    Nothing about this Hotel. After arriving and checking in, we couldn't find our room, trash, beer bottles and the smell of weed, all around, we dropped off our keys and went to another hotel. This place didn't feel safe. I travel a lot with my job, this place should be shut down.

    The staff was helpful and courteous No 24 hour staff, had to use a phone to call someone onsite to check me in. The weather stripping around the door was mostly gone and I could see outside through the gaps. No elevator and I was on the third floor. T he shower barely got luke warm, the was very little water pressure. There was what looked like a pubic hair on on of the three "clean" towels. There was what looked like a pubic hair on the wall of the shower. The was a black splashed stain of some sort on the cloth shower curtain. The toilets paper dispenser was broken off the wall and not repaired. There were large unfinished drywall patches under the towel rack. The refrigerator looked like it was just taken out of storage, it was all rusty and filthy on the outside, I never bothered to open it. I had a late flight coming in around midnight and was checked out by 8:45 and for those 9 hours with all the issues with the room I was charged $167. That's completely upsurd, it want worth $25. And yes I have pictures of it all. Couldn't complain that night unless I wanted to lose even more sleep, cause I would have to call the guy to come back to the desk to deal with my complaint. In the morning I had a graduation to be at, again would have to lose more of my time and sleep to deal with it. This is horrible, never stayed in a room so bad. I have slept in better conditions on deployments in the Army.

I hope I will not be charged. I spent two hours driving around looking for another hotel room in the area. As I drove 5 hours to get to to this location. The staff at Extended Stay was ABSOLUTELY no help. They just said sorry, no rooms you are on your own.

Then I asked if they had any rooms on the first floor, which they didn’t. As I said I ended up going to another hotel. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

    LOL ONLY HAD 1 COFFEE CUP AT 8AM, GRAB N GO MUFFINS ROOM HAD NO CURTAIN ON WINDOW HAD TO PUT A BLANKET UP, NOTHING IN ROOM. I DONT THINK THAT ALL THE ROOMS WERE THIS WAY BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE ONE I STAYED IN WAS, I ASKED TO BE MOVED BUT WAS TOLD NO OTHER ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE, BED WAS OK ONLY 3 PILLOWS FOR 2 PEOPLE.     The towels were dirty!!! The rooms were outdated and had a smell, the stove was rusty, there were no dishes in the room. The hot water was not hot, warm. I slept in the chair, the room didnt seem fresh. The rpoperty was filthy, trash under stairs, stairs needed power washing. It looked like a place where drug addicts go to get hi!!!! It was to late for mexto find another property!

    Most of the staff here is amazing.However , they are unaware of things that go on here in this hotel , and I think it's time that they figured them out. Management team is so blind here.They let their staff go in the room where they put the laundry and they let them smoke drugs , not just cigarettes , but drugs. They make their guest stand off the property, but they let their hotel staff smoke drugs here, or at least that's what Jay does and Ur, which is the maintenance man.\nIs up at the front desk. They let gasta here , and they argue at 3rd In the morning and do nothing about it , they let the guests do whatever they want , just like , they let their hotel staff do whatever they want. The only reason why they have good reviews is because they bribe you to get good ones. I asked them today for the vacuum Toya told me that if we do a review for her to come back down at 430, and she would be glad to give us the vacuum.\nBut when we went down there, j would not give us the vacuum.\nEven though he has given us the vacuum multiple times. They let Jay from the front desk, do whatever he wants.\nAnd no punishment has ever done. So , please don't stay here because they will treat you like trash.

    Nothing!!! Arrived at the requested time . There was only a piece of paper with a scrawled note taped to window. -- No Rooms. Banged on door, no one responded. Have not returned my deposit after contacting them in writing Absolute disgrace, should not be considered for short stay. Don't even believe they have a lobby-- just a desk as determined by looking through window stating no vacancy!!

    Room stayed cold even with heat on 76 degrees.I had no shower curtain in room.I say roaches in the room.The tv did not work.The place shafted me out of 190 dollars no one would return calls had to give confirmation number 3 times manager said they would refund where i was over charged and did not i would not let my dog or my wirst enemy stay at this place it is terrible and the water is not that warm at all i live on the rd working stay in hotels every week this is the worst experience ever.

    Have stayed here multiple times. I’ve always had a 5 star experience. This time was not the case. Toilet had no water to it, shower felt like it never got above 35 degrees. Heater which will usually bake you out of a room, was set at 78 degrees and still had to sleep in clothes. And the kicker I stepped outside to adhere to no smoking policy( I vape)? And the door locks would not engage, when I went back in, so needless that was a nice 20 minutes outside using friction to engage door lock, it engaged. Please extended stay America do better

    I would not stay there again. The room was very dirty and had an awful smell that wouldn’t go away. The AC leaked, the appliances were old and unmaintained, the walls had filth all over them that I cleaned off myself. Worst of all, the first morning we were there I saw a cockroach run across the floor! When we came to check in no one was at the front desk and the manager or supervisor walked in at the same time as us and didn’t assist us. They then had someone else come to the front but continued to have a conversation with them before they assisted us. At check out the girl was nice but we had to wait for quite a while to check out while we were in a hurry because our pet was in the car (The person they were talking to was a staff member). The laundry facilities are expensive. Most of the dryers are out of order. You also have to walk pretty far (outside) to get to them. The vending machines weren’t stocked. They are pet friendly but we had to pay $115 in pet fees for 4 nights. Then our neighbors car alarm went off almost the entire first night and multiple times after that. The first night the cops were there. One of the nights the neighbors were screaming at each other and I could hear it through the wall. I felt extremely uncomfortable while I was there. If I had known how bad it was then I would have just paid more to stay somewhere else. I have worked at the front desk and as a housekeeper at a hotel so I know that this is absolutely unacceptable and low standards!

    This was not an extended stay from where I’m from this was more like motel 8. Property needs upgrade my sink pipe had a hole in it and had been that way for some time . Like go get some gorilla glue if you want to take care of the property. Staff was awesome but not the extended stay I’m used too

    When I arrived the staff were unfriendly and could not care about anything. The floor was was filthy and the smoke detector was ripped off the ceiling. I asked for cooking utensils and only half were supplied. There was no microwave. The bed was rock hard and when I asked for an extra blanket, they would not supply one. There was no toilet paper and they said I have to supply my own.

    There is no sound proofing whatsoever! All we heard were cars/trucks on the highway all night. They leave that little detail off the booking website. We didn’t get any sleep at all. When we tried to leave at 0130 am, No one was in the lobby to accept our keys and check us out. There wasn’t a key box return so that we can go home. Needless to say, we were stuck here and couldn’t go back home. I will NEVER book here again!!!

    Felt very unsafe. All but the man on Sunday morning check out was rude. Would NEVER stay there again. Nothin in the room, microwave glass tray was missing. No hair dryer no shampoo or conditioner, had to return dirt towels to receive clean towels. Was very glad to leave the premises.

    The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was kind of run down. The dog on the other side of the wall barked all night and I believe it may have belonged to one of the hotel staff that I saw enter the room to tend to the dog. Asked front desk for a fork and knife and he said they don't really have silverware or plastic utensils. The woman at the front desk was nice, but that might also be because she was asking us to leave them good reviews. I wouldn't return.

    For our stay I requested a non-smoking room, the room smelled like an ash tray. The entire building smelled of cigarette smoke, cigarette butts were everywhere. Even the check-in area was full of cigarette smoke, We went to the room and we could not breathe I instantly returned to the front desk and requested a refund! The clerk was very apologetic and polite, but it is what it is. I know you get what you pay for but come on! Lesson learned... pay a little extra for a room, to be comfortable and safe. But for $186 you figured it would not have been like that!

    Dirty, outdated room,trash everywhere outside, room stunk, had to look at 3 rooms before I got 1 I would even sleep in, and then still had to leave early and go to another hotel because I woke up and killed 4 roaches between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. while packing up to leave and booking a new hotel room with 2 days left to stay. I couldn't do it! Horrible experience, staff was amazing, but other than that, it was literal TRASH

    Hotel was clean, stayed 6 mights. Stairwells and sidewalks outside need to be cleaned terribly. When I arrived the police and forensics truck were there, didn’t make me feel safe. Air conditioning worked well though and bed was good. Lots of people doing drugs all around, especially weed.

    I could smell marijuana when I walked in the building to the front desk. There was trash on the floor. The man behind the desk was friendly enough and check-in was fine. I was in room 100. There was a beer can and pizza box in the grass beside the entrance to my room as well asa dog collar and trash in front of my door. The room itself needed updating. . The chest of drawers was chipped and old. There was a table, but not one chair for it,The fire handle had layers of dust on it., there was a lid to a cup under my bed, mold on the shower curtain, and bare minimum towels, soap, and shampoo. The bed and sheets seemed to be clean, but the blanket on the bed was very thin. I would expect a hotel like this if I paid 50 dollars a night, but for nearly $200, a night, this hotel was a huge disappointment.

    It’s not 2.5 star place. It’s not upto the standard of extended stay. It’s just a cheap motel using name of extended stay. Booked 4 rooms. One room flush was running continuouslye. Two rooms had cigarette smell. One room bathroom door lock wasn’t working and phone was missing. One room bed wasn’t cleaned and sheets as well as blankets were missing. Which were provided after asking but room wasn’t replaced.

    The associate that checked me in was not asked the desk and when I said "hello" to get someone's attention, I was told to hold on a second. That turned into about 7 minutes. He did not greet me nor apologize for the wait. He did not appear to be knowledgeable of using the device to check me in or retrieve my reservation showing if I paid. The property posted no smoking on property, but I smelled cigarette smoke in my room most of the night. Someone was stomping in the room above us, then there were loud arguments next door and loud noises like someone was throwing pots or something. Beer bottle in the parking lot and when I told the associate about it, he didn't seem concerned. It was not the best experience.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even switched me to an "ADA" type room when she saw I had a mobility issue. The handrail on the ADA tub was already away from the wall as it was attached with drywall screws and silicone. The ADA seat had black mold between the wooden slats, and the bed was a standard full, not queen.

    incoming, the desk clerk was busy, but didn't tell me where the room was other than 3rd floor once I asked him. No elevator. The room seemed clean, but stained carpet, a wobbly toilet, mystery something on the bathroom floor (looked like a wax candle had spilled... I didn't investigate) The room needed some kind of freshener though I know people cook in the rooms. It was quiet, for the most part. The clerk at check out was much friendlier and gracious.

    Check in was at best ok. Clerk was less than friendly and seemed extremely bothered by our arriving early. Actually combative. When we returned later to get the keys, evening clerk was very welcoming and accommodating!!! Tv was worst ever as we didn't have a remote (nice evening clerk brought one to us). The other guests seemed like it was their apts and been living there full time.

    HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY….i was traveling from Florida to there had a paid reservation already book and when I got there they said they seen no reservations , I showed them my reservation confirmation information and they said they have no more room being very rude and would no refund me for my room after giving the room to someone else .. this place is horrible never refunded for the room, I had to purchase a room at another Hotel

    didnt have an elevater. cant do alot of stairs (disabled vet) and asked for first floor but was told there weren't any. the stairs still hadn't been salted when it snowed/iced up. someone's dog had crapped all over parking lot and i almost stepped in it next to my van. it was loud due to ppl walking around and being aholes. it was late like 9pm during week.

    Inaccurate photos of rooms. Very run down. Dirty and smelled funny outside. I was put into two different rooms that had people in them and staff were shocked when I informed them there were people in the rooms. I felt very unsafe and refused to stay there.

    The check in was horrible. The very unfriendly staff member didn’t even properly greet me. Once he came from the back he took my information gave me a key and told me where the room was. After climbing three flights of stairs we came to find out my key didn’t work. So I proceeded to walk down three flights of stairs again to have the receptionist at the front tell me the door must be frozen. He went to the back office and filled a coffee thermo with hot water while laughing. We then went up three flights again with my partner waiting in the cold to find out his master key opened it. Instead of saying I apologize I didn’t program it card right. He simply left without a word.

    I flew all day and got in very late. The man working the front desk was Very nice/plesant. I already knew what I was getting into chosing this place over another, BUT, in my mind i was literally only going to be in there 5-6 hrs so I just needed to sleep. When I arrived, I barely got out of my car, and someone walked up asking for a "Light", and not even to the door, someone asking "can I get a cig?"...I dont smoke... the lighting could be better, I arrived to my room and opened the door and it was straight up STRONG STALE CIGERETTES...It was awful, to the point I even woke up through the night because the smell was so bad (Non-smoking room)...I could have gone and changed rooms, but i was exhausted from all day travel. Road noise was brutal, someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night....MY fault for picking this place, i am not bougie, but next time, ill splurge $20 for something a lil nicer in that same area.

    My only negative would have to be that I was not allowed to have a later check out time past 11am. My neighbors were up partying, yelling, loud music, and sometimes fighting all hours of the night. I had a very important meeting later that evening in Richmond and the extra sleep and extra time to get ready would have made all the difference!!!! :)

    Shower was not washed properly there was strands of hair on the shower walls No way that bed was a queen definitely was a full size bed. Outlets were bad and need to be replaced could not plug up any electronics to charge

    My stay would have been sub par had it not been for the amazing front desk seevice. She made trip that much more comfortable with her professionalism and her attention to her customers. The hotel was undergoing renovation and the noise was bothersome but the manager made up for it in kindness.

    I booked a room on expedia and the pics showed on the internet wasnt as seen on the internet. Walked into the room and wasnt pleased very small room this is a motel. It a hotel. False advertising The bathroom smelled just like sh..also the microwave was filthy. I went to the office to get cleaning products and the gentleman said he coulnt gjve me that but never offered me another room. I call the 888 number. and spoke to a representative 5 times however never got pass me letting them allow me to complain and tell them what the situation is to make it better The last rep advised me someone would call me back in an he call never happened. I couldn't sleep last night at all, went to the office and advised Ms Nancy of what happened. Ms Nancy was very understanding and nice, hospitible

    The staff could be a little more friendly. The room was clean, I just needed a place to rest before a day of travel but I am incredibly unsatisfied with the property as a whole as you can hear everything and after a long day and just needing some rest, it’s incredibly frustrating to spend money, and hear your neighbors as if they were in your room. The couple next door to me were up all night having disturbingly loud sex; now do as you wish but the fact I paid for a room to SLEEP in and had to listen to them for over 3 hours until 6am. Makes me never want to stay here again. Fix your walls no reason for noise to travel so easily.
