Nice and clean place

The hotel and room was clean. The staff was friendly. Everything was good.

The room was not clean, I asked the front desk for a new sheet because the one that was on the bed was dirty and she laughed. The breakfast also was terrible. Don’t recommend it for anyone, specially if you are traveling with family.

There was no body wash in the shower, completely empty. The lobby and hallways had a weird smell. The breakfast was not edible. Food was cold, eggs were watery. Even though the hotel was quiet and room was clean, I would not stay there again.

The entire second floor hallway smells like garbage and diapers. The A/C in the room took 12 hours to cool the room from 78° to 71° in a 300 sq foot room probably the worst sleep Ive gotten not to mention one of the blankets had a dried old blood strain on it and to request new blankets. After mentioning these the staff just shrugged it off. The new name of this chain my family is now La Funkta due to the smell. Book somewhere else ....

Comfortable beds, clean, and spacious rooms. Breakfast was reasonable. Dog rate is excellent. Rooms were quiet. There looked to be a lot to do in the area but we just stopped overnight.

I arrived around 4/5 I had informed the lady at the desk I had a disability and didn’t want a top floor. She put me on top floor anyway. I know for a fact she could of least put us on the second floor. I should of paid another 50$ and got a hotel downtown by the river walk and lower floor with more then just one elevator.

Generally clean room, lobby, corridors and elevator. Hotel seems to be getting too lax about allowing pets. Obvious stains in public areas where dogs had accidents. Quiet HVAC compared with other hotels. Nice location near I24.

Clean and was perfect for our anniversary weekend.

Room was clean when we arrived. Breakfast was basic hotel breakfast. Worst part was the cleaning crew showed up at 8:00 am on a Saturday to clean the room. Vacuuming the hallway at 7:30 am!

The front desk lady at night is very nice and helps everyone greatly! Shower head could have been better on floor 4.

This hotel is in a great location for us. Very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It has a dog section for pets outside which is very helpful. Five star ratings for this hotel.

Arrived late, evening staff was friendly and gave us room key in a little cardboard wallet thing, we go upto our room and crash out..... NOW... included in the little wallet behind the keycards for the room was info... (never informed of this info, and never found the info) was a paper telling us about times for breakfast and wifi and such. heck I even tried to lookup when the breakfast was ended and couldn't find it. 9:02am wife heads down to get some breakfast for the kids and everything is already gone... wife starts grabbing some yogart that was still available/ and lady cleaning up rudely tells her the breakfast was until 9am and what does she think she is doing? again... 9:02am... I come down and wife is upset, lady says we were informed.. I tell her I was never told - she is like it's on the paper... WHAT PAPER? - she shows the paper behind my room keys - well THANK you for hiding the paper .. Kids are hungry... just check me out - no longer need to be here.. lady was like.. yea okay.. but the policy is to tell you when breakfast is - well it NEVER WAS TOLD. and you HID the paper... Still upset over the rudeness - not my fault we were never told and hiding a paper and saying we were given the info was just so helpful. No attempt to resolve just say it was out fault.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. Shortly afterward, I went to my room. Upon entering, we noticed stains on the comforter and immediately notified the staff. However, we were instructed to replace the bedding ourselves, which was disappointing and inconvenient. Also the pillows were not comfortable all.

Location, personnel and price were the main values about this stay. There is room for improvement regarding breakfast and coffee options. Management should pay attention to cleanliness and regular maintenance of the rooms

Liked the hotel BUT the only issue, which was very frustrating, was that the key would stop working every day during our 3-night stay. Had to come back downstairs multiple times to get access to the room key again, not just us, but 2 other families we were attending the wedding with had the same issue. If this is seen by hotel management, please address this issue.

The toilet was loose. The adjustable shower head was only working on one setting. The bathroom door was sticking when opening and closing. The wall outlet on the far side of the room right of the window is loose and didn’t work.

Room was very clean. Breakfast left something to be desired like waffles. Water pressure sucks in shower. Otherwise, I’d stay there again. Just get breakfast somewhere else.

The lady who checked us in was very nice. There was no one around at checkout which was too bad because I would have let her know about the room. My wife who has been there several times said it was time to find a different hotel and won’t go back. Well I guess that’s the end of a family tradition!

Shower rod was significantly damaged - only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars. I reported the damage to the front desk so hopefully it was repaired today.

Stopped here as a midway sleep on a long trip. The room was comfy and clean, the breakfast fresh and decent.

I have to give a big thumbs up to Mary at the front desk! I left my prescription glasses in my room and she was so helpful helping me get them back. She went above and beyond.

Slow at check in, stained furniture, and had fellow guest pass me in hallway that smelled like weed. Will look at better options next time.

Decent for a quick stay

I’ve stayed at La Quintas many times and this is by far the nicest. Highly recommend, especially if you are traveling with your animals.

Location is close to Ruby Falls and Rock City Garden. The staff is nice. But breakfast is mediocre. Your better option is McDonald down the street.

Two dissapointments: The TV room remote did not allow any access except for one ABC channel. Seems like previous guest may have programmed for Roku but this really blocked any use of the Television and programming for us. No instructions to reset….thumbs down We arrived on a beautiful May Day (5/19) after a full day on the rode and temps near 90….a perfect time for a dip in the pool! NOT, the pull was not cleaned or recently been cleaned as it was full of dead leaves. Maybe the pull is not open yet???

Staff was kind. Breakfast was good. There were hairs in the bathroom. Our bathroom door was broken and made a loud noise every time you came in and out.

checked in. we reserved two double queens with hide a bed couches. whole hotel smells like must and is unkept at first glance.. opened hide a bed and a hotel towel with several gross stains and markings was inside along with cheetos, baathroom was disgusting, rust rimmed the tub.. manager to his benefit immediately agreed to refund our rooms and we relocated. I have not received the refund as of this date. cannot recommend this place ever!

The lady that checked us in was very friendly.

First room smelled like mold. Came back to the desk and told her. She went into the room and came back out not saying a word to us. Giving us a room on a different floor and didnt even tell us how to get to the room. She was rude to begin with and worse after the room change

The breakfast was great and the room was clean. We loved having the dog area. The dog area had a broken gate and was hard to open/close and you had to watch to make sure your dog did not get out. The bags for the dogs were out at one of the containers and the container was full and had not been changed very recently.

Not real eggs. The bath had mold.

Easy access from the highway Two queen beds. First had a broken spring that made a loud noise every time I rolled over so I had to change beds. At the free breakfast, the coffee maker wouldn’t make coffee until it was cleaned. The pancake maker needed a code that was not supplied. The toaster required you to hold a button in to work. Took a while to find an employee to deal with the coffeemaker. Once it was made, the creamer for the coffee was curdled.

The lady handling the breakfast was very rude to everyone. My room had broken tile in the bathroom, messed up bathroom door and the threshold that separates the carpet from the tile had tacks exposed. I let front desk and maintenance know and they didn't seem too concerned

We paid $200 for a $50 room. Room was dated. Needs fresh paint in bathroom. Everything was poor quality including the very low toilet. Lousy breakfast. Won’t be going back.

Front desk afternoon was very friendly and efficient. Room was big. Fairly clean but needs a deep cleaning (corners, hallways). Lamp on the left side of bed didn’t work. Breakfast was just ok.

In the hotel parking lot a thief broke the window of my car to steal my belongings and the hotel did not want to help us with the problem, the lady at the reception just laughed and said we can’t do anything and we won’t be responsible for that. (That night they did the same with two other cars, I have evidence of what happened) IT’S NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY STEAL THERE!!!

The staff was unhelpful when my car was broken into; they would not assist in getting the number to the of or offer a garbage bag for the mess I was left with in the parking lot. Several other cars were broken into as well and the staff offered them no assistance. I understand from the police and the car rental company that this is a regular occurrence at this location. I will never stay at a La Quinta again because of the lack of any assistance or even concern for the safety of their customers.

In a nice quiet location. Checked in easy. Good halfway point for out trip. Nothing to dislike. It’s perfect for a stop over.

My stay was good. I just wish you had an indoor pool. Or hot tub. My kids love to go to hotel so that they can go swimming.

I absolutely did not appreciate being charged for my service dog. I choose the hotel based on the price and definitely could have chosen a higher quality hotel for the price I ended up paying. I absolutely feel it is unethical to charge the fee upon arrival with no prior notification, this fee should have been specified prior to booking. LaQuinta is known for being a hotel that welcomes pets and service pets without charging extra. Very disappointed.

At breakfast, many of the items were limited and not refilled. When a guest asked if more sausage, eggs and potatoes were going to be refilled, the attendant was very rude and told him no and smacked at her watch. It was 8:45 and breakfast was until 9:00. We will not be staying again:(

Then the highway noise was a little unavoidable - but it really only took off in the early morning.

Rooms were dirty and smelled of stale smoke. We had ants in the bathroom and the shower curtain rod was falling down. I Askes to be moved to another room which they did without hesitation. But that room was also smelles of stale smoke and also was much cleaner. Will not be staying here on my next visit to Chattanooga

The room was all I needed and expected. No breakfast as I have a gluten free diet. Parking was horrible, trucks were parked in the front taking up to six spaces. There was plenty of space for them in the back.

Smoke detector chirping in middle of night- went to front desk to get a new battery/ told me to unplug it myself and she would leave a note for maintenance. AC unit excessive loud otherwise property nice.

Breakfast was perfect and it was plenty and a variety. The parking lot was large with excellent lighting for night time.

Location to Highway, food, and attractions is great. The hotel has some recent upgrades (lvp flooring in rooms, updated bathrooms. Breakfast offerings were minimal, shower pressure is almost nonexistent, towels are barely big enough for a child let alone an adult. The most frustrating aspect of the hotel is the noise level, you can hear EVERYTHING that is happening in the hallways as well as outside the property (traffic, semi-trucks idling in the parking lot behind the hotel, dogs barking) Definitely not worth the cost.

The breakfast was another letdown. It was advertised as one of the best, but the quality and variety did not match the claims at all. It felt very basic and poorly maintained. The hotel also claims to be newly renovated, but in reality, the amenities are old, worn out, and not well maintained. Cleanliness was also a major concern throughout our stay. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations in any way. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Mold in the bathroom, bloody towel. Manager extremely rude when bringing the amount of mold in shower to his attention and said zero refunds Or accommodations. Hallways stuck like mildew. When air kicked on in room it also smelled like mildew.

Convenient to location

We stayed one night as we traveled back home from Florida. Clean and comfortable with decent coffee.

The hotel is clean, not fancy. Free breakfast and pet friendly, so that's a must for me . A place to rest and relax after being the whole day out, just as expected. Location is good, close to Ruby Falls, and not too far from downtown. The negative for me was the staff of all areas, the front desk morning clerk and the lady in the breakfast were rude and not welcoming at all. Not even eye contact or a "good morning" , not customer service oriented at all.

The view was awesome from this hotel. Surprised that the other hotels were so much more . Def would stay here again. Everything was clean, easy check in. The only teeny change is breakfast , it was great .

The room was terrible. I stayed here because the reviews were pretty solid. I didn't need anything fancy. But it looked like the room hadn't been mopped. The toilet handle was dangling off the toilet. The shower had hair in it. There was mold all around the shampoo bottles in the shower. The picture in the bathroom was caked in dust. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable and the ac worked great. I wouldn't stay here again

Easy check-in. Bathroom had some mold around sink faucet and some in shower. The bed backboards were filthy (sticky handprints) and we used our own Lysol wipes to clean them off. Room definitely could have been cleaned better.

The room was clean, but a few things were in disrepair (squeaky spot on the bed, bathroom vanity wood a bit splintered), but nothing serious. We really liked the way the room was laid out. The air conditioning worked really well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, hot, and plentiful. Parking and the hotel location was great, close to everything.

Room was clean and efficient. The included breakfast provided many options and was much appreciated. Close to I-24 and nearby access to Lookout Mountain features such as Ruby Falls, Rock City and the wonderful Chickamauga & Chattanooga National Military Park.

I was traveling with 2 dogs and I love this place. I stayed twice. I like that they offer a good breakfast. The rooms were clean. I like they have their own fenced in dog are.

It was clean and safe. We only needed to stay one evening and prices were reasonable. The bed was a little firm but I liked it but the other party thought it was uncomfortable. There were stains on the couch. Furniture the tv was on was the leg was broken and a circle damaged from the handle. One light did not work as well. Breakfast was a disappointment. Not much to choose from and the food was cold. It was an easy check in and check out process.

The best part about the property was the parking lot... we were given a room that was filthy. Then the second try was also filthy we decided we couldn't stay and had to book another hotel... then to request a refund we had to deal with the manager who conveniently went on vacation. Still waiting what a joke...the beds looked like muddy dogs played tug of war on them... disgusting

The front desk staff were great from check-in to checkout. Our room was clean and pretty large. The water pressure in the shower was terrific.

The floor in the room was so dirty our socks were black. The towels were dirty and looked like they hadn't been changed from the previous guest. When I went to ask for clean towels, the gentlemen at the front didn't even apologize, he just acted annoyed with me.

Location was right off I24 by Lookout Mountain. Parking was safe and easy. Hotel was clean and staff were great. Room had a slight smell of mildew. Needs we're comfortable. Linens were fluffy and bright and clean.

Sink drain plug was broken. Doors were hard to hold open wirh hands full and slammed shut.

Friendly staff with a close location to Rubi Falls.

Room had very little hot water. Dogs everywhere....even in the dining area. Generally not clean.

Bed was too firm, we weren’t able to get hot water long in either room. Honestly it’s most likely our first & last visit

We had a good stay at La Quinta overall. The hotel was clean, located in a good area, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Our only negative experience was during check-in on the night we arrived. The front desk attendant was not very friendly—when we asked if they had coffee, he responded without looking at us and said the machine was “right there.” When we let him know the machine was out of coffee, he appeared upset and reacted with an attitude before changing the bag. Aside from that initial interaction, the rest of our stay was pleasant and we had no other issues.

The room was just dirty. We had to ask them to change the bedding because of stains also the bedding had hair on it. After changed it hair was still on the bed. The couch that was in the room was so dirty. The walls was dirty. Table was dirty. Hand prints on the headboard. Bathroom dirty shower dirty. I have pictures of everything if there’s a place to submit them I can do that also.

Breakfast was very subpar for the cost of the room. Very disappointing especially compared to other la quibtas. Couch was disgusting the furniture was beat up art paint on the desk, in the neighboring room their ohine was on a hard surface and kept vibrating every few minutes even during the night kept waking us up

Staff has the personality of a tree stump.walking around with a grimace on their face. The only sunny spot was the woman who was a native Georgian.

After driving 11 hours we just wanted a nice hot shower. There was no hot water. Called the front desk and was told that we were the only room to complain about the water. Theh then called us back 10 minutes later and told that the manager knew of the water issue and that it was the whole hotel that was affected. It was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. Wasnt worth the $115 that we paid for it for 1 night.

It was time to go to bed and we had small kids above us that would not stop running around and it sounded like they was going to come through the floor . The phone in the room is not connected to a phone cord at all . It look as if there was mold in the corners of the shower . Breakfast was not all that great .

At check in staff was a bit rude. Room was clean for the most part the shower was not. The water in shower never got hot the sink did after you let it run for at least 2 minutes. The room doors slam so you hear everyone coming and going. I most likely wouldnt stay here again. Breakfast was included however it wasnt crazy it was just okay.

Breakfast had no fresh food and was only served 6-9. Loud, uncomfortable a/c unit in wall that went off/on all night.

The room had fleas or some kind of small black bugs, that we discovered at 11:30pm. Saw only 3 but they were there. The top edges of everything had a 1/4" of dust (mirror in the bathroom, top and face of framed wall decoration, lamps, etc.; unexceptable dust. The shower had a constant big drip and the sound was annoying. The shower handle had to have a wash cloth to keep it in place to work. When we told the manager on check out in the morning she laughed and didn't believe me. She defended the hotel as if I made my complaints up. Very rude and not customer orientated. Will never stay again. You need better detailed cleaners and don't allow dogs and if you do spray for fleas and get better people to run your hotel; the manager/worker on duty the morning of 11/16/25 should be fired.

They cleaned my room well.

Room smelled like vomit. Shower faucet was faulty. Eggs were so watery you had to cover with gravy to eat. Sausage was barely cooked and soft. Other than that - awesome.

There wasnt much about this property that i liked. There was no extra rags only 2. The walls were so thin. The toilet was uneven. So very loud i woke up multiple times to loud noises in yhe hall and ove my head. The staff was great though.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional and the room was nice and clean and breakfast was nice

The facilities were comfortable. All the staff we encounter were friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with our air conditioner. The fan was blade was broken. Once we told the front desk, they sent the maintenance man and he was at our room in less than 10 minutes. Once there, he replaced the broken fan and the AC worked great.

Didn’t appreciate the people up above us. Sounded like kids jumping off bed banging their floor our ceiling until midnight and again 6 am. Very disrespectful

Me and my son really enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel was really convenient and we felt very comfortable. The staff and other guests were also very friendly and welcoming.

Overall the hotel was nice but our room was dirty. The white comforter had a urine stain on it and was covered in dog hair. The bathtub was dirty. We were late in arriving otherwise we would have stayed elsewhere.

Bathroom door did not shut at all. Had to request sofa bed linens as they were not in the closet like they told us. Breakfast ends at 9am and the smell comes up the floors. You could smell it on the 4th floor. Baseboards and floors were dirty. I used lysol wipes for all services and it was dirty all around. I took pictures of our stay. Could benefit from a weekly deep clean. Area around hotel js skeychy.

Bushes out front have bag worms. You will want to pick them off before they ruin the bush

We walked to our room and IMMEDIATELY had fleas jumping on myself and children. We quickly rolled that suitcase back out and left! They were even jumping on us in the hall way as we were walking to the elevator to leave. We were there less than 10 minutes. Do NOT STAY HERE .

The property was a little bit dated but was clean and had all the little conveniences like a roomy bathroom and multiple plugs for phones and computers. Breakfast Buffett had a good selection of both hot and cold items. Staff was friendly and offered to move our room when she realized we had accidentally booked a handicap room. WiFi worked well. Price was amazing! Felt like we got a good deal for the price we paid. Very close to lookout mountain and downtown Chattanooga.

Room needed to be vacuumed, curtain hanging off window. one curtain ripped. Also, the bathroom door didn't close. Reported to management and it was fixed but still had a bad feeling about care taken. Breakfast was the bare minimum.

Stayed for two nights. Everything was really great. Beds are comfortable and room very clean. Absolutely no complaints

Took 10 minutes for hot water in the shower, filthy curtains, hard uncomfortable bed, no soap for shower.

The room was in need of remodeling. The elderly woman at the checking was less than friendly. The man at the breakfast bar was unfriendly and would not even respond to a friendly good morning. We did not feel at all welcome. The desk help later in the day was much more friendly.

Bed slept great. Noise from other rooms until bedtime and then again in the morning. Try to get a top floor room.

One of the beds had what seemed like blood stains on the undersheets and the staff were anaware till we called tbem up. They were thabkful to swal then out eight away bur still concerned of past guest.

The hot water was not working, so we had to take very cold showers. The room could have used a good deep clean and an update.

There was hair on my bath cloth & in the shower. There was no floor moulding in bathroom around shower and looked like gross black mold all around it. The wall vent in bathroom was nasty with black gross stuff coming out of it. The sink didn’t have a stopper so had to see nasty black stuff down drain, there were only two rolls of used toilet paper and they were 3/4 of the way gone already. I wanted to workout but the gym was very hot. The AC needs to be on in there. Shower was so hard to turn on that we had to ask how to get it on. Not enough handicapped spaces. I feel like people need to know this because I chose this place because of all the great reviews but that was not our experience at all. The good part was the location close to rock city & ruby falls, the breakfast set up was nice except there was not a trash can in the beverage area where people were making their coffee so trash was just piling up on the counter. The trash cans were getting too full to throw anything else away. Also took a very long time to check in, even though I already had the reservation booked. After that long drive and being tired, we just needed to rest and check in usually doesn’t take that long other places.

Property needs updating

Online says weekend breakfast is until 10, but it’s 9 so we had to run out and get our own breakfast. The pool isn’t secured at all. Anyone from the back parking lot and area can walk right in the gate. Room smelled like mildew when we walked in and the tub faucet leaked constantly.

Customer service was quick and friendly. Hotel was nicely appointed and the room was clean.

It’s close to town about 15-20 minutes from everything. Plenty of parking. We were there for 5 days and breakfast was the same every single day, that was disappointing. Lady working breakfast was not friendly, the gentleman working at night was not friendly. The pool was nice, although you need to watch out for wasp. There are a ton of nests on the building above the pool. It was clean and beds were good.

Clean hotel in a convenient area to Ruby Falls and Rock City. The continental breakfast was good with several hot and cold options.

This hotel is in a state of disrepair. Common area chairs have torn seats to the point the stuffing is basically what is left and no cover. Pillows in room have tears in them. Drawers are missing handles. Bathroom door doesn’t close because broken at the hinges. Hotel uses no AC in hallways and feels like it’s growing mold everywhere. Breakfast staff, a woman in particular, was extremely rude to multiple family members. There are many reviews on other review websites that state the exact same thing. I wish I could submit pictures of how bad this hotel has been neglected and is absolutely gross.

Chipped paint, sink drain didn’t work, hot water was spotty, next to spooky, abandoned strip mall, sketchy area. Don’t stay here.

1. We booked a suite with sofa bed. But when we checked in on 7/31/2025, the front desk on duty downgraded our room without informing us. 2. We entered the room and found a wrong room was assigned. So we returned to the front desk to question the room assignment, and was told that all suites were booked. Why didn't he inform us at the check-in? 3. When I asked him to confirm all suited were indeed booked, he started to raise his voice. When I said - you don't have to raise your voice, he started to scream at me, used f word, and called me stupid. 4. He eventually asked us to leave, and threatened to call the police. 5. When the police came, we explained the situation, and mentioned that they could pull the recording as there is a camera at the front desk. The police told us that we had to leave. 6. We had to book a different hotel. Fortunately we were able to find one without much difficulty.

Front desk clerk at check in was not helpful. We seemed to be disturbing the movie he was watching in the lobby. Doors all looked damaged? Gave the appearance that they might not be safe.

Overall the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. The one complaint i had was the bed give me a backache and the room was small

Conveniently located near most attractions and shopping/dining. The hotel was clean but had several broken amenities. Staff was unhelpful and seemed irritated to have guests.

The room was sort of dirty and dusty but it was still acceptable. However, one of the beds had sand on it. So I was wondering if the bed sheet was changed…

Other than that, we always stay at La Quinta in Kentucky, TN and GA. Rooms are clean and quiet and they have good beds and pillow. It's the best value lower budget hotel.

We had problems trying to enter our first room, had to get another room. Then the second room tv not working. That was our experience. Hopefully they get those issues resolved.

Will never stay again. Staff was very rude and unpleasant. We counted 50 wasp nest by the pool area. Beds were hard. Huge crack in the walls of rooms. Absolutely terrible experience.

Seemed like the staff cleaned as best as they could but the place was falling apart. The sink was made of pressboard and was falling apart. The room was musty. The air conditiner/thermostat was loud. The headboard had a greasy looking film. It was icky and yet still priced high.

The only highlight was when we checked out a day early due to the conditions, the desk clerk, Mary, was so sweet and tried so hard to apologize and offered to go room to room with us to find a room that was acceptable. I wish she had been working the 1st day we checked in. But I still wouldn’t ever stay there again

Quiet clean at a good price and a good location.

This property needs an update. The vinyl is peeling off the chairs in the common area, fixtures are showing their age, and the decor is dated. That said, the beds are comfortable, pool was maintained and staff was friendly.

It was a good stay, staff was friendly, and it was clean... only complaint is the noise pollution coming from quick trip across the street... it's a truck stop so consistently hearing 18 wheelers, vehicles/motorcycles coming in and out all day and night... wasnt as restful as i wanted unfortunately...

Hotel was fine, but the staff were very inattentive, very quiet, and, quite frankly, not good at customer service.

Staff was rude, room was dirty and the door was broken with wires hanging out of it. Air conditioning couldnt go below 74 and it was too warm to keep up.

It was odd to us there was no soap for the bathroom. They had you using body wash.

The hotel itself was great. The lobby and our room looked clean and recently updated, the staff was nice, and it was in a convenient location. However, the noise from the cars on the road and nearby highway kept us up most of the night. Honking, sirens, semi truck brakes - It was awful.

The room & bath were very clean and nicely updated. The bed was comfortable, floors clean, sofa fairly comfortable but in need of spot cleaning. The mini fridge in located in a cabinet with a door opening right to left. The fridge door opened left to right, so it conflicted. Those mini fridge doors can be reversed, but no one saw fit to do so, making it a bit inconvenient to use. We were traveling with our small dog & were very disappointed with the view out the window, as it was completely blocked by the entrance drive thru cover. When I asked about a room with a better view, I was told that pets are only allowed on the 1st & 2nd floors, with no offer of another room. We would probably stay here again, but request a room with a better view.

Room originally assigned had unacceptably dirty bedding. Front desk person assigned another room which was better.

Nice property

A very convenient and comfortable stay. 5 minutes from the Convention Center. Very light traffic on the surface streets in the area. This is a newer hotel, so everything is in very good condition. The only thing I'd like to change would be having a little more variety for breakfast.

Checked in. First room had a broken doorknob with duct tape on it. We complained so they gave us a different room - that room has a broken toilet seat - it was completely coming off and could not be fixed (I tried). I went and complained - tried to see if there was a maintenance person. There was not, so they gave us another room. This room was ok - though a piece of the tub / drain fell off when my 5 year old touched it. The staff that helped overall seemed bothered that I was complaining about the broken doorknob and broken toilet seat.

This property could use some TLC. In addition, we booked for 4 people and the room has 2 towels.

Was ok for our quick 6 hour stop to sleep and keep driving- but the mold build up in our bathroom was extremely worrisome!

Mary, who checked us in was very nice. However, she gave us a room right across from the elevator.Room 206. The key card did not work. Went down to get her. She came up with me and tried abd said " oh the lock on the door needs batteries" so we waited outside with our bags till the maintenance guy arrived and changed batteries. Next, the bathroom sink would not drain. My husband went down and got a screwdriver and fixed it. The 2 jars of toiletries were empty. The drapes did not close properly ( they were unattached at the top in parts) and lit up the room at night. But the worse part of staying here was the Air Conditioner that made a racket ! So loud , we just could not sleep. It kicked it every few seconds. My husband is very,very upset and we are asking for a REFUND. This room has had no maintenance! Why give us this room? Even for one night ! It ruined our day. My husband just wanted to drive home the next day and not go for any sightseeing, because he was so tired with no sleep.

This hotel was clean and comfortable.

Person who checked us in was rude. But all other workers were excellent! Pool was nice. Woman who cleaned our room was nice to wait for us. Mary at the counter was a sweetheart. Sad that 1 person can wreck it! Still, we would recommend the hotel for sure!

Located in a convenient area, easy access to freeway , minutes away from downtown and other attractions. Hard to find staff for towels or to ask questions but overall this was a good clean pet friendly and safe place to stay while vacationing with family.

I stayed at LaQuinta several times and this was the very first time I was treated horribly by the front desk upon arrival. The man in front refused to try to communicate with me even after I explained to him that I am Deaf. He just ignored me. I wrote a note asking him why he wouldn't try to communicate and he simply swiped aside my note and refused to read it. I almost walked out because the man frightened me and I didn't feel safe, knowing if I ask for anything, he will refuse it. I reported that to the woman the next morning at checkout. She was much more friendlier and was apologetic for what happened to me the night before. He seemed angry that I am Deaf. He asked if my friend was Deaf too and I said yes. To this, he made a face. That's the first time ever I experienced this. thanks
