    This hotel is advertised as a 3 and 4 star hotel. (2 different sites) With that said, you expect a bit more for what you're paying for. I had a few concerns that may not be a really big deal but I just didn't expect them from here. Breakfast was not very appealing. Instead of fresh eggs and potatoes, they scoopped up the remaining items and put them in a paper bowl for the patrons. Not to mention the sloppy display. During the breakfast, bug control sprayed along all cabinet bottoms. Not cool. Items in the room were either broken or in disrepair. The dishwasher wasn't emptied from the last person who stayed there. Mold in the shower The curtains falling down. The iron board cover falling off. The strap on the luggage bifold was broken. TV remote broken. Dog hair on the sofa. (Didn't get the best picture of that because i cleaned first) Not what I expected. You make the call.

    We had a terrible experience at this Homewood Suites. First, the lady at the desk was not helpful at all & was rude. The room was very old & dirty, especially the bathroom. The shower door was broken & wouldn't open (or close all the way) so you had to enter under the water. The tile was chipped & grout was dirty. There was no hand soap by the sink & the shower gel was empty in the shower. The carpets were sticky & smelled. The sofa sleeper mattress had springs sticking up & the second you sat down on it, it squeaked very loudly, it was extremely uncomfortable (moreso than the typical sofa mattress). The breakfast food was cold & they were out of a lot of the stuff (with not many people there). It was outdated in the kitchen area & wasn't very clean. No spray for waffles so they stuck to the maker & syrup was a dispenser that kids touched all their hands & food to. The whole experience was just horrible. I sent info into the hotel over a week ago & no one has even reached out to me about it. We would highly discourage anyone from staying here!

    We stayed 2 single nights in the same week to begin and end a trip to Pigeon Forge. We got the same type of room for each of the stays which was a king one bedroom suite. I noted in both reservations that we would need the sofa bed for my immunocompromised child & needed it to be clean and with enough linens that we could use it. The first room we got was on the 3rd floor, and I had no problems other than the fact that the sofa bed was horribly dirty. The second night we were placed on the 1st floor, and while I can’t explain why there would be such a disparity between 2 rooms of the same type, the 2nd room on the 1st floor seemed very poorly maintained in comparison to the 3rd floor room. There was lots of dinginess in the bathroom in the corners, and the room just appear to be more worn and older. The breakfast was not great. My husband said the eggs were like reconstituted powder. There were not a ton of options, but I guess it’s what you can expect from an included breakfast in an economical hotel. The staff was friendly, but it was very awkward that they have a sign up at the front desk about how you’re not allowed to yell at the staff or verbally abuse them in any way… Made me wonder how many terrible situations had gone down for it to be necessary to project that sign as I’ve never seen that in another hotel. The location in Hamilton Place is fantastic and near a ton of stores and dining options. I would choose a different hotel in that area if returning.

I called ahead to arrange a pack and play for my child and it wasn't in the room when we arrived. The front desk handed it to us and told us to bring it up ourselves. When we set it up, the mattress was filthy and visibly stained. No sheets were provided for the pack and play or the sofa bed, and when I called to ask for them, I was told to come down and get them myself. The sofa bed was so worn out my kids couldn't sleep on it and ended up in our bed in the middle of the night, which made booking a suite completely pointless. The toilet was unusually low and uncomfortable for any normal-sized adult. The double bed was smaller than standard and not fit for two adults. We escalated directly to Hilton, and the response was essentially a shrug. We were told they're not a full-service hotel, don't have enough staff, and that the owners are already aware of the property's condition. If the owners know and haven't fixed it, that says everything.

    I recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Chattanooga – Hamilton Place and had a fairly average experience overall. The location is convenient, especially if you want to be close to shopping and restaurants around Hamilton Place. Everything was mostly clean, though there were a few small details that seemed overlooked, like some wear on the furniture, curtains and carpet. The complimentary breakfast was decent but nothing special. Parking was easy and free, which was a plus. Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re looking for a convenient stay in the Hamilton Place Chattanooga area, but it may not stand out if you’re expecting a more updated or upscale experience.

The person attending the breakfast area was not at all friendly. We ended up eating breakfast somewhere else for the rest of our stay.

    Staff was friendly though the hotel did have signs of age. Black mold was present in my shower, the pots were so nasty they were unusable. Definitely needs to be replaced. Ice maker was turned off, which I’m not used to. Usually it is turned on as if to welcome me to my room. Trash cans were way too small; just a day’s regular trash was met with a challenge of where to put it since the bin was soooo small. Curtains in bedroom were in need of a good cleaning, looked like someone had a pop explode, large dots of discoloration visible, again just regular cleaning would have taken care of that. Toilet wouldn’t flush in mornings, we had to physically put 2 pots of water in the tank to get a good flush, maintenance was called but never showed up. Elevator floor was quite sticky for the entire visit, of course, cleaning staff didn’t speak English so I couldn’t convey that the floor needed cleaning. Just sayin’ if cleaning staff are “legitimate” they should speak English as they are living in the US, not Mexico. Just respect…all furniture was very worn, you sink down into chairs so much so that when Itried to eat at table, I felt like a child trying to reach up to the table. Not good AND embarrassing. Bed was comfortable. Overall, in the past 15 years, I’ve had better rooms in other Homewood locations.

    There were shady people on the premises. We listened to a long drug related call from the sidewalk below our window. The shower was dirty and the most problematic was that the toilet must've had a slow leak because it loudly kicked on to refill the tank three times throughout the night, scaring the hell out of us each time. We didn't sleep well and I feel like that's the one thing you should be able to accomplish at a hotel. I told the front desk the next day and she said thank you for letting us know so we can address it. I feel a credit or refund are in order. We recently stayed at the Homewood Suites in Irvine and they did such an amazing job that expectations were high for a great night's sleep.

    The staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. The facilities were less than ideal, the room was so dirty! The linen had stains, the pullout sofa bed had a “dingleberry” as well as a fake nail, empty bag of Cheetos (puffy), and a hair clip in the mattress. There was also some sort of pimple popping tool that was probably used for drugs on the entertainment center. All surfaces were gross. The air conditioning was so loud! I can’t believe how much potential the place has if managed and cleaned properly. Chattanooga people - good ol Chattanooga.

    The hotel needs a remodel. The first floor rooms smell of wet dog. The hotel allows pets, and its not maintained or cleaned well.     My ONLY complaint is that I had to check out before the night clerk had access to the room scheduling software. Huh? He told me that he couldn't check anyone out before 0400. I had to leave at about 0310. Still waiting for my receipt....and I've already had 2 flights and am now home. 0400 'til the software works? Really??

Lady that was tending to the breakfast area was rude, seem obviously bothered that people were serving themselves and though breakfast was supposed to end at 930 she was picking up everything around 905 (happened all the days that we were there).

    The pool was small, but nice and clean. The pool towels are really nice and conveniently located. The staff was friendly, check in was easy and quick. They only do house keeping every other day unless asked, it was easy to get more towels at the front desk. Breakfast was ok, it is free. The mattress was super lumpy and uncomfortable.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful with some questions I had prior to arrival. There were a couple things in the room that were dirty when we arrived, but we did see housekeeping staff frequently making rounds to the rooms. The room otherwise was comfortable. The location near the highway sometimes made it difficult to get out of the area due to backed up traffic.

    Everyone was very nice and courteous. Kim at the front desk was very nice and passionate. The hotel was in the middle of a lot of nice restaurants. The staff as a whole really made our very wonderful. We will be back.

    It was okay the front desk Ladies were very kind. Breakfast was very disappointing. Overall I wanted to change hotels but my family didn't want to go through the hassle. Our stay cost over $600 and I would have paid more to stay somewhere else.

    I was traveling with my elderly parents . My mom is a dialysis patient and I wanted to stay the night so she could shower , get a good night sleep and complete her treatment . I rented two room ~ 401 and 402 I think. Both rooms had NO hot water. I was told my the assistant manager there has been issues with both rooms . I told them they should’ve never let someone stay in the rooms knowing there was an issue. He tried to issue a refund but couldn’t because I scheduled through hotels.com . I’ve been trying to reach someone to initiate a refund for both rooms . There’s no customer service number that gives me an agent . The virtual assistant keeps bouncing back with the same message. The assistant general manager said I need to request the issue with hotels .com and they will approve the credit.

    The check in lady was fantastic. She asked appropriate questions about our needs and gave recommendations on restaurants and things to do and see. You could tell she was proud of Chattanooga and the hotel and knew which events were going on in the area.

    At checkin the carpet in my room was recently cleaned and was still soaking wet. The Management quickly moved us to another room which I commend. The nationwide microsoft failure affected the room keys ,however the management was right there to manually escort me to my room without delay when needed. Breakfast was good.

    This was a great hotel! I was with several other authors on a book tour and needed a double room. Kim realized we wouldn't be as comfortable since my husband is tall and upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite. She was the best hostess I've ever encountered at a hotel.

    When I drove into the hotel, I hit a curb and put a hole in my tire. The front desk lady (Kim) was so helpful she found 4 tire stores nearby and their phone numbers I was able to make arrangements for a new tire the next morning. She was very sympathetic and sweet. Made us feel very welcome. The hotel was mostly clean, but the furniture was dated an soiled. Great location, and amenities. Excellent breakfast.

    Cons:The rooms were outdated. They needed some serious renovations. The furniture had tears and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Parking didnt feel safe. Alot of questionable people wandering around the hotel inside and outside.

    The table in the kitchenette was so wobbly my kids couldnt even sit at it to eat a snack. I was woken up during the night one night to what must have been ppl hanging out across the street….loud music and yelling, car alarms going off. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a Hilton homewood suites.

    My family’s 5 day stay was amazing. Everyone was great, but Ms. Kim was amazing. We had some ladybug visitors that we saw mostly everywhere we went. She made sure we were well taken care of, and often stopped by to make sure everything was handled properly and in a timely manner . The hotel was great and would definitely return.

    The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, no housekeeping during the 3-night's stay, not even to empty trash but I guess a lot of hotels are doing this. The breakfast was okay, coffee available during the day and evening. Beds pretty comfortable, pillows not. Like the shower, need another safety bar handle. Toilet very low, no clocks except on microwave. Need to work on having heat to come on auto, instead of having on and then having to turn off. Close to shopping and restaurants but a lot of traffic, easy access to highway. Overall, would stay again.

    We checked in on the Feb 10 everything was good. Unfortunately my fiance got sick and vomited in the room the next morning. I called the front desk to explain to them what had happened and requested to have the room cleaned. After waiting several hours we got dressed and went on an outing. When we return to the hotel that even at 7:00 p.m. the room was half cleaned there was vomit still on the skirt of the bed and the towels were still on the floor.

    The suite size was good however, the furniture was very old, eben ripped. Sofa bed did not open. When complained, we were moved to a different room but again, the Sofa bed was not in good shape and did not set up properly. We had to adjust somehow.

    The property was nice. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. My only complaint would be that the bathroom in one of our rooms was not cleaned. The shower had shampoo or soap running down the wall and the toilet seat was up and had urine all over the rim. We called the front desk and Kim, the lady on duty, came up and apologized and cleaned the bathroom herself. She was very apologetic and very friendly.

    I booked 2 beds room with sofa for 7 people (4 adults 3 kids) at Homewood Suites by Hilton at Chattanooga but when I arrived to check in they said the had plumbing issues and the room is not available and they sent us to sister company Fairfield by Marriott which 2 minutes driving away. So I was ok with that but the thing which I was dissatisfied is they knew that Fairfield doesn’t have same room where 7 people can sleep. So when I was checking in at Fairfield by Marriott I purchased second room for us and paid 160$ and Expedia customer service representative called after I left the Homewood Suites and describing the situation and sent me 50$ coupon. 50$ is not 160$. I don’t who’s fault is here Expedia’s that they didn’t let me know earlier or Homewood Suits by Hilton that didn’t refer us to the same size room.
