No housekeeping or towel & washcloth replacements unless you request it before noon but very much on time when asked for. Nice quick tasty breakfast included. Ideally placed hotel for getting to any entertainment or food. Thanks again Peter for your kindness during our stay. We will visit again.

Breakfast was very good

Older is fine, as long as it's clean. This was old and dirty. Colored duct tape was wrapped around the shower head and the pipes squealed loudly when we showered. The pull out bed mattress was stained, the sink faucet was dirty, bathroom floor was dirty, if we would have reserved more than one night we would have canceled the reservation and left.

Unexpected fees when arriving. Was told they do not allow cats but they could allow it for $50 a day fee. I checked in at 11 PM and had no choice. Third party sites show “Pet Friendly “ but that is for dogs only I guess.

The hotel itself is dated; however, the staff was pleasant, the room was clean, it was quiet and they were very welcoming to my small dog. When I asked a question to the staff, it was addressed quickly. I would stay here again. Another bonus is that their parking lot backs up to the parking lot for Cracker Barrel with some tall trees in between to give it some privacy, but it was so convenient. You could just walk through the trees to get to something to eat without having to drive if that's what you wanted.

The mini fridge did not work so my drinks didnt get cold and my leftovers spoiled. The breakfast could have had a bit more options, but it was decent.

The hotel is very close to Route 81 and train tracks. Not a quiet hotel. The toilet in our room was dripping all night. The drain for the shower was clogged and backing up into the tub. Hallway smelled.

i liked the view from the 3rd floor.I used to work in the area for 6 years, and stayed across 812. for the company i worked for.Good memories from looking out the windoe from Baymoont. i liked the bed,t,tv,great water pressure,location to cracker barrel next door.

I know it is a pet friendly motel, but by morning I couldn't breathe which tells me the rooms aren't cleaned well after a pet stays in them. We had to leave early, I couldn't take another night of not being to breathe. Pictures show a much nicer place. They didn't even offer any kind of discount, they charged me for the entire 2 day stay.

Wanted a room where 5 people could fit but room only had two beds.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the hotel was generally quiet. The only issue was the ice machine which was right next to our first floor room. It was very loud when it was running before it made more ice and it could be heard in the room. We also heard every person who came to get ice. It would be helpful if there was a door on the room where the ice machine is or some soundproofing on the shared wall.

The dont give me the room i was pay for, and the front person not nice at all.

Our stay was ok for one night. Everything was clean except the upholstery on the chair. There was shampoo and cream rinse but no tissues or body wash. The toaster at breakfast also didn't work. Employees were friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was great. Conveniently located with a Cracker Barrel within walking distance and right off the highway.

Stayed one night. It was OK. Place is well run. Older hotel- we’ve been staying here for multiple years on our way to Florida. If I had my choices I’d prefer a walk in shower- but again it’s one night at a fair price

Overhead noise was quite noticeable, although quiet at night. We took a trip upstairs to see what was above us, and I think someone (the manager?) lives up there and has little ones. We were in Room 205. Also, if ceilings were concrete, like most hotels, I don’5 think we would have heard the thumping from the running around if kiddies!

We found a bug in our bed and there was no soaps. Floors look like they were not vacuumed. We ended up not even staying after 30 minutes to us checking in. Went to different hotel. Did not get a refund

I opened the window the 5" it allows..for air, rather than musty AC..between the window and the inside of the screen it was Full of dead insects..(flies) ? Gross. Next time I'll take photos..The "free" breakfast....just drop it and deduct 5 bucks from the room charge. Not worth describing that failure..for the 100.oo+ price is only reason I'm complaining..75max.

Bathroom needs repairs. Bathroom door opens halfway. Hook from back of door is broken off, Shower curtain slides down, allowing water to escape onto the floor, when shower is activated there's a high-pitched squeal every time. Also, we were booked for two nights, but received one towel and one washcloth each.

Room was nice beds were firm, I did see something about grab bars and it being accessible, but there were no bars for the toilet, which I could have used. The toilet also had an issue with flushing at times but we were able to make it work. The people we interacted with were nice and we were told about breakfast served from 6-9 I believe. I wold recommend staying here if you are in the area and looking for a nice hotel.

You need some serious updating! Rooms not that clean! Your BREAKFAST needs a major overhaul, food was horrible! Coffee was like water, juices were warm,bananas had brown spots all over them shouldn't even had them on table!! Pancakes were soggie, need to ramp your food up ALOT! I would not recommend anyone stay there!

Comfort and stay was descent, but there were guests next to us who were smoking pot Friday and the odor carried right into our room.We told the front desk but nothing was done because the next night they were at it again. There was mold buildup along the edges of the bathroom ceiling

When you approach the building it is really dirty. You enter the lobby and you think not bad. Then you go into the room and you are tired from traveling. You notice mold on the ceiling, dirty carpet, holes in the wall, etc. Breakfast the next morning has something that is suppose to be eggs, but look like maybe flat cornbread (not sure). When we left we called Wyndham to complain & they told us we should have complained to the front desk. Why? It is not my responsibility to tell them how to keep the hotel. They have CHOSEN not to do so. They are business people!! They should know how to maintain a safe and cleanly environment!! I am not their mother or boss!

Expedia states pet fee is 15 hotel said their rate is 25. They looked it up and did make the correction. They were unable to take American Express as their contract with American Express had “expired”. Staff were nice at the front desk but the place is very outdated and dirty. Stained tub and stained carpet.

I love this Baymont in Chambersburg! I was here a week ago and I’m back again.

The room itself was average. And the beds were clean and comfortable. The walls are terribly thin; could hear people next door talking and our tv was on. The problem I had was lots of mold in the bathroom. Numerous places. The ceiling in the bedroom area obviously had water damage and desperately needed maintenance. Same in bathroom. The breakfast was a joke. Nothing but boxed sausage and pre made egg circles from a box. Yes, the price was decent for the stay. So in all fairness, the part that was disappointing and unacceptable was the mold. Oh and there was hair on the shower walls and tub didn’t drain. I stood in 3 inches of water while I showered. Do not recommend unless you don’t care about the latter park of my review.

It’s a very clean place with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was ok and the staff were amazing. It’s also a quiet area and pleasant!

I wasn't satisfied with the first room they put me in. But i was able to switch and the change was perfect. There are definite updates that need to be made BUT it was clean private affordable and in a convenient location.

It was very late and had car full of very tired people. Our key didn’t work and kept having to get the front desk person to open door for us. He also didn’t offer us a new room.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. Every time I arrive I am overly satisfied with the help that i receive. The rooms are always nice and clean, they smell clean, and I LOVE that we are able to change the temperature on our own because I love sleeping in the cold and waking up in the warmth. Always a 10/10 place to stay for me. PLUS you get continental breakfast !

Nice clean place, close to I-81. Can get noisy with the traffic. Rooms are large and comfortable with a microwave and mini fridge. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Very outdated. The room was as clean as you probably could clean it but it was still carpet stained, door to the room looked like it had been kicked in at some point.

The hotel was nice, but the carpets in the room was disgusting. There were signs all over the hotel about no smoking in the hotel and in the rooms but the carpet was very dingy and there were burn marks all over the carpet in the room

Nice breakfast and very convenient to 81. I realize nothing in room or on my room key card about accessing wifi. I had to ask desk and was told no password needed. Went to ice and it was broke

The bed was quite comfortable but I do not plan to stay there again. The ice machine was not available; the pool was closed. I knew they would change linens but I was surprised that the coffee maker supplies were not replenished daily. Also the refrigerator kept nothing cold.

For the price it was fine. Hotel has obviously seen better days. It definitely has the smell of a property that used to allow smoking but has used strong chemicals to get rid of the smell. Not obviously dirty but didn’t feel clean. Towels were small, and the curved shower curtain rod sagged enough to allow the curtain to pull away from the wall and allow water to get all over the floor. Staff was nice though.

Front desk clerk was very personable and professional. Cracker Barrel is next door so you can walk over for a meal. Gas station also close by.
