La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Buena Park

The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom had lots of mold in it. I advised staff of the drains not working properly in tub but it was never fixed during my 3 night stay. The TV wasn’t working after the power went off. The positive thing about our stay was there were lots of parking and it was in a great location.

Nice hotel, room spacious but TV is small

Overall, a great place to stay. The shower needs to be turned all the way to hot to ensure you get warm water. Lots of food available nearby and a close distance to the airport and Disney attractions. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The guest rooms at this location require deep cleaning. Furthermore, the fire sprinklers look terrible and need to be replaced. I am concerned about my health and my children's health due to the presence of suspected mold. On a positive note, breakfast was the best part of our short stay.

So nice, so accommodating. The room was Horrible! The shower constantly dripped water would not shut off. The Gym was closed for the whole week! “Free breakfast” was wack. Nothing but carbs! Muffins, bagels, cereal and waffles! They did have boiled eggs which was cool But no scrambled eggs, or protein.!!! What kind of breakfast is that! Popcorn ceiling is always indication that it’s not great. Price was pretty high considering how horrible the room was.

The housekeeping and kitchen staff were really awesome! Very friendly, helpful and enjoyable to be around. Hot tub was not working, neither was the ice machine. The temperature in the hotel and elevator was too hot and uncomfortable.

Take slippers. My feet were dirty from walking on the dirty carpet/tile. I forgot mine. Sink was cracked. TV connection stopped working. Blamed it on the service provider. Breakfast was so-so. Business hotel I used to go to 26 years ago...was great in 1996...not anymore. Smells like chlorine. Employees were very helpful.

The location is convenient and walking distance to a lot of stores. But the rooms itself can use a upgrade. My whole time I did not see the cleaning lady at all.

The property is worn and not well maintained. The bathroom was extremely small with no counter space or sink except outside the bathroom. There was body wash in the shower but no soap supplied at the sink. The continental breakfast was very limited and the seating was also very limited. This is a below average accommodation. I would not call it “Very Good”

Location The breakfast could have been better. Most of all the bathroom looked the a old closet. Bathroom should have actual doors for privacy not closet doors. None of the furniture matched a night stand type table with a regular chair and office chair. The rooms need an upgrade or remodel of furniture

I like the location of the hotel, the most. The room itself was clean with the exception of a medicine bottle full of weed in the freezer. I threw it in the trash, not knowing if it was laced with fentanyl or not, and did not want to get it into the wrong hands. The hallway carpets could use a little attention but other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Clean and well maintained properties.

Both free parking and free breakfast are very helpful for us. The building seems old, but I think this hotel is totally reasonable.

A bug crawled out of my bed so I had to change rooms. Rooms were decent, loud from freeway noise and a little dirty.

Bathroom has water leaking heavy. I called and reported. The front desk told me they will send someone up to fix the leakage but no one showed up. The leakage keep on running all night and all day so I can't sleep. The bathtub baseboard looks molded and dirty.

We got this hotel due to the hot tub. Guess what? It was broke down. That should have been our sign to leave. But NOPE we stayed and rode out the adventure. Like a Disneyland ride. Then the room..... old decoŕ we were on the second floor. The windows were so dirty that you couldnt see the sunrise. So we opened the windows. You read that right, we opened the windows wide open on the second floor. LOL Then there was the sink issue. The handle come off, causing issues in on/off. Then the shower!!! If we would have had thick hair. It would have taken a week to get the soap out. I ttuly believe you could have held the water back with you hands. Took forever to shower and rinse off. BUT only waiting 20 minutes to get hot water. Then comes the free breakfast. Day old muffins and warm milk. Oh yum!!!! Bottomline: pass on this facility. Its 1 step away from yuck!!

The rooms are old and outdated. The jacuzzi wasn’t working due to “chemical issues,” and there were ducks swimming in the pool. It was disgusting to have duck poop in the pool. Our first room had no hot water and we had to switch rooms.

Always enjoy my stay at any LA Quinta. Great service, comfy rooms and my favorite the courtesy breakfast.

I thought the hotel was decent. The room was clean and the service was excellent. All the front desk staff were very friendly. There were a few things that could be improved. My hotel door was very difficult to open with my key. I had to repeatedly use the key to get the door to open and the keys seemed really sensitive compared to normal hotel keys. My keys stopped working several times during my stay which meant I had to go downstairs to fixed at the front desk. The water temperature of my shower was lukewarm at its hottest setting so my shower was not especially comfortable. The hot tub was not working while I was staying there. And my room had a mild but noticeable smell presumably from the cleaning materials. These were all small issues that were annoying but not horrible. Again the staff was very friendly and ultimately the hotel served its purpose by giving me a place to sleep.

Location was great. Near the 91 freeway and there are many eating areas across the way within walking distance and next to the hotel. . Noise level was minimal. Check-in receptionist wasn’t very welcoming. We had issues with the key cards. Door wouldn’t open and our second day they were deactivated?? Breakfast was ok. Cereal, muffins, yogurt, waffles, milk,coffe and orange, juice. No bacon or sausage. The tv needs an update or their wi fi. We downloaded an app to watch a show and it was slow. The Hotel does need cosmetic update. In the middle of the night our ac shut off. Many of the doors were missing the lock bolt panel. On the bright side the mini fridge kept our drinks very cold. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price.

Went to a late concert in Los Angeles and wanted a place to spend the night before returning to San Diego. This La Quinta Inn & Suites in La Palma, CA was only 20 minutes south of my event and right next to the 91 freeway. I had a late arrival and "Jose" in reception was very friendly and gracious by giving me an upgrade to a very spacious room with a King bed. The room was clean and well decorated. All amenities were in great operating condition. The place felt safe and I appreciated the free parking. Although next to the freeway, the room was very quiet. Room had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, safe and ironing products. The shower had a strong water flow and temperature. The room had air condition and the large TV was awesome. I did not have a chance to have their complimentary breakfast. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I would definitely recommend this property.

We did not have breakfast during our stay. Although coffee and a granola bar were available, we did not use them. Overall, the property felt more like a motel than a hotel. Additionally, the swimming pool was not available during our visit, which was disappointing.

Thank Goodness the beds were clean. It is the least we could ask for. The building itself is unfortunately not doing so well. It’s got grime, marks on the walls everywhere, stained furniture, sketchy hallways with stains you cannot ignore. The very least the counter tops were clean and so was the beds. The staff were very nice. We like a good staff. I don’t think I would recommend it overall or return. Cleanliness, upkeep of a building, and aesthetic is important.

Staff was friendly, property is secure 24 hours a day requiring key card access into the hotel, parking is free and convenient with ample lighting, inside conditions are clean, rooms are clean. The shower faucet could use a little maintenance, the caulking was coming off and the faucet was disconnecting from the shower wall.

Parking was easy as well as check in. Elevator inspection for California regulations expired. Hallways and rooms are EXTREMELY humid. Nice room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Other guests were sometimes loud at all hours of the night.

Do not stay here- we booked this as a quick stay for a night sleep and a shower- the shower water was brown. When we brought it up to the front desk - all they said was that they heard the neighboring hotels water was brown too. We asked for some kind of refund and they refused - we checked out after a few hours.

Definitely not coming back, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

The room had mold in it, all around the window, on the wall, and even on the curtains. The elevators seemed old and were dirty, like they hadn't been mopped in days. The vent in the bathroom had so much dirt and dust in it that it simply needs to be changed. The staff were friendly. The TV had some type of weird volume restriction, we had to call the front desk and they instructed us to hold 2 buttons down to get the volume to work. The beds are extremely small.

Not the best for money paid. It felt dinghy and you stay 3+ days they do not clean or replace towels. The ice machine and elevator not working. Plenty of parking and convenient to freeway entrances.

This hotel needs some serious renovation. The wallpaper was peeling away from the walls all through the hallways. The carpeting was stained, and it looked like they had tried to spot treat it with bleach all through the halls. It was also peeling away from the walls. The room smelled musty, and the pillows and sheets were in desperate need of replacement. Towels were thin and scratchy. The mirror was cracked and the reflective surface was flaking away at the corners. Breakfast was bland with bagels and cold hard boiled eggs that seemed days old. I also paid over $200 for the night. Seemed horribly overpriced for the lack of care and cleanliness. We will not be back.

It was clean and comfortable but needs updating. Bathroom had many spots of rust, carpet had stains especially in hallways, etc. You have to request cleaning and we never once saw housekeeping. However, beds were comfy and we slept great. Breakfast is very basic and the same each day - bagels, muffins, yogurt, oranges, boiled eggs and waffle maker.

The knob on the bathroom door was off, the bathroom door kept getting stuck, the faucet was leaking, the walls were dirty and the tv didn’t work half the time we were there. The hotel was old and the doors, were rusted, the shower had cracks in the wall, For the coffee pot they gave you one coffee pot, one packet of Cramer and one packet of sugar. the TV barely came on and when it did it was hard to navigate probably needed some updates in the software or something. the carpet had bleached stains all up and down the hallway it was hard to look at, the floors in the bathroom, in the elevators in the comma areas look like it needed to be mopped. the bed was of inferior quality and when you sat on the side of the bed with your feet rested on the floor the side of the bed was painful underneath your thighs. overall just was the bare minimum. they did have breakfast and you were able to eat, but it was high carbs. that included bagels, instant oatmeal waffles or a boiled egg.

We were very excited to stay here, but the front desk female employee on the day of arrival was not helpful and lacked people skills. Ended up having to change rooms twice. When we initially checked in, our room’s sliding door did not slide open and multiple windows were cracked. The shower tub had mold along the floor lining. I informed the same front desk employee and she placed us in another room quickly. She did not offer anything for the inconvenience and just appeared indifferent about everything I had mentioned was wrong with the room. On our last night at the hotel, after a long day at a nearby theme park, our room did not have any hot water. I contacted the front desk to notify them of the issue and they were already aware of it. There was no notice or communication from the hotel staff regarding the issue. However, the only solution was for us to change rooms once again, but this time at 1AM, where would be checking out of in less than 10 hours. Only reason we switched rooms again was to make sure we didn’t have to take cold showers. The more frustrating part of the entire experience was that it seemed like the staff lacked care, empathy, and understanding. For a 3-Star hotel, this was more of a motel-like atmosphere. We definitely will not be staying here ever again.

Breakfast was good. Parking was good. The beds, for 4 adults, were not queen or doubles... they were fulls, at best. We stayed 4 days and didnt get one refresh on towels or beds made. We NEVER hung the Do Not Disturb sign, so there was no excuse. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Just poor service on the housekeeping side. The bathroom needs attention too. Never stayed were double closet doors with kitchen knobs were used as bathroom doors.

Mid morning staff was rude. Room smelled so awful, asked to move, 2nd room also smelled bad, but slightly better than the 1st so we figured they all must smell & didn’t want to chance with anything worse than those 2. Shower dean did not drain. Standing in ankle deep dirty water after showering is less than clean.

The bad: 1st room smelled so horrible I was fighting back vomit! 2nd room still smelled bad. Outdated, bathtub wouldn’t drain so when you’re finished showering you’re standing in over ankle deep dirty water. Lastly, I want to mention the incredibly rude woman working the midmorning shift. We decided to stay another night & paid for the room via 3rd party app, upon checking in, this woman was rude, & changed the policy for the deposit telling us some bs that was entirely different from the day before upon Checkin. I explained to her & asked her to look it up. She was even more short & quite rude & said the employee did it wrong. Whatever. She’s full of it. Bad representation for the hotel.

Clean room, linen was stain free and smells freshly cleaned, bath towels were stain free and smelled freshly clean also. Had a desk, sofa with love seat was a plus. I didn’t have to eat on the bed. I lived that the nightstands had an electric outlet so I can charge my phone right there and didn’t have to hunt for an outlet. There is also a pool and spa if you’re looking for a swim or just want to wind down. I didn’t care for the breakfast items! They only served waffles, bagels, white or wheat bread, cereal, juice or coffee. I gave 3 stars because I had to pay extra to go eat out for breakfast; everything else was great.

Service was great. When we got our room TV was not working. But I appreciate that they did move us to another room. I recommend this hotel.

The rooms are pretty old but still decent. The shower has no water pressure. The breakfast was horrendous. Breakfast ended at 9:00am. We got there at 8:45am and all of the food was gone. If you have breakfast until 9:00am you should have food then. We had to go across the street and buy breakfast. Not happy.

Initially the staff was wonderful but then I asked for housekeeping and the staff said sorry we're too busy. I then asked if they can just go in and put towels in there and the guy said he would order the trash to be taken as well, but it didn't happen they didn't do what they said they would do. Also our key for the door both keys for the door didn't work we had to go down to the desk multiple times to get it fixed.

The property needs to be updated and cleaned. The carpet in the hallway is filthy, room smelled, floors in the room dirty. Just needs a make over, for the area it’s in this hotel can do a lot better.

Rooms were not great for the rate charged. Interiors and bathrooms felt worn down and in need of maintenance. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants nearby, but the overall value just wasn’t there. Breakfast was very basic, and the daily rates felt too expensive for what was offered.

Clean rooms

The room smelled musty and reeked of urine. Uses n further examination I noticed mold, water damage and stains throughout the entire room and hallway. Since we arrived so late we from out of town we decided to stay but keep our clothes on and sleep on top of the sheets. The next day I decided to check under the mattress pad on both beds and there were numerous stains which appeared to be bodily fluids. There were also stains of some sort that ran down the sides of the base of the bed which also appeared to be bodily fluid. I took pictures and showed them to the from desk and was told that they would be fine with offering me a full refund.

Staff and management are always so helpful and accommodating! We felt like it’s our home away from home

Stayed 2 nights withmy husband and toddler. Overall the hotel was clean and staff was nice. However, although hotel and room seemed clean at a glance, it was dated and could use some good updating because it had a lot of areas that showed signs of much wear/tear. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot running water, tv worked fine but I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot let alone my toddler because the carpet looked grimy and felt dirty- proof was in our socks. I loved the location and that it was in a comercial business area which had plenty of FREE parking. Also, lots of places to eat that were walking distance and walmart was close by too in case u forgot something at home or feel lile going to Disney. We did not get to enjoy the breakfast, but when we walked by in the morning it seemed decent so i grabbed my kid some small muffins that were pretty good. I would stay again for the convenience of location, but not because it was pretty.

Clean room

Bathroom was very poor, while showering water did not drain, once I turned off the shower water was still leaking form shower head and tub to the point that the tub was half way full, carpets in hallways were stained very bad. I expected better for the price I paid.

Location!

This hotel is at the end of a business park. Parking is outside the hotel not covered or monitor but plenty of it and its free. There are places to eat across the street getting across the street is more difficult than it should be, but whatever it takes to get your starbucks, Breakfast is your standard free hotel breakfast, nothing special but all you need. If you are looking for ameties, or a great location... not for you... if you are there for a meeting or something it's great, I'll be there again

It may seem that the Hotel is losing its charm. It may be facing personnel shortages. It could still be improved with proper management.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. The staff was great! We liked being close to the freeways for convenience. The property felt safe as you needed your key card to access even the front door which was nice. We really only had 2 issue: 1-There were areas of our room and the common areas that were in need of repair and/or had substandard work done which kinda gave a feel of a substandard hotel. 2- There was a musty smell in some of the common areas, mostly the hallways and elevator.

Great place. Needs some repairs such as water damage in the bathroom ceiling. Service was some of the best I've ever had. Room was clean, just needs some updating. Beds were comfy. Alarm clock had nice variety of plugs for phones. Breakfast was decent. Not a ton of protein. Lots of carbs. In a nice area with tons of food and shopping nearby.

Out dated bathroom, low water pressure, keys didn’t work multiple times. Was quiet, coffee was decent at breakfast. Only had carbs no eggs or protein.

I think for the price i paid, the hotel rate is expensive compared to other hotels like Marriot or Hilton. The room furnitures, ie sofa, night stand, bed are old. I think it need some upgrade. Breakfast is just ordinary nothing special.

This hotel is old and in serious need of a remodel or better upkeep. The carpet in the room was dirty and smelled like dirty feet.. the bathroom was dirty as well. Old furniture too. I paid WAY too much to stay here. $185 a night was a rip off. Just because it’s in La Palma doesn’t mean it’s worth that price.

Everything was great about this property, the staff, the rooms, the cleanliness and the convenient shopping and dining within a 5 minute walk. The only thing I would improve upon is the variety for breakfast, maybe some flavored oatmeal, or brown sugar and raisins to put on top. Some yogurt or some toast. But honestly, the food that was there was great too. Will definitely stay again!

The only thing I notice is the window sills need to be clean. It’s being neglected. I mean the track s of the window really needs to be clean all the dirts are trapped in there. The room where they put us is near the elevator where we constantly hear it and disturbed our sleep

It was a very convenient place to stay. It had an older feel to it when you get in the rooms but it’s not terrible.

The room and hallway smell was horrible. Appeared to be urine spots that were bleached in the hallway carpet. The room had a dog odor. Breakfast was limited. I will not be returning to this hotel. If you have pets this may be the place for you.

*Close food spots/Walkable *14-18 min drive to Disneyland which wasn’t bad. * Free Parking/ Breakfast As soon as me and my spouse walked in we were greeted by a nice young lady who was really nice, but then after being asked if I wanted to upgrade my room by chance I was in the middle of speaking until the “manager” decided to cut me off and say “actually you can’t upgrade because we’re fully booked out” okay cool I wasn’t going to upgrade anyways but maybe next time let me finish speaking. I knew from the get go she was going to be an issue. Next me and my spouse wanted to lay down and take a little nap but unfortunately couldn’t do that without noticing that the sheets were dirty and stained almost a poop kind of stain which is unacceptable i called the front and had them deliver new sheets,covers,and pillow covers. Next the bathroom and floors in the room were just nasty the bathroom tub wall was cracked and if you pushed on it a tiny bit it felt like the whole wall was going to cave in. The floors were super stained with i don’t even know what but it looked like an animal went to the restroom inside the room almost every corner. The rooms were also really humid and the smell was just awful I had to go down to Walgreens and buy cleaning supplies because they wouldn’t do anything about it so I did it myself. Again the service was just horrible and the manager didn’t care

Was decent size and clean. Hotel is a little older but it was great for the price. Very busy hotel and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Service: service staff were nice people, but front desk reception team were not responsive. No good faith to help guests or welcoming guests, Not responsive or accountable. Room cleanness was awful. No room service unless you request, as they say. We requested room service but they did not service it. Cleanness: Sheets and towels with stains, no proper wash. Found ugly stains in bedsheets. Rooms were not clean. Carpets are extremely dirty and never washed for years, like living in dumpster. The hotel rating "very good" is very unfair. Not recommended for guests who care about cleanness, hygiene and healthy environment. Reception staff are totally neutral and not willing to help.

Parking was super ready and convenient. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Definitely will come back. The only negative thing I do have to say the room was a little run down needs to have some renovations done. But other than that, our stay was wonderful.

Carpets in hall were stained. Our first room we were offered smelled of urine. The urine smell was beyond strong. The desk clerk Jose did not hesitate to give us another room. We also had to watch this garbage grow day by day next to the ice machine. Also requesting room clean up before 8:00 am is absolutely ridiculous. Also needing a key to enter the lobby was again stupid. It gave me a feeling of not being safe on this property.

My booked this as I’ve stayed at other La Quinta locations before and was impressed by the comfort and breakfast. This particular location was extremely convenient for freeway access and access to Knotts Berry Farm. Disneyland is also only 12 minutes away. The overall experience was great. My son is on the spectrum and they were very accommodating. Cleanliness was good but I guess unless you ask, they will not service your room. The mattress was a little sunken in. The temperature control was good and easy. It is a little dated as the windows were scratched up. The bathroom doors were most inconvenient as they seemed like you were opening a closet. The breakfast was a basic continental style; cereal, bagels etc. Another property I stayed at had hot options, so this was a little disappointing. Food access within walking distance is ok but mostly fast food. Overall, I would stay again. Good place.

Hallway carpets were very stained and didn't look great. Room was ok. No fridge or microwave. The pull out couch was sub-standard. The shower had a small hole in the fitting which shot water outside of the shower. The room felt very dated and not restored well. There was some activity outside in a parking lot that had music and partying until 230am. So definitely didn't get much sleep. Didn't try breakfast since I was ready to go.

Mid hotel we always come here, but this time was a little hectic. We had to switch to another bedroom because 623 was very dirty and not cleaned very well. So we switched to another room and it was clean. The hotel is not bad. It’s not great. It’s average you’ll have your average hotel experiences like loud people in the hallway really late at night and smelly hallways lol but it’s good for the price and it’s in a good area The customer service is number 1 The carpets in the hallways just need to be cleaned and the elevators need to be sanitized that’s about it. And they need to kick out bums when they’re there.

We enjoyed the hotel stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. We almost didn’t stay here because of the reviews of needing a renovation and dirty carpets. However, the rooms are clean but the hallway carpet on a couple of floors do need to be changed as it appears that bleach was spilled on them; so though they are clean, it does not give a good impression. I would still give this 5 stars since it is clean and the staff are very nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

Enjoy this hotel and location. Only thing the elliptical has been broken at least two years.

We really enjoyed our 9 night stay at this hotel. It was clean. The staff were all very friendly respectful and communicative. We stayed in Cerritos. Upon our return to LA we would definitely stay there again!

When I called the front desk to ask for lotion & a shaver, a young lady answered impolitely and said they don’t have it, I need to buy it. Where can you find a Hotel that does not provide lotion & a shaver to its guest? The Hall carpet are dirty & stained. The bathroom shower is ewww… Well… this location needs to be remodeled. Very outdated…

I have stayed at this property on several occasions in the past 8+ years perfect location to beaches, Knotts Berry Farms and pet friendly. Perhaps it’s because it is now a Wyndham property that it’s cleanliness has suffered. The 9th floor hallway carpets had multiple stains of vomit and I could not tell because rooms carpets are dark but it made me think the room carpet was dirty as well. I was surprised when cleaning services was at request only on a 2 day stay so I’m sure rooms are not well cleaned either. I’ll be looking for another weekend get away hotel.

Outside the windows are broken, place looks like a run down cheap motel. I was embarrassed that I booked this place for my out of town guest.

You do have to ring a doorbell to get let in from the outside to check in. Check in went well, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice but the A/C didn't work well, the room was warm and got stuffy at night. The carpet smelled like feet, sofa bed and chair were kinda dirty from the arm rest. The hallway carpet is a little stained. The breakfast was good and the lady there was very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

It met our needs

From the outside and the lobby everything looks good, but as soon as you step out of the elevator or look at any hallway carpet you will be shocked. It is the dirtiest and most stained carpet I have ever seen. I travel with dogs so I am aware things happen, but the pee smell in our room was super strong. I have stayed at a lot of dog friendly places, but this was the worst by far. I am sure housekeeping does the best they can, but stained chairs and sofa and dirty floors make for an uncomfortable stay.

I liked the continental breakfast. Some of the faucets were old and leaking a little.

The staff was wonderful, I made this booking at last minute from another hotel/ motel that we felt unsafe. No ice machine and the pictures on line looked amazing... but not true. This La Quinta Inn & Suites was absolutely awesome and the $$ for the room was perfect. I will stay here everytime I am come to Knotts Berry Farm..... !

The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The hallway leading up to the rooms looks filthy. I don't think the room was cleaned thoroughly as I had someone's nail clippings on the nightstand other debris. The sofa and cough appeared dirty also. The location was perfect for me as it was close to restaurants and shopping.

This used to be my favorite place and go to when I travel to this area. It’s very obvious that this is not a corporate location and the owner doesn’t have any intention on keeping the property up. Filthy, disgusting parking lot, and breeze way, elevators are in need of repair and or updating, but they are also very dirty. The hallway carpeting is the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel. This place has consistently declined in the last couple of years. I had another stay booked for next week, but just cancelled. Very disappointed.

The carpet is absolutely disgusting & dirty! The room smells, The hinges on the bathroom doors were so rusted that it was bubbling up & couldn’t get the door open it took 2 people it was rusted so bad, the shower curtain pole was also rusted and falling off the wall, the dirt & dusted was literally hanging off the lamp shades at least a 1/2 inch hanging down from the bottom of the shade, the dust was so thick I could see a layer of dirt all the way around the rooms crown molding, old popcorn ceilings, ice bucket had no liner, there were stains on the top comforter and the hallways have no air conditioning so it’s hot as heck as soon as you leave the room, on top of you can hear everything from outside though the closed windows, I would highly recommend avoiding staying here unless you’re into dirty nasty rooms, I didn’t even bring my bags in because i immediately wanted to leave but the hotel refused to give me a refund on the first night
