- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Convenient location
- Noise from other guests and slamming doors
- Poor maintenance and cleanliness issues

Our room smelled like smoke and the ceiling fan and ceiling was full of dust. The beds seemed fine. The whole hotel needs an update. Maybe thats in the works not too sure. The pool was nice and the breakfast was breakfast. The staff were fine and helpful. Its not a 200 dollar room more like 78.95. Good luck
- 1/5
The carpet in the room was extremely dirty so much so that I did not feel comfortable letting my one-year-old walk on it. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it for families with young children. The only good thing was it was close to the places we traveled to in Charleston.
- 1/5
I have no idea how this place has the rating it does. The fountain out front has small trees growing in the top of it. The elevator button is falling in, the place is absolutely dirty throughout. The hallways look like a war zone. The head board in my room was falling off the wall. There was a large hole in the wall behind the door. The light switch in the bathroom was hanging out and the AC sounded like it was on its last leg. The staff were leaned back in an office chair asleep on multiple occasions when I came and went. The door near the parking lot was propped open by the floor Matt of a car or a stick because the card reader didn’t work. The sheets were so worn that they were fuzzy. The lamps were rusted too. This is part of the Choice Hotel brand and if I were you I would make another choice in places to stay!
- 5/5
Breakfast was good pool was nice
- 1/5
The rooms smelled like mold they over charged my account and had to refund the money which takes days to reverse the doors don't close properly and the staff was overall unfriendly
- 2/5
Upon arrival we waited over 5 minutes just to see someone to check us in. There was not even an employee in the building! I called the hotel as I stood in the lobby and the phone rang and rang. Finally an employee came in. She had been outside getting fresh air because the ac was not working in the lobby. I was assured that my room ac would work, and it did, but there were other issues relating to the room. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling in several places as well as small roaches. I would NOT stay here again.
- 5/5
Everything was great!!!!
- 4/5
The beds were so comfortable that it was easy to overlook some things. I think I was placed in a room that hadn't been renovated yet? The light fixture was rusty and the lampshade was stained. The location is good the pool looked nice. It was quiet. I didn't hear anyone next to me. Plenty of places to eat and an easy drive to downtown Charleston.
- 3/5
It was okay. Better than others. Was convenient to a lot of restaurants.
- 0.5/5
We didn't stay. We found a different hotel & went there. This place just wasn't for me.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable beds, facility was maintained, economical, had an outside pool, free parking, free breakfast, was in a safe area of Charleston People kept propping the outside doors open
- 3/5
Musty smelling room, most plug-ins didn't work, stained carpets hotel needs renovated, the parking lot could use some better lighting as well, the staff was friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 3/5
Back door was propped open. Anyone could enter. Told front desk clerk. He reported that he knew as he was the one that did it. I did NOT feel safe knowing that anyoine could enter.
- 2/5
Ok services, not really. NOTHING except the staff, they tried to correct and accommodate us. This not their fault The breakfast was not as selective as before. Although, it was filling. We found a bedbug on the comforter, the bed was not up to par (see pictures), there were no tissues , the door lock had not security lock, this I'd definitely not how we remembered this place. We will DEFINITELY not recommend this place to anyone, nor will we return. No air conditioning in the lobby and hall areas.
- 3/5
The hotel itself was nice enough, but we complained to the front desk that housekeeping never came during our stay and they informed us it was by request only. So we requested housekeeping come by and they still never did. Other than that it was alright, and it was very quiet. Breakfast was nice.
- 1/5
Place is run down, and owners are not spending any money on upkeep. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
- 4.5/5
Our room was very clean, the bed was nice and comfortable... breakfast was very good The back door to enter the hotel was broken... and the elevator was broken
- 1/5
Double billedvme for room
- 3/5
The breakfast all had a sour taste to it. Even the waffles.
- 3/5
TV initially didn't work but was fixed. Back door was broken.
- 3/5
Staff outside smoking at the front door, not friendly at check in. Friends of employees hang out in the lobby late night.
- 3/5
Breakfast was okay but could be better.
- 2/5
Breakfast was great. It was also very pet friendly.
- 3/5
They didn't have a pool and they didn't have a laundry. One had to go next door to a different hotel. I should have just booked there. Washer and dryer took quarters only. No change held in either hotel. No change machine. The business office had a computer that you needed a password and there was none available. One of the exit doors was broken and it had to be propped open.

The negatives: my door was broken, would not close, and the door stopper was broken. Elevator out of order. Guests would place their bags of garbage near the ice machine and it would not be removed quickly, causing foul odours also due to how hot the lobby and hallways were. I had breakfast once and it was your staple basics. I didn’t enjoy it, but I did get there late. However they had fresh fruit, waffle makers, bagels, and other options available as well. So there was still something for everyone. I found the hotel to be a fair price for amenities provided, considering the price of other hotels in this city.
- 3.5/5
the staff was helpful if prodded. my room was clean and housekeeping came every day. location was fantastic for what i wanted to do. breakfast was cheese omelette and sausage with pancakes and different breakfast breads. this motel also owns the one next door so you are able to park at the other one and use the pool. it was quiet. they have a lanai in the front and enjoyed sitting there in the evening. only the main entrance door works to go in. other than that i didn't spend much time there to be critical. it's not a 5 star hotel and didn't expect everything to be perfect. i was floored the rate doubled for friday night and didn't feel this was an over $200/night motel so did not stay a 3rd night.
- 5/5
Everything was just ok. Nothing super great to brag about but it was somewhere to sleep.
- 5/5
It was clean and the staff were accommodating.
- 0.5/5
Being a resident of this city , sleep inn hotel didn’t allow me to rent a room there . So I miss a very important event that was held on April 2/26 The memorial of Jesus death , we are Jehovah witnesses ,so that occasion is very important to us. That’s why I book the hotel there. they are unprofessional, and they have a very nasty attitude, and they need to be reported to a higher authority.I would like to speak to some one about this incident. My number is 843 -937-2532 thank you for your time .
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable and a real value. We felt comfortable and safe in the area. Eating places nearby. The elevator worked for our entire stay. That's great when you have a spouse with mobility issues and your room is on the 4th floor. Believe me, we have been in hotels where the elevators Broke. I have vented on those hotels in the past.
- 0.5/5
Absolutely nothing. Walked right in after speaking with the front desk lady who was so rude and looking up and seeing how nasty everything was I canceled before even seeing the room! Absolutely everything.
- 2.5/5
Conveniently located to where I was visiting. Free breakfast. A bit run down. Out of date. The rug was dirty (stains), the shower door didn’t seal properly so water got everywhere, and there was a bug - like a beetle with antennae- on the l dresser I had to catch and flush. It looked like someone had tried to enter the room at one point with a crowbar.
- 3/5
Room was clean. There was a stand up shower, tiny bottles of no name shampoo & conditioner, the bathroom door didn’t lock, hotel entrance was so basic and boring. The place needed to be painted, breakfast was nothing special. It did the trick, beds seemed clean. That was the main thing.
- 2/5
It took over 45 minutes to get our two reserved rooms because someone forgot to check out the person who occupied one previously. No apologies, little communication other than a sullen explanation. Our accessible room reservation was not honored. Both rooms weren't very clean - dirty splatters in the shower, stains on the mattress cover sides, carpet that left your socks filthy. Worst of all, our Saturday night stay was $250 per room while Sunday night was $88.
- 2/5
Felt unsafe and room was old
- 3/5
Things could have been better House keeping was bad. Never cleaned the whole time I Wes there. Had no refrigerator in room
- 2.5/5
Noisy AC, old carpet
- 3/5
The shower was moldy in both rooms I was put in. The first room had one screw holding the safety latch thing on the door so they put me in another room since they had no one to put in a screw!!!! The pool to which they share with Best Western next door was ABSOLUTLY NASTY. Broken umbrellas, broken chairs and FILTHY tables where you wouldn't want to put your drink down on them. The pool looked cloudy and I wouldn't even put my big toe in it let alone my body!!! SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. I will say the bed was comfy and smelled okay and the location was the best part. If they could hire people that cared about the place I think it could be a homerun. Oh and the included continental breakfast was pretty good. First morning was scrambled eggs and sausage and second morning was western style omelets and sausage, not bad at all!! Lady who worked the night desk was argumentative and rude, was upset that I was concerned about being a woman alone in a room with no safety on the door!!!
- 1/5
The rooms were filthy mattresses were dirty. Sheets were dirty. Iron didn't work. Breakfast was disgusting didn't even have sugar for the coffee
- 3/5
Hotel was short staffed. Needs updated badly
- 4/5
Clean facility, good breakfast, modern bathroom, safe hotel. The room was decent, but needs some repairs
- 2/5
Some was fresh, most was not.
- 2/5
It’s run down. Had no hot water in the 1st room then the 2nd room they put us in the outlets barely worked and the coffee machine didn’t work.
- 2/5
Location. Bed was comfortable. Dated. Curtains were stained, lamps were rusted. Multiple outlets in our room didn't work. Two out of the three ice machines didn't work. Hotel needs to be updated.
- 4/5
The pool is big and nice.Very friendly staff
- 3/5
Breakfast and location was good. Staff was very accommodating to us being that we had a death in our family The hotel is dated carpet smells.
- 5/5
yummy
- 4/5
Everything was ok , not great, not horribl.
- 3/5
We liked the location of the property and distance to places we wanted to see in the greater Charleston area. The outside of the property needs to be cleaned, the dumper area looks and smells bad. The rear entry door was broken the entire stay. The interior of the property needs updating and cleaning. We have been visiting every year for 8 days at a time. The property has slowly been declining every year.
- 2/5
VERY outdated!! Holes in the walls walking to the room, our door to the room has a large gap in it and you could see straight into our room even though it was locked. Carpet was stained, comforter had orange stains on it, the smallest bathroom and enclosed shower ever! Very outdated and rusted around shower door. Door to bathroom is only a hide away door. I don’t recommend if you want to feel comfortable.
- 4/5
Breakfast was fresh.wish they had bacon
- 5/5
Nice stay.
- 2/5
room was to small, only one chair , no table, refrig was noisy, not worth the price
- 5/5
Excellent customer service
- 4/5
Hotel staff was friendly. Back door didnt work, parking was not great, hotel was subpar.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from King street.
- 4/5
My room had a bad smell maybe due to 4 legged guests. I was offered a new room. Overall I would stay again. I felt safe as I was traveling solo.
- 2/5
The hotel is old and needs updating. The rooms have an ugly green paint with an off white color. Doors have bad scratches. Our hallway leading to the room was scuffed with scratches. The shower has “crud” at the doors. Breakfast was sparse. Need more choices. The only employee that I encountered that was friendly… Was Andy. The rest would say hello but that’s it. When I checked in, I got a hello how are you. He gave me my room keys and said nothing else. Our room was not cleaned after our first night stay and this was not acceptable. It must be a pet friendly hotel because we saw two dogs with separate people. I would not recommend this hotel to others and would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Staff was very kind
- 4/5
Room was decent, bathroom was just ok. The heater/ ac made a lot of noise but after a few adjustments it was ok. The hotel is in a great location and the workers were very friendly. I would stay there again.
- 3/5
The room needed a lot of maintenance
- 5/5
Bed was amazing. I want thise pillows for my bed at home.
- 3/5
The first room had a broken heater, the second room had worn out carpet, frig didn't work, chipped up furniture, and the shower leaked.
- 5/5
Yes
- 1/5
The room just felt nasty. The staff was really nice. The hotel needs a remodel
- 3/5
The room was in good condition but the road noise was higher than expected even with our room in the far side of the building. The staff was excellent but the bed and pillows were not comfortable to me but my spouse was fine with the bed.
- 1/5
Found bed bugs. Guest services manager was rude and unhelpful.
- 4/5
Room was clean, front staff exceptional, if not slightly grumpy at times.. Bathroom is very small , and getting out of the parking lot can be a huge hassle due to it being on a very busy part of Savannah highway. Also, surrounded by car lots and not much else .
- 4/5
I was pretty satisfied with most aspects of the hotel, except the electric plugs didn't work in the bathroom and the other wall plugs were worn out and maintenance was not available until after we left. The breakfast had a good variety with several hot foods and protein options and refills. Staff were helpful.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Traveling phlebotomist from NC. My room was nice and cozy, as well as clean! Miss Niki met me at the front desk and was very nice. Would stay here again.
- 1/5
Check in staff was friendly
- 2/5
When I complained about the smoke in the handicap room, they told me it was because I booked through a third-party (Hotels.com) so I told them I would give them a review through the third-party So here it is
- 4/5
Nice place to sleep
- 1/5
Breakfast was not healthy and staff was careless, property needs full makeover, AC ducks have hanging mold and dust, furniture is very chipped, small of dust and dump in the hall way, no hot water in the dispenser ( so it was not consistently filled)
- 3/5
The room was so-so. For the price I was expecting a lot better. The property definitely needs updating. Only one sort of working ice maker for a 4 floor hotel is not acceptable. Bathroom toilet and shower area were small. Breakfast was so-so.
- 1/5
It was stank in there. It smells like mildew. Anyone can easily get sick in there . The curtain has mold on there as well.
- 1/5
Dirty
- 5/5
Very pet friendly me and simone loved it
- 3/5
Parking lots has no lights. Side door does not work. Our bathroom door was really dirty on both sides. Hallways need to be re done and vents need to be cleaned. Breakfast was decent and the dining room was clean so that was a plus. Fountain outside has weeds coming out. Location safe. It’s September in South Carolina and the pool is closed for the season.
- 3/5
I thought that towels smelled bad, ice makers did not work.
- 4/5
As soon as I got to my room, I was in awe. My room looks big and I have a beautiful view outside of my window. My room looks very spacious and clean, there were no weird smells or anything and I was on the 4th floor. Also this property does have an elevator. I will find out how the breakfast is in the morning but even the breakfast area downstairs looks very spacious. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Charleston North Carolina.
- 3/5
Needs improvement. The alarms went off in both our rooms at 4am. Woke us all up. Place needs work.
- 4/5
Good and very friendly
- 4/5
First room, yep…bathroom door was stuck in the wall (pocket door) and wouldn’t move. Toilet seat was half delaminated making it look uncomfortable to sit on. Room 409 We were sent to a different room across the hall, room 408. This room, everything was fine except the air conditioner seemed to be dying. It was mostly the fan running. Had to put it down to 61 degrees for the compressor to turn on, and then it would only run for a few minutes and then shut off. So it made the room cool for about 3 minutes and then it would get muggy in there. We didn’t let the manager know because we were tired and didn’t want to switch rooms again. The ceiling had dust bunnies attached to the popcorn that danced when the ceiling fan was turned on. Also a broken drawer handle. But we didn’t use the drawer. Ok, now for the good parts…THE BED!! It was so comfortable! Plenty of pillows. Sheets and blankets and towels were great, too. And very quiet. Good free breakfast, feee parking, and everything was clean except the ceiling needed to be dusted. It’s an old hotel but it was economical for us and close to MUSC, which was the reason for our trip.
- 1/5
Mold in the rooms
- 1/5
Bugs in the room.
- 5/5
Great place great price
- 5/5
easy
- 3/5
It didn’t have washer and dryers on the property. They share a pool with the Best Western next door.
- 2/5
No checkout receipt was emailed to me.
- 2/5
Not much to like about this property. Not clean outside of the beds. Mold in bathrooms and hallways. Had to use the neighboring hotel for a pool that was not in great condition and was sent on a treasure hunt to find towels. The breakfast was not desirable, lack of variety and not well kept. Full of employee families for the free food. Keep an eye on what you are charged, they will overcharge. Would never recommend this place.
- 3/5
thankfully the inside of the rooms were in better condition and cleaner. Breakfast was good
- 3/5
Easy check in. Difficult getting cart through double doors. Staff very nice.
- 4/5
Quiet, decent room, comfy beds. There was a little mildew in the shower and the furniture was a bit shabby, but overall it was still a good stay. I wish there were more than one elevator, though.
- 1/5
The room was so dirty and old, elevator smelled like pee. Everything about it was terrible, there was socks from someone else in our room, shower had a very strong smell of mold, the ceiling was so dirty with dust it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, carpet dirty and smells. The only ok thing was the beds. I was with two small kids and had two days reservation and had to find somewhere else to stay the next day. I understand we were looking for an affordable option just for a couple days but this place was no good at all. Employees were very nice about my complains and very polite.
- 2/5
The pool was not working despite of 30-33 degree Celsius. Many things (ceiling fan, outlet) were simply not working, and the carpeted floor was extremely dirty. The overall smell of the hotel was weird, and particularly bad in the room. The smell appeared to be coming through the A/C system and its origin being unknown was extremely concerning. The A/C unit was dirty and looked unmaintained. The breakfast was same all morning during our 5 day stay. Compared to the quality, the rate is high.
- 1/5
Not what I expected for the price
- 3/5
Ok for a quick stay
- 5/5
Beautiful property, comfy beds!
- 4/5
I wish they could off told me the pool was under construction when I did my reservation. Room was very clean. The fan didn't work but the AC was cold.
- 5/5
Good location and the place was clean.
- 3/5
Stay was comfortable but place does not reflect what the pictures show. It was clean but Hotel needs an overhaul. It’s past time. Some of personnel need a better attitude. Felt like they were being bothered. Had issues with remote for tv the first night and they acted like it was our fault then gave us a remote that was falling apart and still did not work. Next day finally got a different one that worked. No room service unless you ask for it which we were not told that at check in. Not able to use the shared pool with the hotel next door. It closed day after we got there. It was about as green as a lime. We had been out all day and were looking forward to a refreshing swim. NOT!
- 5/5
My only concern is I haven’t yet received my deposit back that was held in case of damages , my dog a dachshund is a medical need dog for sever anxiety , she was always with me never left alone in room she caused no damage
- 3/5
Room was clean and the bed was ok. Good location. TV didn’t with the first night. The phone didn’t work to try and set up a wake up call. Alarm clock wasn’t working. Calling fan didn’t work.
- 4/5
My only complaint was no bananas at breakfast.
- 1/5
Absolutely FILTHY there was dust covering the walls the room and hallways smelled like pee the floor in the room was sticky I was very disappointed and left a day early
- 4/5
It was cool
- 5/5
Good location, accessibility and cleanliness.
- 5/5
Nice rooms
- 2/5
I’m not one to complain about hotels however, mold was found on the mattress in our room (not surprising as it always felt damp in the room.) Socks became filthy after walking around on the floors. If you’re going to charge upwards of $200/night, there should be more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, hallways, etc.
- 2/5
Not well maintained. Slow moving bathroom fixtures.
- 3/5
A lot of repairs need to be made and they barely did the bare minimum for cleaning. The outlets and exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. There were stains on the bathroom wall and on room curtains. We had to check every floor for a working ice machine. Then, to top off the stay I was charged for an extra night without authorization and they were unable to tell me why. New management could really improve this place.
- 4/5
Convenient location
- 1/5
We checked in on Friday..Thst evening we saw bugs crawling on the pillows.Knowing they were booked we hopped in the car and went and bought bug spray..It did not kill them..Went to the desk yesterday morning with the bugs in a tissue,to get told they were probably termites and there was nothing they could do..We asked to switch rooms..Tha did not happen..Last night the power flickered a few times resulting in the tv not working properly..We went to the pool,it was beyond crowded,so we went back to the room where we find even more bugs..We just left and came back to Columbia at 8pm..Out almost 400 dollars..This was supposed to be a best friends weekend that was ruined within 2 hours of checking in..I am terribly upset..Ive tried to upload the pictures of the bugs but all of a sudden it wont let me
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 4/5
15 minute drive to historic district of Charleston. If you want an affordable hotel and don't want to pay the prices of the hotels in the historical district, this is it. Clean, good breakfast, helpful staff.
- 5/5
Extraordinary stay
- 4/5
Quiet. Carpet needs cleaning. Shower and bathroom were clean but small.
- 1/5
Three people booked for room, but only one washcloth and none available at front desk. Luggage rack was missing from room. Outlet by sink didn’t work. Spots on curtains and carpet. Wall and furniture banged up. Room smelled like urine.
- 3/5
The unique quality was the mature foliage of the property but we did not like that it was so poorly kept. The fountain didn't work, leaves were in the foliage, a metal chair was broken and one our beds was not clean with dirt and hairs in it. Also the breakfast consisted of powdered eggs and processed meat.
- 3/5
Our room smelled musty. There was a very saturated moldy looking ceiling tile on the first floor. The ice machine on the first floor obviously leaked as there was a towel haphazardly thrown on the floor. The shower had dirt and hair in the corners of the door. The bathroom was very small.
- 1/5
It was the worst motel i have ever stayed in. Would never stay there again or recomend it to anyone!!!
- 3/5
Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Stains on carpet and curtains. Some walls and furniture beat. I rented two rooms and one smelled like urine.
- 1/5
We came for tournament for our son. We didnt need much, we were barley there but the room was unclean. I woke up to roaches everywhere.I took picture because im from flordia and i know the difference between water bugs and roaches. Front desk was like whatever call mangement but they wont return our calls
- 2/5
Property was old and needed updated and cleaned. Visible dirt/mold on air duct vents. Ceiling tiles broken and uneven. We stayed for 4 days and housekeeping never cleaned our room. We reported it every day. We were told on the 2nd day that they clean stayovers every three days. After the third day of no service, we again reported it and were told that housekeeping service must be requested. I worked in hotels for 10 years and have never heard of this. And if this was a thing, we complained every day we stayed that we didn’t get housekeeping service. Why wouldn’t we be put on the list? Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else!
- 5/5
Not the newest hotel but very nice stay
- 3/5
The Staff was friendly.
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms newer and clean but overall smell of hallways and rooms was bad. Very musty and damp smelling.
- 5/5
Wonderful experience and wonderful breakfast!
- 3/5
It was quiet and comfortable. The shower door leaked and water would get all over the floor if it wasn’t closed just right. The bathroom was small and the sink was outside the bathroom which was kind of inconvenient. Overall it was safe and quiet which is the most important thing.
- 3/5
Credit card swipe equipment in poor condition.
- 1/5
Room was very bad. Bed was broken. Metal rods sticking out.
- 2/5
Not upto the mark
- 3/5
Dark and dingy
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
Good hotel.
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
I stayed at Sleep Inn between April 6-8, 2025. It's quiet, clean, and comfortable.
- 1/5
This hotel stunk and was not clean at all. The elevator and hallways were littered with trash. The room's air conditioning barely worked. The bathtub hadn't been cleaned. If I hadnt been desperate, I would have never stayed there.
- 4/5
It is a nice, clean, convenient place to stay.
- 5/5
Enjoyed
- 3/5
Not the best feeling or location was not the greatest....
- 1/5
Terrible place to stay. Ice machines broke. Place smelled.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
Was originally offered a room 102 for my family. It was so bad, stunk like animals were housed in there. The front desk quickly changed for an acceptable room. My stay was better after that. However our sink was spraying water everywhere. Carpet looked ancient and scary.
- 5/5
Staff was personable, are was very clean room was nice
- 4/5
Said it’s non smoking but on the 4th floor on 3/8/2025 there was a man with a cigar smoking it in the hall. There also was one on the house keepers smoking a cigarette in the hall. Don’t get me wrong because I smoke but I’m not going to get smoke in my room from them and a to pay anything for their mistake.
- 3/5
Loved the staff and the breakfast. Hotel could use an update and a good refresh but we would stay again.
- 4/5
Shower too small— small soap. Nice beds and pillows
- 1/5
Employee got rash
- 2/5
It was okay. Our door seemed as if it wasn’t fitted properly so you could kind of see in the room from the outside. Also a little strange how there is a door in the room that connects to the next room over. Probably won’t be back
- 2/5
The bath in my room didn't work. Their first response was "can't you just take a shower"? I didn't want a shower, I wanted a hot bath. They sent maintenance in, he was there for a minute and LEFT! I called the desk and they sent him back. He said because of the products he had to use to fix it, I couldn't stay in the room. Againi called desk, they transferred me to another room BUT I had to move me, they wouldn't! That room the ceiling fan didn't work, which I reported, and no response and the security lock on the door wouldn't work and apparently the door wasn't hung properly because I could see "light" around the door frame coming from the hallway! Will NOT stay there again!!!!

Friends of employees hanging around the front desk being loud. Staff was rude and acted like i was bothering them because they were on their phones. Elevator was nasty and trash in the hallways. They had a tip jar out at the breakfast station. Never seen that before.Would i stay here again, absolutly night Parking in rear had lights outs and it felt unsafe.

Don’t get negative reviews. Great room, quiet ac, comfortable beds/pillows, nice towels, great shower, and fan in bathroom which is very unusual. Also ceiling fan in bedroom- amazing! Asked for waters and were not charged for them. We were directed to breakfast at Best Western next door which was a bit odd but not a big deal.

Rooms with Roaches. I checked out of that place!

Room was decent. Included breakfast was ok although you had to walk outside to get there. There were no working ice machines or bubblers in the whole building.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was very clean. For a quick and cheap stay - it was a great night’s sleep.

great bed clean room

Room was clean, however mold was around the shower and the hotel smelled bad like a old moldy smell. Dog friendly by the way. Will not stay here again!

The property was not very crowded, in pretty good shape. Room worked great. We had to walk next door to the Best Western for breakfast, but Veronica, who managed the breakfast area next door was top notch!

Traffic. Room was very small for Queen size bed. We were given a handicap room for no reason. They did not clean the room between days and did not give any notice of that. Had to go to Best Western property for breakfast. Not horrible but not convenient either and were not given any notice of that on check in. Weirdest faucet in shower.

Room SMELLS LIKE URINE

Not great. Hotel has a musty/moldy smell and my room was even worse. Shower door leaks all over the floor every time the shower is used. Looks pretty dirty behind and next to furniture like there is never any deep cleaning, only superficial. Parking lot has no lights and feels a bit sketchy.

Need security lights in parking lot. It was completely dark

Overall this day was good breakfast was good staff was friendly other than the door to the bathroom fell off the track and after we told the front desk and no one was to enter the room until we got back and they went ahead and did it anyways was kind of unsettling but they fixed it overall good place what I do it again probably not
