Small hotel but had a pleasant quite stay. Great for the price.

The room itself was not huge and the only bed size options are queen size (we are used to sleeping on a king size bed, being that my husband is a large man) but we made it work. There is a sofa bed so that helps. The room prices are very reasonable for the location and all that you get. Being close to downtown Campbell with all its shops and restaurants is a big plus. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff was helpful but not too cheerful. Room was clean but toilet would leak every time it was flushed. Nothing to complain about, just being transparent for the next customer to know. I would bring my own body wash and shampoo. Plenty of parking and good location.

Good area in Campbell, staff were nice and helpful, continental breakfast was great. Room was big and spacious. The only complain I have is, the pullout sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep in. Other than that our one night stay was perfect.

They have so many amenities, yummy breakfast and also very clean. It's an affordable stay and is in a beautiful location, next to Los Gatos Creek trail. Jackie always checks us in and she is wonderful! She is very helpful and so nice

We had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly, room was spacious and clean, location was convenient and walkable.

The breakfast was a step above the familiar buffet, but it all tasted good and was hot and fresh. The rooms, hallways, and elevator all smelled nice, more than just clean. There were snacks for sale in the front lobby and included some healthy options. There weren't any king beds available. The location is near Hwy 17, but not easy to reach and really confused my GPS.

The room, the staff and the breakfast were all excellent. Would recommend for a short or long stay. Didn’t use the kitchen beyond the toaster and coffeemaker, but they worked great.

The location was great. Easy to get around walking ir by car. Parking was free. Great access to the los Gatos trail. The breakfast was good . It offered a nice variety for all guests. The fact that it was the same everyday though would become boring if you planned a long stay. The suite was comfortable , quiet and spacious.

Good value in an expensive area. Disabled access bathroom was very good, with a shower bench.

We appreciated the responsive and welcoming the staff! The room was quiet and just the right size. During our two week stay, we made good use of the laundry room and the walking trails and the pleasant shops and resaurants in downtown Campbell.

Newly remodeled, very clean and modern, room is good sized with cooking equipment, the area is nice and a lot of shopping and restaurants in a short distance. Definitely will stay again if in the area.

But I also liked the availability of drawers and closet space that let me organize what I needed to for the procedure, before my appointment and afterwards. I would stay there again should I need to be in the area for a future happening, whether that's a concert, game, or other event happening in the South Bay area.

The hotel is outdated and need remodeling. Cleanliness is an issue too.

The hotel was excellent in terms of cleanliness, location and maid service. However, the front desk clerk was rude, didn't explain deposit costs and became surly when we asked questions. Did not provide information on breakfast and when asked later on he gave us the wrong hours. To be clear this was the older clerk, not the young one who was very friendly.

Awesome free breakfast. Quiet, comfortable and close to family over the holidays. Love having my private kitchen with all the gadgets

Reserve una habitacion para cuatro personas adultas. esperando tener dos camas. Sin embargo me asignaron una habitacion con 1 cama. Le hice la observacion al personal de recepcion, mismo que me contesto con falta de empatia y sentido comun para solucionar el inconveniente que necesitaba una habitacion con dos camas. El lenguaje no verbal y la falta de actitud de servicio del personal de la recepcion dejo mucho que desear como profesional de la hospitalidad dejando de cumplir con los valores esenciales de Marriot. Finalmente acepte la habitacion para no hacer pasar un mal momento a mi familia nos tuvimos que dormir 3 pax en la cama 1 pax en sillon.

Front desk staff for check in were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Check-in was fast and smooth. We will definitely stay here at TownePlace Suites again when we are in town.

I've experienced some minor issues (shower, door locker) but all of them have been fixed very quickly, big up for the maintenance and front desk teams. 2 minor concerns: - the breakfast is a bit light in terms of choice. Having a possibility to order some eggs (like omelet) would make this hotel perfect ! - arriving to the hotel is a bit tricky due to the road organization. Nothing that the hotel can handle but this needs to be noted for other frequent travelers like me Parking is big enough, the highway just aside does not bring noise issues (my window was on the highway side!), bed was really good. I will come back for sure!

Great, convenient location for my work trips

We’ve stayed here many times. The front desk helped us move to a room on the creek side which is quieter. They did an excellent job!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was super nice and the breakfast options in the morning were amazing. Love that my room also had a fridge, stove, microwave and more! Would stay here again.

Nice, quiet hotel. Located in a slightly residential setting near the cute old town section of Campbell. Bike path/river trail right out the back patio.

My only issue would be to add some excersise mats in the gym.

We've been staying this hotel many times. The experiences are always very smooth. The most impressive thing about this hotel is all staff take their jobs very seriously and super on top of everything. For example, I let them know the door handle was falling one day, they fixed it within minutes they were informed. I was seeing their staff cleaning, painting and fixing stuff day and night. One day the water dispenser was dispensing water for no reason, the next it wasn't anymore. The outside pet areas are super clean with fresh mulch absolutely odor free. I can't say enough good things about the hotel. A few things I have and would like to bring to the staff's attention: 1. The toiletries holder is a absolute hazard in the shower. The edge of the holder is very sharp and placed very close to the unadjustable shower head. Every stay every family member gets injured elbow from it when taking a shower. I have already let the front desk know hopefully it gets fixed next stay. 2. The exit door close to room 103 and the room 103 door don't latch. It's a security concern. 3. The room we stayed in with the couch placed very close to the bathroom room door (against each other). It almost broke my finger the day we checked in. We moved the couch (super heavy) away from the door to prevent it from hurting other guests.

We had stayed a month ago and had great sleep so we returned for a second stay and it was good again. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.
