I recommend Motel 6 campbell to everyone! The office staff, house cleaners and maintenance are all wonderful people!

I was able to park right next to my room, so it made it easy to load/unload car.

The motel itself was clean and well-maintained. The ONLY complaint I had was with too much street noise at this location. More of a bad location than anything else, not a problem until you have trouble sleeping.

Room was adequate, enough to stay warm in during cold months. It is next to a highway, but barely noticeable audible wise in the room...unless you had the window open. Motel does allow 2 pets to stay free, but must make sure you let the office know that you have pets. Also, per the rules, cannot leave pets alone in unit while away for the day(i.e. work or other reasons).

Excellent staff who answered my questions. Room was excellent. Last minute stay, picked off internet. Safe area. Across the street from a Starbucks, but the motel coffee was hot, fresh and excellent and FREE. Nice place if you are looking for simple, basic and save bucks. I took 2 baths in the tub, and soaked my weary bones. A+++

my experiences with hotel six have not been good, but this is the best one out of all of them that I’ve stayed. It’s clean and well-maintained.

Dirty stained pillows. Very unsafe. Wasn’t even near checkout time when cleaning ladies were already knocking for cleaning service. I was upset because I drove 8 hours and was woken up

I go to this motel 6 in Campbell quite often but this time I went there because I had spine surgery. As usual the stuff was very caring and anything I needed they were able to accommodate me with. So to all the office staff and housekeepers thank you for being awesome!!

There was a car that was parked outside our room. The people in the car were smoking weed in the car all day and all night. We stayed for 6 nights and never got a break. It smelled really bad. The people in the car would just stare at us as we came and went.

Checked in and was told that I had booked 2 rooms so I contacted Expedia and they confirmed that I only booked one, spent about an hour trying to straighten it out with no avail.

VERY CLEAN AND EVERY ROOM HAS A MICROWAVE AND FRIDGE!!

For a motel it’s pretty good and you can’t beat the price !

I have stayed here before and this is the first time I've had a problem. On the plus side, this motel is clean, has free parking.. usually fine but crowded on the weekend. It's close to several late night food places and Starbucks is across the street. It's also close to the freeway. The issues i had this time were that on our first night there a man was screaming incoherently for hours in the parking lot with no intervention from staff, my husband spent a decent amount of time trying to calm the man to no avail. The second night, we returned in the evening and the cable was out, they were not able to fix it. Thankfully, we could stream on our phones but it felt like we didn't really get what we paid for. That being said, we would still recommend this place for being clean, safe, great location, great price. Thank you.

The bed is HORRIBLE there is no shampoo or comdtioner no hair dryer overall the room was okay not super dirty but not super clean

The hotel is classy with a modern touch. They’ve kept the old school of the interior intact with some updated features. I love to look and feel of the place. Very cozy.

If you stayed at motel 6 before then you know what to expect. This one is no different. Front desk was competent and nice though.

Front office staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Only critical issue was a lot of cigarette buts on the ground. Need to have ash receptical available.

I reserved a room downstairs with a queen bed. That’s not what I received what I did receive was a room downstairs that was a handicap accessible room with a bed that was less than a size of a full bed. I didn’t get the room I reserved nor paid for.

The room was clean and comfortable but the walls are like paper. Late night people with no sense of quiet for other quests , you can hear everything coming from the next room. I guess what do you expect it’s not a 5 star hotel. I’ll give 3 stars

Had a great stay, I was blown away by how clean and updated it was. The staff were ever so nice and friendly. Great location, only problem was how noisy it was after 10pm making it hard to sleep, lots of people handing out on the top stairwell landing out side my door. Over all a good stay.

$20 extra to check in two hours early? Just tell me a room is not ready? And i checked out at 0800, not 1100. Couldn't issue refund for second booked night not used. Place is okay but management makes up rules as they go.

Motel 6 has upped their game and renovated the rooms nicely. When your eyes are closed all hotel rooms look the same.

The check in was fine. The room itself was clean. The door was not sealed so that outside light shown through the seams of the door as well as ALL OF THE OUTSIDE TRAFFIC NOISE. IT WAS AWFUL. (I had the AC/fan on high trying to drown out the traffic’s noise; that didn’t help.) I was in town for an event and was not able to sleep. The WIFI kept dropping throughout the night as well.

My Worker's like staying here.

Complimentary coffee in lobby only but NO COFFEE MACHINE in room! I know this is a low end motel but that just is unnecessarily cheap! I don’t want to have to get dressed and go to the lobby at 6:00 am.

The maids left our curtains open and someone tried to break into our room through connecting doors. It's the only place we can go. So I gotta deal with it.

Checked in and was super surprised to have a suite which was super nice traveling with pets as it was large and we had all their crates and stuff. Clean! Bed was comfy.

I checked in at 3:15pm and was told my room was not ready. I waited in the car until 4pm so someone could clean the room. The TV in the room did not work and was told they would not be able to fix it. Luckily I had my phone and was able to entertain my children that way. The room was clean and the price was very reasonable but it looks like the managment needs to get involved to resolve issues such as these.

This is place is great. We love it here. The manager on the Friday and Saturday shift always acknowledge me by name and my friend visited with his dog and they were so nice to us. This is definitely where we want to be because were going through a tough time right now between moving so we are so happy to be in such a welcoming place in such a tough time in our lives.

People next door were up all night fighting. Didn’t get more than 3 hours of sleep

I decided to leave, near a highway with lots of emergency vehicles. Cheap but way too noisy for me.

When we arrived to check in there was a hand-written sign on the office door that said the facility was closed. We had a reservation and had received no warning that the motel was closed. We eventually found a guy who might have been a staff member after searching around the property. He said there had been a fire and they had been closed for several days. We would not be able to stay there. Again, no one -- neither Motel 6 nor Expedia -- warned us that we would not be able to stay there. After an hour on the phone with an Expedia rep, we were able to find another hotel for the same price. But it would have been nice to have a heads-up before we arrived.

it was good to stay there, but the disturbance all night long !! and no basic utilities (brush ,shampoo conditioner) compared to price and was too noisy all night long !! i stayed for two nights staffs were awesome but the blankets were too light and pillow was extremely uncomfortable need to work on utilities and change the pillow and blankets rest was good the staffs were way too cool which satisfies my stay

It was remodeled as an improvement but the proerty is right next to the freeway and very busy streets lots of noise that I block out by having the air con all the time and ear plugs for sleeping.

Room is small. No daily maid service because they're understaffed. No clean towels or bed made or garbage emptied.

Empty my own trash. Room is very small. The bed fills most of it. No coffee or anything in
