Reviews
Guests generally enjoy their stay at the hotel, appreciating the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast. However, there are recurring complaints about the lack of a hot tub and issues with cleanliness in some areas of the hotel.
- Spacious rooms with comfortable beds
- Delicious breakfast with many options
- Lack of a hot tub
- Cleanliness issues in some areas of the hotel

As always when we stay in an Embassy Suites, the rooms are big and super clean. The staff are always helpful and quite to provide help if needed. We had an issue with our sink and the maintenance staff were working on the issue within 20 minutes. One of the biggest concerns to use was how safe the area was and we were very happy with the location and felt safe in the area. Would recommend this Embassy Suites to all travelers.

Breakfast
- 4/5
Although the property was dated, it was a comfortable stay. The breakfast omelette station is the JAM!
- 5/5
From the front desk clerk to the room, breakfast and the whole first floor area was wonderful.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful at every opportunity. The room was tidied up everyday and the morning breakfast was always delicious. The only “weird” thing I experienced was the bathroom had no sink or vanity and it was in the bedroom and there were no towel holders near that sink so it was awkward. One day there was a bad egg smell in my room and the staff had it fixed quickly and it never reoccurred so it was fine.

Passable
- 4/5
Everything was great as usual. The breakfast however was not as good as usual.
- 5/5
Front desk gentleman at check out was amazing! He was so friendly and sweet! The two female bartenders were awesome, they were so welcoming and gave great recommendations for the area!
- 3.5/5
Always liked location of property, and then breakfast is always on point My bed was super uncomfortable and so was pull out couch, may have been an error on my end but I could have sworn I booked a double suite and upon arrival it was king, slept on both bed and couch and both were very uncomfortable, furniture could use a severe upgrade for 500$ for two nights
- 5/5
Staff friendly, very clean Beds were not very comfortable, just of note… morning eggs very runny, inlets wonderful
- 2/5
Paying this much for the embassy and get a room and the a/c heater does not work.. called maintenance he said broken can’t fix.. talk to front desk just offer a bag of chips and a fan.. room was hot! No solutions and acted like it was no big deal.. unacceptable for the embassy ..
- 5/5
The front desk people were amazing. The rooms were mostly clean, my only complaint would be that the bathrooms could use some work. The wooden frame on the bottom of the bathroom sink looks like it’s been scraped so many times that it’s going to start to fall apart.

Breakfast was excellent.

My stay was great. Rooms were okay vents need to be cleaned and shower also. The service all around was great! Excellent breakfast I have never been to a hotel with so many choices!

The complimentary breakfast was the bomb. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Everything was wonderful, however we stayed a Friday-Sunday and parking in the hotel parking lot was $41.50. So keep in mind you have to pay for parking!

Clean room. Smelled nice. Staff friendly. Breakfast outstanding
- 5/5
Room was very spacious and the breakfast was awesome
- 5/5
The room décor is completely outdated
- 4/5
Great stay but hard to find housekeeping.

Open, airy, suites. Could do with a little updating. Less 70s beige.

Old hotel but clean. I will be back just to have breakfast which was excellent
- 3/5
It was clean but very dated and old, the shower was clogged and drained super slow, one of the three elevators was broken so the wait time for an elevator was long sometimes up to 5 minutes, the made to order breakfast was ok nothing special with long line to order, the room was noisy as you could hear the cars outside
- 5/5
Everything was awesome. My family love it.
- 4/5
A retro hotel, very beautiful, highly unusual. You get two free drinks every night, as well as delicious free odearves...but you have to get there early to get the dips, or they are gone by 6 pm. Wonderful pasta! The furniture in the suites (the living area) was dated and ragged around the edges, and my room smelled like musty old lady. The pool needed servicing( cloudy, which means the chemicals are way off) and the main door to the pool was filthy dirty. The workout room, however, was top notch. Bar and wait staff very courteous and kind.
- 5/5
Great room as always!!
- 4/5
Paid parking for an empty parking lot
- 5/5
Breakfast ran out of hasbrown and the apples were old. Everything else was fine
- 5/5
The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. I only had breakfast there each day, but there’s a huge variety of fresh food. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. That was my first stay at Embassy Suites and I will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Bar and breakfast wonderful. Staff awesome and helpful.
- 5/5
Great breakfast and clean, spacious rooms!
- 2/5
Cleanliness was not to par our room still had a trash that was full from previous guests, if I hadn’t been driving for 16 hours I would of complained but guess services was busy
- 4/5
This property and hotel are amazing. Rooms are accommodating and have plenty of room for a large family looking to stay comfortable in a room. Staff were friendly especially front desk Jordy. When our room was not ready for early arrival and check in he was very accommodating and kind and hospitable. We will definitely return in the future as this is our favorite hotel to stay at in Denver.
- 5/5
We love staying here but paying to park when there is parking everywhere seems ridiculous.
- 4/5
Clean and friendly
- 3/5
The Cons: The bed felt like sleeping on a wooden plank. The most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. The breakfast was mediocre. There was an extra daily charge for parking. Overall, for the price range of this hotel, I expected better. It doesn't really matter how pretty a hotel building is if you can't get decent sleep.
- 3/5
Trash stuck up between head board and mattress
- 5/5
The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The included breakfast was great and fast. Would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Elevators are very tough to get on. The wait is long. The beds were not comfortable. Food was great.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious! Parking is $20 a day, it is listed online, but wasn't obvious when we booked.
- 4/5
Second stay in 2 weeks. Love the hotel and breakfast. Only issue was parking. Received notice on window with QR code to pay $25 for the night. Opened site and was required to sign up for me with credit card on file and $6 monthly due. Took a lot to pay and then cancel that membership
- 3/5
I wish I could write a review to share a number of notably positive things about this hotel, however the last 12 hours were too miserable, and overshadowed our 3-day stay. When we returned late Friday night from an event, we were greeted by the noxious, overpowering marijuana smell. It was too late to switch rooms - or even hotels - so we just had to deal with it. We notified the desk, but I'm not really sure they did anything to even try to address it. We left the room in the morning to have breakfast, only to come back and were again smacked in the face with the stench. We quickly gathered our belongings and left. My wife and daughter both have asthma and those last 12 hours were absolutely miserable for them. All of us had terrible headaches from the overpowering odor. A really disappointing way to end our vacation.
- 4/5
Clean room, great space for working in room and tasty breakfast with a fresh omelet station. The afternoon reception was a nice touch but the drink specials were sub par. It was unfortunate that you have to pay to park and there is no shuttle to the airport. Overall nice experience.

- 5/5
Clean room, great breakfast, friendly staff
- 4/5
Breakfast very good
- 5/5
Overall a nice 3 night stay. Always like Embassy Suites because of the suite style rooms, the full breakfast each morning, the drinks and snacks each evening and the welcoming lounge area. This Embassy, although a bit older and could use some updating, is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, nothing too special. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom could use some deep cleaning. Staff in the bar area were very accommodating in getting the March Madness game on the tv for us. The gym was missing several attachments to the cable machine but otherwise very nice. Parking is $25 per night, self park. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Some of the friendliest staff in the biz.
- 5/5
Breakfast was delicious and staff was very attentive and friendly
- 3/5
The parking fee was excessive. I can understand parking fee in a crowded congested area. This hotel is not in one of those area's! The Hotel is going through a major remodeling/renovation project. The hidden fees are not a good sign moving forward. The staff are 2 star quality customer service. There are fee exceptions like Front Desk (Tessa) She is 4 star quality!
- 5/5
Extremely satisfied with our stay very clean and friendly staff the breakfast was great pool and staff was great and nice bar
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and breakfast was great
- 4/5
Great place. Classic embassy suites experience. Elevators were fast when on them but one was out of order, some minor construction as well. But overall great stay very attentive staff. Awesome breakfast as expected. Drinks at managers reception was also a nice touch
- 5/5
Family friendly hotel!
- 4/5
Hotel is nice overall, but our room was badly in need of an upgrade. The carpet, furniture and bathroom were worn and should be repaired and replaced. We still enjoyed our stay and will return.
- 5/5
The kitchen was amazing we had dinner there and we had breakfast and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Nice set up, but tired property. Needs upgrades. Breakfast was typical free fare and not especially good. Evening reception was fine. Beds were okay and rooms were noisy. Family friendly, but nothing (except location) to prefer. Property manager charged for parking in a lot that hardly had cars in it. Really a rip off there. Overall, not sure I’d stay again.
- 5/5
Amazing stay
- 5/5
Kitchen had microwave and mid-size fridge. Very great staff! And pet friendly
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
This has been historically my favorite place to stay and well over 20 times I’ve stayed here. Elevators never work here, they are charging for parking now which is ludicrous and then they have a sign outside that says not responsible for damage to your car but they charge for parking? I bet that could be challenged in court and easily won. The happy hour went to two tickets each and the rooms are feeling dated. Still love the suite sizes though..
- 3/5
Buyer Beware!!! This location charges $20/night to park in their parking lot which is in a suburban office park I have never been asked to pay for parking in a suburban hotel location. Also, they now only give 2 drink tickets for the manager's reception. Times must tough for Hilton!
- 2/5
Room was dirty, beds and pillows were horrible.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
My room was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff, people who work the breakfast area could not have been more helpful.
- 4/5
Ac did not work
- 5/5
Kitchen was well stocked. Imlette station was fantastic. Front desk staffing was very jelpful and nice. Parking lot fees were ridiculous. The AC was a bit loud but overall it was a nice visit and i would stay there again.
- 5/5
Breakfast amazing
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
A great location to walk to top golf!
- 1/5
After multiple attempts of contacting both the manager and assistant manager to discuss the outrageous issues that occurred during our stay here, I have yet to receive a single follow up, which is very sad and the opposite of what you would expect from a manager who genuinely cares. I wish managers were trained in quality customer service these days but that’s not the case for the managers at this hotel, unfortunately. The front desk staff, however, were great. Funny how that works.
- 3/5
Beds, pillows, cleanliness of hotel & rooms
- 5/5
Fun Stay and amenities were amazing 😇
- 5/5
Clean room and the included breakfast was amazing!
- 3/5
Room was clean and spacious but the bed was hard. Elevators were an issue and we had to take the stairs a few times. Also, parking in their lot is $20 a night plus a service fee!
- 5/5
Always a great stay.
- 1/5
Worst stay i have ever had it was worse then trying to sleep at an amusement park. The hotel was over ran with childs running and screaming. They should contact reservations made not associated to sports groups staying there.
- 5/5
Good job all around. The morning cook was an exceptional man. Very kind.
- 5/5
The breakfast was excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great riom, awesome breakfast great food in the restaurant, friendly staff
- 4/5
Our accommodations were very nice and the staff wwas accommodating. We love Embassy Suites and enjoyed our morning breakfast. What we thought was strange is that they requested a $20 parking fee - for a large parking lot that was 90% empty on a Friday evening.
- 4/5
Not enough toiletries stocked in room, one of the elevators was down. Lots of options for breakfast, overall a great stay!
- 4/5
This hotel is always clean and the staff always friendly. There are limited food choices in the evening (especially for vegans) but the breakfast is excellent.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Great room, bedding, and breakfast. The fitness room and pool was great too. I recommend.
- 4/5
The basic stay was excellent. The minor disappointment was the manager evening special. There were only nuts and veggie tray put out for the guests which was depleted very quickly and but not refilled quickly. Used to more variety and quick refilling.
- 5/5
Employees were excellent! Clean rooms and great amenities.
- 5/5
The room was cleaned Twice doing my stay. The bathroom sink was not working well with water backup in it.
- 5/5
The gentlemen at the front desk had excellent customer service when I checked in, as well as the gentlemen who helped me check out in the morning. Good jobs guys.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
The staff were very pleasant, and the made-to-order omelets were good. However, most of the other food on the buffet was either missing or cold. The hotel is undergoing renovations that were not reported online. The hot tub has been removed since our last stay, and the pool was too cold to swim in. The rooms are very outdated and in need of updating, as every piece of furniture shows signs of age. Additionally, someone was smoking in a room down the hall, despite it clearly being a non-smoking hotel. We used to love staying here, but unfortunately, this will be our last visit.
- 4/5
Liked the spaciousness of the suite. Liked the provided snacks, but disappointed they weren't replenished. Put off by the $20 per night parking charge (outdoor parking lot). Just a profit padder. No guest should be charged for parking in the hotel's parking lot. It's not even an indoor garage. The breakfast was pretty good. Comfortable lobby. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Amazing breakfast
- 3/5
Staff was great, but property is in need of a complete refresh.
- 4/5
Breakfast was the best. Paying extra to park was very inconvenient
- 4/5
Parking fee wasn't disclosed when booking which left a bad taste in our mouths. Managers reception and breakfast are great.
- 4/5
Loved this hotel. Needs a bit if upgrade and grill/bar definitely needs more options. If you get charged for parking that is ridiculous. Not in an area to charge for that.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious, free drinks and free breakfast
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay.
- 5/5
Clean quiet room only down side is paying for parking bit in denver paid parking is common.
- 3/5
The cable was out two and a half of the 3.5 days we stayed, and the air conditioning and or thermostat was broken the first two nights. When called down to the front desk we were told maintenance was working on these issues, but they never were resolved before we left.
- 3/5
You have to pay for parking now, there were no snacks at the managers special at 615 otherwise it was fine.
- 5/5
Quiet
- 5/5
What we didn’t like about the property: we came on New Year’s Eve. They shut down the bar at 9 PM without even stating last call, their cook didn’t show up so you couldn’t order anything from the restaurant and the kids were playing football in the atrium and blowing noise makers starting at 8 PM and the staff did nothing to stop it. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was delicious, but we won’t be returning.
- 4/5
The room was clean
- 4/5
Room was clean. Was mot informed that the snacks and soda items in the Premium Suite were complimentary until the night before i checked out.
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast, nice staff. I recommend it
- 5/5

- 5/5
The room felt clean

- 5/5
Everything stood out. Just a lovely facility.
- 5/5
Really nice breakfast, had a suite and it was very comfortable
- 5/5
Great price, nice room and breakfast.
- 5/5
The lady that checked me in was Fantastic and the bartender.
- 5/5
Great all around
- 3/5
The hotel looked nice and and it was clean. The rooms were clean and stocked. However the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are paper thin. I was charged for parking even though I had no car.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel
- 4/5
Overall, everything was good, not great. The bathroom smelled a little like the sewer was backed up, although the toilet was working well. The water pressure in the shower was not as good as I remember in the past, we were on the 8th floor this time, so I wonder if that had anything to do with it. The room stayed hot during the night even though I turned the thermostat down, it was a little hard to sleep with the room so warm. Yes, the room was clean and all the employees were friendly and courteous.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious suites. Great breakfast and happy hour. Very friendly staff.
- 2/5
Same as always the basics of cleaning were taken care of, but definitely no attention to detail or deep cleaning. Breakfast was missing some of the normal menu items
- 5/5
Did have a hot water issue, but management resolved the issue.

- 5/5
What I love about the Embassy Suites is the happy hour drinks and snacks as well as the amazing breakfast! We asked for a crib to be brought to our room and it was there in a very timely manner. The kids had a great time in the pool. This location felt very safe and we had no concerns parking our car outside.
- 2/5
Not cleaning on Friday no previous advice, got a review paper pre signed and pre marked with 5 starts I didn’t marked them , bathroom lock didn’t work , toilet was flushing every time constantly, couldn’t sleep because of toilet , pillows were very bad and flat
- 3/5
It was good all around except that the elevators were broken only one worked. It made it a longer wait to get up to our room. The housekeeping didn’t come by the two days we were there either which was disappointing. The breakfast was awesome the pool was open as well.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel, breakfast was top tier. Check out @12 pm
- 4/5
Great place at a great price. Overall a great stay. Only one of their 3 elevators work and the breakfast crew were there to get you out by 9, which didn’t foster the most welcoming or relaxing breakfast experience but beyond those two things everything was ideal.
- 4/5
Was some stains on furniture and carpet was a little dirty with a fawl smell.
- 4/5
Just beware they do charge for parking
- 5/5
Amazing clean rooms, staff friendly
- 4/5
The staff was very helpful. Room 227 hasba sewage odor, the staff gave me air freshener and could have moved me but, i needed two rooms next door to each other
- 5/5
Breakfast options included made-to-order omelets, two potato options (roasted with veg and a shredded hash)
- 1/5
They had a hard time finding my name. I had to.pay for parking, even thlught ylu state the price you show is the final.price.
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and considerate. The rooms were clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and had a ton of variety. Will definitely return in the future!
- 5/5
Not great that it doesn’t tell you when you pay online that there is still a pet fee I would have to indulge upon arrival when I had already selected pet. Unclear. But otherwise great.
- 5/5
Very clean, comfortable, gorgeous property. My pre-teen loved being on the 9th floor to see the view.
- 4/5
I did not like the parking fee's for basically sitting in the hotels parking lot! I find this extremely rude to paying guests of the hotel! You would imagine paying for parking off site or in secured area, not in a open parking lot! This needs to change!
- 2/5
Cleanliness was poor-broken doors on cabinets, dog food stepped on in couch area, vents filthy in shower for fan and dusty, dry smell when fan circulating. Toilet was plugged and maintenance unable to fix.
- 5/5
Nos dieron el room que no era de nosotros
- 5/5
Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and amenities were as expected.
- 5/5
Food was great, room was large and pretty clean.
- 4/5
another Hotel
- 5/5
Everything was great the only draw back was you have to pay to park your car in the parking lot
- 4/5
The price quoted on Expedia was good. I would have rated the hotel with 5 stars. However, I did not know there was a $20 per night charge for hotel parking. Many of the guest didn't bother to pay it. Because I had a rental car and needed to catch a flight out, I didn't want to run the risk of an issue Monday morning when I was trying to catch my flight.
- 3/5
At this point, they need to remodel this place - while the breakfast is nice / it’s time to completely remodel this place - for denver tech area - it’s like 25 years old at this point.
- 4/5
The room seemed a little dated with noticeable paint, touchups here and there however, the rooms and public spaces were unkept well and were clean. The free breakfast was amazing with me to order omelettes and waffles
- 5/5
Everything was good, food, amenities, etc.
- 4/5
Room was nice. Very roomy and had a very nice layout. Refrigerator and microwave in room was definitely a plus! Would have given 5 star if the beds were better. The beds were awful. Super uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Only problem was the room wasn’t cleaned the following day. I had to request this service
- 4/5
Good general business hotel. Excellent staff.
- 5/5
?
- 5/5
I don't think once you pay for a room that you should have to pay for parking as well that to me is just one more way to get money. But I did enjoy my stay
- 5/5
Everything was great with good value.
- 5/5
Staff is always friendly here.
- 5/5
The place was spotless, and my girlfriend was very impressed
- 5/5
The stay was great. To knit pick, they were doing maintenance to the elevator and it was a bit unsightly, but everything was fantastic, as always.
- 1/5
Don't stay here unless you want to be ripped off. This is a suburban hotel with large parking lots that used to be free. While it's not Manhattan, the hotel now charges $18 a night for parking, a charge that most hotels in the area do not extract. Expedia doesn't show this charge on the booking page, but only when you click on a page of additional information. Greed gone wild!!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great hotel! I will definitely be back next year!!
- 5/5
We always choose this location when visiting Colorado Springs. The fresh breakfast is well worth it!
- 3/5
The hotel is great, it's what you'd expect from Embassy Suites, the location was perfect for our trip, the breakfast is always a plus with the kids. Watch out, the last time we stayed, I don't remember having to pay for parking at this location, but now they charge, nothing changed except a way to sneak in an extra fee when you book online.
- 5/5
I didn’t like that we had to pay $20 to park overnight. Seems excessive. I don’t understand having to pay to park at your hotel when we are already paying for the room + exorbitant taxes. It comes across as just one more way to get more money from the customer.
- 4/5
The room was clean, however, the shower had someone's hair caught in the metal of the shower. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good, however on Sunday the pastries were dry and a little stale.
- 5/5
This hotel is very clean. Breakfast was lovely.
- 4/5
It was good wish they still had they hot tub. Furniture was dated and beat up in my room.
- 5/5
It's a favorite for lots of reasons. Value, comfortable, friendly and relaxed. Breakfast great too. Bar service at night excellent and convenient to south Denver area
- 5/5
Room was actually a lot larger and nicer than we expected. Was easy to find in a good location from downtown Denver.
- 5/5
Thank you.
- 5/5
Everything from check in to check out was great! Definitely plan to stay here again when we’re back in the area
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast and a great place to stay. Expedia rates were exceptional.
- 5/5
Great place to stay I love Embassy when I can afford it. Expedia bundle deal!
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 2/5
Breakfast was subpar
- 2/5
Noisy hotel. You hear everything. Wall and floors must be thin.
- 1/5
The bar staff charged our kids for soda during "complimentary" happy hour. Not as impressed with this Embassy Suites as others we have stayed at.
- 1/5
The place is cozy and elegant. However, my daughter found a bedbug on her bed and she took a video of it. When I reported it to the front desk, they weren't concerned which was frustrating because it was a bedbug!
- 4/5
Overall stay was great.
- 5/5
Had a great breakfast and the all around staff was great.
- 5/5
Clean room awesome breakfast
- 3/5
The bald man who was tending bar was not very friendly and rather abrupt, the ladies who were tending bar the previous night were so friendly and their drinks were delicious! Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was great, also. I was staying here for a business trip and my bathroom as well as my co-workers bathroom in our separate rooms smelled terrible, like poop, the entire time. I had to spray my perfume in the bathroom whenever I was in the room to hide the smell. I've stayed here multiple times over the years and this trip was not as enjoyable as the others.
- 1/5
Charging for parking is unacceptable. I have stayed here multiple times and won’t stay here again because you starting charging for parking.
- 5/5
Great stay good food friendly staff
- 5/5
We always stay there and it never disappoints. A little sad about new happy hour rules

It was comfortable, but because I think there was some kind of conference or family reunion. It was so loud at like two in the morning you could hear people down in the lobby and the sound traveled all the way up to the ninth floor. ed
- 5/5
Service was friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was very good. Bed was hard and pillows were lacking structure. The AC also seemed to not be working. The available snacks, refrigerator, and spaciousness were welcoming, and the availability of plentiful shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion were refreshing. Overall, a really good experience we will just bring our own pillows next time.Oh, the omelette bar/waffle assembly line was spot on, nicely done!!
- 5/5
Very good experience.
- 5/5
The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed their happy hour and flat bread pizza was amazing.
- 5/5
Great breakfast friendly staff. Very nice layout. All around an excellent experience.
- 4/5
GRE place to stay
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, room layout was best ever had, area with couch tv refridge microwave and door to separate from bathroom and sleeping area
- 4/5
The best complimentary breakfast I have had in a long time. The rooms are outdated, and the beds are okay. The Main Lobby atmosphere is good. The pool is decent, and the kids liked it. If they upgraded their rooms, it would be five-star all day long.
- 4/5
The breakfast options weren’t the best. Would’ve loved biscuits and gravy or better cereal options. The diverter in our bathroom for the shower got stuck quite often. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They did well to accommodate our needs and made us feel welcome.
- 4/5
Kitchen was great and staff at kitchen.
- 5/5
Met our needs well. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Nice facility
- 5/5
clean, great service. Breakfast with hot veg. Omelet is special. Also couple of coupons for happy hours drinks.
- 5/5
Great staff. Great food
- 5/5
Please keep breakfast open until 10am every day please.
- 2/5
The room was very dated. Tiny shower stall. The room stunk like smoke and the bathroom smelled like pee. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The worst Embassy Suites that I have stayed at, and I have stayed at a lot of them. And let’s not forget about the $20.00 fee per night for parking in their lot.
- 4/5
Staff was engaging, room clean.
- 5/5
Excellent property..beautiful rooms, outstanding breakfast.
- 5/5
Location, happy hour, and a great breakfast buffet have made Embassy hotels a favorite of ours over the years. With that said, the rooms at this hotel are starting to show their age and the $20 per day parking surcharge is ridiculous. Will likely look at other hotel options in the future.
- 5/5
Excellent value.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 4/5
Enjoyed our stay. We will stay again at Embassy Suites
- 5/5
Everything was amazing! I appreciate the hospitality and comfort provided
- 5/5
We always stay at the DTC Embassy Suites. The happy hour and made to order breakfast is wonderful.
- 5/5
Perfect hotel for our stay
- 4/5
Nice stay. Amazing breakfast options. Can take public Transportation to downtown Denver.
- 5/5
was surprised they wanted to charge for parking...but it was waived. Should mention that in promotions.
- 5/5
Clean room excellent service
- 5/5
Delicious breakfast
- 5/5
Great pool, breakfast, and rooms were beautiful
- 5/5
Very helpful staff.
- 5/5
Clean room, excellent free breakfast. Note that parking is paid, which was not explained to me during check-in.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, hot. Room spacious, hotel was beautiful. A little pricey but very nice
- 3/5
The rooms in this hotel are very dated in the room smelled funny. It literally looks like it was built in 1970 and you have Windows in your room that go to the hallway so others can look in your room. You have to pay additional for parking even as a guest.Ridicilous conceptStaff was great. Hotel is in a really weird location, middle of an office park, not ideal location. Location was not terrible, just not ideal. Would not stay here again due to the rooms being so dated and the weird 1970-80 windows into the hallway.
- 5/5
Clean and always nice to stay at this location. Great staff very helpful and awesome service.
- 5/5
The downside is they charge for parking and high speed internet. Given the sweet breakfast and cocktail hour, I think it balances out the $18/day parking fee.
- 5/5
Very family friendly, the atmosphere of many happy guests in the courtyard daily felt good. Easy to navigate the hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms however our room was stuffy & often smelled as if someone had been smoking.
- 3/5
I think it’s crazy that they charge for parking in the area. Just more nickel and diming. The lobby and hotel were really noisy until a little after midnight which was unfortunate.
- 5/5
Breakfast is always amazing. Staff was really great.
- 5/5
big inside
- 5/5
All in all i love this hotel. I would stay again
- 5/5
Everything is good
- 3/5
Good
- 5/5
Great place to stay always a good breakfast but the elevator never work great.
- 4/5
The insulation was good Clean Didn't like the construction that was going on during the day...there was no heads-up about it Next time I'll read the fine print if there was any about housekeeping coming each day The sweet was phenomenal
- 4/5
I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking while I was a guest there. Going forward, I not stay there if that is the case.
- 3/5
No Hot TUB, Out Dated, and plumbing noise in room
- 5/5
I really enjoyed the breakfast. They did a wonderful job and the food looked and tasted better than most places where it is just warmed up and thrown out for consumption. I liked the fact that omelets were available and the options were plenty.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Nothing tested my patience at this hotel quite like waiting for the elevator.
- 4/5
The suite was really nice. The construction took away from the ambiance.
- 3/5
Bathtub fixtures need replacing. Chairs showing wear. TV channel selection. Parking fee.
- 3/5
Hotel has been undergoing construction on the front lobby but failed to provide signage in how to enter or safety rails up steps. Average cleanliness with some stains and hair left in bathroom. Breakfast was good but understaffed for the crowds. Parking was a surprise at $20/night.
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast. Friendly and fast service. Very clean.
- 3/5
I had to change room as it had clearly been used and was unmade and smelled
- 4/5
Stayed with my family , loved the stay. Breakfast was awesome , Happy hour was nice and relaxing. The only reason for not 5 Stars , bed was not as comfortable to me and wish they had a hot tub, but definitely would stay again.
- 5/5
We went for our anniversary stay. The suite was nice and clean. Me and my husband had a wonderful stay.
- 5/5
Very good breakfast.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
Convenient, super nice people and room, love the happy hour and food offerings.
- 4/5
The breakfast area needs some work to keep the floor clean and the solar area; the floor is often covered with puddles of water. We love the daily room service, but I found a dirty, large toenail stuck on the comforter. The cabinet door on the refrigerator is falling to the floor. Apart from that, if we return, we will return.
- 4/5
Nice hotel and very comfortable rooms. Free and great bfast. Walking path nearby and lots of food options. Knocked star off for repair work going on during stay and expensive parking!
- 5/5
Great hotel and the manager reception is very nice. Breakfast has everything you could want. Great stay!
- 5/5
For a family of 5 the breakfast was awesome. Really enjoyed the room as well. The parking policy should be posted so that customers are prepared to pay on arrival. That was our only negative really.
- 5/5
The breakfast was amazing
- 5/5
Easy friendly check in.
- 3/5
Disappointed that they charge for parking. Other hotels in the area do not.
- 4/5
I liked the convenient location, but they didn't disclose that you have to pay $18 a day to park in their parking lot. This should be stated on the information so guests know they will have this extra cost when they arrive.
- 5/5
Table chairs are scratched and need refinishing. Also, the tea selection is poor. Regular Lipton or English breakfast should be majority of selections. Parking charge. You got to be kidding especially on weekends
- 5/5
Great check in
- 4/5
I liked it a lot. Rooms were clean, staff was nice, breakfast was great. It was quiet and it has a nice updated feel to it. My only issue was the pool. It looked dirty and smelled heavy of chlorine. There was also no hot tub and that was really disappointing.
- 5/5
Very kind, attentive staff. We loved the room and our kids loved the the pool
- 5/5
I always try to stay at an Embassy Suites, if it's available. I love the amenities with the free breakfast and the cocktail hour each evening. The rooms are spacious and and the beds are comfortable.
- 4/5
I was shocked to see I was asked to pay an additional amount beside my room for parking but the customer service I received during check in and while speaking to the manager I was very pleased with my visit I would suggest hotel to other
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
There was an issue in the bathroom sink, but the staff quickly relocated us to another room. We will stay here again
- 3/5
Also, they charge $25 hold to stay there... wouldn't that be on the charge of the hotel instead of when checking in. The pillows are flat in which makes horrible to sleep on. Will never stay here again
- 5/5
Food was excellent.
- 5/5
It was nice, clean, fairly comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Nice simple
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was very spacious and breakfast exceeded all expectations.
- 4/5
Parking was extra
- 4/5
The breakfast was awesome. Very friendly, welcoming staff.
- 5/5
Great place. Nice breakfast..
- 5/5
I love how the hotel has social things going on, having a reception in the evenings to get people in the atrium. And the breakfast is the best I have ever seen in a hotel ! Only bummer was distance from airport but the amenities is worth it.
- 4/5
Nice
- 5/5
Staff, hotel, amenities were amazing. The only two issues: bed a little too hard for our taste; furniture in common area could use some cleaning.
- 5/5
The hotel details says they serve breakfast from 6:30-10:30, we went done at 9:55 and they had already cleaned up, which was so disappointing especially when I had 4 people to feed.
- 5/5
The rooms are so comfortable. I love that they are cozy and lived in comfort rather than the harsh new designs you see elsewhere. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Would stay there again without hesitation.
- 5/5
would stay again
- 5/5
pay to park should not be
- 5/5
The hotel is very nice and comfy! Great customer service! Great breakfast!!!! A lot of parking
- 5/5
There was an unpleasant surprise in third party parking.
- 3/5
Also REALLY frustrating that we had to pay for parking and were not told even by the hotel staff about it... the facility is in the middle of the suburbs not near any venue or anything that would attract outsiders not staying she hotel.
- 5/5
Our time there was great. It was quiet and a beautiful location.
- 4/5
Pay for parking was NOT expected.
- 5/5
The property was cleaned, staffs were trained and nice. My husband love the continental breakfast
- 5/5
Embassy Suites is always awesome!
- 1/5
The hotel was good but the $20 a night parking is unacceptable is bad enough what they charge you for the rooms than to charge you for parking too
- 5/5
My wife and I really enjoyed this embassy suites. It is a little dated, but it was very comfortable and clean. I like the atmosphere, the breakfast buffet is amazing as well.
- 4/5
Good breakfast. Don’t make people pay to park.
- 5/5
Decent stay for the price. Booked on a busy weekend so it was loud at times and the pool was packed, but nothing crazy. Room was clean, staff were nice. Bartender was awesome and the food was good. Would stay again if ever in the area.
- 2/5
Definitely not the best rest I've gotten while staying at a Hilton property. I could hear someone coughing and having conversations in the rooms next to us, we could hear the elevator from the bedroom every-time someone used it, and weird noise from the water pipes and sink all night. Bed made our backs hurt by morning after we got very little sleep. Pool was overrun by unsupervised kids even at 10:30pm at night. Same with breakfast, it wasn't great and overrun with kids pushing past us. I thought it would be a more relaxing stay before attending a festival the next day, so I'm a little disappointed. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
The staff was not very helpful when questioned and the hotel was too noisy.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
The walking paths around the property really speak to Denver's outdoor charm.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Spacious and clean rooms with good breakfast options
- 4/5
Clean sheets and towel, old dirty carpets. Sofa bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t great when compared to other embassy suites. Only coffee 24 hours. No tea or hot water post breakfast time. Elevators especially the middle one felt a little wobbly.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Great breakfast and service
- 3/5
Upon check in, we were told the two queen room we booked was unavailable. We had to take a king room. Could definitely smell smoke in the non smoking room. Even had burn stain on couch.
- 5/5
Great staff and very clean
- 3/5
The room was spacious, but the bed was not as soft as we would of liked. The breakfast had plenty of selections. The elevator can get busy at times. The area outside allowed for a morning walk which was pleasant. Overall we would stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice location!
- 5/5
excellent breakfast and facility
- 4/5
Great breakfast spread
- 5/5
Always our go-to place for a getaway. Staff is great.
- 3/5
Inside room is clean. Complimentary cocktails is a nice extra. Restaurant opened till 9.30pm. Common areas not maintained well. Dirty plates and linens left on corridor. Breakfast is okay.
- 5/5
The happy hour was a big plus free drinks for over an hour let’s you unwind . Spacious clean rooms and buffet breakfast !
- 5/5
Well run and clean property
- 4/5
Did not like the fact that you have to pay for parking unaccountable
- 5/5
I love to stay at Embassy with complimentary breakfast.
- 5/5
Fantastic breakfast
- 1/5
Water clogging in wash basin. Ac fan is walkways on though set to auto. Hard Toilets flush
- 1/5
Absolute trash
- 5/5
The only thing that I didn’t like was the daily $15 charge for parking. The hotel is in an area with no competing facilities around it so the fee was just to stick it to the customer.
- 4/5
Solid stay … good property , spacious rooms , front end staff is excellent , super safe location , despite a sold out weekend due to a your soccer tournament my stay was still excellent . Comfy beds and quiet rooms .
- 5/5
How this hotel is so reasonably priced when they have huge rooms, amazing breakfasts, and happy hour with two free drinks ands snacks… we will never know! It was amazing.
- 2/5
First
- 5/5
The suites are spacious with a microwave and mini fridge. The complementary breakfast 😋 was delicious
- 3/5
Needs improvement - 1) The kitchenette and bathroom sinks were all backed up and not draining properly. They made gurgling noises whenever we used the sinks or someone in a nearby room used their sinks. 2) We had to pay $15/day to park. We were not told this in advance. This was a huge parking lot with tons of empty spaces, not downtown, so it felt like just another way to get money from customers. 3) Worse happy hour I've ever experienced at any Embassy ever! The only snacks were a few crackers, carrots, celery and ranch. Most have a good cheese assortment, small hors d'oeuvres and a balance of sweet and salty items. As for the drinks there was the choice of one white, one red and 2 types of beer. I chose the white which was a pinot grigio. It was terrible. No sweetness, not light or fruity...tasted toxic, like bile. Instant headache. We attended happy hour on our first night for 10 minutes but didn't bother to return on other nights. We didn't finish the wine or the old carrots. They should put a lot more love into their happy hour.
- 4/5
The room was spacious and I loved having a mini frig and microwave. Generous breakfast and good fitness room. Minus a star for musty smell in my suite but the rest of it was fine. I felt safe walking in the area and would stay again.
- 3/5
$15 a day for parking. Rooms are outdated and look like they are stuck in the 80’s. Fixtures in the shower were falling out of the wall but the water did get nice and hot! AC in the room didn’t get cold and I asked the front desk to have it checked ( not sure if anyone even came to look at it) PRO- if your looking for great breakfast options this is your spot. Made from scratch omelets were fantastic!
- 5/5
Great hotel. Excellent staff!
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Happy hour with two complimentary drinks was wonderful. Such a great experience
- 5/5
End of our three night trip. Beds were comfortable, great breakfast in the morning.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great
- 5/5
It was close to were we needed to go and the breakfast was very good
- 5/5
Good place to stay.
- 4/5
It was nice. The only thing is the AC made a noice every time it was running. Hard to sleep through.
- 5/5
I had a great experience at this hotel. The entire property was very clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel at ease. I also appreciated how safe and secure everything felt throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and updated, with modern touches that added comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I’ve slept in while traveling. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and reliable stay!
- 5/5
Thanks
- 5/5
I was charged again for a room I already paid for and the man in the front had no idea how to fix the charge. I had to wait until the next day and go speak to the lady up front who helped resolve this. I have been staying there for 17 years when I come to Denver and was shocked that now you have to pay$16.50 a night to park there.
- 5/5
Loved the breakfast options and the room was quiet spacious
- 5/5
Great staff, easy check in, very helpful.
- 4/5
The suites are conveniently furnished, but there is a lack of bright lightning for the living room where the couch and fridge are. Curtains need changing. It all looks too brown overall. It’s time for an update. The hot water faucet of the bathroom sink of room 518 was not working properly. The water was not draining properly at the sink next to the fridge. Considering the little amount of time I spent in the room over the 4 days of the conference, it was fine. Staff was excellent, courteous and eager to help.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Nice place great breakfast but my room wasn’t smeofresh
- 2/5
Well the room was very out dated the shower was filthy and the shower curtain looked as if it hadn't been changed in years. I also have not received my deposit back and I only showered and slept there. It has been two weeks
- 1/5
To start off they did not give me the room I reserved online and when I told them they said they were “fully booked”. Second they charge for parking on their own parking lot that belongs to the hotel. Third the restroom was terrible, I believe they gave me a handicap room which I didn’t request and the shower head was old and spread water everywhere. Lastly the room smelled bad like old and dingy. Luckily I only stayed one night. Don’t recommend this hotel. I stayed and several Embassy’s across the country and this one is the worst I have stayed at. Oh before I forget the pool area wasn’t too clean either.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay there again.
- 2/5
We stay at the facility 6 to 8 times a year one to two days at a time and have had for the past nine years and have watched the changes to the facility and I’m not impressed with the current ones as the rates continue to go up when I’m getting in return is going down The overall cleanliness of the rooms especially on a deep cleaning level has gotten bad. I feel like we’re being nickel and dime definitely not impressed with parking lot fees, especially when we’re already paying near 200 a night. I’ve already found other places in the area much cheaper per night without parking lot fees that I’ll be trying out And most likely will not be back The person wants to be nickel and dimes. This is a good hotel for them.
- 5/5
Well run Hotel
- 5/5
The check-in was quick, easy and the gentleman at the desk was very nice and polite! The parking is done with an app and its not user friendly, nor did I know the daily price until the day I checked out and the parking app sent me a receipt. The room was clean and quiet which is great when you're on a relaxing weekend getaway.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Great breakfast.
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
Everyone was very friendly! It’s a great hotel! I will recommend to everyone.
- 3/5
Breakfast was great rooms and tv service needs updating.
- 4/5
Breakfast was very good. beds comfortable. Parking too expensive. Carpeting in rooms and furniture in public areas a bit worn. Happy hour good very limited appetizers for free.
- 4/5
Employees friendly and helpful. Shower was not what you would expect at an embassy. No water pressure and hot water not very hot. But everything else was good
- 5/5
Lovely hotel and comfortable beds. We had a wedding to attend in Elizabeth and it was a perfect spot.
- 5/5
Great place for groups. Fun atmosphere and a great pool for kids. We were even able to bring our pup!
- 5/5
Service and professional staff.
- 5/5
It’s great they have free breakfast. They gave two free drinks every evening for 5 days we stay there. We will be back.
- 3/5
Lovely hotel common areas, bar, and breakfast areas. Extensive breakfast options. Rooms are a little dated with furniture. Had 3 different rooms during 4 night stay. Should have comped our parking for inconvenience. Also parking fee $15 per night and you will get a ticket if not paid and not clear about this fee during reservation. 7/10 rating
- 3/5
Blood stains on toilet and mirror. Shower had a bunch of hair on the walls and near drain. Stains on sitting areas and along walls. Found a vape pen behind the bed and trash along the bottom of bed under bed skirt. Bed made spring noises and less than comfortable. Towels had a weird odor and requested for new ones. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly which is what brings the stay up to 3 stars.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
I can’t believe after paying the amount of money for a room, they charged an additional $15 a day to park your car outside, no coverage. It was an empty lot. There was also construction being done so the front door was shut down a lot of times.

We liked the layout of the hotel.
- 5/5
Amazing experience. Great staff. Friendly! Clean rooms and an amazing breakfast :) will be coming back.
- 4/5
Amazing breakfast and very clean all on site workers very helpful
- 5/5
Very nice breakfast great staff
- 5/5
This was our second time staying here, and we will stay here again when in the area. We love the 5:30-7 happy hour. Drinks are not just reduced but free! You can't beat that. Snacks are also served. The included morning breakfast is fine. What would make the property better is if they had a hot tub.
- 5/5
I wished they had a hot tub or atleast bigger swimming pool, its to crowded
- 1/5
My daughter ended up with cancer the days we were going to Denver and they refused to refund us. Zero empathy, even though I should know that empathy is almost obsolete these days.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Love the free breakfast and indoor pool.
- 5/5
Great stay. Room and bed were comfy and the breakfast was fantastic. Made to order omelet!
- 5/5
The breakfast options was what we loved! Extremely friendly staff, will definitely be back.
- 4/5
Hotel was ok
- 5/5
There was construction going on just below our room.
- 5/5
The room was beautiful and the happy hour and breakfast unbeatable!
- 4/5
Elevators are extremely loud and squeaky. All sound from central area echoes up to all rooms
- 3/5
The omelets were perfect and the guys were wonderful.
- 4/5
The pool was so murky that when you’re under the water you could not see anything. Also there was rock/ debris on the floor that when you’re playing around you can injure yourself.
- 4/5
The location is ideal, they do not have a jacuzzi.
- 4/5
Bed was super comfortable, but there was sn odor coming from the bathroom.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 1/5
upon checking in at this embassy the hotel clerk who worked at night was excellent. She was friendly and gave us a refreshment bag with two waters that were very much appreciated. We often stay at embassy suites because they’re all very similar and you kind of know what to expect but this one was a bit on the disappointing side..they had construction going on outside that caused for a bit of a mess when attempting to get the luggage trolly through the front door of the lobby, the room was clean and spacious but older which was honestly expected. The beds were terribly uncomfortable my spouse described them as “sleeping on a box spring with a mattress cover on it” and I honestly hate to admit that she was absolutely correct. The breakfast was terrible which is unfortunate because it’s typically my favorite part of staying at an embassy, no bacon at the buffet and the potatoes o’brien were soggy and flavorless, the apple juice dispenser poured out water (this was the end of the world for my small children). The pool was incredibly small, the review picture made it look large and spacious and because of its size was so incredibly crowded when we attempted to visit that we opted out of doing so, which was disappointing. We stayed at the Denver Downtown Embassy a few weekends back and although much more expensive ( around 250 dollars plus 50 dollars to park because it’s downtown) was worth the cost. would probably not stay at this location again.
- 5/5
Front desk employee did an excellent job, as well as the rest of the employees
- 5/5
Repeat visit. The restaurant is limited for evening meals and vegan options are not obvious. However, the staff were very helpful, again, and were able to do something suitable, nice, and quickly. We will be back :-)
- 5/5
Awesome breakfast
- 5/5
Beautiful property, very clean. Lots of construction outside which you could hear. The rooms were bigger than we expected which was a nice surprise. I didn’t like that we couldn’t upgrade our room because we booked with a 3rd party (they told us we would have to cancel and rebook with them which we couldn’t do because with Expedia, you can’t cancel same day). The. Asked about late checkout and were told we had to ask the morning of and if we could then it’s an additional charge. THEN to go park and it costs per day to park. All normal things for a hotel, just a lot of no’s and more money grabbing is annoying when checking in. Staff was kind, no problems there. The pool left more to be desired. It was small and very chipped up. No hot tub. We would stay here again however. We enjoyed the atrium and rooms.
- 5/5
Absolutely loved staying here. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The evening meal options were very limited for vegans. The room was excellent and the bed and bathroom were great. We are happy to be staying again in the near future.
- 5/5
All of the staff we encountered were helpful, kind, and lovely. The rooms were clean and the lobby and amenities were perfect to accommodate a wonderful gathering of friends celebrating my mom’s birthday. Our only complaint was the unforeseen added expense for parking.
- 2/5
So many kids, we were sitting on bar trying to enjoy a drink and kids just running around. Definitely kid friendly just not our cup of tea
- 5/5
Love the pool amenities and spa
- 5/5
Very enjoyable!
- 5/5
We enjoyed Happy Hour with free drinks and snacks, a great breakfast buffet including made-to-order omelettes and very responsive staff.
- 5/5
Excellent staff let me check in almost 3 hours early. Spotless hotel and room with a fantastic full breakfast included.
- 5/5
nice hotel
- 4/5
Was nice for what we needed
- 5/5
The hotel has seen better days. It was dated, clearly declined. It would merit a refurbishing. Paying for parking (outside) is a puzzle. It is not paid to Embassy Suites but to an external company. Much better to incorporate it as a payable service.
- 5/5
Very clean, great friendly staff.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and very helpful. The thing we didn’t like was the bed was very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs while laying down.
- 4/5
Sure would have been nice to have been told about the $12 parking in their parking lot upon reservation time
- 5/5
Good I loved it
- 5/5
It was everything we expected, except there is a charge for parking
- 4/5
We enjoyed an evening stay at this property. It was close in proximity to a restaurant we ate at near the Denver Tech Center. Upon checking in, we were greeted by the hotel manager and was asked if we had a preference of room location. She granted our request to not be near an elevator. The hotel was quiet, clean, and beautiful as always. Our room met our expectations and we were surprised that snacks were complimentary. Breakfast was delicious and a noon check out was very much appreciated. We have been to this location over the past 20 years, and it has always exceeded our expectations.
- 5/5
Did not like having to pay for parking at a hotel I already paid for my stay!

I typically stayed at the Embassy suites because their breakfast is amazing their staff Helpful I love their rooms with their big living rooms and nice bathrooms and big bedrooms. Happy hour free drinks at night is really amazing. The dining room is just somewhere you can hang out and just enjoy yourself without having to go to the bar. I usually stay there, but this time they didn’t have enough room for all three of us.

My only complaint is that we got an accessible room as my husband has Parkinsons and can sometimes lose his balance getting in and out of the tub. The accessible room was set up for someone in a wheelchair and everything was too low. Other than that, it was very nice. The bar staff were very nice and great to deal with, the breakfast buffet and service was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

The included breakfast plus drinks and snacks at happy hour set things off extremely well.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful! The complementary breakfast was great, one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had. They also include happy hour which I was very sad to have missed. The hotel rooms need a little update but the rest of the hotel was very, very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Almost everything was exellent, the thing that we didn’t like is now you have to pay for parking which they didn’t before, he have stay there several times. When we check in the receptionist was nice, the bartender was friendly, drinks were good and breakfast was great like always. The cooks were nice,The housekeepers were friendly. When we were checking out the morning receptionists wasn’t to friendly maybe she was having a bad morning but she should be more friendly.

I was in a fog while I was there and the staff was very helpful with my lost bag, inability to use the atm and locating the group I was meeting. Everyone was A but the the front check in and the check out girls were the best. I appreciate their help when most people would just watch and point. This is the second stay with the hotel and both time’s everything was above excellent.

Great location and fantastic service!

This hotel is dated and need some updating. The carpet is stained and dingy, the walls had scrapes and scuffs all over, and the faucets in our room looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The pool area was decently clean. The breakfast was great. Be advised, they are now charging for parking, although that is new and was not mentioned anywhere during booking. We have been Hilton Honors members for years and my app said parking was complimentary, so I showed the front desk and they gave me a code to validate parking. Still, this feels ridiculous to charge in an area where there is no reason to. I was not thrilled with our stay, and will likely look elsewhere next time we stay near the Tech Center.

The staff all around were fantastic. From the front desk, house keeping, dining, and the bar. Everyone was so nice and helpful for anything we asked. Loved the stay and will be back.

This motel was so much more then what we were expecting!! Well worth the money we spent for our stay there.

The pool had tpilet paper in it and the pool bathrooms were covered in poop and toilet paper. It was gross.

Thoughtfully selected amenities in the room were appreciated.

Enjoyed the stay. Staff friendly, happy hour was earlier than other embassy suites we’ve stayed at.

I had to pay for parking!!!
- 2/5
It’s nicer than a Comfort Inn, but disappointing as far as the Embassy Suites standards. Things like the awning at the entrance is rusted and falling apart. The furniture is outdated and rooms are beat up. They only allow 2 drinks at happy hour. The day before we arrived they started charging parking through an app. The breakfast was substandard for ES, the food was cold, the bananas were almost black. Our king bed had queen bedding. In a nut shell they are charging a lot yet trying to do it all as cheaply as possible and it shows.

Coffee was bad. Shower was marginal.

Bartender was very unfriendly and rude, I was caught off guard by his demeanor (both nights). Elevator doors made very loud screeching sound which disturbed our sleep. Service desk staff said they were aware of it, offered no apology nor remedy to the situation. I stay at Embasdy Suite locations regularly (always), this is only one that disappointed. Will not stay here again.

Average. Our room had sink issues, the toilet seat was broken, service in the restaurant was average at best.
