We were very pleased with our accommodations. The hotel was easy to get to and the staff was very helpful. Five stars all the way.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Our air unit had broke and they were quick at getting it fixed and taken care of! The room was clean and all around the experience was fabulous! Thank you for a great stay!

We were 5 dults in a "family" room, but were very comfortable. By an amazing coincidence we had some car problems and the dealership we had ro go to for the help we needed was just 2 blocks away from the hotel. Nothing of note.

What a great value. Large room. King bed and separate sitting area with couch and chair and foot stool. Extra bench, desk and office chair. Fridge, microwave and a closet. Spent a week in Charleston and the extra room was nice. 20 to 30 minute drive to downtown. Extra room was worth it. Located as basically an island with roads all around and one entrance. Even so rarely heard traffic at night. Eating within walking but use crosswalk and lights for safety with heavy traffic. Didn't seem to be enough parking but we always found a spot. Housekeeping was on demand only. You can pick up towels and trash bags at the front desk. Seems a very minor inconvenience if it keeps prices low. We were here a week so why pay extra for someone just to make the bed? We saw this as a positive. Free coffee and hot water, (sometimes), and fresh cookies. The breakfast was excellent. Bread, muffins, grits, scrambled eggs, sausage, juice. Very good. Food was hot and attendant was very good keeping it all stocked and clean. Worth the drive for a much more affordable and so much more room and amenities including indoor heated pool. Afternoon staff were friendly and helpful. What a great place to stay for vacation.

Customer service was superb. Front Dest staff was very helpful in answering questions about attractions. The breakfast was good as well. We will be back to stay. I would love another corner room.

Room was clean and bed and pillows wonderful. Surprised how quiet hotel seemed even though surrounded by roads. Parking ok and felt safe. Breakfast offered plenty of options. Only downside was not a lot of outside space for relaxing. Very small patio with couple of chairs. Great place to stay for the price!

We have been staying here for many years. It’s comfortable and convenient but is beginning to look and feel “used”. There was some mold in the bathroom, we had no hot water for showering our last morning ….. the front desk said that they would notify maintenance about the water but we were on our way so don’t know if issue got corrected promptly or not. Breakfast is good, fair selection and atmosphere friendly.

Most of the time the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was way smaller than I expected as the photos were deceiving byt my daughter had fun none the less. Had sour waffles the 1st 2 days I was there and told the kitchen staff member who proceeded to call me a liar by telling me the batter was made fresh everyday and no way they could be that way. She refused to try one for herself. Took it up to the GM who was apologetic but didnt seem bothered by the fact his staff member treated me the way she did.

Room was damp, the floor wet, from the moment we arrived. Lady at the desk on day shift, said it was just humidity; you should see it when it gets really hot. I went to shower the water ran black off my feet. We took a towel to the floor it was black!

Everything was great. The only issue I had was when we checked in. One card was used to reserve all rooms for us to pay at the hotel. The card responsible for payment was presented at check in but the funds were still held on both cards. I've reserved hotel rooms many times before and never had this issue, so now we have to wait for the funds to be released. Other than that it's a nice hotel in a nice area.

This was a perfect place to stay with a family! The suite style rooms are great, we enjoyed the pool and fitness center, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient!

The front desk was good. Our neighbor decided he and whoever he was with that midnight was a perfect time to turn the music up and be incredibly LOUD. I called the front desk and they came to check but they had turned it down for a minute but it went back up. Around 1:45 they decided that engaging in intimate behavior VERY loudly while listing to their music loudly was a good idea. 2 ish I had enough and went to the front desk. They came and knocked and they finally stopped with all the damn noise.

Parking was good. Toilet, you had to shake the handle each time you flush. There is mold in the bathroom ceiling corners .

Breakfast was ok. Would be nice if they had gravy and biscuits. More choices of cereal too. Motel was good. Just don’t understand why hotels don’t try to make their place look better. Little paint here and there. Extra cleaning on ceilings and corners on floors. Talking about hotels in general not just that one. Beds and pillows were comfortable and water pressure was great.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare after 10:00 pm. If you want parking, parking before 9:00 to ensure you have a spot. Otherwise the stay was great. Clean and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was good, really enjoyed the cinnamon roll waffles. Overall great stay.

I was supposed to stay there a few weeks ago but my flight was cancelled and my money was refunded with no problem. So I rebooked when I knew I was coming back. Our stay was great! Friendly staff, clean property and room, breakfast was good and great location! Will stay again!

You to request ti have your room cleaned. Rooms where cold and mattresses where hard.

Let me say, the pillows in the rooms, have got to go, they have seen their time. The bedding overall, has too. Let’s upscale and change “this all” up. The vanity in the bathroom needs to be upgraded definitely.

Everything was great except they need to update the furniture especially not using a very old ottoman for a sofa table

The floor in the room wasn’t clean and the toilet didn’t flush properly. When I called downstairs nobody answered the phone so I had to go down and tell them to send someone up to fix the toilet. It was fixed when I returned later that day.

The front desk staff would leave and be unavailable...we got locked out of our room and had to wait at front desk until someone returned. No pool towels. Mold in the bathroom. No fruit for breakfast. Was not impressed with this stay!

Internet was not private so I didn't use much. Breakfast was the same every day (no variety) - but it was a decent selection of standard hotel fare. Staff was nice. Room was clean.

Room was ok, pictures look better. Common areas/carpet was just nasty. Carpeting desperately needs cleaning and vacuum in all halls. Staff had a fit when we turned on lights in the dining/lobby area to eat our waffle and coffee because it was 6:58 and not 7….ridiculous! Won’t be back, plenty of other hotels to stay.

Rented a room for two adults two children in a king room with a pull out sofa bed. Sofa bed was not premade as the case in other hotels nor was a blanket, pillows, pillowcase sheets in the room. Upon calling the front desk I was asked to come down and retrieve bedding for the pullout sofa. Bedding contains a thin blanket and hotel informed me they did not have an extra one.

This place can really use a upgrade. The first night we got there our headed board was so dusty, it caused outlt daughter had a asthma attack.

The new room assigned was very clean and was “2” queen beds instead of a king. but that was fine.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The highway it’s on is pretty loud.

Property itself is excellent, but surrounded on all sides by 24/7 high traffic. If you are near Savannah and on second floor, expect occassional truck and siren sounds all night. This facility does not reset/light exchange rooms during a guests stay. You will have to request removal of trash, towel exchange. etc.

Peoperty is ok but the manager is extremely hostile and rude. Threstened to kick out 3 families with children late at night with no proper reason or explanation. Began yelling at adults and speaking aggressively. Will never stay here again.

I stay here about once a month and it has always been an amazing experience. Quiet, clean, the staff is friendly and respectful, the food is delicious and their afternoon cookies just make the day better. 10/10 highly recommended.

I like the fact that they try to keep the reception/ check-in area, clean, organized and particularly, the elevators mopped well and the chroma in the elevators wiped and free of hand marks. Housekeeping, try’s very hard each day , they do a very good job, when needed. “One thing” I have to say, your bathroom vanities, definitely needs a face left. The size bathroom is nice, it just needs the vanity upgrade.

My stay was great and the room was clean and had no smells. The location was great and was close to shopping and food plus the staff was nice and friendly.

The outside of our room on the 4th floor carpet was dirty and there was a mildew smell in the hallway. The divider in the room was dirty with finger prints.

The room, in itself was GREAT! The window, with the trees, make’s me think of “Peachtree Northeast” Atlanta. The upgrade is wonderful, but “upgrades”’need to happen, in the bathroom area. Of which, was not “part” of the upgrade.? Finish it out…! Make it complete ..! Got it done ✅

Hotel is in run down condition, rooms were very run down and service was terrible. Lady at front desk was nasty.

The hotel was incredibly clean and it was clear that the rooms had recently been updated. I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds that had 2 walls that were all windows which provided so much sunlight. The true highlight of the property was the staff. Particularly, Latoya at the front desk was incredibly helpful and gave us great advice on where to eat, shop, and be entertained. Would stay here again in Charleston, if I’m ever in the area.

The only thing I would change is the eggs. They seemed to be made from powdered eggs. Other than that breakfast was good.

The room was clean and tidy, nice and cool. The mattress was a little too firm for my liking. Ample parking and a nice breakfast was a plus. The attendant at the front desk was only available when a bell was rang and not the most inviting. Housekeeping was nice and very helpful.

I wasn't able to stay there because my ID is local, even though I don't live here anymore. The clerk at the desk rudely let me know 'you can't stay here', they don't book to locals. Never heard of this policy anywhere ever before. Left me scrambling. Luckily a Hilton down the street was glad to have me.

The waffles were delicious. I would definitely buy the mix if it were sold in stores. The room is not a suite. It’s a regular room with too much furniture and made it very difficult to pull out the sofa bed. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. The 2 spiders in the room also made for tight quarters. The tub/shower area looked like a renovation project that was never completed.

Enjoyed the stay overall! Breakfast was good, but we missed the biscuits and gravy! Our safe did not work, and we were told at the desk the maintenance person was too busy to fix it. The iron did not work either. These are not big deals, but I do hope they get things fixed for the next traveler:) Again, great stay overall, and wonderful southern hospitality by all!

Stay was nice. It's not near downtown, but we were going to visit a place in West Ashley, so it worked for us.

THEY HAD AN OUTSIDE SITTING AREA FOR SMOKERS.

I really liked they served.

There was stuff on the ceiling, the shower head sprayed water everywhere and we asked for the room/bed to be cleaned/made after the first night and it didn't happen till the 3rd day, the toilet got stuck and we repeatedly had to put the plug in place so the water would stop running, the A/C never reached the temperature that was set in the room and the fan in the bathroom didn't work.

The tile in the bathroom was cracked and broken and dirty and disgusting. It wasn’t clean somebody’s old used shampoo and conditioner was left in the shower. There was hair and filth everywhere. I tried talking to the woman at the front desk and she would not help me or give me any type of credit or compensation.

This was a very nice hotel and very nice spacious room! Even though we had to travel 20-30 minutes to where we wanted to go, it wasn't an issue at all. The walmart was 11 minutes away and so many places to eat at in the area. The breakfast was pretty good too! The only thing i noticed in our room was the little bit of mold in the shower and hair on the toilet when we first got there. I would stay there again.

It was ok the only thing wrong was coming out of property there was a median do you had to go around make a u turn to go to left. But for all it was a great stay no pfoblems

The room had a strong chlorine smell. We all started coughing right after we walked in. Dirty. Rude manager, talks over you and doesn’t let you say a word.

The staff were nice, the breakfast was great & the pool was a definite plus. The hotel was pretty dirty, though. Our bathroom had mildew and what appeared to be spattered poop on the ceiling. Reported the mildew, but never saw maintenance or housekeeping to address it during our 4 night stay. Probably won’t stay here again.

Do Not Stay Here! Staff was inattentive. Lobby and breakfast areas were dirty. When we tried to check in at the appointed 4pm check in time, we were told rooms were not ready and to come back. When we were finally given a room, we were disgusted by the filth in the room including fecal matter on the bedding. We did not stay. Currently working with Expedia to secure a refund.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. We love the breakfast and indoor pool. We did have issues with room entry with the slide card. It would be nice if they upgraded to tap card entry. Staff is wonderful!!

It is a good hotel. This is the second time I have stayed here. This time the plug to the hair dryer was smashed and not replaced from the previous users. The bathroom floor seemed to be coming apart. Aside from those two things the stay was good and the staff is always friendly.

AC was cold but made a noise. Not an overbearing noise but enough to make you notice. It was cool though because it blew such a cold air i had to turn the temp down

I have stayed here before and this is a repeat stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There were no loud neighbors this time. So for clean, quiet, comfortable, top marks! I did take a star away, simply for the fact that there were some noticeable repairs or updates that need to be done, specifically to the bathroom area of the room. I could see the plumbing between the faucet and the wall. Also, it looked like maybe the wall was missing the baseboard of one of the short walls in the bathroom… there was a pretty sizable gap there. Those things don’t matter to me, but I counted them in because they may matter to someone else.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Checkout was fast.

Poor vision for hotel name I had to pull off the road and look up top of the building to see the sign Comfort Inn. I passed the hotel 3 times before the very small entrance off the very busy highway. Then I had to park off hotel property because there was no available parking. In all the hotel is in a bad location

First hotel I’ve ever been to that had staff that doesn’t greet you, and rude even upon checking in. Pull out sofa was dirty!! Water in the sink was brown. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who wants good hospitality and peace!

This was an adequate stay for our first time to Charleston. Conveniently located just outside of the heart of the city. Room was very comfortable and roomy. As an older person, we would have liked a little higher toilet. Breakfast was good; usual fare.

I arrived early and I was able to check in early I traveled in town for a funeral for a family member When I arrived at the desk I was very stressed but the gentleman was very kind

I stayed in room 226. Room cleanliness was absolutely horrible. Dead bug legs, dirty bathroom, bathroom wall falling apart. I have many photos.

Area very busy a lot traffic noise. Staff great and great breakfast. Room was very nice and clean. Nothing in walking distant. Convenient to get around.
