Biggest thing when I went to check in I was told my room wasn’t completely paid for had a surprise had to pay a 50 dollar deposit in case my pet did damage and I told him I didn’t have a pet he said you still have to pay a security deposit.after you check out and we inspect the room it will be refunded.I just don’t agree with this surprise charge.

The hallways were a bit dingy. The toilet in our bathroom had its seal broken and was wobbly and kitty-corner. The traffic noise was pretty persistent.

I killed a roach on the cabinet and that end of the building is very loud especially on the 3rd floor.

Never used Sleep Inn, because the desk clerk (Ramon) told me on the phone around 2PM on 12 Mar, that he could find no reservation or confirmation # in my name. He then offered me a room for $75 more. I said no. Never saw a confirmation message until 14 March. I feel my money should be refunded. A more capable desk clerk at Sleep Inn? Receiving a timely confirmation msg or email was needed.

The property appeared to be fairly new or remodeled. Very comfortable and conveniently located off I81. Several eating options close by. Roads in area were being worked. Incredibly clean, good location, felt very safe. I usually stay at a Marriott and the bedding was as nice as the bedding I love at the Marriott. The room was quiet and spacious. There was nothing. I liked everything about it.

Location was excellent, very friendly staff, very affordable. I was a little late for breakfast one morning and they even let me make waffles and get breakfast because it wasn't put up yet. Bed was comfortable. Staff allowed us to check in about 2:30. Paint spots on floor and carpet. Stains on duvet and sheets (think these were clean but spots remained). Entrance to hotel is very small and not welcoming at all. Doesn't look like an entrance except for the carport. It was just a "meh" experience, nothing exceeded expectation, barely met expectation. Breakfast was "meh" also. Wasn't terrible, wasn't great. Not likely to stay here again.

The price Breakfast was very lame. The noise outside and from the heating unit was horrible and woke me up constantly. We had no hot water, I took a cold shower and my daughter had to use another room's bathroom.

Overall the hotel more than met our needs. 3 nights, comfortable bed and clean.

Room was clean there was a spot on the comforter. I bought my own thou. My biggest complaint was that the cable was not hooked up to the tv. I checked in late so I didn’t want to bother anyone. There was long white stringy hair in the breakfast potatoes. The oranges were old.

The room was good, but none of the three ice machines worked. I like ice in my soft drink, but not that big of a deal. However, I take fresh veggies, cheese, etc along in a small cooler and depend on a scoop of ice at each hotel stay.

We got there and no one could find our reservation. First time ever having this problem. My last name is also a first name so I asked if the wrong person could have been checked in. Since I had already received my “how was your check in” email which I thought was weird at the time. Took almost 2 hours before we got into a room. The fitness center was closed. The pool was in shambles looked like not open in years. Why list these amenities if you don’t have them.

This was the best hotel so far out of the 5 that we booked for this trip. Was also the most cost effective. Husband really liked the stay here. effective

Finishing upgrade, rooms look great. Convenient to interstate. Breakfast was usual waffles, dry cereal, bagels, etc. They were very welcoming to pets, staff was very pleasant.

I asked for a king size room which they did not have. This should have been communicated prior to check in. The room was not clean at all! The floor was not vacuumed and had dirty rice all over it. The comforter and sheets were dirty on the one bed.. the internet did not work to connect to Wi-Fi. When we came to our room, the door was open and not shut completely. If it is a newly established hotel, it should be in better condition.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby and down the hallway was very offensive. The toilet needs to be replaced, It flushed so slowly that even paper wouldn't go down. The beds were clean and neat,

It's an older building and it shows. The room was clean and since we only needed it for the night while traveling we didn't worry about. Checking was a little difficult. Seems if you book a room while driving to the hotel they don't receive it right away and the front desk had to make phone calls to get things rolling. This was a twenty minute wait I didn't appreciate. Also, the free breakfast they advertise was a few pieces of bread, a few bananas and a limited coffee bar.

Hello, I actually got Bed bug bites by staying at this hotel. I need a refund

Just disappointing overall. Wife found an actual roach in her bed. The door locks kept resetting so that keys would not work. And, on Saturday, we were gone from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and the room was not serviced the entire time. Would highly NOT recommend.

HORRIBLE. Dirty sheets (that they expected me to change myself) and woke up covered in bites from bed bugs. Don't do it.

As pleasant as the check-in process was, the actual room was disgusting. Someone had vomited on the wall of our bathroom and it had been left there to dry. The shower curtain was incredibly moldy and we didn’t even want to shower before leaving. We didn’t feel like the beds or bathroom were sanitary and slept very uncomfortably all night. We have stayed in several hotels before and this by far was the worst.

The rooms need to be updated rugs need to be taken out. My son dropped his ear piece and it went behind the night stand ○h Boy ! I wish i had never moved it. There was mouse trap and mouse droppings it looks like its never been vacuum....i will not go back

Hotel is basic, but front desk staffwere very helpful. Had an issue and was taken care of imediately.

It is more of a place for monthly renters. They advertise free breakfast this is false advertisement. They don’t have anything that resembles food. Their “toaster” and waffle iron looks as if they reclaimed them out of a local dumpster. I will report the motel to their local health department

The hotel room was in very poor condition.

The stay was OK - the breakfast items were limited, but at least they did replenish them on request. Some more fruit and pastries would have been nice. The room was a bit worn and OK with cleanliness , but not spotless - some dust in corners, etc. I was glad we had a small refrigerator, that helped. Disappointed that the pool that looked so large in the photo was really tiny. But the beds were comfortable and the location great. so overall an OK stay, especially for the price.

I did not care and just needed a place to sleep on my way to NYC. The staff were friendly and it is a great location. The breakfast was bad and I went to a local restaurant.

Broken faucet, no cold water, many lights in room not working, toilet not flushing. Appeared to have mold on shower curtain. It was not what we expected.

Our check in was smooth otherwise. Bob was very helpful and offered recommendations around the area. Hotel is dated. In error, I booked a smoking room. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. I am not a smoker. No microwave in room. Noisy neighbors, woke us around 1130pm. Young children running around in room. Slamming doors.

The property was large enough to accomodate a last-minute weekend reservation. Table and chair were adequate for limited laptop work. Little "counter" space. Bed fine. Breakfast was an embarrassment.

My room had a clogged sink and shower. The nice employee said the repair guy couldn’t fix till next day so I switched rooms. Not bad for just a night stay and cheaper than other hotels in area.

Four main deterrents: 1) (Low) Had to hold in handle of the toilet for awhile for it flush completely. 2) (Low) TV wouldn't connect after using for awhile. 3) (Medium) Could smell some smoke here and there, but not in room. 3) (High) Afternoon/evening desk clerk was a grump. He shouldn't be in a customer-service position. Was very putoff due to our room key not working, but wasn't our fault it wasn't working. Was rude several times during this encounter.

The fellow at the front desk was extremely pleasant and very helpful. He changed our reservation when we needed it and was even more pleasant/helpful at check in.

The people here were very lovely - the front desk, workers, even the guests were polite and friendly. The hotel itself was plain, which is OK for this brand, but there were some issues with how clean the bathroom was. It was an OK stay.

The gentleman upfront was very nice at night he seemed like he was over worked and seemed like a one man show. the beds where awful the toilet and shower didnt have enough water pressure so you would flush and sometimes it wouldnt go down

We stayed here one night during a baseball tournament in town. It was a sufficient place to sleep for the night. Room was fairly clean and water was hot for a shower.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel stay my wife and I have had. The smell of smoke upon arrival was heavy. The front desk person was less than cordial. That wasn’t even close the the worst of it. Our room smelled so bad of mold and mustiness that we had to leave to get allergy medicine. I asked for a possible room change and the front desk person just said…No. The shower was disgusting and had gobs of hair on the wall and all over the floor. There was soap from a previous guest still there. The worst part of the whole experience was at 9am a man just opened our door and walked in. My wife was just getting out of the shower and I was barely dressed. They said….check out. I didn’t know if it was a question or an order since I could barely understand the man. I told him we are still in here and to get out. He stood there. I said get out again and he finally left. We rushed out of there. While hurrying out, a man walking beside us said the same thing happened to him and his child. I WILL be calling Wyndham Corporate and report these disgusting events. The owners should be ashamed but I’m sure don’t care since they are gouging prices so badly and making money. Repulsive humans.

The rooms stink. Stains on the carpet and walls. The room fridge didn’t work. Air conditioning loud. For the price it was a disgrace.

Unfortunately the proprty has seen better days. I could oveook that (it is pretty cheap afterall, and conveniently located on our route South) but it was not clean. Something like vomit on the valance, pubc hair on the bathroom tiles, mold in the toilet. I did not dare use the blankets or covers, other than the sheet (which i hoped was clean!) Consequently i did not have a restful night! If it wasnt for the great guy on reception, the whole thing would be a NO from me.

The property was so so, the bed was uncomfortable, the breakfast was nonexistant. There were plenty of dining places nearby so that was fine but for the cost it was not great.

The heating unit made excessive noise to the point that it was difficult to get to sleep. We could hear conversations and the TV in the neighboring room like it was in our room.

The side door is in very poor condition, missing door knob and not close probably. Bathroom very tight, vanity light not working (until it gets bang on it). This place needed major renovations.

Very nice hotel staff was great. Rooms very clean we walked by a room being cleaned by staff they were being so thorough that they even pulled the lampshades off to clean them also. Very comfortable very nice place.

Upon entering the lobby, one got the distinct vibe of a welfare hotel. But the room was clean and the place was quiet even though it was at full capacity.

The beds were springy and uncomfortable. The toilet did not flush and the shower didn’t drain.

The only real negative is that any hotel that has smoking rooms- the whole hotel has a hint of it. but it wasn't bad enough to bother me. I don't think my fridge was working, but I didn't really need it so i just reported it as I checked out. A light was out, but again, I didn't report it until I checked out because it didn't bother me. Lights can burn out at any moment so I didn't bother me. Bottom line- CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, COURTEOUS/HELPFUL staff, breakfast was ok. I would stay again.

Ok hotel

This hotel was a horrible experience. We first walked in and said that we were checking in and the guy at the desk seemed very irritated that we bothered him and said VERY rudely “and you are?” I’ve never been treated like that in a hotel. Then we go to our room and the room was disgusting. I’ll add as many photos as I can. There was feces spatter in the wall, hair on the toilet, pubes and hair shavings all over the sink. Mirrors were dirty. The room was supposed to be smoke free but was hit with a wall of smoke smell when we opened the door. There were cigarette burns all over the comforter. We spoke to a different person at the front desk and got a refund after being told that we couldn’t get one. I’ve never been to a Days inn this gross. I can’t believe they were charging $100 after tax for this nasty place.

I told the front office this morning because i told them i wasn't paying the $150 smoking fee. They said okay you won't be charged but they didn't even write down the room i told them i was staying in. Let see how long before they commit fraud to charge me. I don't smoke and never smoked in my life. I was solo in the room. I almost puked this morning the smell was so bad

The hotel was very outdated but not a big deal. When we walked in I could smell pot. The rooms were pretty dirty as far as the walls and furniture. Beds were firm for my liking. On the second day they did not clean our room.

Checked in late and the room’s AC was completely off not just set to a higher temperature. At times the room smelled as if it was not a nonsmoking. I’m ok with the beds not being made but I would have liked the towels to have been replaced

Great spot to rest, conveniently located to everything. The staff was terrific, very helpful and friendly. They made us feel at home.

Overall the stay was very pleasant. We did have issues with our reservations only listing one room but paid for two rooms. The manager was very accomdating and got us our second room. Our room had an issue with the toilet refilling after use and our light above the bathroom miror didnt always work. Service was very plesant and helpful.

Room was clean, but there was a hair on the sink, and no shampoo. Breakfast had a reasonable selection of food, but only offered coffee, no hot water for tea, despite an unused carafe sitting next to the coffee.

No Wifi, no coffee in the room, toilet would not flush so smelled crap all night, attendant said I should have told him but my wife was asleep and was not going to wake her, no apology

The hotel was adequate to the price. The front desk man who checked us in had a Vietnam War Veteran hat on. He was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

We stuck it out but when you first walked in the doors you could smell smoke from people smoking. Our bathroom sinker clock and it never came unclogged it. The spickets in the bathroom were corroded. The eating area had no air conditioning in it. In the pool area the fencing all the paint was chipping it just looked horrible. The cards to take your luggage in were taped together with black masking tape. Walking down to go to the pool some guy was on a computer and you could see it very clearly he was watching freaking porn. What if my daughter was with me and she saw that. Here's the whole thing we stayed there three times in the last 20 years and we haven't been back for a while what a disappointment

Good deal price wise. Very helpful checkin clerk, clean, comfortable and a breakfast room with a regular help-yourself breakfast the next morning - something we haven’t seen since Covid happened. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming. The hotel was dated but the room was very clean. It completely served our needs. Breakfast was convenient. Only downside was the lobby smelled of smoke.

Good hotel...all entries to rooms are from inside halls. Good clean room for a smoking room. Had full size ironing board, but hairdryer in my room did not work right....my husband had to hold on button so I could dry my hair. Also if you are looking for a alcoholic drink with dinner, Hoss Steakhouse does not serve alcohol. The food was good and just in front of hotel

You couldn't ask for a nicer man to be at the front desk very nice man to speak with I enjoyed the little talk we had I would recommend anyone to go there over any other hotel in the area

Chuck the assistant manager was amazing! He made Expedia stick to the rate I had booked when they were trying to make him charge me more due to that being their fee for that night. Not happy with Expedia, but feeling beyond joy and gratitude for Chuck! Thanks Chuck! ❤️😊
