Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, some guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the noise level, parking fees, and certain aspects of the rooms such as size, bed comfort, and shower pressure.
- Great location, often within walking distance to Wrigley Field, restaurants, and bars
- Hotel is generally clean and well-maintained
- Noise level can be high due to nearby businesses, other guests, or hotel operations
- Parking fees can be unexpected and expensive for some guests

The room was very clean and the location was perfect. It was great that had parking on site, perfect if you plan to park and walk to anything needed.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel and location, walking distance to Wrigley Field & other great neighborhood bars and restaurants. Very good continental breakfast as well.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel! Just what I was looking for with the two bedrooms and two King beds.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
I loved our room!
- 4/5
It's a good property for my needs as far as location. Room is nice and clean. But so overpriced. Front desk staff is not exactly warm and friendly. Breakfast decent.
- 5/5
Close to Wrigley Field, in safe nice neighborhood.
- 5/5
The breakfast was very good, especially for the compact space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Solid location, that’s about it. Trash. The staff was unmotivated, lazy and showed a lot of attitude whenever we had a question or request. Clear lack of management. The manager must’ve ran off when he had a chance. The breakfast, abysmal. Tucked in a small corner you’ll find some of the worst food America has to offer. Don’t eat the sausage patties. Seriously don’t. Matter of fact don’t eat anything and skip the coffee too. Plenty of great options around the hotel. The room was fine, however, some of our towels had brown stains (check them upon checkin). The wifi didn’t work. If you absolutely must stay there just leave your bags and enjoy the city.
- 5/5
This hotel is a neighborhood gem. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. There is a beautiful courtyard with flowers and tables in the shade. So much nicer than the big hotel chains!
- 5/5
Location is convenient for the local bus transit, walking distance to Wrigley, well maintained property, comfortable beds, gym with sauna and hot tub was a nice amenity, and breakfast had a n good selection .
- 1.5/5

- 4/5
Saw a rat on the patio, though I suppose that can't be helped in a city.
- 5/5
Super cute hotel, great parking lot with EV charging stations. Front desk staff could have been more helpful. Two young women working when I checked in and then had a question about parking the next day made me feel like I was taking them away from something more important.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed staying here. Room felt comfortable and clean! The area is homey with millions of opportunities for food. The only issue- expensive parking
- 4/5
Location and outdoor garden Breakfast options were minimal.
- 5/5
Location was very good. We were upgraded to our superior and the suite was amazing. Best room in all my travels. The property was very clean had a very nice atmosphere.
- 2/5
The staff of this hotel can take all the joy you have. Especially there was this lady at the reception during the check in. Her attitude was like so rude, at one point I thought she would jump from the reception desk and choke me.

Everything. Location. A lot of great restaurants and boutique stores. European vibe. Quiet. Loved the patio. Had a layover and enjoyed the patio while waiting. Staff super accommodating. Reasonable pet fee. Spacious beautiful lobby. Breakfast area was quite small; just for getting breakfast. Plenty of areas to sit in lobby and on patio.

- 3/5
Cute updated urban hotel, great location for walking to many restaurants. Charming front courtyard & lobby area too. Breakfast is more or less grab-n-go, but there are eggs, waffles etc to bring to room or eat in lobby. Gluten free bread was appreciated. Staff could be friendlier in person but very responsive to texts. My main complaint was the noise level in both my rooms. 1st room had a nice street view. But it was adjacent to the housekeeping closet. This 4th floor room's vintage door wasn't soundproof & the hallway loud noise starts right at 7:00am when the cleaners start. Also the TV didn't work, there was no toilet paper holder and the shower handle was about to fall off. They fixed the last 2 very quickly. By the 3rd night I considered changing rooms. After talking to night staff about options, she said someone could help me move to a quieter area on the end of a hallway on the 2nd flr at the back of the bldg. The next morning I noticed the long hallway of rooms was being renovated, construction materials, music blaring & workers everywhere. I couldn't believe they moved me to a wing under renovation when I requested a quieter room. Although they started work later at 8:00, it was still a noisy room from the heating/ac unit. Like a jet plane powering up & down. And the housekeeping room was directly across from my room. Pros: I really enjoyed the large spotless hottub spa and sauna. The gym looked pretty comprehensive. No locker rooms but there is a bathroom.

Great location! Easy walk to the stadium and many other attractions. Had a very large parking lot available for us to park in directly next door which was very nice. Hard to find parking so that made this hotel stand out to us from others for the price .
- 5/5
perfect location, comfortable room. Staff was great at check in. Grab and go breakfast was super convenient.

The room was beautiful and roomier than expected. This hotel is remodeling and looks great. The continental breakfast included two hot entrees which was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood.
- 5/5
Stayed at this hotel each time I have come for a Cubs game. Great location! Great hotel over all
- 2/5
Got there and parking was more expensive than listed. Staff did not care lol. AC did not work in our room and fan in bathroom was LOUD. overall price was not worth the stay. Recommend a different hotel

Location, the looks of entering a home instead of a hotel, breakfast availability, comfortable bed.
- 3.5/5
Close proximity to events The hotel room was not clean, zit pads on the floor. Bathroom floor dirty, breakfast hard boiled eggs were either rotten or overcooked.
- 3.5/5
It was in a location I needed and the lobby was a very relaxing space The price for the time I stayed was higher than reflect the value of the facility. I might not have bothered to write the review but for this feature I’ve never before encountered in my travels: the shower had no way to adjust the water temp withkut getting splashed with cold water. Hard to picture? Seeing is believing…Spraying is believing.
- 5/5
Excellent rooms and location, and well maintained hotel
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh & yummy. Breakfast area is small, with limited/small seating only available in hotel lobby. Hotel is convenient to several other restaurants within walking distance.
- 5/5
Having parking available was so nice.
- 5/5
Very comfortable, clean room, very nice decor
- 3/5
The best thing about this property is the location. You're near almost everything. A short walk to restaurants, bars, museums, and the fabulous boys town area.
- 5/5
We will be back! Clean. Great location. Quaint. Good breakfast.
- 4.5/5
Overall I enjoyed the property. It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and a good location for our visit.
- 5/5
Great location.. very clean. Went to enjoy St Patrick's in the city and watch college BB. Perfect location to hangout before dinner, going out. Awesome place to crash at the end of the night. BB
- 3/5
Nice hotel, clean, modern amenities, but the walls are paper-thin. We could hear the neighbors on both sides of the room & across the hall. If you want a good night’s sleep, do not stay here.
- 5/5
Nice, quaint hotel in Wrigleyville.
- 5/5
Property is in very good position. I liked the location. No complaints.
- 5/5
So cute!
- 5/5
We enjoyed the design of the spacious room with a kitchenette. We appreciated the modern decor and the high level of cleanliness. The room could be stocked with more coffee pods.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Staff is wonderful.
- 3/5
Parking is expensive if you need an EV charger.
- 4/5
Charming surprise in the hustle-bustle of a dynamic neighborhood
- 5/5
Overall staff was quite pleasant and the rooms were nice and bed very comfy. Also locationbis quite good for exploring that popular area of Chicago.
- 4.5/5
Beautiful, almost European feel, absolutely quaint lobby, immaculately clean room, hallways, etc., very friendly housekkeping staff and bfast hostess, safe neighborhood. Lots of choices for breakfast, good waffles! The desk personnell were a wee bit grumpy (surprisingly so) on Sunday morning and the parking price was very expensive especially when the spots were super small and the were lots of potholes and gravel, etc.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Unless I missed it I was just surprised by the $120 security deposit and that parking would be an extra $40-50, but otherwise a beautiful place to stay at and so many great restaurants and businesses within a 5 block radius to give great variety to your vacation. Would highly recommend!
- 5/5
Great location and great price! Very nice to find good affordable options in the city!
- 4/5
Only quibble was loud heating unit. But earplugs neutralized that effectively. Terrific bargain for the money.
- 5/5
It has its own unique charm. The beds are soooooo comfortable.
- 5/5
All was great
- 5/5
Check in woman very pleasant. Nice roaring fireplace in lobby. Room was large and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was nice. Loved the light for reading in bed. Bathroom sink drain was slow so water was building up in the sink. Not a big deal as it eventually went down.

- 5/5

- 4/5
Parking was another 30 bucks per night and was charged more than what I was given on booking.com
- 5/5
Loved staying here! Clean, great location and will stay here again for my business trips in the near future. Thank you!!
- 5/5
We were upgraded for free to a different suite. The staff were friendly and the room was amazing. I absolutely would love to stay with Best Western Plus Hawthorne Terrace again
- 5/5
Very pleasant stay. Great staff
- 3/5
Insulate the windows.
- 3/5
There was no window insulation. Cold air was entering the room in sub-zero weather. I was able to turn up the heat. Freezing on one side of the bed, burning up on the other side of the bed. Sleeping in the middle was like being a rotisserie chicken.
- 5/5
Room was clean and bed was so comfortable, staff was very nice and the breakfast was great ;) Nothing really ;)
- 5/5
Room was very nice, clean. The staff was helpful and the location was near public transportation to downtown Chicago
- 5/5

- 5/5
Room was very clean and staff was nice
- 4/5
Very helpful staff
- 5/5
Hotel was spotless! Quiet! Breakfast was good. Location was perfect…Some of the front staff were NOT friendly! After out shopping I’d come in the lobby and a few of staff would just look at you and look away,,, maybe I’m old-school, but I always figured that the staff should greet you with a smile instead of a “bothered” look. Anyways their loss because I’m a nice guy; would stay here get regardless of their attitude. Housekeeping very friendly ….
- 3/5
Room was right next to the dumpsters. Was quite loud.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. Cozy rooms, good location, had breakfast. Would stay there again
- 4/5
The toilet in room was leaking. Desk in front office looks bad. Paint peeling.
- 5/5

Great location. Nice rooms. Beautiful lobby. Good breakfast. Pet friendly.
- 5/5
I had an amazing stay here!
- 5/5
Room with spotless and staff was courteous.
- 1/5
Breakfast was like eating at a fast food chain restaurant and accommodations like the smart tv had limited functions allowed. Breakfast area was a very small crowded area in the day.
- 5/5
Great hotel in the perfect location for us. Very clean. Staff wonderful.
- 5/5
Will definately stay here again! Clean rooms, hallways smelled clean and looked clean, and great staff.

I always extend my stay and the staff and front desk is always great to me! Great location!
- 5/5
We loved our stay here. Excellent location and its more of a boutique style hotel with 4 floors. Parking is a breeze with a street level lot right next to hotel...it was very clean and beds were comfortable. We will be back to this location
- 5/5
Wonderful stay! The bed was so comfy! The breakfast included hot options every morning, which was nice enough. Yummy coffee all day! The hot tub was really nice, but maybe too hot. The staff was all amazing! Super nice and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Nice cozy hotel and conveniently located; close large parking lot.
- 5/5
Great location to stay in a lovely area!
- 4/5
This hotel was the ideal location for our plans over the weekend, and the room was much more spacious than I was expected for a two double bed room. The only reason I am giving it a four star over a five star is because a maintenance team started working right outside our room at 9:30 in the morning, which was extremely disruptive.
- 5/5
Great experience for an overnight trip to see a concert
- 4/5
Great location. Room was clean and updated. I will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Clean, fast check in, cute place for a great price. 💖
- 5/5
Easy parking, update rooms and common areas, great location. Would stay again!
- 5/5
Great shower.
- 3/5
This was a very nice hotel close to the lake and restaurants. The lobby and terrace were very comfortable. I was in my own and felt safe staying here and getting food from the nearby restaurants. However, the bed was not comfortable. The microwave panel was loose and there was a musty smell from the carpet. I really liked the room layout but being on the 2nd floor on the parking lot side I could hear everyone talking as they were coming and going. In the morning at 8:45 there were no hot eggs and I didn’t ask if they were going to have anymore and I would have liked a bowl for my oatmeal. I did purchase some popcorn for my evening snack. I only wish there were alcohol beverages to purchase as well. The room and bathroom were very clean as was the little chair that I sat in. I would stay again. But I would ask for a higher room away from the noise of the parking lot.
- 5/5
Great staff, great location and just an easy stay.
- 4/5
Front desk could have been friendlier upon check in.
- 5/5
It is always a great stay from start to finish. Will return again.
- 4/5
Front desk ladies were very kind and helpful.
- 4/5
The hotel was good overall. Clean and comfortable, decent breakfast. The room could use some improvement. There was not enough lighting - no overhead light, and no light on the desk, so the center of the room was not well lit. The A/C was very loud. The shower only had one of those fixed half doors, so it was hard to take a shower without making a mess on the floor.
- 5/5
Great hotel with easy onsite parking. Walking distance of Wrigley. We've stayed here 3 times and enjoyed it every time.
- 5/5
We were very impressed with the room. We had a living room and two bedrooms. And a kitchenette.
- 5/5
The room was clean and plenty big. The pull-out bed was comfortable. The pillows were phenomenal!
- 4/5
Good Internet, clean, friendly staff, nice area.
- 5/5
Parking should be included. Paying almost $60 to park is ridiculous when you’re staying at the place you paid for. Your parking should be included at a motel/hotel. We won’t be back because of this.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Pretty courtyard. Close to Wrigley Field. Great neighborhood
- 5/5
Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Great shower, comfortable bed
- 5/5
Staff had trouble checking us in and the room was not made up and we stayed for two nights
- 5/5
I didn't realize this hotel was in such a cute neighborhood until we got there AND it had its own parking lot! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again
- 5/5
I will recommend nice hotel clean rooms definitely recommend
- 5/5
The place was the perfect location and great accommodations
- 5/5
Convenient location, walking distance to Wrigley Field, tons of shops and food nearby
- 2/5
Unfortunately I was not pleased with the room booked when I arrived. The room looked nothing like what was pictured on Expedia. The bathroom was outdated, which I noticed upon arrival. I also had a chance to see the bathroom pictured, in another room that housekeeping was servicing. The bathroom fan motor was extremely loud. The building is covered in ivy, which has cicadas in it that are chirping too loud outside of the building. Parking is $39 per night, with no security, the pavement is uneven and there was a clogged drain that was causing ponding in the lot. The blinds were damaged upon arrival. I’m well traveled and for the money I spent I could’ve stayed somewhere better. It just happens to be convenient for the event I was attending. The free breakfast isn’t worth the bait and switch. I would stay in this area again. But never again at this Best Western location. First and last time.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet, 7 minutes from Cubs field
- 3/5
The staff was great. The only things I would update is having a handicap automatic door and ice machine on different floors. Otherwise a great hotel and pet friendly was plus!
- 5/5
Rooms were great along with morning breakfasts. Beautiful settings...
- 5/5
Excellent hotel! We enjoyed every second. So close to Wrigley Field. Delicious food everywhere. Can’t wait to come back!
- 4/5
During the three days they never cleaned the room although we asked them twice without mentioning that they did not enable the late check out
- 5/5
Lots of staff cleaning all the time, charming exterior, lovely rooms, great location, convenient parking
- 5/5
Great spot near the lake
- 5/5
Very convenient to Wrigley Field. 15 minute walk
- 5/5
Very comfortable suite…recommend
- 5/5
Fabulous property, a perfect walk to most places around Wrigleyville and the neighborhood was fun to explore. Would absolutely recommend staying here!
- 5/5
Easy walk to Wrigley Field. Easy parking, quiet neighborhood
- 5/5
I stayed from 24-27 July 2025. The staff was the best. They were helpful and kind. I absolutely loved staying here. The hotel was within walking distance to many activities. Adding it to my favorite places to stay list when I’m in Chicago.
- 4/5
The rooms are nicely done, but the plantation shutters are broken and don’t open and close correctly, so hard to block out light from the street below. Staff was not friendly.
- 5/5
Quaint and very clean and roomy.
- 5/5
Well-located in proximity to restaurants and Wrigley Field.
- 5/5
After another travel service cancelled our booking after we arrived in Chicago for a Cubs game, we were so lucky to have found this gem at the last moment. We walked to the stadium and were back in our room a mere fifteen minutes after the game ended. It's a gem, and the neighborhood is safe, clean, and quiet.
- 1/5
Rotten. Terrible customer service. Completely useless. Booked me for the incorrect date and refused to work with me at all. No crediting my stay. No refund. No help. No effort except to charge 240 bucks for the wrong night. I never checked in. Did not stay. Never set one foot inside the property. Called them: sir, you have to go through expedia. Called expedia: sir, you have to go through Best Western. Ive been loyal to BW for years. Ive usually had good experiences with expedia. Well, thats done with.
- 5/5
The staff is always kind, and welcoming!
- 5/5
One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. This was our second time here and will be back again. Lovely area, we have walked the neighborhoods around the area and they are safe and beautiful. Big beautiful rooms and amenities
- 5/5
Beautiful courtyard entrance into an old property with updated roomy rooms and caring staff. Only complaint is to turn on the shower you have to get wet with cold water. Otherwise lovely property in a great walkable area. Will happily stay here again.
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing we always enjoy the area. Staff is always friendly and kind.
- 4/5
Nice location and clean, but a little on the small side for us. Breakfast area is extremely tight and lobby is not very big.
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you are going to a concert at wrigley, 15-20min walk
- 5/5
The rooms are extremely comfortable and nicely appointed for the value. The location of this property is terrific - there is reasonably priced parking for guests in a lot immediately adjacent to the hotel, which adds to the ease of getting around and the sense of security in an unfamiliar place. The terrace is an absolute oasis and encourages relaxed hangs and chats with your companions. The property is within walking distance of countless great restaurants, drugstores, and shops. Check out the Farmer's Market a few blocks up the street on Saturday mornings!
- 5/5
The hotel is in a great location and very near my son's apartment. The staff is cordial and the accommodations are great. It was our 2nd time there and we will definitely be back!
- 5/5
safe & clean. Staff really seems to care. Rooms seems to have been updated! Fridge microwave and smart tvs in a spacious room.
- 4/5
We were there for a Cubs game. 15-20 min walk to Wrigley field.
- 5/5
The best pullout sofa bed we've ever had. Nice, quiet neighborhood.
- 5/5
Vety clean and staff was nice and professional
- 5/5
This property was in a great location and in walking distance to most of the activities we needed to do. The room was clean and comfortable!
- 3/5
This hotel was in a great location and the room was spacious. The staff was very nice but severely under-trained. When we checked in, our shower and A/C were not working. The shower was fixed quickly, but it took over 24 hours for our A/C to be fixed. Luckily we were staying during a cool weekend in Chicago, so we were not too uncomfortable. But the hotel needs a better plan for addressing guests’ needs.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay in this quiet place
- 5/5
Nice property if in the area I would visit again.
- 5/5
Very clean and far above average breakfast.
- 5/5
We had a great stay here. My father and I were here for a Cubs game. Great location, walking distance to Wrigley field, Dining locations and all around good vibes from the neighborhood. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and updated. Thank you for a memorable experience.
- 5/5
It was great! Loved the proximity to Wrigley. Check-in was efficient and room was comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Was a great place to stay for a Cubs game at Wrigley Field... close to stadum and clean nice facilities... a great place to stay for the trip
- 2/5
Bed bugs…
- 5/5
Beautiful little Gem in wrigley field area.
- 2/5
The bathroom was not clean. The tissue roll had dried blood spots on the bottom and wasn't even a new roll. For $500 a night for a room, you would expect at least a clean, full roll of tissue to be provided.
- 5/5
Wonderful experience
- 5/5
Very nice and comfortable hotel. Excellent location
- 5/5
The room was very comfortable, the staff was very helpful and the location was convenient to the Northalstead neighborhood.
- 5/5
We loved this property and would definitely stay again! We went to a Cubs game and it was so convenient to walk to the game.
- 5/5
Great location to be walking distance to a cubs game.

However, if you're planning to work remotely from your room, be aware that the Wi-Fi is a major issue. I’ve been here all day trying to work, and the connection has been unreliable and extremely slow. I called the front desk, and while they acknowledged another guest had also complained, they said their IT team confirmed it was running fine — it’s not. The fitness room is very small, with just one treadmill, bike, and elliptical — enough for a quick workout, but nothing more. Also, the housekeeping staff is quite loud as they go from room to room, which can be disruptive during the day. Overall, it’s a well-maintained and comfortable hotel, but not ideal for remote work.

Beautiful rooms and the beds are super comfortable. We only stayed one night but plan on staying here again when we come back to the area.

The Hawthorne Terrace deserves a 5 star rating, if only the staff could learn to put on a friendly face. It starts at the front desk where the women consistently avoid eye contact rather than greet guests as they enter the door. This sets the tone for the rest of the staff for whom guests seem to be an inconvenience. Even the breakfast lady stands impatiently waiting for you to get out of her way. Too bad because it's a nice property in a fantastic location so close to the lake.

I genuinely wish this review could be more positive, but my experience at the Best Western Plus Hawthorne Terrace left me deeply disappointed and questioning whether I was truly welcome as a Black guest. After working an overnight shift with no sleep, I arrived in Chicago early and hoped to check in or at least rest in the lobby. I politely asked the front desk staff if there were any rooms available. She checked the system and said no — that my room wouldn't be ready until around 2pm. Fair enough. I asked if I could stay in the lobby to wait, and she said sure. But here's where it gets hard to ignore how different my treatment felt. About 30 minutes later, I witnessed another guest — a white man — walk up and ask if he could check in early. Without hesitation, she said yes and began checking him in. No mention of fees, no attitude, no resistance. I was confused but gave her the benefit of the doubt. I approached her again, asked the same question, and was denied — again. Later, I made a friendly gesture by asking for brochures to lighten the mood, and then she suddenly brought up the option to upgrade my “queen room” for $85 — plus $40 for early check-in. I was stunned. First, none of this was mentioned to the guest she helped before me. Second, I had already paid nearly $40 more than the average price for this "cheap" room through a third-party site. When I pointed this out, she dismissively told me she couldn’t.

Great location, clean and safe. I didn’t like the $39.90 charge for parking.

Everything was good

Breakfast area tiny and not very good. Parking was very expensive and if you come before check in they charge you an additional $20. On top of the $50. Per night!

This hotel is convenient to lots of dining and other businesses. It is clean and so easy to park!

Nice

Rude staff at front desk. Despite request for crib / pay-and-play a few days before check in, upon arrival there was none in the room, and when we asked at the front desk they said they could give one at 8:30 pm (obviously too late for a child who needs a crib).

Very clean. I would stay there again.

Nicely designed rollin shower and quality mattress not too high for handicap use.

Beautiful hotel and yummy breakfast.. receptionist could be a little nicer, but overall a great place to stay close to Wrigley Field

More items are jury rigged than not. Window slats dont function, air conditioners dont work or are extremely noisy, whats under the beds?, hallways are loud- apparently they rent to sorority high girls who go there to party in effect the whole hotel is loud, i suggest you take noise canceling earphones to get any rest. The whole place is run down.

great service, close to everything

It was great. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and I woke up about 5 times over the night. Other than that, the food, the ambiance, the staff, the amenities, everything was wonderful. I would come back again. Highly loved it. Nice boutique feel. Really recommend.

We were in town for Cubs games. We were pleased with the location of this hotel, 10-15 minute walk through the neighborhood. The room was nice and the staff friendly.

Loved the location and felt safe walking around the area. We loved the robes provided and the room was fantastic. We did not like that we had to go outside to get to the spa and the spa area did not have hooks or places to put robes/shoea.

Excellent small hotel in Lakeview. Hard working staff, very secure location, convenient city transportation. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the neighborhood restraunts and easy access to Magnificent Mile and Navy Pier.

The front desk staff during our stay were amazing!
- 4/5
We like this hotel, but downgraded on comfort because the window slats (no blinds or shades) need maintenance and we couldn’t fully darken the room. Negatives: tiny breakfast area; oddly unwelcoming front desk staff. Positives: clean, felt secure, large room with nice features, nice decor throughout, great walkable neighborhood. We’d stay here again.

Hotel has character and is in a good location. The continental breakfast was one of the best I have had in my hotel stays. Thanks!

Beautiful room, beautiful bathroom, free water. Had very nice hot tub and sauna. Crazy setup with 2nd building for luggage delivery. Didn't have a pool. Should have luggage rack set out when you arrive because it was hard to find. Shutters were broken but beautiful.

I loved the outdoors and service. The rooms were super loud due to the thin walls and that was an issue when it came to sleeping.

Perfect for my stay - was in town for a concert - location was PERFECT!!
