Room was adequate for the price. I did not recieved my fee back for one night incidentials after I reported my room smelled like marijuana the second night we were there. The female at the front desk I reported it to, appolgized and I just wanted to let her know about the smell. I was never contacted about the incident again for any furhter information. I noticed that one of the nights icidential fees was not returned, I gave it a few more days thinking it would catch up. This prompted me to looked at my reciept again and saw a charge for smoke for $250. My husband nor myself do not smoke anything and have not in our adult lives we are 56 and 61 years of age. I called the front desk to dispute the charge and was given another number to call for disputes. I spoke to that person and they could not find my reservation and told me I had to deal with the property directly. I called back and spoke with the same female and she said initially that she was not seeing a charge for smoking. After looking a little further, she said she found the notes saying,I reported smelling marijuana in the room and housekeeping smelled it too. She said since I did not report the incident on check in I was charged. I did not smelll it at check in. It was someone else either next to me or coming from the vents. I did not report it till check out because we intially smelled it when we got back to the hotel close to 12:30 am and it was not consistant until the morning when I discussed it with my husband if he smelled it too. He did, so I wanted to alert the front desk and instead of doing any type of investigation they chagred me for the smoke smell. The female I spoke to said she was not able to adress this so I asked to speak to a manager. I have yet to get a call back to address the fruadualnt charge. I will be disputing the charge with the credit card company. I am highly dissapointed in the way this was handled. I would not recommend staying at this location.

Our room was very quiet away from elevators. The bed was very comfortable. The A/C window unit was a little loud so we didn't use it much.

Average TV wouldn’t work. Repair made. Next time turned on didn’t work. Repair again. Next day didn’t work again. Repaired again. We left for home after that. First night microwave started beeping at 4 am waking us up. We unplugged it.

Location as per my business needs . Was shocked . Felt as if the front office staff attending to us wa doing us a great favour and if we were staying for free . When charging for the room , the otherwise nice gentleman did not care to listen to us but felt knew better .

This is a great Hampton Inn. It is quiet and sits back from the road. The only slight negative was that I asked for an extra hand towel from the maid but never received one. Breakfast was good and had an adequate supply of the usual breakfast items that Hampton Inn is known for.

Check in around 8:30 pm 5/17. It felt like the Clerk had no desire to be there. Told us there was only one luggage cart in the whole hotel, and someone has spilled shrimp on it. There was also spilled shrimp and pasta in the elevator. No one attempted to Clean Up. Just threw a towel over it no conditioner in the bathroom however, the room was clean and very comfortable morning clerk at checkout was very helpful. You could use a second waffle maker as there was a line all morning.

Hotel in a great location. Not far from top golf or Walmart. My only dislike is breakfast doesn’t start until 7am. We typically have to leave by 630am on tournament days so an early breakfast would’ve been good. Other than that the rooms were clean and the staff that checked us in was super friendly and accommodating.

Front desk making comments about things not being done from the night to early morning staff. Room keeping began a hallway wide cleaning at 6:00am due to a large influx of guests due to soccer events, which isn't the issue but they had ZERO audial awareness from repeated slamming if toilet lids, doors and cabinets all the way til morning before our event. Wanted to check out early morning. Staff was asleep near desk. Took pictures in case this hotel tries to bill me for anything ridiculous.

The staff was very friendly. Property and room in good condition. But the bed, oh the bed. The bed is probably the worst i have ever slept on. And the pillows may have been worse. Barely slept at sll and hurt bad the next day.

Room was nice. But no microwave. Fridge didn't cool food enough. Bed was springy and hard. Overall good experience though. Breakfast was the highlight.

Breakfast had a variety such as eggs, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, waffles but they did not have syrup which I thought was weird. The walls were dirty and stained with something going down. Surfaces had not been wiped down by the bed. Bed cover was also stained so we did not use it. Hotels included facial cleanser to remove makeup which is nice but did not have hand soap so we ended up using the facial cleanser. Inside of the toilet was clean but walls by the toilet and toilet lid was sticky. Aside from a few things on cleanliness our stay was good.

I carried the pillow and the beetle into the bathroom where I shook the beetle onto the floor and squashed it. Ugh. I have never had this problem since I encountered palmetto bugs in a South Carolina hotel in 1967.

Room was clean and check in clerk was helpful.Breakfast was ok but everything was empty and kept having to wait for items. The pool area was fun but we had 10 swimmers and asked for clean towels and brought 4 towels. Next morning trash still wasn't thrown or clean towels.

It was clean and close to family. Booking listed the property as no pets allowed. Having severe cat allergies, this was a prime reason in selecting this hotel. However, this hotel welcomed all dogs and cats. I won’t be able to trust your listings.

Self check in, clean rooms, comfy beds, market on-site to purchase snacks. Pay for parking on top of room rate. Was told a different price for long term parking over the phone but they wouldn’t honor this price. You have to ‘ book’ the airport shuttle ahead of time.

This is our second stay and we will continue to stay here when in the area. The rooms are very clean, the hotel is quiet, and the breakfast has been top notch!

clean rooms We left some items at the property, a vaporizer that fell out of a girls purse as we were leaving, and two foundations, we called the hotel maybe 5 minutes after we checked out and told them where so items would be, and we came back at the time we could and they “never found the items”. So we were very dissatisfied with that.

Great basic hotel. We have stayed here twice both times the computer system at check in were down and caused delays. The front desk gentleman Garret was kind and apologetic. He is a highlight and should been valued. The elevator was making scary noises so we took the stairs. Nothing was bad but get the computers fixed.

I was charged again for my stay after paying in advance through Expedia. Room & staff were ok (obviously not whoever processed my CC when I had already paid beforehand). I have opened a dispute with my CC company & submitted the paid in full in invoice I received from Expedia to that CC company.

Rooms and hotel were very clean. Parking was easy and convenient. Hotel is right behind a really nice Walmart which makes picking up necessities easy. Only complaint was breakfast. It wasnt horrible, just wasn't that great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of channels to choose from in the room on the tv.

Good infrastructure and responsive staff. The room was the right size. Can park very close to the room. The pool was a differentiator. Included breakfast is another one. Cleanliness of the bathroom. In my room, there were red stains in the bathroom, besides the toilet, and also beside the sink. Because of the reddish color and the fact that it was clearly a liquid spilled there, they look like uncleaned blood stains (or worse). Air conditioning works when it wants to work; the user doesn't have immediate control over the temperature.

Parking area was good though it fills up quickly. Most breakfast’s in Hampton inn’s are good but need healthier quality options.

Easy access to freeways

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights, room never got cleaned once. I went downstairs and notified the front desk twice, they just chuckled and said they would 'let them know'.

Location was everything. Just outside Denver, so it was easy to get into town when you wanted but you didn’t have to deal with much traffic outside of rush hour. 25-30 minutes from red rocks, kayaking, hiking trails, and downtown Denver. Nothing stood out as a bad thing, but nothing stood out as extraordinary either.

Only stayed one night of a four night stay (got very ill after got into town). Shower was dirty and A/C was very noisy.

Expedia booked me a room that have a bathtub in it and when I went to check in they said they had no rooms with bathtubs available and that Expedia is overbooking rooms that they don't have

I reserved a specific room to accommodate my family’s needs. Upon check-in, I was not given the room I reserved. Richard at the front desk acknowledged this and assured me that notes would be made for the proper room to be assigned the following day. However, when I followed up, I was told the requested room had been given to another guest. The room we were provided was not suitable for our family, and no effort was made to correct this. 2. Disturbing Incident During Breakfast: On the morning of June 30 at approximately 7:10 AM, while having breakfast, a male guest began aggressively yelling at another guest for being on the phone. He then continued confronting and verbally intimidating multiple guests in the breakfast area. I suffer from severe anxiety and am currently under treatment. This incident triggered a significant anxiety episode and left me in fear for our safety. I was too afraid to speak up or leave the area. The front desk staff did very little to intervene and merely told the guest to “be quiet” rather than properly de-escalating the situation. These experiences made our stay stressful, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointing. As a paying guest, I expected the room I booked, a safe environment, and attentive staff. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met.

This hotel was the best I have stayed in for the past two years. The black male who checked me in was very nice and offered me a bottle of water which was exactly what I needed. The staff did not bother me or harass me which I had encountered at other hotels. Unfortunately, Nikki who checked me out in the morning was nasty and unfriendly. The food was not good.

Hampton Inn is usually a good place to stay. This property was no exception. Vert nice place to stay, the staff was very helpful in directing us to dinning possibilities. Breakfast was the usual great way to start our day.

We're not really into the "minimal' or "industrial" look properties so weren't impressed with the pegs that replace a closet nor the tiny refrigerator with no freezer compartment.

The thoughtful way it was planned made it very comfortable in our room There were some things that housekeeping needs to work on are corners and baseboards are dirty hair and dust heavy There was an area on the wall that looked like body secretions that been sprayed there not great Also dining area needs attention also food stains on chairs etc But I feel that if these things were improved it would be great The bed was comfortable The breakfast was fine

Amazing! Took a family trip for the weekend and needed a place close to fiddlers green. This is the one to pick, smelled great, very clean and well taken care of. Didn’t get a chance to swim or use gym but gym looked great, didn’t go see pool. Breakfast had a wonderful variety . Within moments of checking in received text from front desk to make sure everything was ok. Very pleased! This will be our go to hotel in Denver area hand down! Thanks Hampton and Staff

The hotel room was clean, the girl working the front desk was very friendly. I was double charged for the security deposit, but the girl at the front desk noticed and said she reached out to her manager to correct it. Since that charge should drop off any way I wasn’t overly concerned about it. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and there were only two towels in the room. The TV was messed up and didn’t work correctly. We could only watch whatever happened to be on TV and there was “no information available”, so you had no idea what channel you were watching or what was on any channel. When we complained about the TV after the first night we were told someone was “coming out tomorrow to take a look ant it”. The next night nothing had changed. Overall I would say our experience was middle of the road. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but a few small changes would make the experience much better.
