Very poor restaurant, no free amenities, very few helpful staff. Overpriced for what you get but then it’s close to the airport. Shuttle was good. Nice shower but plumbing needs improvement. Worst hotel I’ve been to in a long time. Look elsewhere.

Everyone was super helpful and generous when we had an issue with our room, 10/10 breakfast as well.

Having access to the shuttle was so helpful & the drivers were so nice and helpful. front desk staff was wonderful & helpful when we checked in and when we used the luggage storage before check in. beds comfy and clean, all great👍

The room was spotless! Rosa did a great job and the bathroom smelled fresh! The shuttle service was remarkably amazing and fast. We will be coming back!

Additionally, the pillows were too soft and felt saggy, making them uncomfortable to use. Given these issues, I would likely consider other options over Hilton for future stays.

Quiet and good location Card reader to enter the parking area didn’t work due to rain. One of the staff members spoke somewhat condescending to me that they didn’t know I was using the parking lot. She reflected the issue to me rather than staff at check in didn’t ask me that question.

Other than that - the hotel and stay was great

We had a great stay. We needed a hotel due to a long lay over. The hotel was comfortable, clean and close to the airport. The shuttle to the airport was so helpful. We would recommend this hotel to any travelers flying out of O’Hare.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Clean hotel,staff was nice. We have a few drinks at the bar and they were great! Also a quick walk to Rivers Casino.

The stay was good, mostly UpToDate. The shower curtain we had, had a lot of holes in it, but the rest of the room was clean. They only have feather-down pillows, so you may want to bring your own for good support and rest! The food was ok too. Not a lot of options for the buffet choices, but still tasted good. The pool was a little colder then others we have been in, but the Hot Tub was Fantastic! The staff was very kind and helpful.

The rooms were clean the hotel was super busy packed with kids. What I didn't like was the fact that they charge for breakfast and every single other thing including $22 a night for parking. What a ripoff, shame on Hilton for kicking advantage of their guests that way.

Had an overnight stay before our flight the next day. Place was clean and updated. We were there during spring break so there were a lot of kids in the lobby/pool that night but no issues with noise in our room. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes which was great. I would book here again

Personal travel after having flights cancelled at ORD. Fireplace was wonderful. Everything was great. Clean rooms, bathroom with shower, soaps, shampoo & conditioner were great. The staff was great welcoming all the cold & weary flight-cancelled travelers. Check-in was a breeze!

The power and hot water were off when we arrived, and we couldn't utilize the jacuzzi suite we paid for. We received no discount as promised.

There was no restaurant dining as the restaurant was without power when we arrived and was without power for most of our stay until we returned from the casino at approximately 8:00 p.m.

Staff was very friendly despite having a system outage all day. Would absolutely stay again. Airport shuttle was timely and efficient

Front desk staff had attitude , didn’t correctly state the parking procedures and policies. Said they would refund the parking charge … I ended up getting charged anyway. Zero room service options for families with small kids. Room was out dated and did not look like the picture I paid $215 . I would not reccomend to anyone coming in town.

Breafast, good selection, cooked or continental. My room was very clean, quiet and spacious. Hotel staff, very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Casino, 5 minute walk. McDonalds, 20 minute walk or they do deliver. Excellent stay.

The shower was broken. The top shower head sprayed water all over the ceiling. The lower adjustable shower head would not turn on or off fully. I texted hotel staff and received no reply.

Room was very clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff. All of staff is extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast had a little bit of everything. Fresh and yummy. Parking was not included. There is a fee for parking. I liked the security that the gate and the fee provided. Worth it. Nice location as well.

Helpful staff and great breakfast!! Snacks and water in room were appreciated. The hotel allowed us to pay a nominal fee to check in earlier than any other hotel and to stay over checkout to accommodate our flight times. Will be back when laying over in Chicago.

We found a USED CONDOM in between the mattress. It was our honeymoon weekend, and it just ruined our whole weekend. We were so disgusted with it all.

Near convention center and easy access

Staff was very friendly, restaurant Average, double charged for rooms along with unknown $7.00 and $100 additional charges. Two rooms for two nights and charged over $1800. Not including a vape fee when no No Vaping signs posted. (But my lack of knowing is my fault so I did pay the fee)

There were kids running up n down the hallway..yelling, screaming and child crying for over an hour. Pipes in shower were constanly banging all night, and when i went to use the room phone to call about the kids, it didn't work..i didn't feel like getting dressed and was fed up

This place takes the cake for comfort, space and accommodating. We had issues with our keys right when we hauled our things in, no problem for the gentleman at the desk. Also had no issue moving our room away from a little girls bday party. The dinning was good the facility was def well kept and kudos to the front desk staff being super friendly and accommodating. We will def stay here again.

The pool and hot tub was clean and nice to use for us and our kids! The receptionists/concierge staff were also very friendly and engaging. They checked on us through text and also offered our family free cookies. Overall, the facility including our room was very clean and we had a wonderful stay at the hotel!

Their staff is great, the facility clean. They also have a very clean swimming pool. Easy access to most anything in the area, O'Hare, the casino, eateries, etc. I stay here when come back to visit.

Amazing customer service

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I found the staff extremely helpful, especially the dining staff. The breakfast was ample with choices and the service during breakfast particularly noteworthy. The facilities are clean—the gym, the pool, the lobby…i had a king sized bed plus microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The only minus is plastic and paper cups in the rooms instead of glass. The area around the hotel has many choices. I chose to walk a trail around the beautiful lake across the street but a casino was walkable too. The shuttle to the airport was convenient. When i made the reservation i thought it was costly and it is, but the experience matches the price.

Right next to the airport but very quiet. Never heard the aircraft flying overhead. Only issue I had was they charge $22 per night for parking.

However, I noticed that some basic amenities were missing from the room: - Hair dryer - Hair conditioner (the bottle was empty) - Dental kit - Hand soap - Disposable slip-ons (if included) I believe these necessities are usually prepared in advance before a guest’s arrival. That said, I really appreciate the staff’s assistance and overall, I liked the room.

The room is dated from furnishings to the bed. It needs an update. It's convenient to airport for a layover stay.

The ladies at the front desk were very kind; friendly. The cleaning staff was, too. The hotel was clean, so was my room. The breakfast looked great, wish I could've had some, but I had plans to meet up with family. The pool was great, too. I enjoyed a dip before checking out. Check out time is awesome, 12pm. Conveniently located to the The Rivers casino and a short drive to the airport / train into the city, plus there's a Portillo's not too far of a drive away. There's a hotel shuttle, too. I'd definitely stay there again.

I could not hear any airplanes or traffic despite being near a highway and a runway. This made for a very pleasant stay.

I stay here every time in in Rosemont. Its a great place close to the restaurants and shopping. 5 minute walk to the casino. I definitely recommend you stay here.

My granddaughter burn some microwave skins in the microwave and they said i was vaping had the burn bag and burn skins that was in the bag

It’s not the property I have a problem with. I secured a room for a certain price and the next day reserved another room exactly the same however price went up. We are in town for a funeral. Hilton wouldn’t adjust price because it was reserved through you, I always use Expedia but now not happy because of this.
