Things broken in room. Room looked used.

Some light bulbs were burn. There was not a chair or table in the room. I had also asked for trash containers, because were none. They have a stove, that I don't used, vecuse they rent the cookware. Was only 1 bar soap. Nobody clean the room in the 5 days that I was there.

2. Room had horrible, stale cigarette smell, I had to buy cleaning products to be able to stay 3. Stove in room was not working, reported it to 3 different staff members. On day 4 of 4 we finally got moved to a different room, then the microwave did not work.

We got dirty ugly states from management and staff everyday just walking too and from our room everyday, on the last day we tried paying for our room and they kept telling me that my card was declined and it wasn't paid for and locked us out of our room, I called my card the next morning and it did actually get charged that night, when staff came to the room while we were packing they

Room was nasty, kitchen sink had some black mess in it. I was scared to take a shower or use the sink. Room and sheets had a weird smell to it. Carpet had stains, and it was just a mess.

We were asled several.times if we had drugs ! Gjere was always loud banging around 230-330 am every night! The fore alarm went off every week in-between 2-5AM and for reasons we werent given by staff ! Staff kept my mail from me and wouldnt give me it! Very unprofessional place !

When we arrived in our room it smelled strong of Marijuana. We went to the front desk reported the smell and requested another room. The receptionist acted like he was surprised so he went to investigate himself. He came back and told me I was wrong and that it did not smell like marijuana. I know for a fact what marijuana smells like. He gave us a different room and the TV was so dark we could hardly see the picture. Towels were not changed out (as were requested). In the morning there is no one at the front desk.

The Extended Stay is a great hotel. Everything here is great. The staff is wonderful. They make sure you get taken care of and the hotel is always clean. Thank you Extended Stay for your stay and I love this hotel. Everyone should come to this hotel and visit.

Location Staff very rude, they wanted to charge me twice for some amenities, i showed them my credit card statment where it showed the purchased and still they threatened me with charging me more directly to my credit card with penalties, interest fees, and more. they called my room after 10 pm and then went and raise the voice to my wife, for a hotel with so many location they should do a better job training its staff in customer service and general people skills.

One and done Supposef to be nonsmoking but room had that odor. One bar of soap to wash with. Cabinets are cheap with paper coverage peeling off. No coffee maker in room. I guess this is what you get for around one hundred dollars in Denver. Tjought at least there would be a vial for shampoo and a coffee maker. Spend a little more and be more comfortable. Probably wont have a bunch of cigarette buuts around the entry.

If you have 4 people staying in a room need to keep 4 towels and wash clothes. No one want to share that. Need make sure check coach bed covers more our was dirty.

Hotel was clean. They do not provide any dishes/utensils/pots and pans in the kitchenette. They also do not provide housekeeping without an additional fee, and charge you $30 to take out your trash. Provided 2 towels for 3 guests and seemed annoyed when I asked for extra.

Before I begin I realize we are in a staffing shortage now and it's hard to find committed and competent staff. Training must be an issue as well and language with customers may be part of it as well. But our experience was tough at best. I was informed there would be no breakfast, the pool wasn't available and the desk would not be manned. The room had no dishes but we could BUY the use of them at the time of needed. The kitchenette there were no knobs on the doors to open them. The couch was in terrible shape and there were no accent tables to set anything on (maybe theft was an issue of concern. The furniture was poor quality and rocked so setting things down like a glass (which was also not available) was not an option. The toilet paper availability was another issue and since no one was available at the front desk we were forced to go to Walgreens and buy toilet paper, soap, and shampoo and rinse and plastic silverware. I might suggest leaving some of these supplies at the front desk and someone available to supply these or a sign "be back in 5-10 minutes. The last straw was the final day we were there when we were loading our car and the "key card" would not let us back in the room. The nice young man tried 3 times to try to reload the card and asked us if we were sure this was our room (???). Finally opening the door for us. At this point we propped the room open and I stayed there while my husband loaded the rest of our things. We won't use this chain.

Harassed multiple times about cleaning the room before my checkout time. Dirty bathroom in the room. Unpainted drywall patches all throughout the room Pool looked permanently closed. And that was the only reason I chose to stay here.

The smell in the elevator for the entire 10 days though was pretty awful. A mixture of cigarets and body odor and the large stain on the carpet hallway on the second floor was hard to overlook.

The service desk lacked professionalism. Upon arrival I was told there were no rooms available, but could upgrade for a few for an available room. The room was unacceptably dirty and had a foul odor. If I wasn't so exhausted I would have demanded a refund that night.

Room was dirty, old shoes left in the room under the bed from previous occupant. The door lock on the inside was broken. The tub didn’t drain and the smoke detector was taken apart.

Our room was very dirty. There was still food around the burners on the stove, the trash under the kitchen sink hadn’t been emptied, it looked like nothing had been wiped down, and overall nothing looked liked it was cleaned. We only saw one staff member, that was when we checked in, every other time we went to the front for questions no one was there. There is no coffee in the whole building, including in the rooms, and no coffee pots. The only toilet paper that we were given was what was on the roll, no extra. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it’s the only place available. Advertising a pool but totally closed up was a huge inconvenience. Had druggies staying there and constantly asking for money or cigarettes. Room was not bad but when I wanted another set of towels, I was told I had to gather all the dirty towels and bring them to front desk for clean towels. I declined since it was an inconvenience. Hallway leading to room smelled like smoke. Also, make sure all adults have some sort of ID in order to stay here. Definitely won’t stay here again. Waste of money I can’t get back. 👎👎

It was a place to sleep and overall I did feel safe, but thats about it very disappointed that hotels.com would have this as 6/10. I contected hotels.com about getting a refund and going somewhere else but they never got back to me either. False advertisement the pool hasnt been running all year and thats the main reason we booked this hotel.

Nothing was ready. Check-in took more than 3 hours and was still incomplete and inaccurate when we returned 7 hours later. Bill was wrong. Reservation was wrong and all employees were recent hires with zero experience. Rooms were filthy. We do not recommend this hotel.

Most disappointing was the cleanliness of the room, I pulled chairs out from the kitchen “bar” and they were very dusty and had food particles on them. (Yuck) Tried to pull a drawer out in the bathroom and the front of the drawer fell off. Found a grappling hook in one of the drawers (whaaa?), anyway I will not return. The entire property smelled musty and looked dirty. We were told they only have one housekeeper for the entire property.

Hotel overbooked and would not honor our reservation. Asked for assistance in canceling our reservation and was not helped or provided receipt of non service. Was denied room and still charged full amount. Desk manager then took her dog she had behind the counter for a walk and said I was out of luck. Learned upon arrival from front desk employee that reservation was canceled by Extended Stay because Hotels.com over booked. Was asked if I received a message. I did not. I asked for options from/by Extended Stay. Told none. Now waiting for refund of $101.40 charge despite the hotel's cancelation and left with nothing. They know how to take the reservation. They just don't know how to hold the reservation, and that's really the important part.

My wife and I stayed at this Extended Stay a few weekends ago when we were in town for a wedding and while the staff was friendly, the accommodations were not what we had expected based on the 7.8 rating it had and how high the price was. The room was very outdated and there were various issues with both the facilities and the room. Upon checking in we were told the elevator didn't work so we'd need to take the stairs. Fortunately they placed us on the second floor rather than a higher floor. We soon also found out the exterior key card entry on our side of the building on the first floor didn't work. When we got into our room, the shower was broken to where water came out of the tub faucet and shower head at the same time causing the tub to quickly fill with water because the flow was faster than it could drain. Our TV remote and other small items had issues, so it wasn't the best stay for trying to enjoy our first trip in over a year.

Overall it was comfortable and clean, the elevator was out of service due to a lightening strike weeks ago and the key card reader didnt function on the outside doors so they were propped up with rocks most of the time. All the hallways reeked of Marijuana so although they dont allow smoking i guess Marijuana smoke is ok. Probably wouldnt stay there again for that reason.

The elevator was broken. The door to my room was broken so you had to forcefully shove it to open every time. The pool was closed. The laundry payment system was broken. I asked for a late check out the night before I was leaving but the staff didn’t communicate that to the morning staff so there was a lot of confusion. Then I was told there was a fee for late check out but the staff didn’t communicate that when I originally asked for it. Also, on the Expedia site it was not clear that there was a pet fee so the stay ended up costing. $100 more than expected.

My wife and I had a great time. She went to the blake shelton concert. Check in was fast sign paper about smoke free room about pets. I paid thru hotels.com so everything was paid for. nice pool didnt swim room was very nice kitchen( fridge stove sink). nice bathroom. queen size bed pillows to soft. I am us to frim pillows. the elevator was broken at the time but we didn't have problem with that. quiet area the restaurant across the street was playing music and couldnt barely hear the music when we went inside. no homeless people

I would say i made a wrong choice by choosing this hotel to stay with the family. The room was not clean. I was asked to go to a different room on day2 and it was not good/clean. There were ants inside the room. The service was poor. Will never stay at this hotel again.

I thought the staff was very very friendly and helpful and understanding. They helped answer every question i had and were very good at helping in every way i needed. The room itself wasnt the fanciest room, but it was decently priced so i couldnt complain to much. However, i booked a specific room online and the room i stayed in either was falsely described on the expedia website or i was just given the wrong room and not even informed or warned. Also i booked this hotel specifically because it said it had a pool and i called to verify there was in fact a pool, yet when i arrived it didnt have a drop of water in it. My kids were devastated and i could no longer cancel my stay as i got there in the evening after the time in which i was able to cancel without being charged. So i was a bit upset.

I decided to leave my cat home, and I'm glad because the room already smelled like cat pee AND cigarette smoke (we are not smokers). My cat probably would have peed in there to change the scent, and learned a bad, hard to break habit, aside from making it worse. The room served it's purpose, but the smell was pretty bad, and if we'd spent more time than just sleeping and showering in there, I would have been unhappy. The guy working the desk that first night was great, but it seemed weird, the last morning, that the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 8:30 am to ask if we would be checking out at 11. The layout of the room itself was comfortable, my sister and I slept well, but overall, it was okay, not fantastic.
