Staff were great and informative when I had any inquiries. Room was clean upon my arrival, I truly enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning during my stay, and the free shuttle to the airport that they offer for guest was a huge plus.

The food was amazing and the staff were incredibly helpful. The hot tub was out of order, which was unfortunate, but the pool was really nice.

My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The flat-screen TV and mini-fridge were in good shape. However, updating some furnishings and adding a microwave in the room could enhance the experience. The complimentary breakfast was decent, featuring fresh fruit and hot items like eggs and sausage. It would be great to see more healthy choices added. The breakfast area, while well-maintained, got quite crowded at peak times, making seating a challenge. But the highlight of this hotel is its staff, a group of professional, service-oriented people who take pride in their work.

It was very clean. The mattresses were worn out and there was a slight smell in the room. The air handler is extremely loud. The staff was excellent. The airport shuttle was great.

The staff was superior in their professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness.

I stayed there for one night. The place is clean, close to the airport and excellent considering the price and closeness to the airport.

When I walked inside the first room, I quickly found out it was NOT ACCESSIBLE; no grab bars in the bathroom. I was about to go back down to check-in when the maintenance guy came with a shower chair. Didn't speak much English, so there a little bit of back-and-forth before I was able to leave and go back to the lobby. I explained to the receptionist that the first room I was given was NOT ACCESSIBLE and I needed another room that fitted my needs. She found another room that was accessible, but personally had to check herself. So, she left her post for a short time before coming back and giving me the key card to the new room. Room 235: An accessible suite with a bathtub and two queen beds that I was given after the miscommunication with check-in. Felt a bit outdated: Floor was dirty, found several spiders, and ceiling had what looked like water damage that was covered up. The bed, however, was comfortable despite seeing spiders on the headboard.

Breakfast was delicious, clean rooms, great staff, very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The free breakfast was great and had a lot of hot options. The complimentary airport shuttle ran every 20-30 minutes and the drivers were very friendly. Several food options within walking distance and a bus stop close by to take you to the blue line. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pool could have been attended to as there were numerous mystery objects floating about :) But overall very satisfied with the hotel, staff there and our stay.Hotels.com is another story. I'm sure I will be arguing with them about a price change for the next 6 months at least, wish me luck!

What irritated me the most was having to pay for parking. The garage is attached to the hotel and for guests. Why charge? I’ve stayed at luxury and hole in the wall hotels all over and this was one of the few that actually charge for parking. When you have your own garage? $260 for rosemont mid hotel should provide their guest a complimentary parking pass. Granted it’s was $24-30 but still. When I originally called to book they said it was included. Just a heads up otherwise staff was fantastic and hotel was super clean.

Very clean and not bad pricing, only seven minutes away from the rosemont theater and the allstate arena!

Breakfast was great. The pool and hot tub were great. The shuttle was 20 mins late, so basically one shuttle was just skipped I guess? It’s supposed to come every 20 mins starting at 605. We were there for the 1205 at 1155 and it came at 1225. The driver stacked our luggage and then as soon as he turned the corner it all crashed down and kept crashing back and forth with every turn.

Staff needs better training on their $24 dollar a night parking. We didn't receive instructions on using gate and had to sit 25 minutes at gate trying to get someone to tell us how to get in. The help behind the help button didn't know how. Finally, a security guard helped us. He was amazing.

I am so greatful to stay at The Hampton after a United Airline shutdown for the evening.Delays and cancellations last minute due to weather.The shuttle picked us up in a timely matter and next day took us back to resume our journey.He was very kind and helpful and we will stay here again in the future.Kudos to the nice young lady who checked us in at 1:30 in the morning also.Thank you

Was a nice hotel and really nice location to the subway stops, food, and the airport. Seemed like it was in a nice neighborhood. We walked at night and felt safe. They had a shuttle service to the airport that was prompt and did a great job. I would just suggest getting to the desk and asking for shuttle service early since the bus is rather small and can run out of space for passengers.

Beyond that the breakfast was great, we upgraded with a cot and pull out for a. small fee and the overall hotel looks clean and safe...but the lack of sleep has made me grumpy.

The check-in process was friendly and smooth; the room was spotless; and the free breakfast was so delicious. Truly a great spot near O'Hare for those looking to make an early flight much more pleasant. The free shuttle was very handy. Only glitch was upon returning, we couldn't get out of the parking garage using the parking ticket we had. This resulted in a ten-minute delay, but nothing major. Great spot!

1 bar od soap- nothing else in bathroom, no trash linen, no microwave no TV and only one elevator running- had to wait 5 minutes each time for 4th floor coming down or going up. snow was heavy in parking lot, and front lobby door was extremely slippery - almost fell twice. - staff was nice.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Some of their answers to questions need more depth. When describing parking and vehicle return, the process could be described better. Room was very clean, airport shuttle information available on internet and via phone. Driver very helpful. Our only issue was the charge for parking. We were charged fo parking during our stay. Then parking for leaving car while on vacation, would have been understandale but was not part of information on booking website. Parking charges are lisred on hotels website but did not show up on the booking website I used.

The man at the front desk was an angel. I don’t remember his name but he was a blessing after a terrible airport experience. Got us in right away and even gave us a room with no neighbors so we could sleep peacefully.

However, they have no restaurant other than the breakfast place. You need to order Uber eat. And, the wall doesn't block the sound much. You can clearly hear ppl talked, flush the toilet, moving luggage's etc.

The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The only surprise came with a $25 fee for overnight parking, which I didn't notice prior to booking, but that may have been on me. Overall, a very comfortable bed and nice stay.

Nice hotel close to Ohare airport. 10 minute shuttle to catch the plane this morning. Breakfast opened exactly at 6:00 with sausage, eggs and potatoes. All the other breakfast choices you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Newer hotel in nice area with many restaurant choices close by.

Good selection of menu items. Eggs available without meat was a plus. I was glad to see wholewheat bread.There were full supplies and entire area was neat and clean, even though I went at a busy time. Receptionists are extremely helpful and courteous. Good soundproofing.

Everything was great until we went to sleep. Whoever was above us was extremely loud and running all over the place. Notified the front desk and they were taking care of it. Overall, very nice stay especially for the price.

What stood out most was the staff—the reception team and the breakfast hall staff were consistently cordial, respectful, and welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Had to wait on a shuttle at 10:00pm for over an hour and still did not show up. Had a group of 8 people and ended up having to get a taxi and it cost an additional $80-$100. The problem with the shuttle is that it wasn’t just for this Hampton Inn. It was for multiple areas.

Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars overall was 1 of the 2 elevators was not working during our 6 night stay, and the product used to clean the un-carpeted portion of our room left a bit of a sticky residue.

Front desk was the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel I’ve ever been to. The room was so nice and clean. We did not utilize the pool, gym, or the complimentary breakfast so I cannot comment on those amenities.

The rooms were great, food was really good and the service was excellent. The only downside was not knowing we had to pay $24 a night for parking, the grass needed cut in the pet area and one elevator was broken (which was not their fault but definitely an inconvenience). Overall it was a good stay and we were happy.:)

I would like to see a few more amenities and free weights in the gym, but it was adequate for breaking a sweat.

THE most bizarre hotel room I have ever seen. Had a King with sleeper couch room and it was a large room. Unfortunately there was hardly any furniture so only a few drawers built into the center desk. The 40" TV looks tiny from the bed or couch across the room and there is a Desk lamp that is dead center in your view of the TV from the bed. MOST BIZARRE EVER...No closet except in the spacious bathroom where a closet door opens to a typical safe, shelf and iron/ironing board and then at least a 6 foot close that YOU CAN'T GET INTO TO! You can see it but unless you are able to squeeze in a tiny space you can only access like 2 hangers and behind it is spacious unusable space. Asked for an extra luggage stand so we didn't have to have suitcases on the floor and I was given a shower bench. Nice enough hotel but $15 cab rides plus tip to the convention center or $20 a day to park your car. Never be a first choice for Stephens convention center.

In the bathroom I found on the floor walking around ants everywhere. Plus next day my surprise was my room wasn’t clean at all, I asked front desk they said every other day they clean the room, they clean it just if the customer request it.

The room said it sleeps three, I emailed and called the property to double check that we could sleep three prior to flying in, we asked for a cot/rollaway bed and the staff member said they would set it up. Then when we got in another member said it wasn’t possible to get the cot and they offered zero solutions for how three people would share the room and sleep. That means one person was forced to sleep first on furniture, then on the floor. Absolutely unacceptable.

We had a lovely stay! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! It was a bummer there wasn’t more shopping options within walking distance because we forgot our swimsuits and couldn’t enjoy the pool. Some of the electrical outlets in our room didn’t work and we had a difficult time charging up devices for the four of us but we made it work. Would stay here again, especially if I pack my swimsuit.

We travelled from Salt Lake City to Chicago after a trip to Moab. The check-in was quick, smooth and friendly. The staff are very polite and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, modern and convenient for Chicago O’Hare. The breakfast is of good quality. The staff are hardworking and provide an excellent service. We stayed overnight and we feel well rested to travel back home to London.

Excellent location near airport for early departure. There were restauraunts within walkling distance and a bar inside the hotel. As with all Hamptons, it was clean and updated.

The employees impressed me the most with their friendliness and helpfulness. Second, the decor and the overall quality. The only thing I didn't like was that my previous visit I wasn't charged for parking, but this time I was.

The lobby has an inviting and large seating area. There is a coffee station and microwave to use in the lobby and you can buy small snacks and convenience items. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a mini fridge. The only thing that was a little odd was that the bathroom and closet share a sliding dootlr. If the closet is closed the bathroom is open. It was not very secure as a bathroom door amd if someone was looking in the closet at the same time as someone opened the bathroom door they could get closed in it. Otherwise the room and everything else at the property was excellent!

The first room we were given was a nightmare - it smelled like sewage/sulfur and the key cards did not work, even after being reset twice. Not the situation you want to walk into at 6 AM after a red eye. The girls at the front were nice and changed our room, and the new room was great.
