covering my room and then I reported to reception talked to manager. Then they got me a better room. I found it amazing in total especially its breakfast. I appreciate the hotel manager and the receptionist. They are great in their job.

It was an easy smooth check in and I’m so glad about that. I wanted to use the laundry services you all offer so the young lady said that the machines where not workin so I had to reserve in order to save myself so I get it I wish they had there old rewards program I so liked at program so much better tbh. As a matter of fact once h get him along 2 do his part and things like dat let’s just say babie boi it’s all of u 4 me tbh boo boo. Chile 4 now!

Towels you could see through, no trash can in room, extremely noisy, would not recommend. Disappointed.

My stay was from the 16-21st when I arrived the front counter clerk did not look happy at all. I gave my information and was told my room was a smoking room when I said even though I booked a non smoking wood on the website we stated that all Rodeway rooms are now non smoking and I’m letting you know because I do t want know problems were his word So I agreed just to be done. I was also told room service would accur everyday and I must let them service the room. Well extremely long story short I went to the front desk almost everyday for fresh towels and toilet paper because room service never came to my room despite me requesting it everyday. The bed sheets and cuttin had blood stains on them. The pillows where cheap they had a filler that you obviously should not wash and what’s twisted and hard as a rock. The microwave did not work correctly there was a hole in the microwave plate and burned any cup placed inside. The shower hot water would run out after 10 minutes. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. If it was for the fact of my daughter having a stroke which was the reason for my trip I would have cancelled my room and gone to another hotel but I was more worried about my daughter’s health. Avoid this place at all cost I will never be visiting this or any Rodeway again.

Extremely dirty, heater in room was completely broken. Didn’t work. Had to switch rooms multiple times and couldn’t get working keycards. Ultimately left and went to another hotel.

I was going up to Maryland from Texas for my Mother's funeral. I'm a smoker so a smoking room was a must. The room had a lot of history in it! The WiFi seemed to be shared with a neighbor hotel link. Bathroom was clean and even a spare roll of toilet paper!

It was one of the worse hotels I've ever stayed in. Room was unclean, in poor condition, towel and bedding was dirty, bed uncomfortable. Asked for non smoking and got a room that smells of cigarettes.

I loved it always as painless as possible I checked in got my key went 2 my room and chilled. The TV in the room would not come on for me but other than that the stay was great I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

This location needs to be sprayed with pesticide severely. There’s an infestation of roaches and I didn’t know this before hand. The roaches were coming out of the walls, fridge, cabinets, ceilings, bathroom. It was a true nightmare. The staff was kind enough to switch my room but there were roaches there too. The cleanliness of the place was terrible. Unwashed bed sheets, chipped painting on the walls, just unpresentable. I wanted a refund but they couldn’t issue it to me due to policy reasonings. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Did not even stay one night. First room the sheets had holes and stains, the AC didn't work. There were holes throughout the walls. Asked for a different room. The next room was filled with cockroachs crawling everywhere, smelled terrible. Hopefully will get refund since we had to move to another hotel. Definitely not safe for a family.

It was a good stay.

Went there because for some reason a lot of the hotels were booked up, and it was my husband's birthday weekend and wanted a private stay away from home and kids, the place was the worst place we have ever stayed! It was awful the room smelled like someone had just finished smoking a blunt and rolled out. The room was clean but a small box and contained the smallest microwave I have ever seen, the blanket on the bed had burn holes, roaches came out, some random dude knocked on our room door and it had no phone no clock and a few available channels of dish cable TV we tried to make due since I paid my money but when we saw the roach near the bed on the that was it we ended up leaving in the middle of the night with no refund it was horrible don't stay there if you can afford otherwise. I saw the photos and just thought it was low budget but never thought a hotel/motel could be that horrible. There was even a lampshade missing and could only find 1 available socket to plug a cell phone. Basically I wish I could've gotten my money back at least some of it, cause it was the poor condition and roaches that ran me out getting that place was a total mistake.

i am giving 1 star because No less than 1 star option. not safe, not clean. somebody knock door at 6 am many times. no security. they doesn’t deserve any dollars.

Arrived to find dirty sheets on the king bed - hair, horrible stains, holes, burn marks - as bad as you can imagine. Asked for clean sheets, but they could not provide any. They were nice enough when we said we'd like to just cancel and leave, but they could not provide any printouts because "our printer isn't working". I'm still fighting the charges on my cc made by Expedia, but I'm hoping our bank will honor the chargeback. This place was filthy, and Expedia sucks.

I was place in an non smoking room twice and the room was fill with smoke odor and mold. Walls had crack snd paint peeling off the wall. They dod give me mu money back, HORRIBLE PLACE. Run, beware!!

No heat and Bugs

The first room that i was assigned to didnt have any heat. The second room i was assigned to room no. 126 had a roach infestation. I got there about 9pm and checked out at 12 midnight.

There was absolute no heat in the room . We were given another room that was absolute same w no heat . The hallway was 10 times warmer than the room .

Great location directly across from Andrews AFB. Plenty of stores, restaurants and public transportation nearby. My only gripe is that the heater in my room was subpar, so I asked to be switched to another room, which they did, but I still was a little cold. I ended up buying one of those portable heaters from Target to make my room warmer.

Staff member (Dior) was very friendly, helpful, and thorough. Previously broken towel rack, fell off the wall (thankfully did not hit anyone). She ensured it was fixed that day. However, when we returned to the room that evening, house keeping had not come to our room. We had to go to the office for clean towels and trash was overflowing. Also, when we got to the room the first day, had to ask for additional towels (there were towels for two people; there were four people registered for that room). Saw a bug in the bathroom; most likely if there was one, there were more. The property was worn and rundown (for example, outside doors did not close properly). The bed spreads/covers had stains, the pillows were half size/small, and the sheets were very wrinkled. Did not get answers when tried to call the office from the room or from an outside phone (home or cell). Continental breakfast was good.

I got 2 rooms for me and my relative. Upon entering the room we both noticed an army of roaches. On the bed, on the floor, on the curtains, and just all over the walls. Even the staff admitted there was an infestation. I went to ask for different rooms and he responded by saying all the rooms had the same problem. We ended up getting a refund and staying down the street at the days inn. They need pest control in Rodeway really really bad.

This property did not fell at all safe. The public areas were filthy and there were prostitutes working in the parking lots.

No wifi!! It's says free wifi, couldn't play my game doing the stay. No telephone in the hotel room... wife is home, couldn't call a friend if I wanted to doing the stay. Looks like mold on to of the ceiling. They come in your room when you're gone, didn't ask for any cleaning services, came home from work and and saw the cleaning lady lady walking out the room. She told me she was changing sheets and the bed was fix in the same place as I left it. Wow!! And absolutely, no cable. Othe than that, I've been to a lot of cheaper hotel and never encounter these problem. So there should be no excuse for the a Roadway inn Hotel.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Of course there was the smell of urine on the property grounds but that can’t be helped with the property being open. People are just nasty. Not the fault of the staff. All in all it’s a good hotel and I’d recommend it to any visiting the area

First off the address that was provided on the website was correct but when I got there the door was locked as if they was closed for business there was no note or sign say go to the next building or anything that's sad but than I walked into the next door at the building next to this one and the gentleman said that I could check in with him so I did. Once I finally got in the room to relax and chill because I had walked all the way from the metro station and there was a guy in my room looking through my things as I was coming out of the shower and I asked him how he got in my room he ran out and left. I went to let front desk know and he said that he didn't have any more room left I asked for a refund and he said that he couldn't give me a refund but I said that's a safety measure and you cant do nothing about it? He said no and I walked out crying and just left all together because after I spent my money and was just trying to relax there was nothing that could be done I left and it was clearly about 2am I just feel like that was a whole waste but I will never ever go back to stay at that hotel ever again and I will be spreading the word to all my friends which I have plenty because clearly that was a whole safety precaution. We have got to do better you all cant be that press for money?

Got to the room and first thing i see is people sitting outside smoking. Looks to be watch who go into wht room. I go into my room and the curtons wouldnt close so i had to find things to keep them close so no one would look in. Most of the night i had to keep checking up on my car because it was so much going on outside with people walking back and fourth the rooms and cars. Ill make sure to never come back to this place.

I hated every part of my stay. It was getting late and was tired. The room seemed to be in the middle of repair. There was a drill in the bathroom, the same bathroom that had NO Towels, No Washcloths, No Tissue, the toilet was falling apart and rocking, And the shower rod as practically off the wall. It was a total trap house

It was a great place to stay and there was a restaurant located right beside hotel which we went and got food from great food great people it was all about Elvis Presley very nice loved it!!!!

Phone don’t work or toilet but it’s in a good clean area

It was a disaster. Half of the outlets didn’t work. Mirror was lying on the floor. Hole in bathroom door. Security lock on door hanging on by a thread. Bathroom door had no latch to shut. So you had to put something to hold it shut. Did I mention no toilet paper. Smelled like cigarettes. Other than that it was perfect. But hey you get what you pay for. I needed a place to sleep. I got a place to sleep.

Do not stay here! The pictures are most likely taken in 1990. Big scam. I don't understand some of these good reviews. This place should not have any humans nor animals entering its doors. To keep it simple and short. The rooms are dirty and falling apart. The bathroom was not functional. Ceiling was falling down. Beds where dirty. Smelled like smoke and mold. There where Bugs in the room dead and living. I did not stay in the room i slept in my tuck. this place is Perfect to film a horror movie. Very little to no props needed. Stay away. For the price you can get something nicer then this if your on a budget.

There was nothing at all to like. We did not stay there. The comforter, and sheets had cigarette burns and the receptionist revealed that she would not stay there because there are bed bugs.

I was pleased with the location of the property which is why I chose it. Unfortunately, like most establishments, this location could use several renovations. The furniture was worn and the table had a broken leg. The air vents were lose and improperly fitted. Caulk was painfully visible where unprofessional work was completed. The shower curtain and sheets were worn and had holes in them.

The exterior of the place was scary. A huge turn off! A major turn off. Very, very, low accommodations.

Unfortunately WiFi didn't work, so I had to use my cell phone as a hotspot. Dish network had a poor picture on the TV. My room was not made up for the second night I stayed there. Electrical wiring for the air conditioner was exposed wires-certainly not safe if a customer had a child with them. Where you are located is not something you can change, but everything should be working, clean and safe and this didn't appear to be the case.

OK YESTERDAY EVENING I HAD BOOKED AND HOTLE THROUGH THE APP EXPEDIA AND THEN I GOT TO THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL I WAZ TOLD THAT I COULDNT RENT FROM AND OF THE HOTELS IN THE CAMP SPRINGS MD AREA AND I WAZ VERY DISAPPOINTED BEACUSE I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND I ALWAYS STAY THERE AT THE ROADWAY INN HOTEL IN CAMP SPRING AND SO I AM ASKING IF I COULD GET MY WHOLE REFUND BACK AND PLUS AT LEAST ONE OR TWO NIGHTS THERE FOR FREE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THANKZ

Super dirty , smells like weed everywhere , really shady

This was the worst hotel in the USA that I ever slept in. The staff was under trained, inexperienced, lazy. The room I stayed in was filthy, blood stains on the rugs, all type of bacteria. The shower was ripped the toilet seat was nasty. The blankets were nasty. The towels had stains on them. Felt like something was biting me.

An alarm was going off intermittently just outside my door until after midnight. They also charged me twice.

The girl at the front desk was nice. Lots of sketchy people just hanging around outside. First thing i noticed when i walked into the room was that it smelled bad. Pretty much any surface and all furniture is broken/ripped up and stained. The worst part is when i peeled back the sheets. Because of the condition of the rest of the room, i decided to inspect the sheets. Lots of unknown particles in the bed including pubic hair. I sleep at the foot of the bed on top of the covers. I could hardly sleep because the room directly above me was playing loud music and constantly stomping around for hours. At 3 AM i woke up to a girl yelling directly outside my door about trying to find some other girl so that she could rob her and fight her. Really sketchy and gross place. Dont stay here.
