Parking lot cluttered because it sits amid 2 other hotels, but it was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was hot and plentiful, I'd give it an 11!

The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean-ish. The air conditioners in our room were propped up with 2x4s and we did not have a wall unit like our 2nd room did to adjust temperature. The clock radio on the night stand was filthy for some reason. We went to purchase some snacks at the front desk and in the freezer there were various personal food items along with items they were selling. The kids had a good time in the pool. We chose the hotel because of the high rating on Expedia, but did not feel that it stood up to other hotels with that same high rating.

Drove into town for an overnight stay for graduation celebration. We arriv d early and we were allowed to check in early so we could change and get ready for the party. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Lots of pillows too

Property was very well maintained and very nice visually from the outside and inside. Room was very nice and the breakfast area was also newly updated. Parking was easy. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely book at this property again. The convenience of having everything close by the hotel is also a big plus.

Softball tournament parents and players were crazy loud long after quiet hours and staff did nothing to allow other guests to have a peaceful night’s sleep.

it's a good stay. The two queen-size beds were perfect for a family. One downside was that there was only one elevator serving both up and down traffic.

It was a Saturday. It is College Graduation weekend. We have paid more because of it. We check in. Everything is fine. I unpack my suitcase. I am ready to settle down. The lavatory doesn't drain. The manager could not help. There is no handyman available. We wash our faces and brush our teeth from the bathtub. Sunday the manager tells us we have to change rooms. We repack, move to. another room, unpack. This is a Best Western Plus??? I expect to have oatmeal all ready prepared. It is in packets; just add water. I have paid over $1,000 dollars for three nights. The first night was ugly.

Staff was nice - bed was comfortable- appreciate the goodie bag since the price was so ridiculous. 2am woke up to the people upstairs stomping as they walked around their room and could hear them taking a shower. Also thought it was unfair that friends of ours paid $400 less than us for their two rooms. The price hike is taking advantage of families.

Breakfast was hot. Room was clean. Parking was easy. Went on a Monday and had the pool to ourselves! I just wish it didn't close at 10pm we had a blast!

He said they wouldn’t do an adjustment for just a television. This weekend cost us over $3200 at this hotel for two rooms and they will never get another nickel from us. Guess that $50 request cost them a lot more. There are many other hotels on that same road; I’d strongly suggest you stay elsewhere.

Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable stay.

Stayed from 1:30 am to 7:30 am. Had to stop to sleep on a long drive. Everything was clean and nothing to complain about. Would stay again on other trip intake this way.

We stopped here while traveling through town. Room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly! Value of the room was good even with the $40 pet fee. We appreciated having a washer and dryer available to do a load of laundry.

I didn’t feel welcome with all the signs threatening me from the moment I entered the building: No visitors! Here is the list of fines for every item in your room. No parties! There was drywall covering the fire detector. The pool didn’t work. With four other hotels in the area, I would’ve made another choice if I hadn’t have paid in advance.

The whole property was really clean! I was really impressed with the staff, especially the cleaning crew. The room was great! It even had great water pressure in the shower. I was really impressed with the equipment in the gym. Breakfast had some great options and I really appreciated the Nespresso machine available during breakfast.

The room we were assigned was clean, and had all we needed. Only complaint was after I booked I was informed the pool was closed due to malfunction, and the ice maker on our floor was also out of order. My room was clear at the opposite end of the hall as the elevator and ice machine was next to elevator, had to go down to 1st floor or 3rd floor to get ice. Those two issues made it inconvenient during our stay, it everything else was good.

The breakfast did not have regular oatmeal packets with no added sugar, just the sugar loaded strawberry flavor and one other flavor. Arrived at hotel and the place was overflowing with kids—running throughout the halls, into the parking lot. Apparently there was a sports tournament in the area and all the hotels were full. We were put in a room right next to the lobby where kids were playing late into the evening and parents were drinking heavily. I asked to be moved and then for a refund and was refused both. Rude service and no concern as to our satisfaction.

Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night. When I adjusted the thermostat, it adjusted without any noise or fan blowing. Quietest I’ve ever experienced. Front desk folks were pleasant and efficient.

The property filled our needs. The breakfast was not very good.

I travel to the area for work once a month and have stayed at several hotels in the area. Most have been quite awful experiences. This place was the exception. Clean and quiet with amenities and a decent breakfast. Only bad thing I can say is the hallways and common areas don't seem to be climate controlled. But the room was nice and comfy.

property needs TLC, a little rundown, furniture is chipped, woodwork and doors chipped. Just needs updating, especially for price they are charging and listing as 4 star hotel

It was in a great location. Easy for getting around buying things for a college move in.

Door would not latch. Lock worked fine but I had to leave room essentially unsecured to leave the room. Also no shower gel in the shower dispenser.

Place had over a 9 rating.... Was just average at best... Disappointed....

Near Mall, which has a beautiful carousel-Merry go round, which is worth stopping to see! Many restaurants close by.

Nice hotel, Clean, a bit noisy with overhead room but not awful. Gave it 4 stars because the Desk Receptionist asked no less than 3 times if we had dogs or cats with us. After the 4 th NO, she gave up. Smh

This is a very nice clean hotel. The room was clean and quiet. My only complaints would be the fitted sheet on one bed was rough, and there is no freezer in the frig.

I very average, basic, no frills hotel that looks like it was quickly, cheaply renovated. Limited bathroom conveniences- towels, toilet paper and soap - very noisy heating/cooling unit. The small hotel pool never looked clear, and gave off a strong chlorine smell that lingered throughout the lobbies. Altogether average.

Hotel was very clean, but if you are part of a team beware. Owner was extremely rude forbidding anyone from congregating in the lobby after 10pm. I understand for courtesy of other guests quiet times, however when you sign up to as a host for tournaments and teams are required to stay at your establishment, you have to understand everyone will congregate in the lobby. The owner would not permit anyone to stay in the sitting areas with tvs past 10pm and extremely rude about it.

We stayed here for the State Science competition. It was about 10 minutes away from the State Farm Center on campus, so it was perfect. It was perfect and the front desk was very nice. I would deffinitely stay here again.

A very large room with a king size bed. A chair with a footstool and lamp to relax and read in. Large screen TV. Great shower.

Manager complained to me about people stealing blankets when I asked for an extra blanket. He did give me the blanket but he felt the need to tell me how he can’t trust people.
