Really appreciated the clean room and the morning breakfast. Made getting an early start doable.

The hotel was renovated at some point and in decent condition. The price was right for what we got, good for a one night stay. I was impressed with the sound proofing from the highway, not as impressed with the sound proofing from upstairs. Breakfast food was just OK, liked the freshly ground coffee.

The biggest problem was the numerous amount of semi trucks on the road in. There is a Pilot that was extremely congested with trucks going in. The front desk employee gave us the suggestion of driving through the fast food parking lots on the right. It helped, otherwise you have a long wait behind the stopped trucks.

Clean room, arrived after 1:00 am and we were provided a room by an elevator and breakfast area ( even though in the notes we requested top floor when we paid for the room online). We were somewhat disappointed at first because we thought we won’t have a good sleep due to breakfast and an elevator noise. However, the room was surprisingly quiet and we couldn’t hear any noise from the outside. We enjoyed our stay, the night staff was also nice and provided us everything we requested. Great experience.

The staff was very helpful. The amenities in the room were great. You could control the climate control very easily. The breakfast was adequate.

Super clean and staff was great. Third time staying at this location. Giant thumbs up for the new coffee machines. So much better than pumping it out of a thermos and the taste is better than Starbucks.

Bed wasnt the usual awesome bed like the other Holiday Inn Expresses Ive stayed in. Hard as a rock. And, please have some gluten free muffin or toast. Others do have this as well.

The hotel was updated and clean. The eggs on the breakfast bar were better than any of the other hotels we stayed with on our vacation.

Staff was friendly snd accommodating.

Clean and large room, awkward staff at check in (and they needed my husbands ID wouldn’t accept mine which hasn’t ever happened) Room was so strange though (we had biggest suite, however window was completely blocked by the front overhang and felt claustrophobic. At one point police were on site so not sure about that. Breakfast was pretty good (hard for one person to keep up with all the hospitality though.

One of the nicer an Holiday Inn Express as the front desk lady said they recently remodeled. The furniture had nice benches for your luggage, a chaise for relaxing and nice comfy bed/pillows. Didn’t stay for the free breakfast, but a nice stop during our Washington to Cali drive home.

Room was clean and staff is friendly but breakfast area was crowded, items frequently ran out without refills for long time, so you got to go on the tour rather than waiting for it, and the tables were dirty and not cleaned between diners

Room was clean and staff friendly. The breakfast was very good. The pool could use a few more chairs. Biggest complaint was the lack of soundproofing. I could hear doors opening and closing all night. The room above us was training elephants complete with loud music in the middle of the night.

This is the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. Newly remodeled. Breakfast was great. I would definitely received it.

All the basics, bed was clean and there was coffee and goodies to go in the morning. The front desk woman was very nice. A good spot to break up a trip, not necessarily a destination spot- unless you're taking the kids swimming in the summer. It is far enough from the highway, that it is quiet. An extra blanket would have been nice, and I didn't ask. Overall, a good night sleep.

Room was nice and clean, so I cannot complain there. We stayed 3 nights and the one time I did not put a DND sign on the door our room was neglected, towels were thrown in the bathroom and dirty towels were not taken. Beds were both I made and thing were STOLEN out of my bathroom. Very expensive item, I told the front desk and they said they were take care of it and get back to me, no communication as of yet. We feel like our privacy was extremely invaded and paying the amount we did to stay here this absolutely should not have happened and should have been handled immediately by the staff. I will not stay here again and will not recommend family.

According to hotels. com the place had a pool and hot tub, and both of them were closed for renovations, for a couple of weeks by the time we came to stay. It would have been nice to have been notified of this, my kids were quite disappointed.

This is in the parking lot of a huge truck stop and on the side of Interstate 5. It felt unsafe, not sanitary and super sketchy.

We stayed a night as we were passing through on our way to Portland. The hotel itself is very nice. It's placement by the freeway is convenient but because it's so close it's quite noisy. We got there the night before the parking lot was to be resurfaced, so much of the parking lot was blocked off. Breakfast was wonderful, the staff was friendly, and there is a nice walking path by the river that is accessible to the hotel and quite lovely.

Our trip at this hotel was OK. Our room key kept malfunctioning. We also got different keys from the front desk, but the lock continues to have issues. The rooms could use some updating or some TLC. Our bathroom tub looked dirty at first glance, but after looking closer, it was just the paint being extremely faded away.

I had booked this hotel based on the ratings and reviews as I had a concert to go to down the road and I didn’t feel like driving home afterwards as it was almost a 4 hr drive back home for me. I had booked this hotel 2 months before the concert and I must say it was an easy find. My stay there was phenomenal. The room was very clean and the staff there was excellent. I’m definitely going to be booking with them again in the future.

This property had a great staff member, Mika, who was most gracious about my request to move! Also the room was very clean and comfortable! It was also close to Costco, so I could fill up my car that evening so I can get back on the road easily in the morning.

Property wouldnt make coffee after it sat in a pot for 3.5 to 4 hours. Staff was rude. Got a noise complaint 10 mins in to arrival, knowing full well i needed to move my stuff in. Breakfast was only pre-packaged muffins and stale coffee. Will never go back to such a horrible stay. Just pathetic for the holiday inn.

The room we were given was right above the hotel entrance and every time the automatic door opened, you could both hear and feel it. Like a big truck rumbling by. We let the front desk know and they just said they'd tell maintenance but didn't offer to move us to a different room. Other than that, it's what you'd expect of a Holiday Inn.

I usually love staying here but last night was very rough. Just keep in mind that this is a vineyard and other guests will drink and potentially make a ton of noice.

Hotel is next to a truck stop and when we were coming back from dinner the trucks trying to get into the lot had the whole street blocked and we could not make it down for about 10 minutes

We could hear people talking in the hallway and walking at night in the unit above us. It was a long night. I would avoid returning.

We have stayed with my family, there is no accommodations for kids! Food was not I was expected. They had a few options with pork sausage which is nobody even touched! I asked them to if they have more food like turkey sausages or breakfast potatoes! They didn’t have it ,Hallway was so noisy, I was in the other location so many times, but this location is way different from other Holiday Express locations.

Eateries abound, and there’s a Costco near by for refueling. It is right in the middle of a trucking hub, but once the window is closed, All noise is gone.

Convenient to I-5. You do hear the traffic a bit, but not a major problem.

It was very good and comfortable. I was charged $50 more than told through this app. That seems excessive to me. I understand $10-15 but $50 was hugher than our budget was expected. Also, it showed pets allpwed and when we got there they said no pets. So our dogs had to stay in our truck

All the doors slam shut, poor adjust no soft close. Mismatched flooring levels (trip hazard) toilet as low as a kindergarten chair, faucet barley sticks out over the sink - can't hardly get your hands under the water, charging outlets are worn, cords fall out! Couch has no support, and blinds won't stay open. If you want to plug something in at the desk you have to crawl under it to get to an outlet. Sounded like there was a sumo wrestling match above our room all four nights we were there. The main hall had a party going on night one. The hallway was full of pot smoke and people were going in and out of the room with loud music playing till 1:00 a.m. people going in and out the back entry door.

This hotel is right on I5 but it was quiet in our room. Queen suite was big and comfy. Bathroom nice and clean. We stayed here on the way to Crater Lake and it was very convenient - lovely drive from there to Crater Lake.

Was easy to find (off highway), room was clean and fit our family of 5 (we did find out that needed to ask for additional bed linens). Breakfast had a ton of options (including a fun pancake maker our kids enjoyed). Pleasant staff, easy to check in/out and clean, well appointed rooms.

We loved being about to take our granddaughters swimming in the indoor pool. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly.
